The
food
at
the
restaurant
was
consistently
extremely
good,
and
I
thoroughly
enjoyed
my
visits.
The
vegan
shakshouka
was
a
standout
dish,
as
the
herbs
in
the
tomato
sauce
brought
back
nostalgic
memories
of
my
mom's
home-cooked
meals,
with
a
delightful
modern
twist.
I
also
highly
recommend
trying
the
caramelized
onion-börek;
it's
a
must-try.
Their
coffee
also
tastes
great
(nice
level
of
acidity)
and
they
offer
a
variety
of
vegan
alternatives.
While
some
of
the
staff
members
were
super
friendly,
I
did
experience
some
issues
with
the
service
during
my
second
visit,
particularly
when
the
restaurant
was
quite
busy.
Despite
the
fantastic
food,
these
inconsistencies
caused
some
stress
and
detracted
from
the
overall
experience.
During
the
second
visit,
after
the
friendly
waiter
took
our
coffee
order,
he
mentioned
that
he
would
return
shortly
to
take
the
rest
of
our
order.
However,
we
waited
for
a
good
50
minutes
without
receiving
our
coffee
or
the
opportunity
to
order
anything
else.
It
seemed
that
our
table,
located
in
the
middle
of
the
restaurant,
was
overlooked,
while
others
who
arrived
later
were
already
close
to
finishing
their
meals.
One
factor
that
contributed
to
the
delay
was
that
some
staff
members
appeared
to
be
engrossed
in
their
own
conversations
and
chats
with
each
other,
which
resulted
in
less
attention
being
given
to
the
customers.
Additionally,
there
were
a
couple
of
incidents
that
could
have
been
handled
better.
On
two
separate
occasions,
cutlery
fell
off
the
waitresses
hands,
and
instead
of
replacing
it,
the
staff
simply
placed
it
back
in
the
bin
with
the
clean
cutlery.
Moreover,
whenever
I
attempted
to
order
more
items,
the
waitress
responded
quite
confused,
stating
that
I
had
already
placed
an
order
(we
wanted
more
coffee
and
a
few
side
dishes).
I
wanted
to
provide
this
feedback
because
I
genuinely
enjoyed
the
food
and
the
atmosphere
and
would
love
to
see
improvements
in
the
service
:))
