Heute konnte ich nicht wieder wieder stehen,im Gesundbrunnen Center ist DUNKIN' DONUTS "Habe natürlich gekauft,die Auswahl wieder sehr lecker und appetitlich 🍩🍥🍩dann noch die tollen Angebote für zu Hause mit genommen! Die schmecken soooo gut😊😁😛

The coffee was so good Pumpkin spice flavor and the team was so good.

The blonde old female employee has mental issues and this needs to be escalated. She should not work in customer service when she hates people (especially POC). I normally buy here from too good to go and they have very excellent variety of options and they are almost all very tasty. The young employee is always very smiling and friendly. The blonde and older employee who works here however only puts 1 sort of donut in the box, and when I told her that this is not the idea behind too good to go and her colleagues put one from all varieties they have left over, she got really loud and said I paid only 4.50 and not 13 euros to get the full package ^^ I then went back in to photograph the useless box she packed just because I wanted to save the donuts from going to waste, she attacked me and threatened me with calling the police. I wish she did and they put her in a mental hospital. She really hurt me and if I get a health report on this, she can end up in jail. I don't know why dunkin donuts still employ someone like this when everyone wrote here that she was a very bad person.

Man kommt in den Laden rein, kein Kunde da, Verkäuferin schaut einen an ohne zu begrüßen. Ich habe mit dir Auswahl angeschaut , wurde gefragt was ich möchte. Ich nannte meine Auswahl, mittendrin wurde ich einfach ignoriert und die fängt ein Gespräch mit dem Kollegen an. Sehr unhöflich! Macht man nicht! Ich wurde nicht gefragt, ob ich eine Tüte möchte, die wurde einfach in Rechnung gestellt. Keine Verabschiedung, gar nichts. Ich empfehle einen Grundkurs „Kundenfreundlichkeit“.

We got 3 donuts, 1 cookie cream and 2 Nutella, the flavor was nice but the quality of the donuts is not the Dunkin experience I had in 3 different countries. The people there are nice and polite

Sugary, calorie donuts, the choices are very less but they taste great. I love the chai latte here. Not as pricy as in alexanderplatz

This is my go-to place when I’m heading to work and I need a quick and good coffee. I’ve always been well assisted by their staff - they are also friendly. Usually I get a cold brew coffee with oat milk and I really appreciate it. Sadly sometimes they don’t have specifically the cold brew so I sometimes change my order. But other than that, I definitely recommend this place.

Also ich bin seit Jahren mit meinem freund Stammkunde bei Dunkin donats, da wir die Donats eigentlich sehr lecker finden. Die Donats sind im Gegensatz zu früher furchtbar teuer geworden und ich weiß ja das auch seit längerem sehr oft kaum noch Füllung in den Donats drinnen ist, aber diesmal hatte ich das erste mal eine 12 er Box im Laden gekauft (sonst immer eine 6er Box) und ich konnte es kaum glauben aber in einem Donat war gar keine Füllung drinnen! In gewissen Donats war auch wieder sehr wenig drinnen aber sowas hatte ich auch noch nie! Man hat an einer stelle mit dem Spritzbeutel nur in den Donat oberflächlich reingestochen aber nicht befüllt !!! (wie man auf den Bildern sieht) Leider habe ich keinen Bon mitgenommen um dafür Geld oder einen richtigen donat verlangen zu können.. Ab jetzt werde ich dies wohl tun müssen! Zudem war diesmal eine andere Füllung in den Hazelnut Swirls Donats drinnen, (sonst bis vor ca 2 wochen immer sehr lecker). Die Füllung der Hazelnut Swirls hat diesmal sehr langweilig&billig geschmeckt was sehr schade ist bei den hohen Preisen! Hoffentlich wird sich das noch ändern!

Staff very unfriendly! I bought donuts and coffee and sat outside. I had a problem with my foot and been to doctor, so I raised my foot for 2 mins on the chair because I was in pain... The staff stepped out to tell me that they do not allow me to do that... And they do not care if I am in pain!

I ordered the pumpkin spice late and wanted the ice to be blended, but that one doesn’t come that way. It’s really not rocket science to just blend up the ice.

Ausländische Mitarbeiterin (bin kein Rassist) kann kein Deutsch Hat keine Geduld beim zahlen. Ich bezahlte mit Münzen sie verdreht die Augen. Das frappe wurde zu Slush-Eis . Nimmt falsche Bestellungen auf weil sie kein Deutsch kann. Man zahlt mit Coupons und sie verdreht erneut die Augen. Sehr schlechter Service! !!Nicht empfehlenswert gibt nur die Cracky doughnuts !!!

Ich wollte ein Frozen Frappés haben in Karamell. Es sah nicht mal 1:1 wie auf dem Bild aus und die Sahne wurde einfach so rauf geklatschte und ohne Karamell Sirup.

Really rude and aggressive service by Rodger. I came in for a donut, not a rude lecture. The only positive part of the experience was watching Rodgers change in demeanor after I asked for his name. After this he was more than happy to share where the napkins were. Safe to say, I am never going back there.

It's unappetizing but unfortunately necessary sometimes Less wasps on the donuts than in other branches in Berlin, so that's a positive

The Man in Dunkin donuts Gesundbrunen Center too rude with me he don’t know how to talk with others. So why Dunkin donuts hire these kind of employees. The donuts are good

Am 17.11. gegen 19:40 Uhr habe ich auf dem Foto sichtbare Donuts gekauft. Meine Auswahl waren 2x Mr. Happy und 1 x Bavarian(alle drei vegan). Die Anderen 3 Donuts habe ich nicht selbst gegessen, deswegen erlaube ich mir darüber kein Urteil und beziehe meine Rezension nur auf die vorher genannten Donuts. Die Einstichlöcher waren erstaunlich groß und beim reinbeißen wurde schnell klar, dass hier womöglich ein Fehler in der Produktion passiert sein musste. Der Teig generell war nicht besonders herausragend, aber auch nicht zu trocken. Zuckerglasur bzw. Puderzucker waren in Ordnung. Das Personal hat einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Nun aber zu meinem größten Kritikpunkt. Die Füllung war so gut wie nicht vorhanden, ich hätte mir gut vorstellen können, dass mit einer normalen Füllmenge der Donut gut geschmeckt hätte. Mit derartig wenig Füllung, ca. eine heidelbeergroße Mini Portion pro Donut, hat mich dieser Besuch bei Dunkin' Donuts sehr stark abgeschreckt jemals wieder einen Fuß in so einen Laden zu setzen. Da hätte ich die 11€ auch für Donuts der veganen Konkurrenz ausgeben können... Sehr schade ! Wo die Freude über das Anbieten von veganen Donuts vor meinem Besuch sehr groß war. Keine Weiterempfehlung von mir für diesen Laden.
