I have been back to this place about 19 times. If the weather is nice this one of the best places in Berlin to take out of town guest for daytime beers in summer. They have huge wooden tables you can sit outside and drink beer and watch boats go by on the river. Really funky people and artists about with live music. Really love this place. Best of all, they have a Teledisco booth - dance like there is no tomorrow!!!

It's definitely one of my favorite and best spots in Berlin. It's full of art and chaos and I love this place. It's very crowded on sunny days and on summer nights. There are plenty of nice bars, a few cafes, a wine bar, a hair saloon, an ice cream bar, a restaurant and other small shops. The staff at all the shops is super cool, friendly and nice. On hot days it's very hard to find a place to sit on the spree. There is also a bonfire place on chilly summer nights. It's a recommended hidden gem to see in berlin.

Die vegane Sachertorte war einfach fabelhaft, die beste Sacher die ich je bisher gegessen habe. Mein Freund, der nicht vegan ist, hat sie auch geliebt. Es gab auch viele andere vegane Torten, aber vielleicht war es nur für den Vegan Markt...? Auf jeden Fall kommen wir definitiv wieder. 💸 €5

Wie immer ein tolles Vergnügen. Leider gibt es nicht mehr viele von diesen wunderbaren Locations in Berlin. Der Holzmarkt bietet sehr vieles zum Entdecken. Traumhaft schön

One of the hidden gems of Berlin that I would recommend visiting. It is hidden place in the center of the city, and the atmosphere there is really nice. Everyone can relax and chill there for a bit with the view on the river. There are many food trucks and normal restaurants with a underground vibe. There is everything for everyone and I just love it. Highly recommend

This is a typical Berlin place, with multiple bars and great atmosphere close to the river… there’s a delicious pizza there which I highly recommend. During summer it’s very good place to meet friends.

Good vibes and decent food & drinks. A great place to meet friends and hang out in the evening. Be aware though that it can get quite busy and it is hard to find good seats for bigger groups.

Wunderschöner Biergarten mitten an der Spree. Bierpreise sind hoch, aber die Umgebung und auch die tollen Holzbänke usw. Machen vieles wett. Ein Stern Abzug gibt es für die defekten, übergelaufenen Toiletten im hinteren Bereich. Wurden aber später dann abgeschlossen.

You know this tight places where people go to be seen, where you feel like everyone watching everyone else..... well this is not one of that places it is total oposite, it feels like festival with so many different bars.... it is better beach bar than any beach bar in whole Cyprus!

Gemütliches Ambiente, leckerer Kaffee und super nicer Kuchen. Ich hatte einen Zupfkuchen - perfekte Konsistenz, schöne Optik und nicht zu süß. Einfach top. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Great location to hang. The crowd was really mixed, young people, old and families with kids. And Many places to buy food and drinks.

Really nice place to hangout with your friends next to the river ! We just had to wait for a while to order a drink because there were a lot of people.

Really nice place to go to in the summertime. Good selection of drinks and the prices are fair, although I would have liked a larger bottle of Radler. Seperate area/cue for Pfand refund which is good when it is busy as no one wants to cue just for the Pfand when the line is long! Lots of different stalls for food options, although in my opinion it is overpriced for what you get. I did buy a fried chicken burger for about 10€ which was pretty good although I end up being hungry soon after. Friday night was busy as well so the atmosphere was pretty good, despite there being limited seating available with so many people. Would definitely go again.

This is an interesting place to go if you want to have a beer or a piece of food in a very different setting. Weird art installations are scattered all over the place. It's very pretty. ... Very confusing place for a tourist though.

Love to go there after work to hang out with friends. Thanks for a free and nice place at spree! One recommendation: Please provide more options to buy drinks, like a soft drink vending machine if staff is short for example. Whenever the weather is nice the bar queues are ridiculously long

Super chill place with a bit of an improvised look, several bars and places to get some decent food. It can get busy in the evenings but definitely worth a visit.

Stumbled by accident to this great place. Home-brew beers, lots of dishes to choose from and what a beautiful place! Lots of friendly people from all over the world.
