Definitely recommend this fun experience!! We (tourists, couple) arrived too late for our show, but the staff was so friendly to help us out with rescheduling for free. You can tell they have your best interest in mind to give you a good time. Also one of the staff members called me Princess a couple of times so that adds to the 5 star review as well of course! As for the show experience itself, it's not too scary apart from the few dark moments, it's rather a fun time with all the actors including you in their show. Shows are 3 times a day and you have a German as well as an English option. We did the English one, everything was clear and easy to follow.

Auch die meisten Effekte sind einfach identisch in Hamburg und Berlin, und dann soll man 24€ dafür bezahlen, da angeblich alle Online Plätze ausgebucht sind, vor Ort aber fast keine Besucher sind. Sehr schade, da ich mich schon darauf gefreut hatte.

Zur Zeit leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Vor ca. zwei Jahren in London im Dungeon zu Besuch gewsen und dort war es um Welten besser. Auf der Webseite und am Eingang wurden mit Sachen geworben, die man garnicht nutzen kann (z.B Wasserbahn). Die Show war sehr verkürzt (30 min. Gesammtdauer) und Räume wurde ausgelassen. Ein Hinweis davor wäre schön, denn aktuell ist es die Show für den Preis nicht wert.

The reviews are being way too hard on this place...if you wanted a full history of Berlin, go to a museum. This was a fun experience for my husband and I. Even with a slight fiasco with line misinformation, they still get a full 5 stars! The show was funny and all the little extras that go into it to make you jump, laugh and enjoy, really make it a cool event. I went in with full anxiety thinking I was going to be terrified and I came out laughing. This is a must do if you're in the area!

Definitely gave me and my sister a few frights and had us on edge. It was a good length too. The free fall at the end was a good way to end it (but an extra drop wouldn’t have gone amiss)!

The staff were all lovely and helpful, particularly when we had some issues with the new ticket system. Use the Welcome Card to get a 25% discount and it is definitely worth your while. Amazing place in the very heart of Berlin, getting there it's extremely easy, both with the tram and the underground. The staff is incredible and the actors are just awesome. Brilliant interactions and some fear shivers while discovering some real facts happened in the past of the German capital. Actors were good at their job and great storytellers. The decor and rooms were fully immersive, 10/10! No COVID restrictions anymore and there was a woman coughing her lungs out during our tour, but no one said anything about it. That wasn’t great. Everything else was definitely worth the price!

I’ll give it 5 stars specially for the brilliant artists and for successfully making the experience traumatic for me (as I am phobic of crowded and dark places). Be prepared for multiple jump scares. The only drawback I would say is the dialect or the accents of the artists that made the stories hard to follow at times. But you would understand the gist of it anyway, thanks to their gestures and expressions!

Unfortunately you cannot take pictures or videos inside the Dungeon, but it's understandable, otherwise it will take the surprise factor from others. To begin with, the people here are super nice, you a announcement at the entrance that prohibits any kind of exclusion, which is something i think other places need to copy. You enter the Dungeon and they give you the rules to the place. No camera, no food, no bad words and of course no touching. You enter and starts receiving jump scares, but nothing out of control, everything is comedy wise, just to chill and make you laugh. You then start getting to other places in which they will interact with the public, making it more fun. You have 2 types of tour, one in English the other in German, make sure to specify your language before time. This has become my number 1 place in Berlin as of now, really loved the place, and would love there others like this. 100% recommended!!

This location offers English tours though I’d double check the time you’re booking is in English as they are limited in booking. The staff here are very friendly and the whole experience was amazing. The actors played their role very well and were very interactive. The whole experience is amazing and every location has something different added! Would definitely recommend.

Wenn man dann aber auch noch als Familie mit 3 Personen ständig getrennt wird und den freien Fall am Schluss alleine machen muss ... Sehr sehr schade, dann lieber auf bessere Zeiten warten.

Leider war der Besuch nicht wie erwartet. Coronabedingt ist es eine sehr limitierte Show. Statt der beworbenen elf Shows und zwei Attraktionen, gibt es hier nur vier Shows mit einer Attraktion. Leider steht zu dieser Limitierung weder am Eingang etwas, noch im Internet. Der Besuch dauert eine ¾ Stunde inkl. Wartezeit bis sich alle Besucher nacheinander in den jeweiligen Räumen befinden. Die Schauspieler haben eine gute Arbeit geleistet und wir wurden gut unterhalten. Am Besten, man wartet hier mit dem Besuch auf eine Lockerung der coronabedingten Maßnahmen.

The best experience in Berlin. I had so much fun and the staff are very professional and great. I enjoyed every second of this experience and I highly recommend it. I found it by mistake on the map and I'm very glad I did. The total time is around 2 hours of less. And after you finish there is a super cool souvenirs shop at the end where you can buy some really cool stuff. The best part of it the game at the end of the experience.

The show was good, quite funny with several jump scares. Unfortunately, one of the rides is broken, but the site doesn't say anything about it and tickets are still full price. The second ride lasts less than a minute, but thanks at least for that.

The tickets were bought as a present and i didn't know what to expect with it being a Dungeon.I enjoyed it, i went to the English speaking one. I found it educational, funny, and in parts a little scary. All in all it was fun and worth a visit.

Very expensive, bad actors, Waterboat was defective when we sat in it but we received no compensation like a voucher for it. No big surprises for grown ups and content not really good for kids. Do not go!

We planned the trip to Berlin and booked every attraction. After we had the entire schedule worked out and the tickets booked and paid for, the Berlin Dungeon sent a cancelation email a couple of days later. No reason was provided. Our family of 4 (2 teen boys) enjoyed this, but it certainly isn't scary, and the ride at the end is barely a ride. The activity is a bit pricy, especially since it's not even an hour long, but it's a neat experience and the actors really get into their role. DO NOT buy the photo add-on. We did for all 4 tickets, but we all ended up receiving the same, rushed, one-pose option that they took when we first entered the dungeon.Plus, we had to print it ourselves.

This was my 5st dungeon and of course all dungeon have things in common. The mirror cabinet is outdated in all dungeons. As well as the courtroom and the text. The raft in this dungeon is pretty useless. Still 5 stars because there are a lot of surprise elements and all actors did a great job. But the witch acting was outstanding an something I haven't seen in other dungeon. You should go pee before the show...

Great experience, performed by an amazing team. Myself and my wife visited sort of on a whim and had no idea what to expect beforehand. We thought it might be a museum dungeon type thing but we were very wrong! It was so much better! Initially, the ticket price seemed expensive at €26 ea (our fault for not checking beforehand), but I'm glad we didn't as we might not have gone. The tour itself is a semi-guided immersive theatre through a series of different rooms and environments, where every room has a story. There isn't a lot of history and there's no real in depth looks at the context behind the stories, so don't expect that. However, there quality of the acting, the production and the immersion is absolutely unreal! My wife was terrified, but said it was the highlight of our trip. My personal favourite was the "Witch" and I still cannot understand how she was so good at what she did. Hats off to you fraulein! Well worth the trip!

Actors were good, gave it their all but I felt the props let it down as were cheap and tacky plus I was under the impression that the picture you take at the beginning was included in the ticket but it wasn't and its either online for an extra 5 euros or on the day for 10 euros Which I thought was over priced which I did complain about but to no avail, this should be made clear on the day as it was one price and not the choice that it advertised.
