The staff here are racist, wouldn't allow us to sit in the name of reserved seats(which is okay to reserve) but one table was exited while we were there and they refused to give us access. We asked if it's because of our skin colour they wouldn't allow, after some argument and they confirmed yes. The bar seats were all empty except one and they still wouldn't allow us to sit. They were rude. If you are a person of colour be careful. #All we wanted was afew drinks

Not a bad idea pouring your own beer from the table. The integrated ordering system definitely needs an upgrade. Quicker going to the bar.

If you come to eat, make sure you're hungry because the portions are really big. The staff are really nice and the service is fast. Each table has its own beer tap and a touch screen with which you can order food and drinks.

Stopped in here on the way through on a pub crawl. Was excited by the prospect of pouring our own beer at our table. The staff were welcoming and helped us get set up. However, the beer came out frothy, it didn't taste great and it was twice the price of surrounding places. Not worth it sadly

It is good idea to get beer for yourself with the machine on the every table. But workers not helpful, we made a separate accounts to pay separately but workers said that we should pay together. Beers were fresh and good. It was not nice.

Fun experience, you can pour your own beer (only one on tap, others available from the bar) and order on the table device. Burgers are nice and portions are large. The setting is quite fun.

If you are coming in just to drink, that's the place for you! If you order something to eat, for example a hamburger, you'll get something so big, that you'll wonder how you are going to eat it. It will be served on a plate that will read: probably the best hamburger in town. Well, rest assured, it is not. But still good enough. They are still working on their röstzwiebeln, which were completely burnt, and their buns were very hard to bite into (I get it that you don't want a bun that melts itself when you are eating, but this was extreme). Lots of salad inside, a great mix of them, so if you're not the best friend of bitter salads, you might want to say something. Huge portions, couldn't finish it, for the price that we paid, excellent price\quality. The place is extremely dark and loud, keep it in consideration if you are there to have a conversation with your pals. Also, the restrooms were in terrible hygienic conditions, beware! All in all, it was good, but we won't be coming back :)

The lowlight of my trip to Berlin. I reserved a table early and confirmed as per the initial email received even taking screenshots of the successful confirmation message. When we got to the place, a person told us there are no tables without a reservation. I showed the details and the response was that they have not received it. On further check I found a message in my junk mail folder indicating there was a failure of their server to send the second confirmation message, however it clearly indicated that the confirmation was completed on my part. Needless to say , showing that to the person did not make any difference and instead of understanding the situation, we were told to leave. Very disappointing , luckily we found a great place nearby with the expected great hospitality

Love the concept ! Self serving beer perfect to get drunk and the beer is not that expensive ! But the food is not crazy tho. The burger was really to big the bread was all wet and not that taste. But still recommend the place

We went to have a nice drink after work, there were lots of empty tables. Sadly the person on the door she was very rude and she talked to us like we are inconvenience to her, and she said there is no space. Then we told her we see a space on the bar so then she let us sit while she was giving bad attitudes… Here comes the worst and rudest interaction I’ve had in a bar in my life…We sat at the bar patiently for 10-15 minutes to be served until we decided to ask the barman for a drink (he was wearing black, with black hair). We asked him if we could try a beer (not an unusual request in a pub). He was very rude and got aggressive, saying he’s very busy. We also said that we’re happy to pay to pay to try the beer…. Looks like the people working in the bar doesn’t want to help grow the business, or work more than the minimum. The worst customer service. Not a welcoming pub at all. I can’t not recommend this place enough

We made a reservation through the phone. When we arrived they told us there was no reservation even though the phonecall was in their system. They where being very ironic with us and very unfriendly even though we explained the situation. The guy that does the bookings firstly said that the call was at 4pm when the pub was closed because it opened at 8pm and when I asked him to check the phone he found the call at 4 and said he was there all day but did not remember it. They even told us to go there at 10 cause that was the only available time and then they said they could not help us even though the restaurant was half empty and we told them we would find nowhere else to go at that time. A solution could be made but they did not even bother.

Very bad service of the waiter... The bar was empty, we could just drink one beer but we weren't welcome cuz there were reaervations at 19h. ( we arrived at 18h15) To bad, looked a nice place

Super Pub, eigenden Schank Anlage am Tisch ( darüber nur Pils) - Rest über den Bildschirm am Tisch bestellbar - Service schnell und mega freundlich und aufmerksam. Es empfiehlt sich ein Tisch vorher online zu reservieren ansonsten kann es schwierig bis unmöglich werden. Essen - wir hatten Burger wirklich richtig gut - gute Zutaten, perfekt auf den Punkt gegart und die Pommes knusprig und innen weich - besser geht es kaum ! - auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert...

Great selection of beers and cocktails. The burger was extremely good and there homemade mustard is very nice. It does get busy at night so of you want to eat late definitely booking is a good idea. A great little hole in the wall pub.

Sehr originelle Lokalität in einem S Bahnbogen . Das Lokal ist sehr gut besucht und es lohnt sich vorher zu reservieren was Online möglich ist. Auf dem Tisch sind vier Zapfhähne vorhanden aus dem Mann sein Berliner selber zapfen kann und über eine Konsole auf dem Zapfhahn kann man weitere Biersorten , Drinks und Speisen ordern. Das Personal ist super freundlich ,hilfsbereit und jederzeit zur Stelle, erklärt dem Gast die Bestellung über die Konsole . Die von uns bestellten Speisen waren sehr gut. Vielen Dank an das Team.

Your own beer tap at the table! Menus was fairly limited but the burgers were amazing. You order all at the table on a screen. Nice pub and good food. We were in around 6pm and it was quiet but id imagine you would need to book for busy times

Great experience. The magic mushroom burger is very tasty. We ordered quite a lot for tasting, and were surprised by the taste as it doesn’t taste commercial at all despite the touristic location. Service is top, very helpful and friendly. We would go back again.

This is the pug pub;) The time we came was not full, still got place without reservation and the pub staff was really nice. The food serving-really huge. My fish and chips was pretty nice but friends really fought with large burgers. The Pub motivates you to compete in beer drinking by allowing you to tap a beer directly ať your table. The large screen shows your table' score comparing to others, other connected pub and european cities 😎

Freundliches Personal. Essen Sehr gut und lecker. Kritikpunkt Toiletten nicht Sauber, zu Dunkel und ein Mini Spiegel. Wer ein Guten Burger Essen möchte und am Tisch sein eigenen Zapfhahn Hat ,ist hier genau richtig.

Es war ein ziemlich lustiger Abend. Mit meinen Jungs sollte hier die Kneipentour starten. Trotz dem wir nicht reserviert hatten, sah man uns die trockene Kehle an und gab uns ein flauschiges Plätzchen an Tisch vier. Nach dem wir erraten hatten woher der Kellner kam gab es noch eine Runde Pfeffi aufs Haus. Danach gab es noch ein leckeren Burger, wo leider das Brot etwas trocken war. Hat aber geschmeckt. Das Highlight ist die Zapfanlage direkt am Tisch. Bei der Bedienung der Anlage half und der Kellner bestens. Darauf gab es nochmal eine Runde Pfeffi. Ich kann das Pub echt empfehlen. Es gibt sogar einen Monitor wo man sehen kann welcher Tisch am meisten säuft und zapft. Danke 🙏 für den tollen Abend

Well, you’d think that serving your own beer is cheaper. It is not, it is even expensier, 5,5€ each 0.5L. When you first try to serve the beer the taps are closed, that means that they only serve foam, and it is counting, so you expend 5,5€ to 11€ drinking foam. Food is nice, but beer is very expensive.

Great place for having a chill time. All the staff was really friendly and helpful. We just ordered fries and had beer on tap. Nothing to complain. Highly recommended.

We entered the pub and went to sit on an empty table (there were plenty btw) only to have the waiter come yell at us saying we should've waited up front, and we should get up and leave as they're packed!! Mind you, the place wasn't even crowded and there were multiple empty tables! Very rude service!

When in Berlin, The Pub is a great place to unwind and enjoy some beer and great food. Love the ambience and the staff are super attentive and friendly ❤️ Great place and would definitely be back when in Berlin!

Lots of fun on a Saturday night! You can order from a touch screen (in multiple languages) which I actually really loved. There are also taps on each table inside so you can pour your own beer! The staff are kind and helpful (and fast), we didn't eat but the food looked amazing, especially the burgers. It was a loud rowdy atmosphere when we were there, and there was a Wettbewerb between the tables showing how much each table drank, all in good fun! We definitely didn't win, but had fun all the same!

EXCELLENT Hamburgers. The best I had during a whole week in Berlin. I was expecting the beer to be cheaper, since it's self service. But it was actually the same price you'd pay at any other restaurant...

It didn't have the tap beer on the tables which is the attractive thing there. And the kitchen was already closed when we wanted to order dessert.

The place is quite lively and fun to be with friends. You need advance reservations. We reached their on a Friday late evening and were lucky to find a table. You can only pour 1 beer from the tap and rest can be ordered from the touch screen over the tap. Touchscreen does not works as you would expect but is useable. Staff is friendly.

Built into the archways under the railway there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants in this area but we particularly enjoyed this one for it's atmosphere, food and quirky decor and the self serve beer taps in the middle of the table where a bit of fun. Great staff, great food, great value.

A beautiful decent pub with a different food and dining experience. They have beer pipes installed on all tables and you pay only for what you pour to your glass however little that is. Generous amount of food for each plate we ordered. Must visit if you are in Alexanderplatz. I loved the cocktail, it was big and tasty. Very economical and cheap compared to other places in Alexanderplatz. I highly recommend!

Really cool chain of pubs found in Germany and Czechia. Most tables have beer taps on the table, with screens up on the walls showing: Which table in the branch have drunk the most, which tables across all the branches have drunk the most and which of the branches have drunk the most. Staff were friendly and quick to serve, however for a "pub" there was a very small selection of beers

ENG: I give 4 star because I think that 1h and a half to wait is too much BUT the hamburger the beer, the staff and the place were excellent. I know, I know it was saturday and I should have known it would have taken so much but still too much. Well done, however I attach a photo to my review. This is "the pub hamburger". So happy of this place. We paid 45€ with trinkgeld (tip), 2 large beer, 2 big coke, and 2 burgers, for a big city like Berlin is not cheap nor too expensive. IT: 4 stelle solo perché abbiamo aspettato 1 h e mezza per l'hamburger, okay, era sabato ma mannaggia a loro stavamo morendo di fame. In foto vedete il pub burger che dovete assolutamente prendere. Ho pagato 45 € per: mancia, due birre enormi, due coca grande e due hamburger con patatine annesse. Comunque il personale cortese e parla inglese benissimo.

Good place kinda cozy, friendly staff, not too expensive. Went in a pint ended up having 3. Guinness on the tap and watch out for the screen to compare the drinking game with Czech counterpubs.

HORRIBLE! We had a very bad experience here. Staff were EXTREMELY RUDE! The beer tap was not working in any of our tables (pouring only foam -even the waiter admit it was not working) and instead of getting a new setting or solution we were told to deal with it. Literally! Pouring a beer was taking more than 10 min each. Plus the food took ages and it was cold when served. Moreover, we did a reservation a week in advance for our group, they told us we could seat together and when we arrived they sat us in 3 different tables, where you can barely talk to each other despite the fact that we reserved on time. Also they never let us change for a better table or even showed some flexibility to find a solution. As a note, there were other tables more suitable for us that stayed empty the whole night. Do yourself a favour and NEVER COME HERE!
