A good Indian restaurant in Berlin. The samosas very fresh and nicely prepared, the 3 chutneys served with the Samosa were amazing. In the main course we went with palak paneer and dal tadka. The palak paneer was nicely done and have a creamy saag curry. The paneer was tender and good. Dal tadka was good and made less oily as per our request. The tandoori roti and methi tandoori roti both were great and served hot. The staff is friendly and nice to talk to. The vibe of the place is pretty calming and amazing.

We have ordered 3 different dishes and they all were tasteless (as if no spices were added at all) and the gravy tasted the same in all 3 of them. Portions are rather small for the price. Cocktails are not the best (too much alcohol, which prevents you from tasting the cocktail itself). When the waiter discovered that we were not leaving any tip, his attitude changed and he didn’t even say “goodbye” or “have a nice evening”. 2 stars only for samosas. Otherwise, there are MUCH better Indian restaurants in Berlin.

I ordered kadai paneer and chicken lababdar along with tandoori methi paranthas. Both the dishes had exact same base gravy with too much oil and absolutely zero taste and flavour. After having their food so many times I know what their methi parantha is, but today they sent naan with sprinkled methi. And that was undercooked which just doesn’t taste plain but is also unsafe to eat. Inconsistent food a lot of times. Hope they get back to what they used to be.

It was well balanced and delicious, while my friend had the chicken tandoori, served on a cast iron, the chicken was well marinaded and served with a nice amount of veggies. Specially naan, better than most of the places in the vicinity. Staff was super friendly. There was an aged guy on the door who always greets the customers so nicely that it can even change the mood of someone in a bad mood. The place can be crowded at dinner time which is because of the ambience of this place. Authentic Indian ambiance with awesome wall graphics. They even had a small temple in the corner of the resturant. I'm definitely going to visit this place again and I can recommend others to do as well.

Hauptgang war Tikka Masala und Jahlfrezi, welche mit Reis und Salat serviert wurden. Köstlich. Dazu haben wir Batura Brot bestellt. Innenarchitektur ist authentisch indisch und stilvoll. Der Flur und Eingangsbereich zum WC ist surreal schön, mit einer Art Brunnen dekoriert (siehe Video). WC ist sauber. Bedienung ist aufmerksam, freundlich und rundum professionell.

Super crowded, it amazed me that so many guests in an Indian cocktail bar/ restaurant. The food is good and tasty, especially lamb, confirmed by my Indian friend

Never again! Their booking system had some issue so the order only showed up one hour later. Instead of apologizing, the person on phone told me that he could send me an email to prove and that he still has 45 minutes. I said, great! I thought let’s be fair and wait. I wait for another hour 15 minutes. Call twice and the person tells me to be patient because it is Saturday evening. Guess what, waiting for 2 hours 15 minutes when you are hungry and have guests over already shows how patient we were. This is also not the first time that I have experienced this issue. Horrible experience and therefore never again! If only, google allowed zero stars.

Located on the main street. Food and ambience is good. Got a little loud on late Saturday. Would still recommend for the food. Service with smile and very hospitable. In terms of cost, a little expensive.

Very good ambience and excellent food. The outdoor seating and the indoor seating is good. On a summer day, outdoor is more inviting. They have great deals for cocktails. Service staff extremely helpful and help you choose the menu. Food quality is good and you have table service. Washroom is clean. Easy access to the station area.

One of the best and only spots for *real* Indian food in Berlin. Food is always incredible, drinks are great, and the service is awesome. Highly recommend!!!

The food was delicious. There are several vegan and vegetarian options, not just the classic ones. They also offer pappadums with three different sauces (one of which is vegan). The staff was really nice, one guy noticed that our table was wobbling and fixed it without us asking.

The restaurant has nice food and a good ambiance. We ordered Roganjosh and Paneer Kadhai with Naan and a few drinks. Our order was served quickly. Also tried Gulabjamun at the end and they were tasty too. People working here are nice and friendly. Though it's on little pricy side, worth a try.

This is an excellent Indian restaurant and one of the best we have been to across our Europe driving holidays over the last few years! You are welcomed by very friendly and helpful staff with service that was second to none. There is a great selection of authentic Indian/Punjabi vegetarian dishes and brilliant non alcoholic cocktails! The food service was very prompt and all tasted absolutely fantastic! The Dal makhani, paneer and channa masala were very tasty indeed with complimentary rice as standard with each dish. The staff rounded the evening off by providing some extra Gulab Jamun (rose syrup balls) on the house. It was a wonderful evening in quite simply one of the best Indian restaurants we have been to in Europe!

Fantastic food, ambience and service. The staff were extremely attentive and both dishes we ordered (daal and chicken jalfrezi) had been cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.

Food taste at restaurant: Starter: Samosa and Paneer pakora Main course: Paneer kadhai and Dal tadka Sweet: Gulabjamun Food was delicious and great in portion size. Great atmosphere with multiple dish variety. Recommend to try out for sure.

Very fancy interior. Friendly staff. Food does not really have typical Indian taste. It’s more short of European style cooked Indian food. A bit expensive then other Indian restaurants.

great place for lunch! the taste of the food is great, and if you go around lunchtime you get a lunch menu which is a lot cheaper than most things you can find in the area, with great quality food and you can get rice refilled for free if needed. The staff is really friendly. In the evening it's on the more expensive side, but they offer cocktails and drinks as well. I've been going there once a week or so for my lunchbreaks, never had anything to complain about

Ein schönes Restaurant an der Eberswalder Straße. Wir waren schon mehrmals hier und sind immer wieder begeistert von der Qualität und Vielfalt der Cocktails. Der Happy Hour Preis von 5.90€ gilt den ganzen Tag und die Cocktailkarte ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und umfangreich. Essen ist auch lecker, wobei wir uns bei den Vorspeisen mehr Auswahl wünschen würden. Auf jeden Fall sind die Preise fair und der Service ist freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Die Gerichte sind gut gewürzt und auf den Punkt abgeschmeckt. Alles in allem ein Restaurant, wo wir immer gerne wiederkommen!

Meiner Meinung nach das beste indische Restaurant in Berlin. Das Essen ist fantastisch. Egal was wir bestellt haben, wir wurden bisher nie enttäuscht. Cocktails sind ebenfalls sehr gut und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und es ist nahezu immer ein Mitarbeiter in der Nähe, sodass man nicht warten muss zu bestellen. Bei den Preisen gibt es ebenfalls nicht zu meckern. Hier stimmt Preis-Leistung definitiv. Im Sommer ist es durch den großen Außenbereich auch am Wochenende abends problemlos möglich ohne Reservierung einen Tisch zu bekommen. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

Essen top, Cocktails flop Der Reihe nach, eine Reservierung ist bei mehr als 2 Personen unbedingt erforderlich, hat sich dieses indische Restaurant doch mittlerweile einen guten Namen gemacht. Das Ambiente ist ansprechend und der Service sehr gut. Die Karten sind sehr schön sortiert sodass es nicht schwer fällt die Speisen und Getränke zu finden und zu bestellen. Unsere Speisen kamen heiß und zeitnah an den Tisch. Und waren sehr lecker. Wenn es etwas auszusetzen gab, dann sind es die Cocktails, leider nicht das richtige Mischungsverhältniss und die richtigen Ingridients. Macht doch die Preise von 5,90 Euro pro Getränk lieber um 1 bis 2 Euro teurer, doch dafür achtet ihr auf Qualität der Cocktails, dann hat der Gast mehr davon und letztendlich auch der Gastronom. Wir werden dies in absehbarer Zeit noch einmal probieren.

We often make a trade off between things. For an example going to a restaurant and paying a amount for experiencing delicious cousins or exploring test after paying bucks. For me I would like to pay a visit where people finds satisfactions. As a social being I thing it's our responsibility to direct others towards their satisfactions. I went berlin, I was searching for a food which would have good value in terms of test and price. I got both the things after visiting Vedis. The stuffs are warming in natures, the environment was great quiet impressive. I tested deshi recipe with 100 percent nostalgic test which I used to test stying my home country even the test was beyond my expectation with inexpensive price. I recommend people to have a try and judge my words.

Restaurant service was good and stuff was great welcoming, but food was not upto mark . Veg manchurian 1/10 and sahi paneer was just okay okay .. 5/10 Overall it’s not have the Indian taste..

Worst Service ever. Glasses they used to serve beer were half washed and clearly you feel the washing liquid presence from it. The guy working there response was “its your mistake not mine, because you ordered it”. Unfortunately we were 11 and already ordered everything at once or else we would have walked out the very next minute. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this restaurant or ever want to visit this again. Felt sorry for the owner of this restaurant, having such a worst staff. One guy can turn the whole vibe down. Food doesn’t taste anything like Indian.

It was awesome to enjoy the foods after a hectic train journey for 6 hours. I liked the environment of the restaurant and found the stuffs with amazing hospitality and behavior. Don't forget to enjoy butter chicken and a spicy fry called 'Jhinga'. I only attached a photo of my final drinks 'Mango Lassi,
