Delivery service from another time. Tracking involving bad faith by displaying completely false interim and delivery dates (4 days difference between the date displayed and the actual delivery noted). In the end, 10 days are necessary to deliver where others regularly do it in less than 24 hours... look for the error for an "express" service The delivery person is also unable to use a parcel box, even though the instructions are clearly displayed and followed by other delivery services. In short: I really don't recommend it.

Package is not delivered. Customer service keeps saying they will figure it out and call you back to get rid of you, but nothing happens and the tracking information is false. Supposedly they load it every week and then take it back to the depot. I've been waiting for my package for a month

Wow... delivered from Germany via Nox. Then arrived at the depot in Belgium, there was a cyber attack on their computer network 😅... Parcel finally delivered within a correct time frame (7 days) I was given a call here in Belgium but not in Germany... Very cool and friendly driver although they only call you on the phone at the door. Track and trace service non-existent, it feels like it’s 1970 😅 Thanks all the same to the nice lady on the phone and to the drivers who really do what they can!

Useless company. Computer system crash. Think it's sooner, we don't have a system. The package will be delivered one day. Never again...

Doesn't even deserve a single star, they don't even know how to answer me when I ask where my package is and they even know which driver who and in the region, and driver Pete not even a word in French or Dutch these anything !
