Really enoyed our 30 mins in the shop, enjoying a cappuccino and me chocolate. Lots of choice, things to do on 2 floors and a nice toilet to boot. Well worth popping in, if in the area. Even ha a free chocolate fountain to try :) Looked like a kids section and things to book as mini experiences as well.

We signed up to do the 1-hour chocolate making workshop. The staff was really friendly and accommodated for us by speaking in both English and Deutsch. The experience was fun and not very complicated. The overall museum is small with two floors so you can see the entire thing in about 15 minutes. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and all of the staff onsite are very kind and helpful!

Chocolates in all exotic tastes available. You can even get your special flavours made( that is a bit too overpriced) Staff was unmotivated and overworked. Tester chocolates ( free) was never filled though we were one of the first customers to enter the shop.

Lots of Ritter chocolate and merchandise on offer. Small cafe selling Ritter flavoured beverages and snacks. Small display area upstairs where you can decorate your own chocolate bar.

An interesting place to visit. They have a delicious warm chocolate fountain for free tasting, but the tasting waffle cone feels flaky and not crunchy. There's a printing service to print your own picture on the chocolate box. They also have free toilets.

I recently visited Ritter Chocolate in Berlin, and my experience was mixed. While they offer a wide variety of chocolate options, there's a downside. The process of creating your chocolate is like placing an order at McDonald's, but the wait time is significantly longer, a full 60 minutes. This waiting time can be frustrating, especially for those looking for a quick treat. However, if you're patient and enjoy customizing your chocolate, the variety they offer might make up for the wait.

Absolutely brilliant. Wish it wasn't 31 degrees and then I could have bought some chocolate. The interactive thing of how chocolate is made was great and you even got a mini bar of chocolate which nearly melted in my hand. Will have to come back again when the weather is cooler as I really wanted a pick n mix selection.

Lots of flavours both unique (test flavours and regional flavours! yum) and commonly found back at home (although for a much better price here), gift packs, and the ability to create your own Ritter Sport bar. The exhibition upstairs leaves a bit to be desired but overall it's what you'd hope for a big chocolate store.

We had booked a workshop of making our own chocolates. It was a really fun experience, and the two instructors leading the course were very nice. The workshop as well as the little museum was just above the actually shop. The shop itself was colorfull and nice. However, the service in the shop was very poor. We experienced two different employees having a very bad and ‘dont care’ attitude and one of them being just rude when asking for assistance. If not for the great workshop, I would have given 2 stars because of the poor service.

You can buy any different kind of ritter sport chocolates that you don't find in supermarkets outside.you find offers and some souvenirs like bags, cups etc with ritter sport topic. There is a vegetarian chocolate too! And you can make your own customized chocolate, mine was filled with cramberries, coconut and gummy. You have to wait half an hour to pick it up.

Very cool place. The "made your own chocolate" option is pretty useless, because you have to wait so much time for it to be ready.

Nice place with a great choice of Rittersport chocolate. You can also make your own chocolate bar (5€ per 100gr bar) - select chocolate type and additives. But note that you'll have to wait 30 minutes before the bar is ready.

The cafe is located upstairs and has savory and sweet food. I went during a weekday and it wasn’t busy. The prices were much better than I expected (I thought since it’s tourist central, it would be overpriced). I ordered the praline mousse cake and a cappuccino. It wasn’t anything special and I wouldn’t recommend it. There are much better bakeries and patisseries in Berlin. The service was fast and good. Downstairs is a ritter sport shop and you can make your own chocolate - meaning you tell the person behind the counter 3 ingredients that you want in your chocolate bar and they make it for you while you watch. Still, this is a nice and creative activity to do if you’re in town and makes for a cute gift.

great shop! i am a big ritter sport fan and it's really nice to visit the shop because they have so many more ritter sport things than in regular supermarkets. the part where you can design your own chocolate is quite expensive. in general it is great but the factory in waldenbuch is way better with more offers and more variety! however the one in berlin is worth a visit:)

This place is amazing! You can make your own chocolate (milk or dark) bar and pick what you want inside. It takes 30 min to set, so its best to do this right when you walk into the store. Then shop around or go upstairs to the cafe to kill time. They have every flavor here and some special ones like gluten free, dairy free. They are open every day except Christmas and New Years so it’s a good thing to do on Sunday when everything is closed in Germany.

Shop where you can create your own chocolate bar and buy plenty of Ritter Sport. I think you can see it all in 10-15 mins. You can sign up for certain exclusive chocolate experiences but we didn’t try it.

A very fun little activity. You get to try and make your own Ritter sport. You get some history about the company while you wait for the chocolate to dry. Relaxing and fun

Had a great time creating our own chocolate bar in the workshop. Both of our guides were entertaining and knowledgeable (the workshop is in German, but very easy to follow).

The chocolate is good and so is the Hot Chocolate. The staff are friendly and the place is well kept, clean and interactive. I think you can book activities, however we came here by coincidence and didn't spent much time here, so I don't know much else.

Great shop, really cheap prices, was shocked at how affordable the chocolate was compared to how much it can be in supermarkets. Lots of flavours you can't always access in normal supermarkets. Great place to spend an hour or so if you buy one of the personalised chocolates like we did - the smallest option (100g) was just under €7 and it was a fun experience to try out. They also have a machine with freebies that shows you the way chocolate is made. Didn't try the cafe but it looked amazing

  • 5/5 Ros H. 4 years ago on Google
This was a lovely way to spend 90 minutes. A look round the history of Ritter Sport brand and chocolate-making, then breakfast in the cafe. The staff were very nice, the chocolate is fabulous and really good prices for chocolate gifts to take home for souvenirs.

  • 5/5 Jim C. 1 year ago on Google
This was a fun chocolate store. Delicious chocolate at a very reasonable price. 100 gram chocolate bars could be 10 for €10. The custom, create your own chocolate bar was more expensive but very fun to create exactly what you want. Of note, the custom chocolate bar takes 45 minutes until it is ready. If you are in the area, it is definitely worth a stop. And good for gifts for others.

  • 5/5 Manasa S. 1 year ago on Google
It’s a chocolate heaven for anyone who loves chocolates. A wide range of collections and combinations are available at a very reasonable price. They also have a Photo Booth where people can click pictures and it would be emailed to them later on. They also offer a customised chocolate depending on your choices within 30 mins.

So exited to visit this shop !! Amazing shop. Loads of Ritter Sport flavors available in various package sizes. They also have a cafe upstairs with different food, desserts, and ice creams made with their chocolate. I was also surprised how inexpensive it was. I bought chocolate for friends. We are definitely coming back.

  • 5/5 Victor C. 4 years ago on Google
The sweets are great. That is to be expected. But even the sandwiches were excellent served on house baked bread and with fresh produce. The prices are very reasonable and the waitress kindly asked if we had the Welcome Card which gave us 25% off. We are definitely coming back.

If you love ritter sport chocolate or just want to see a German chocolate brand, this is the place for you. You can make your own chocolate bars and mix whatever you want, or eat if melted!! You will find all Ritter sport flavors in here and some fan stationary and items. On the second floor there is a cafe.

  • 5/5 Andrew R. 7 months ago on Google
Been living in Berlin for years, first time to the Ritter Sport store as my Danish family had this on the “must see” list. Obviously a Ritter Sport marketing tool, but a really good one. Two floors, 2nd floor you can order a custom RS choco bar, as well create your own packaging graphic for it (selfie photo). It takes about an hour for it to be produced and you pick it up from the cashier on the ground floor. They also have a chocolate kitchen, prob a good thing to do for a child’s birthday. Check their website for costs. I recommend this not only for tourists but locals too, anyone that likes chocolate

Nice experience for children and adults, I was there 2. Times. Once during corona pandemic, and last week (2023). The difference was huge - I can recommend this place, fun, entertaining, you can try chocolate (even for free) and learn a little bit. I can also recommend the workshops!!! Just small touristic disadvantage: educational part is only in German

  • 5/5 Jacob H. 1 year ago on Google
My 4-year-old and I attended one of the chocolate workshops at Ritter Sport in Berlin last week. The experience was excellent for a child. You get to make two chocolate bars to take home and there's plenty to try along the way. The team was very friendly and helpful.

Really interesting, quirky and fun shop/galley/museum. You can make your own chocolates, buy pre-made ones and learn about the history, all in one place. I really recommend.

Really nice coffee shop with amazing chocolate shop. They have redecorated the place since the last time i visited and to be fair i preferred the old structure but still is an amazing place to visit and buy some of their amazing chocolates :)

  • 5/5 Matt C. 4 years ago on Google
How could you not love it! From the build your own ritter sport bar to the store to the cafe it's all amazing and very VERY reasonably priced. My roommates had to pull me away before I bought all of the chocolate, and I still ended up buying a kilo of chocolate. I cant wait to go back! I'll stop by there every time I'm in Berlin from now on!

  • 5/5 Me S. 3 years ago on Google
Great fun to make your own chocolate at a fair price. Staff was really nice but a bit stressed. Very prepared and safe for #covidtimes. Sadly, you have to wait 40 minutes to get the final chocoalte, but we used this time to go to the east gallery with uber (also really recommend uber!). They should have more options of what you can put into the chocolate, but they definitely have great options.

Really nice concept of the place. Stuff was very friendly. Chocolate we made (bigger bar) was really tasty. However, expect that making bigger bar of your own chocolate might take 40-45min. Nice location, can recommend.

This is a must-visit store in Berlin! Chocolate bars in just about every flavor you can imagine, but if they don't have what you want, you can create your own custom chocolate bar in about 30 minutes! And the pricing is surprisingly reasonable.

  • 4/5 Septi Dwisidi H. 2 years ago on Google
If you love Ritter Sport, then you have to visit this at least once. They have all of the chocolate variations and you can even make your own. You can choose the type of chocolate and toppings. Unfortunately on my second visit on August 2021, the cafe was not open due to Covid-19. But when it’s re-open, you should try their small cakes. It’s so gooood

The store offers all variety of chocolate bars of Ritter Sport, including special editions such as the winter variations or Olympic chocolate. Besides the typical chocolate bar size, you can also purchase a package including different small sized chocolate bars. The store also offers the possibility to create your own chocolate bar with different type of chocolate, fruits, sweets, etc. In the first floor you can check the history of Ritter Sport and take a photo with your fried for social media. To sum it up - If you like chocolate, go there and get some for you and your friends.

Such a good place. For chocolate but also education. The second floor includes a lot of information about chocolate. There is heaps to choose from and you can mix your own candy bar. Also there is a cafe with heaps of sweets. (I just wanted to see what they do - I ended up buying some as I have never seen them in a supermarkt).

  • 4/5 Balázs S. 1 year ago on Google
Small, but purposefully built chocolate store with a huge variation, selections and discounted packages of selections amongst possibility to hand pick smaller and even smaller variations of the Ritter Sport chocolate family. Has some exotics and rarities as well as a little museum on top and a bar in front which makes custom stuff too. It's much cheaper here, although it could be open longer.

Had a wonderful time at the chocolate workshop. I should have realized from booking that most of the lecture would be in German, but our guide was extremely kind to translate into English for us. What a wonderful value and great time we had designing our chocolate bars.

  • 4/5 Cindy B. 3 years ago on Google
Sehr lecker.

Nice chocolate shop where we were able to have them make a customised chocolate bar for ourselves. Choose between white, milk or dark chocolate, plus three different ingredients. Be prepared to wait for about 45 min
