My employer gave me a 100 euro voucher to spend at BeachMitte. When I arrived with my family and wanted to buy some food, we realized that the food options very, very limited. But perhaps more importantly the lady behind the counter saw such a voucher with a QR code apparently for the first time in her life and didn't have equipment to deal with it. Nor did she care much. I found this curious, because there must have been a couple of vouchers issued for our company alone. In the end, we got help from a helpful gentleman at the climbing area, who went out of his way to help us order food and then processed the payment using a scanner in his area. Without him we would've wasted a trip. It also doesn't help with planning that they have no semblance of a menu on their website, you basically have to come and see what's on offer personally. That's not a great situation to be in with kids and I could not get them very excited for mushroom goulash. I understand that this place may be heaven for volleyball players and climbers, but my experience was of a disorganized place that can't even post basic information online. I hesitate a lot to consider coming back.

Nice sports area to play Beach Volleyball. In the summer there is a Beach Bar which can be really enjoyable. They sometimes play live music. During Winter, you can book courts inside. It makes sense to book a couple of days in advance!

More than 20 courts. Awesome atmosphere. Powerful lights for evening sessions. You can chill after the game in the lounge zone! Loved it.

This is a cool place to sit and hang out. Nice vibes. Nice and cool sand for you feet and fire pits for your soul. Drinks are a bit pricey but that's common for this part of the city. You can also play some sport games and move your body..

Bar and volleyball courts are great. Unfortunately, the staff of the climbing area was incredibly rude. Can not recommend.

Beach Mitte was nice, an artificial beach >> good for volleyball playing. It has all the arrangements like taking shower 🚿 after playing, snacks and nice sitting arrangements. And I think the overall cost is also affordable.

I love that place especially when it gets dark with the bonfires and cocktails in your hand. If you like activities they have a few there 😅

Nice place to go to. It's very clean and the staff is very nice aswell. Perfect for a few rounds of Beach Volleyball or if you're just the audience: very nice seating areas.

Nice place with good location but management/staff is really unfriendly We booked the place for corporate events and one member of staff harassed a colleague because he "thought" he insulted him. He followed him yelling to our court, insulting him constantly, threatening to kick us all off the court. Such anger issues are completely unacceptable. Management did nothing after a formal complaint apparently. Disappointing. Also, another one of these places that don't take normal debit cards. Just let me cover the 2% fees for you.

I wouldn’t give even one star, but well, is the only option. Having booked courts for 24 people for 2 hours, we were playing less than 1,5 hours due to the inconveniences caused by the staff. We were in the contact by phone days before with the personal, asking about all current Corona regulations, but about the rule “if you more than 10 people at one court, everyone has to have 2G++” what means, everyone has to be tested to matter booster, we got to know 15 minutes before the beginning of our booked time. And of course no notice on the website. And it was Sunday. So, is pretty hard to find opened centers in that area at that time. But what had made the situation worse, was super unfriendly and rude personal. One guy just came shouting at us, because apparently in the Berliner worst weather of heavy rain and strong wind we somehow missed the little plate “to check in inside” being there FOR THE FIRST TIME, well, and the last one. That’s totally not acceptable attitude towards customers. There is no allowance and can’t be no excuse or explanation for such aggressive and rude behavior.

Good for beach volleyball

I came here every year for beach volleyball and it is really an amazing place. 1. The service is so good. All people work there can speak English and they are so nice. 2. The court is good and we really have lots of fun. 3. The price is ok. I paid 22EUR/hour/court. If there are more than 5 people and it is really worth it. In general, it is really a nice place to hangout with your friends.

Amazing place for playing volleyball, climbing and to get together with your friends. It has showers and changing rooms for refreshing after the game. It also has a nice bar to get some beer and other drinks.

This was a super cheap and with a good layout. The toilets and showers are clean and functional. Rooms are small but offer a good amount of organisation with shelving.

Many courts, good quality soft and deep sand. Restaurant and bar are nice added features and you can rent a ball if you forget yours.

Great place to hang out having some beers, and even better, playing some padel tennis.

Too many volleyball courts to accommodate more people at the same time. Well kept places, changing rooms and bath places. The cafe inside have all regular drinks and some pommes variants too but not too many tables to sit around and enjoy the drinks after a game.

Fantastic place to play some casual or competitive beach volleyball. They have plenty of courts that can be booked in advance and everything seems in good shape. The bar offers a great selection of drinks and small bites for the post-game relaxation. Autumn/winter update: Even the colder months seem to be handled well here. The courts are covered by a huge dome and heated lightly. The bar area is also transformed into an indoor experience.

Very good, we stayed in the little cubes, it was good but to be honest it was just small and cramped. During the night it was extremely hot (with no air conditioning) The bar was nice, they also had a kids play area and a beach sport area

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and it was truly an excellent experience. We were hosting our GDE Summit dinner, and the restaurant proved to be an ideal place for the occasion. One thing that stood out to me was the restaurant's popularity during the summer months, which is not surprising given the stunning views of the surrounding area. However, even in the winter months, the restaurant was still an excellent choice. The interior of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with warm lighting and comfortable seating. The staff was also very friendly and attentive, ensuring that everyone was well taken care of throughout the meal. As for the food itself, it was absolutely delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes, including some vegetarian options, and everything was prepared to perfection. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, and the presentation was beautiful as well. We also enjoyed some excellent wine and dessert options, rounding out a truly wonderful meal. All in all, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great dining experience.
