The environment was nice, playing 90’s music. Serving was too slow we waited about 45 minutes after we ordered our burgers. Fried potatoes were refried and the burgers were not satisfying at all. But the worst thing was the customer service. When we asked the bill, the waiter (which was not the smiley and pleasant waiter that took our order at first) asked us if everything was fine. We told him that one of our burgers had to come with fried onions and instead we got raw onions. Besides not apologizing, the waiter answered that raw onions are better than fried. We politely told him that’s one thing that we should know before we ordered and not afterwards and that raw onions are not our appetite, so we removed them, plus that we re gonna pay for something that wasn’t as we ordered. He became really arrogant and rude, telling in an offensive way that the bill will be minus 50cents and we told him that the problem is not about the 50cents. We did tell our minor displeasure because he asked “if everything was fine”. (No mention what would happen if we told him anything about the refried potatoes or that the meat didn’t meet our expectations). We thought rudeness would stop there. He came back with the bill and although we thanked him and paid the whole price, he grabs out a coin lefting it on the table telling us completely arrogant “here’s your 50cents”. Tips:If the only answer you expect from somebody is to tell you that everything is fine don’t ask. Why the 4 stars? Look, this is essentially a place that sells burgers, so by comparison to other burger establishments, it's pretty good. It's nice, does a lot of things well and you'll enjoy your meal and the funky decor. The burgers and concoctions of fries were certainly filling and tasty and he staff were brilliant on our visit. For 5 stars: I'd expect an inner city (especially Berlin) burger restaurant, aiming to be high end, would have a gluten free option for the burger bun (you're given a selection of three...just not GF). Yes, yes, they offer a burger without bread, but really, what's the point? Then there's the beef patties; once again, good, but not great/wow/amazing. Nice Pilsner on tap, but that's all that was on tap.

We got charged more than we ordered. The burger was really tasteless even though it was packed with so many ingredients, fries were ok. The decor and ambience where nice. We ordered 2 burgers 1 fries 1 beer 1 coke total sum of 55.6€ I asked for the bill, the waitress with the black hair asked me if I pay cash and I said yes. She showed me the price on the phone screen totaling 60.6€ I didn't do the math then but afterwards it seemed a lot. I was never asked if I want to tip and I never said that I want to tip. What we ordered: Die legende 25€, Lagerfeuer 14€, Trufle fries 6.5€, Coke 4.2€, Hefe weizen0.5l 5.9€ =55.6€ and we got charged 60.60€

I love Peter Pane in general. This one is not as beautiful as the one in Steglitz, for example. The food, of course, is as tasty, the prices are the same and the service is great. But the place is not as cosy and well-decorated.

For me, a medium class burger restaurant , good food but nothing special. The meat on the burger I had (der Getrüffelte) was quite dry and I had the feeling it was not freshly prepared. Portionwise it was great. Bottomline, for the quality served the price was a bit too high.

Apparently this place is also a brewery... because that's the only explanation I can think of for waiting 53 minutes for our order of beers to come to our table... They must've been brewing haha! Food arrived before the drinks / beer. Burgers are overcooked and dry. Seriously, there's a MacDonald's across the street and they have a comparable burger that is perhaps more fresh. This place doesn't deserve a second look. There are much better burgers in Berlin and Mitte. For less money, less wait.

What to expect? Excellent burgers, lot of veg/ vegan options, lovely ambience.. (5 stars for food) What not to expect? Quick and warm service. You gotta be patient for your food to arrive (40-45 mins) and don’t expect a friendly answer to “when will the food arrive” :)

Essen toll und reichlich, super Cocktails auch alkoholfrei, spezieller Gastraum, sehr gemütlich und immer etwas zu entdecken. Der Service ist flott und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man Fragen oder Sonderwünsche hat. Wir gehen immer wieder gern hin!!

Leckeres Essen, Service freundlich und schnell. Preise meines Erachtens recht hoch. Zudem wurde uns ein ungemütlicher Platz direkt neben der Eingangstür zugewiesen. Auch auf Nachfrage (es gab viele freie Plätze für zwei) mussten wir dort bleiben. Schade, nächstes mal gehts woanders hin.

The Hamburger is just OK and they don't ask how you want it (it comes too cooked for me) even if you choose the fancy "black Angus meat". In typical German fashion the menu is super complicated and be sure to read all the terms of any "offer of the day". The personnel is extremely nice and helpful and the location is very nice

The food is delicious, the portion of the food is big so you need to go with empty stomach. The packets in the menu are really good. Prices are higher than average but we'll deserved. Nice experience

Famous high end burger chain. Costly but well worth it with the foods. I've ordered the lunch meal with Avocado Burger with black Angus beef + chips + mango drink + ice cream desserts at €19.80

Great vegetarian & vegan selection. Veggie burger nice but needed more sauce/toppings—a bit too dry/plain. More of that and would have been perfect.

It is very nicely decorated, seems spacious but the seeting placement is way too cramped up such that i touched backs with a person sitting behind me. Waiter staff? What waiter staff. It was a full house but only 2 waiters were serving. Needless to say it took an eternity to get an order in. Then finally the food. I went midday hence ordered the lunch menu. It suprised me by how reasonable the price was. The reason became apparent later when i got a tasting menu seeming small burger and a tiny portion of fries. What a scam. Lunch menus are normally justified by the frequency of visitors, as to advertise quality not how cheap a place is. Only positive was drink size and taste. Flavored soda on ice was very nice. Ultimately stay away, its a waste of your lunch time.

Fabulous food with amazing service and cool interior design. you can really relax here, and skip the big city life. cool thing in the bathrooms- they play audiobook with Peter Pan story. you must come here!

We reserved a table so it helped. The food is mostly good. The Angos beef Pati wasn't that good for me, the fries and the onion rings and sauces are great ! The service was medium at best, we had to wait for 15 min for a waiter to order the dessert.

The vegan options are spectacular. Lots of special courses, it was impossible to choose just one so we'll definitely come back again. the chicken burger was fantastic. The service was also awesome and the place is beautiful. Highly recommended. Edit: we came back the same evening and had the vegan nuggets and the sweet potato fries. The nuggets were perfect OMG I could eat them for the rest of my life

Tolle Burger (unser Tipp: Sauerteig!), gute Atmosphäre, nettes Team, aber pappige Pommes und eine Stunde zwischen Bestellung und Essen? Viel zu viel Zeit für Systemgastronomie... Das können andere besser.

Relatively pricey and OK burger chain, nothing wrong with it. But it is also generic and gives the "franchise service chain" vibes. Expect to spend around 25€ per person for a burger, drink and some fries. The service is usually good.

Ein angesagtes Restaurant. Ohne Reservierung sehr schwer einen Tisch zu bekommen! Sehr nettes Service Personal, aber leider waren ganz viele Alkoholsorten aus und daher die Cocktailauswahl sehr eingeschränkt, schade! Essen war wie erwartet lecker. Es war sehr gut besucht und auch sehr laut! Auf den Toiletten wird man mit einem Hörspiel unterhalten 😄

Wir hatten wir Freitagabend 18:30 Uhr reserviert. Angekommen waren augenscheinlich alle Tische besetzt. Aber um 18:31 wurden wir zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Ohne Reservierung hätte das wahrscheinlich nicht geklappt. Das Essen kam trotz der Auslastung relativ schnell. Der Kellner war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die hausgemachten Limonaden waren lecker. Die Burger ebenso. Das Ambiente war schön, wenn auch sehr laut. Gesessen haben wir nicht ganz so bequem, die Bänke hatten zwar dünne Kissen, die allerdings nicht so viel gebracht haben. Alles in allem war es aber ein schöner Restaurantbesuch. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Very good services. The waitress was super nice. Friendly and good English spoken. Scanned QR code can have manual in different languages. There are three sauces on the table, tastes good. While I would like to give this restaurant a good rating based on its food or decor, this review is instead focused on the customer service provided by the host. The effortless manner with which our host transitioned between insulting our party in both Deutsch and English was superb. As a speaker of both, I recognize the difficulty it takes to master such a seamless switch. My favorite quote (auf Deutsch): "You came to Peter Pane...on a Saturday...at midday...with no reservation?" Also, I must commend this establishment on hiring a qualified physician skilled in all things COVID-related. It was a wise decision. Our host expertly analyzed our COVID vaccine cards and quickly deduced they were fakes. We are currently informing our government of this problem with the hope they will quickly correct it.

Went here on a trip to Berlin from Dublin, Ireland. The food was fab and atmosphere was great. Even though it was really busy, the staff were so lovely and helpful. After my mam and I paid and gave a tip, we talked to the waiter for a while and he went and got me a hot chocolate to go for free. Although I’m sure this doesn’t happen regularly, it really shows how kind hearted and genuine the staff are here. Would 100% recommend, thank you!

Loved the range of vegetarian options. Had the no beef patty as a tomato burger with sweet potato fries and it was amazing. Jocelyn was so helpful and friendly, she made our visit fab. Will be back when we come back to Berlin.

We planned to dinner fast, but although we called waitress few times (4-5), she was busy and take the order almost 50 minutes after we were sat. At the end food came fast and it was great. The problem is if you are in hurry.

True to its name the bread was good but the burger patties themselves were somewhat bland and not particularly juicy. The ambiance is very nice and fries tasty, especially given the broad array of dips.

Pretty average food and overpriced. The restaurant itself looks nice . It's spacious and has some nice booths. We got stuck on some uncomfortable chairs by the bar for some reason. The burger was OK but nothing special. Everything else was either cold or inedible. I had chips, onion rings, and sweet potato fries combo. It was cold and tasted bad. I was told I needed to buy 2 dips to go with this platter. The sauces I opted for were disgusting. There are some great restaurants in Berlin. Don't go here...

A nice burger joint in the middle of the city. Nice concept with Peter pan theme. This reminded me of Hans im glück in Munich. Exactly the same concept and same taste. We tried Gin Basel and it was refreshing. Food portions were big. Overall atmosphere and ambience was great. Definitely a recommended place for burgers.

I really enjoyed the food here. I felt a little awkward about not speaking much German and I found the menu a bit confusing as a result. The staff there were really nice and patient as they explained everything to me in English. Nice food, lovely service and a great setting. Perfect for a rainy afternoon.

I order the classic burger with mozzarella and fried bacon. It was delicious. the type of meat was well done, I think if it was more juicy it could been more delicious. I had great time there.

This would be a 5 star review. Peter Pane is a beautiful restaurant serving simple and tasty food, such as burgers, salads and loaded fries. They offer lots of tasty drinks as well. Eating a la carte is a bit overpriced, but they offer different menu options between 10 to 15 euros, which is definitely a correct price. Food is great. Why no 5 stars and 1 star service? The waitress was great and friendly, absolutely no complaints there! The problem was that we had to wait outside for more than 20 minutes without any information on when and if a table would be available. Many waiting customers left for other restaurants whilst waiting. When coming closer to the entrance, there was a large number of empty seats, which were supposedly all reserved. The waiter who was appointing seats looked very disinterested and just looked at us when we were up to get a seat. Then he pointed us to our seats in a very unfriendly manner. Service was kind of slow, we were in the restaurant for 1u30-45. During this time all of the so called reserved seats remained empty...

Great service, the burgers are alright, the sweet potato fries with basil mayo were absolutely delicious.

If you’re hungry and you wanna have a quick bite, this place will pass for that purpose only, not more nor less. Put it this way, I wouldn’t go out of my way to come and eat here. Enjoy!

The people working here are great, but there are too few of them. So expect long delays. Order two drinks at a time. Ask for the check when they bring the food. Get drinks and food in at the same time. Like much of Berlin you don't have a choice on meat temperature. So expect a dry burger. Knowing this, lather it in sauces, guacamole, etc! Drinks are well made and correctly mixed. Beer is cold (enough). And, again, the people are great, but too few of them.

The somewhat silly name kept us from going to this restaurant for a long time. When we finally got there we weren't surprised. The food was good the decor standard. I was annoyed by the service, which was a bit overwhelming in my opinion. She squeezed into our table to take our order. That may be contemporary but it bothered us. It also took a long time until we finally got the bill.
