Best German food I’ve had. They have a rotating menu which is based on the fresh ingredients they can source on any given week. Everything on the menu sounded incredible. We tried the braised goose leg, braised pork knuckle and also the pigs blood. The braised meats are slow cooked for 2-3 hours to perfection, every single bite melts in your mouth and and will make you drool with satisfaction. The pigs blood was absolutely delicious and a surprising treat to enjoy. The quality of the cooking means you can look forward to interesting dishes you might not otherwise try and still have full confidence you’re in for a treat. Must eat in Berlin!
