Whilst the location and breakfast is great, I must say I was expecting more from this hotel in the price level. When we checked in to our room we found a ball of dust and used tissue on the floor. Pillow wasn't very comfortable and there wasn't an option to change to other pillows. There was renovation works ongoing (Dec '21) so it felt messy. There wasn't a lot of noise per se but there was work and temporary wall in place near the elevator area. Gym was open only 10 AM - 9 PM. While traveling I suppose most people would rather work out late to the night or early morning, so it's not too great.

Simply one of the best hotels I've ever visited, probably the best. The aquarium is the main focal point of the hall and bar, and gives a very nice and distinctive touch. The bar and the whole atmosphere is very comfy, with nice chairs and sofas. The room was great, clean and new. Very nice experience!

Wundervolles Hotel, das Aquarium macht es noch mal zu etwas sehr besonderem! Der Service war super, ich kam zum Glück zu einem Zeitpunkt, an dem die Rezeption nicht gefüllt war, mein Koffer wurde mir auf das Zimmer gebracht. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ich hatte uneingeschränkten Blick auf den Dom und würde diese Kategorie immer wieder wählen, einfach traumhaft! Ich habe immer per Roomservice Frühstück bestellt und dieses war hervorragend! Das Restaurant im Hotel ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Amazing location and the hotel staff are more than helpful. Had a balcony room with a view of the River Spree and Berlin Cathedral and couldn't have asked for a better view of Berlin. Rooms were nice and spacious and the hotel gym is adequate for simple workouts. Would highly recommend and the standing aquarium is the lobby is a sight to see.

PRO Very central location. The aquarium is definitely a highlight. Our rooms was big, clean, quiet and the beds comfortable. The bathroom had everything you need. You can completely darken the room. CON The check-in was a desaster! We had to wait for 45 (!!!) Min. Rooms were overbooked. Families with kids didn't get the rooms they booked, us included. The staff just pointed out the terms and conditions. Somehow they managed to give us a good room. The staff looked like they had no idea of how the system was working. Just one lady had to manage the chaos. A very bad experience.

One of the best hotels in Berlin. It has great views and it's located in an amazing location that makes walking to most city attractions very easy. Staff are well trained and are very friendly. The rooms are extremely clean and tidy. The lobby is modern and has a very nice aquarium in the middle.

Lovely hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and exceptional staff. I stayed in an exterior-facing room with two single beds, firm mattress and a balcony that faced the neighboring apartments/courtyard. It was wonderful to open the door and let in morning cool air and sometimes at night I left it open as well for a nice breeze. The rooms are very cozy and easy to work in, the in-room coffee/water pot are a nice addition. There were cupboards next to one bed where I was able to unpack my suitcase and get organized. The hotel restaurant's breakfast options were fantastic with a large selection of fruits, bread/danish, granola, yogurt, as well as eggs cooked to order including a variety of protein options. I had an omelette with spinach and smoked salmon which was very tasty.

Amazing location, everything is literally close in walking distance. Great service, they had their lobby under renovation during our stay. That said they made sure to make up for it with great customer service. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

There is a one million liter fish tank in the middle of the hotel! I loved having it right outside my window. The saunas and pool were also very nice. There's a very strong jet in the pool that feels amazing on your muscles. The breakfast is also fantastic. Probably the best thing about this hotel is the location. Very close the museum island. I came to this hotel from another in Berlin, because the wifi there wasn't great. The wifi ended up being even worse here though. It's especially bad during peak hours. Not really acceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Not much else to criticize, but mediocre wifi is the unpardonable sin. I wished the gym had been a bit bigger too. The ceiling is too low for the pull-up bar. You will hit your head if you do full range of motion.

Location is wonderful ! On the river, heart or the city! Modern & stylish room! Largest fish aquarium in the reception area is the main attraction 😍 Bar & resturant services are good ! Spa services 👌 I want to stay again in future !

This hotel is AMAZING! As soon as you walk in, the first thing that you see is this huge cylindar fish tank which is located behind the reception desk. It's truly spectacular. The lobby area is nice and airy and the staff are very welcoming. They are so friendly and polite. The bar area is also very nice and the breakfast is delicious. There is a nice selection of food, that is well cooked and very fresh. The environment is clean and tidy and smells lovely and fresh. The rooms are beautiful. Very spacious and again clean. Nothing was too much trouble for staff members, and they made some great recommendations in relation to places to eat. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking to stay in Berlin. It is in a excellent location, and is within easy reach of a range of sites. Well done Raddison Blu (and staff!!!!) I look forward to staying again in the very near future

Location is perfect! Easy to anywhere everywhere. Spa centre is excellent and staff are very friendly. Reception is always helpful. Hotel view is stunning.

I have stayed about 60 nights in this Radisson hotel. The staff here is very very professional and helpful. I have always felt at home while traveling to Berlin. I have been here during the transition from Radisson to the Radisson collection. The new collection hotel is so nice. The Atrium bar has some of the best cocktails I have found in Berlin. Chris is a true artist! The new restaurant menu is amazing. I could have a drink in the new Hygee lobby every night. Truly an amazing stay every time!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel! The receptionist Mr. Schaudt was incredibly friendly, funny and provided exceptional service to us. He explained all Covid regulations to us and gave us really helpful tips for our stay in Berlin. All in all, the atmosphere in the hotel was warm and kind. We would love to come back!

Very nice hotel. Loved many things, including the fishies! However, for the price we paid, I would have expected a bit more attention to detail—the shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser was just laying on the ground, and did not dispense, there is no where to hang things like your towel, or set things like soap in the shower. Other things like not being able to turn on the lights in one portion of the family room instead of all or nothing. So if the kids are sleeping, and we are up, we can’t have the lights on. One big frustration was the water in the shower. It may look like a plus that there is a “rainwater” shower, but that just means no water pressure. And the water was like a roller coaster. Hot, cold, back and forth all throughout the shower. Not fun. I will say the service was good and the breakfast was nice and the hotel was clean and in a great location. It’s the the small details though when you pay a pretty penny.

RADISSON BLU HOTEL, BERLIN = We have had so wonderful time together with my hubby in this hotel last September 22, 2021 in spite of the strict Covid-19 protocols. We of course followed all rules and what is being advised to protect ourselves from being infected and besides we are both completely vaccinated. So we have no worries at all. We selected the room facing the Cathedral and also facing the Spree River. From our balcony we have a beautiful view and fondly watch many different styles of boats touring along the river. The Hotel has all the amenities a 5-star hotel has to offer. The breakfast menu is Buffet rich and abundant! Another thing it is located just within the centre of most touristic attractions so we can walk short distances without problems. Because of renovations in some parts of the Hotel we were not able to see the complete interior beauty of the reception hall. We can only enjoy thru the glass walls of the elevator the huge tubular Blue Sea Aquarium almost as high as the building which add contrast to the monochromatic color of the Building. The Staffs and all personals we met are very friendly and helpful.

𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻 | 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆🇩🇪 This Radisson is absolutely delightful. Located in Alexanderplatz stunning area that offers everything bars cafes clubs pubs and locket shopping outlets. Fabian offers excellent advice and was truly a credit to this hotel. Staff in general highly knowledgeable. Room was again lovely with great standards as always. Coffee machine excellent and in general a lovely view of the square in front of the hotel. Food and drink again class delightful and tasty throughout my stay. Highly recommend for Berlin.

Delighted with my stay in Radisson Collection! Our room was ready before check in which is always fantastic to hear after a long early morning travel. The lobby is absolutely stunning. The fish tank is mesmerising and the lounge area around it is cozy and peaceful. The staff are all pleasant and professional. Our hotel room was perfect. The bed was enormous and super comfortable. We had a view of the park and christmas market which was lovely. The hotel was cleaned thoroughly every morning. The hotel also gifted my partner and I prosecco and chocolates for our anniversary which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. Thank you to all the staff. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again. Fantastic central location

A wonderful time here, from check-in to check-out. All the staff are amazing, but a special mention to the kellnerinnen at breakfast who were exceptional. Beautiful rooms, and everywhere was so clean and well maintained.

The hotel interior is great and the view from the hotel window is beautiful. The breakfast seemed pretty standard - I guess from a hotel of such calibre, I would have expected a bit more variety. However, my biggest complaint is the Wi-Fi which only seemed to work in the downstairs lobby. I hope this gets sorted out in the near future. Thank you!

Excellent location close to the trains/trans, museums, shopping centres! The rooms have everything you need. There's a gym that is basic but has everything you need for a great workout and a spa for your pampering. I found the staff very helpful.

What I liked: - amazing location overlooking the cathedral - modern spaces with great design - efficient AC - it's not a norm in Berlin (!) - comfortable beds - great staff - the reception (we got an upgrade so that all the rooms in a booking are on the same floor) and the restaurant (proactive and professional) - the huge fish tank - an underground car park

The rooms are clean . The breakfast was Great. The location is great, 5-7 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz , we actually didn't use transport at all , most of the places (tourists stuff) is in a walking distance (1-3 km) . I can really recommend the room with the river view , it's amazing . There are alot of cafes and restaurants around , and a super market within a walking distance of 400-500 meters.

Best lobby to enjoy a drink. A majestic huge aquarium in the middle of the lobby. 4 stars only because they didn't serve to non guests of hotel.

Good hotel. Indoor swimming and sauna are also available. For breakfast buffet, they can add vegan/vegetarian/allergy tags next to the food items. Parking is also expensive at the hotel at 25 euro per night.

Perfect location!!! The hotel is under construction and renovation but still prices are very high.

Stayed here in 2017 and it was an unexpected highlight of our trip to Berlin, not only as a comfortable and good quality hotel, but in thanks to the remarkable cylindrical aquarium that stands from ground floor to top in the middle of the atrium (the largest water tank in the world I believe) Every room looks out on to this aquarium, giving you one of the most unique hotel experiences you could encounter. You fall asleep at night being able to look onto a relaxing and beautiful view. The are over 150 species of fish in the tank and you can see scuba diver cleaners maintaining too if you look out for them. This aquarium is part to the actual aquarium tourist attraction where you can also take an Elevator through the middle of the tank.

Great location, rooms are comfortable and modern. Make sure you check out the massive aquarium from the elevators. Good value on the breakfast. Make sure you have it outside weather permitting. Train station is a five minute walk. Overall, a great experience

Excellent hotel in the middle of everything (on top of the DDR museum, next to Berliner Dom, TV tower, museum insel). Friendly helpful staff, ecellent rooms and great aquarium (part of Sea Life). (Lobby was being renovated, swimming pool due to Corona not accessible without appointment. This did not spoil our stay)

Great experience! Quiet and peaceful stay in the chic hotel. Feel warmed welcomed with drink and snack too. Aquarium is grand!

So impolite and aggressive towards clients. They complained because out of 8 people we only took 5 drinks, and continued being annoyed by us, one star well deserved
