Beautiful rooms and interior. Just gorgeous. From the outside it’s difficult to tell how beautiful it is inside. It’s a great area and close to many nice restaurants. The rooms are just pure luxury and when you include breakfast it’s a full breakfast including made to order eggs etc. I was really happy we stayed here.

While it is an amazing centrally located hotel, there are some downfalls to it: the WiFi is slow to non existent in multiple parts of the hotel. The rooms are old and our bathroom taps were constantly clogged. On our final day the tap handle just broke off! HOWEVER, we would gladly stay again! The staff was amazing, the breakfasts were delicious and the location was superb yet quiet!

I was very disappointed. The staff were extremely rude and unfriendly and the food was horrible. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will make sure not to go to this hotel ever again.

I stayed here for a work conference and was impressed with everything but the business breakfast. The bread was hard as a rock and the coffee was blow average. I was so disappointed after days of amazing service from the rest of the hotel. The tea room is noteworthy. The room is beautiful. The outdoor eating area was perfect and the bartender went above and beyond every day I was there.

We were there for my mother’s birthday and the service was just excellent! Friendliest and most respectful team. We loved every minute of it and will be back next year! Thanks a lot to the whole team: from the concierge to reception to cleaning and everyone else: you were amazing!

Very friendly staff. Hotel and rooms were clean but very dated. I thought the spa and gym were tiny but normal sized for a city hotel. The location is perfect for everyone who wants to be central. Walking distance to the Brandenburger gate and Gendarmen market.

Very nice hotel, great service from all members of staff(front/bar/maintenance/room service/cleaning) everyone was great. It was nice to eat some vegan options from the room service menu. The location is great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. Also really enjoyed the sauna and ability to crank to 85C+

All the charm of a proud luxury hotel comes through in the flawless staff and the grand lobby decor. Full marks on that front. I had a small special request, which was met rapidly with a smile. However, for the full price tag of the hotel, the rooms are dated. Tired lighting and furniture, yellow walls and heavy curtains from a third-rate theatre. Notably this does not apply to the spacious bathroom, which was modern and superb.

I did extensive research in choosing our hotel in Berlin bc it was our first trip there. Because of the stellar reviews and my appreciation for the Regent brand I chose this hotel. First, it does have the splendor I had expected and the restaurant was beautiful. However, the rooms didn't work for us and we left to go to a different hotel. From the moment I got off the elevator the smell in the hallways affected my allergies and the rooms were no different. Our request to change to a different room due to allergies was honored but it contained the exact same allergen. We asked to leave the next morning and they were very cooperative to immediately refund our money. I thought the room was fine but a little tired. You can get the idea from the photos. My experience was much different from other reviewers - so maybe it was me, but if you are at all allergy sensitive - think twice!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Regent Berlin, and it was a delightful experience in many ways. The hotel exudes an air of timeless elegance and sophistication that is simply captivating. While there were a few minor aspects that didn't meet my expectations, the overall experience was truly enjoyable. One of the standout highlights of my stay was the exquisite waffles served at the hotel's breakfast. They were a true culinary delight - light, fluffy, and served with an array of delectable toppings. The waffles were so good that I found myself looking forward to breakfast every morning, and I must say they set a high standard for any future waffle cravings I might have. The service at the Regent Berlin was exceptional, and the staff was attentive, courteous, and eager to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room itself was spacious and elegantly decorated, providing a sense of luxury that is characteristic of the Regent brand. However, I was a bit disappointed to discover that the minibar was not complimentary. In many luxury hotels, a complimentary minibar is often included as part of the package, and I had expected the same here. While it's not a major issue, it did feel like a minor inconvenience, especially given the overall cost of the stay. In summary, the Regent Berlin is an excellent hotel with a lot to offer. The waffles at breakfast are a definite highlight, and the overall experience is one of luxury and elegance. While the minibar being non-complimentary was a small disappointment, it didn't significantly detract from the overall quality of our stay. I would still highly recommend the Regent Berlin for a luxurious and enjoyable experience in the heart of the city.

Excellent doesn’t even begin to describe my experience. This hotel is one-of-a-kind. The décor, the room, the food, and, above all, the service are world-class. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would live here if I could. Having said that, there were a few organizational issues during breakfast. My brother had to leave on an empty stomach because they didn’t take down his order properly or something. But it was a minor inconvenience. I freaking love this place and will definitely be coming back with my wife. She has to experience it for herself!

This was well above a 5 star hotel. From the enormous and beautiful rooms to the amazing staff that went above and beyond to help. This is the only hotel I've seen with electrical outlets to support all the different countries without needing an adapter. The buffet breakfast with made to order eggs was just icing on the cake. Looking forward to coming back the next time

The hotel was refreshingly cool and comfortable. The air conditioning provided a pleasant escape from the heat outside. The room had a nice temperature, allowing me to relax and unwind. The hotel's common areas were also well-ventilated, creating a soothing and refreshing atmosphere. It was a wonderfully cool and invigorating experience throughout my stay.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were amazing and bent over backwards to help, the room stunning and I loved every bit of our stay here. The Regent Berlin is also very close to most things of interest and historical sites. I would love to come back and cant wait to do so.

At the end of August, we spent a long weekend there. We were upgraded to a suite on the seventh floor when we checked in. It was amazing. The bedroom has a king-size bed, two bathrooms, a living area, and a dressing room with a walk-in closet. Everything you could possibly need, including two enormous TVs—one in the living room and one in the bedroom—Occitane amenities, bathrobes and slippers, chocolates, fruit, and biscuits—was included in the suite. Perfectly tidy. They have a very nice personnel. We also received breakfast as part of our accommodation package, which was fantastic. Hot cuisine was prepared to order, including eggs benedict, omelettes, bacon, and eggs. There was also a buffet with cereals, breads, pastries, cold meats, and cheeses and hot food, such as omelettes, bacon, eggs any style, and eggs benedict, was prepared to order. Great location with lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby and the majority of the sites only a 15-minute walk away. We had a great time and heartily recommend it. I found out the price was pretty consistent at 400€ a night on all sites ,I’m so glad I found it for 310€ a night on Locktrip also found this discount code VYEOR on top of that, so was very good value for the money!😁

Could have used more electrical outlets in the room. Overall, a wonderful experience. Comfortable, relaxing and quiet. Mostly attentive, helpful staff, although service levels dropped a bit on Friday evening when it seemed junior staff were on duty.

An outstanding service from all the staff at the Regent Berlin. Exceptional high standards. My stay here was simply outstanding. The Regent Berlin is kept immaculate. All the staff need to be praised for their excellent customer focus. They are extremely helpful. One of the best hotels I have ever experienced. Thank you all.

The room was very nice, I learned the hard way not to trust the staff.we were deceived by the staff on the amenities. We were given services and without prior disclosure charged four times the value. I will not stay where I cant trust the staff.

Spacious room with pretty furniture! The bathroom also had a bathtub and a shower. We were lucky to have a little balcony that had somewhat of a view. It's a very comfortable place to stay. Housekeeping was great as well.

5 star superior WITH NO WIFI went there for business, and we could not all have videocalls bc the wifi was not working. we flagged it many times and they just didn't care or did anything to improve the service. Old shower, broken mirror...... if you want to have 5 stars you need to make sure the service is a good one.

Stayed at the Regent last year, and was very comfortable in their suite, which was unexpectedly large! Service was excellent also. The butler / concierge service helped us in so many ways when it came to booking restaurants, concerts, and seeing that our driver was on top of our plans. This hotel stands out in solid service.

Then why you still retain my clothes if your hotel don’t pay for the laundry damage either your hotel insurance company? It has been 2 years now. And no reply email after I checking out and paid all the room fee, yes, after they get the money.

extremely rude concierges to regular people on the street. remember that if I hold an aldi bag that a) does not mean I cannot afford your hotel b) nor write a bad review. More professionality should be expected for your level.

Professional and helpful reservations team. Breakfast was included in our room rates. Buffet plus hot entrees (to order): eggs, side dishes, pancakes (the best), waffles, omelettes...etc. Excellent selection of fresh fruits. Very happy with it. Windows can be opened and some rooms have balconies. Hotel within walking distance to the museums, Rausch Schokoladenhaus, and malls with supermarkets and pharmacies. Will definitely stay here again.

One of the most beautiful hotels. If you don't stay at the hotel at least visit the Regent Berlin for coffee or tea time. Tea time is amazingly delicious and accompanied by life classical piano music. So beautiful.
