We wanted a couple of days of relax and disconnection and we had the opposite. From the moment we arrived, the worst was predicted: the two men working at reception were very unfriendly and very arrogant. We had contracted a pack of room, spa and welcome drinks. We were not even welcomed and they didn’t offer us any drinks. They also didn’t explain anything about the spa to us, although I tried to obtain information, they made us feel that we were bothering them. After leaving our stuff in the room we went to the spa where we realized that they should have left the bathrobes and slippers in the room to be able to enter there. Of course they didn't and we had to go back to the room to have it brought to us. So far so relaxing, right? The best comes now: when checking in they made me pay in advance in cash (the dataphone didn’t work) and when checking out this payment didn’t appear on the system. We had to wait until they checked the cameras. All very unfortunate. It’s not about the money you pay or the stars that a hotel has, but about the kindness of its workers and education. All this is conspicuous by its absence in Titanic Chausse Hotel.

I was looking forward to this stay due to the good reviews. Overall the experience has been poor. The room was unclean, cup stains were on the counter tops, there was no tea or coffee stocked in the room. When we first asked reception for tea and coffee they told us to go down to collect it ourselves. The next day tea and coffee was again not stocked again by housekeeping. Minibar was also not stocked. When we went to book the pool we were told to go back to the room and dress in to the robes provided by the hotel. No robes were stocked in the room at all, we didn't even know they were available. Who knows what else we have missed out on. When we attempted to complain to the reception we were just dismissed. Constantly having to ask for basic amenities, reception staff very unhelpful. I'm very disappointed by this hotel and I have not even left yet, I look forward to not staying here tomorrow.

Das Titanic Chaussee Berlin Hotel ist modern, sehr hochwertig und zentral gut angebunden. Ich kann das Hotel definitiv empfehlen! Service und Empfang Freundlich, aber leider nicht sehr schnell. Es stehen immer längere Schlangen an der Rezeption, das trübt den sonst guten Service Zimmer Das bequemste Bett, was ich seit langem erlebt habe. Sehr modern und schön eingerichtet Zimmer, welche sehr ruhig sind. Das Bad ist klein, aber sehr schön und alles ist sauber. Frühstück Eine riesige Auswahl mit hochwertigen Produkten. Frische Eierspeisen können bestellt werden. Definitiv ein wenig mehr Zeit mit einplanen. Parken und Anbindung Es gibt eine große und geräumige Tiefgarage und vor der Tür fährt direkt die U-Bahn.

We stayed for 4 nights without breakfast. Our room was very comfortable , however a sheet on the bed instead of a heavy duvet would have felt nicer. As I was checking in I was asked to pay up front, lady at the desk didn't know why the company did this. Hotel also charges €20 per day per customer to use the spa & gym. I asked could I use the printer at the hotel, a young lady said they didn't allow it. A very nice gentleman the next morning allowed me to use their printer. Anyway, location was good & their restaurant onsite was absolutely fabulous. It has to be hands down the best pizza I have tasted. Waiters at the restaurant were also amazing & very accommodating. My son left his birthday card (with a lot of money) in our room when we were leaving, and everything was returned to us. Thank-you!

I spent three days with my partner in January '23 at the Titanic in Chausse Strasse and I must tell you that it was a hotel that surprised me for the very high quality of the service and for the kindness of the staff; all aimed at making those who stay there feel comfortable . 🛌 The room we booked, despite not being among those of a superior category, was spacious, spotlessly clean, with furnishings and supplies that were not only linear and modern but extremely functional. Particularly pleasing was the fact that we found the room at a pleasant temperature (in winter given the cold outside these things are appreciated so much!) , that it was soundproofed and that the air heating was not noisy thus giving a silence that allowed rest and intimacy. Every day it was then carefully cleaned, the beds made, the used towels changed, the consumed tea/coffee/sugar returned (in fact, there is a kettle in the room and a choice of tea and coffee). The room cleaning service was in fact active from the early hours of the morning (if you think they wake you up with their vacuum cleaners, you are wrong, silence reigns here in this hotel) ☕️ The breakfast service (which takes place on the 1st floor of the hotel, where there is a huge room reserved only for breakfast) was the one that struck us most, whoever books the Titanic will understand what I write. In this hotel you can have a breakfast that for variety of preparation I have personally never seen in my life. In fact, if the different tables with food offer a real diversity (from the choice of different types of fruit to the fresh preparation by a chef of eggs, pancakes, scrambled eggs) the quality itself of food is very high. To be clear, the ham was an excellent Italian ham, the fruit was sweet and ripe, the freshly baked bread was crunchy and tasty, the smoked salmon was fresh and of excellent quality, the dried fruit was well preserved, etc. Quality and quantity go hand in hand here. Then the presence of waitresses who go around the tables to see that everything is in order completes what is a 5 star service. 🔚 I will not dwell on describing the atrium and relaxation area as soon as you enter the hotel: they are beautiful and scenic. In short: In this hotel you can relax after long tourist walks through Berlin, this is the perfect starting and arrival point where you can recharge your batteries and take care of yourself and your partner.

The best choice we could make for our stay in Berlin as a family! The hotel is huge, and very luxurious, we had a good price for 2 nights, and the breakfast was included. The room are quiet, clean and our child sleeps so long both nights (normally he didn’t) so for us a top recommendation!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Titanic hotel and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The room was spacious, modern and impeccably clean with a stunning view. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The amenities were outstanding, with a state-of-the-art gym and a luxurious spa. The hotel's restaurant offered a wide range of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet was simply amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable and I felt like a VIP guest throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay. It's truly a gem in every way!

Very much enjoyed spending time in this hotel. The gym is large and has modern equipment. They offer an amazing business lunch! I went for the salmon pasta. Cooked to perfection and very good value. I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Berlin.

Buyer beware - upon arrival, my reservation was wrong and no room was available. I provided the confirmation email and number proving my reservation was set for over a month. The manager refused to help. I had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. When I did check in, the manager dodged me for days and refused to apologize instead blaming it on the reservations department. Horrible!!!

The hotel, design, cleanliness, breakfast at the highest level spa and massage therapist - a pleasure! The rooms I had were clean, the restaurant food is incomparable! BUT Be prepared for the fact that you were deceived in money at the reception ... they left a deposit of 300 € and you counted what you took at the bar, etc. BUT When I checked in, they gave me a check for 1 day we rented a room for 245€ and the next 2 days for 125€ When it came to eviction, I was told that I was talking about such cases. As a result, the young guy didn’t answer me to smile in any way, thinking that I was some kind of young inexperienced girl and for the first time in such hotels .. that you can hang nonsense in my ear and I will believe .. but it wasn’t there and what’s in the room for such there wasn’t even water for the price 😳 to which I was told covid 19 and it’s unknown anywhere in all of Berlin, although I’ve been to many hotels in particular, everything is always there even with covid, solid savings Leaving, I said that I would write a review, I was told that you didn’t book through booking and the reservation was live! And they thought that I would calm down on this 🤷🏼‍♀️ The front desk staff are very disloyal people who are not customer oriented.

The rooms are nice and neat. But they leave the mini bar empty with the message you can order via roomservice. No one answers the phone also not from the front desk. A very nice girl from housekeeping told me that happens more often. I was called back by someone that said I could pick up my Coca Cola myself downstairs and he just hang up.

The room services doesn’t work. We booked our stay at the end of July asking for a king size bed. When we arrived they had pushed two single beds together after asking to change our room they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

Despite being in a good central location, the quality of this 4 star hotel and the customer service was extremely poor and disappointing. In the bedroom, there are very limited toiletries (only handwash) and missing items e.g. slippers which I had to ask multiple times for. I am also still waiting for a refund on the security deposit several weeks after checking out despite being told this should be returned later in the day. When I contacted the hotel about this, I've had limited/no response. I am still unsure why this is and I've had to contact my bank for support. I was also charged more than what was stated for the security deposit on the website when checking in which is also suspicious. Unless you want to wait weeks and possibly longer for a refund (as I currently am), I suggest looking at different hotels where the customer service is much better and efficient. Overall, the location was good but the service leaves little to be desired and is very unhelpful.

Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl, weil es auch klinisch sauber ist. In den Betten schläft man sehr gut, es ist sehr ruhig. Die Lage ist perfekt in Berlin Mitte mit direkter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Alles top. Kommen gern wieder.

I booked the Titanic for a four-night stay over Valentine’s Day with my partner. To be plain, I won’t be staying again. We arrived at around 1.45. We were told that we couldn’t yet check in as there was not a double room (“with a king size”) available for us. We were told that this was required as we were a couple, ho ho ho. With this in mind, we left the bags and returned later to check in. Person #2 that we encountered on reception was not as helpful as the previous staff member. She brusquely checked us in without providing any details about breakfast or the spa. When we got to the room, we discovered that the room was a twin room. Yes, after all that somewhat forward chat about needing to have a double, we were given a twin room. Confused, I rang reception and they told me, without a hint of apology, that this was all they had available. They could ask someone to push the beds together and if I went to reception tomorrow, we could be moved to another room. So I went to reception the next morning and was told by Person #3 to wait in my room for the next hour as someone would contact me to arrange the room swap. Naturally, nobody rang me to arrange this. So I rang reception and I was told by Person #4 that I could leave my bags in reception and someone would move them into our new double room. I went downstairs and spoke to Person #5 who was baffled when I suggested we leave our bags to be placed in a new room. I explained again and he verified that “your bags will be in your new room when you return”. We went out for the day and returned to meet Person #6 who again was confused when I asked if we could have the card for our new room. I was still listed in the old room and our bags were still in reception. But she made some enquiries and managed to find us a double room - one of her colleagues would even bring our bags up for us. Of course, if you’re becoming familiar with this narrative, you’ll have already realised that this room was another twin room with the beds pushed together. At this point, it became clear that (whether through incompetence or bizarre pettiness) we were never going to be given a double room “with a king size bed”. I gave up. TL;DR: too many staff members + no communication between them + strange lies to cover up incompetence = poor service. I don’t want my holiday to be taken up with negotiating over beds and rooms - and I’m not sure anyone else does.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war schlichtweg fantastisch! Die makellose Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel hat mir sofort ein Gefühl von Komfort und Wohlbefinden vermittelt. Die modernen Annehmlichkeiten trugen dazu bei, meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu gestalten. Das Personal verdient ebenfalls höchstes Lob. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht nur professionell, sondern auch außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihre herzliche Art hat meinen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Jede Anfrage wurde prompt und mit einem Lächeln beantwortet. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es vereint modernen Komfort, exzellente Küche und ein freundliches Team – eine perfekte Kombination für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Stayed here for over a week. The hotel is clean, modern and there’s always staff on hand to attend to any of your needs. The food is pretty great and there’s a large bar available to you as well.

Booked this hotel because of the location. Did not give it to much thought. I was very much surprised during my visit in Berlin. This hotel is the perfect combination of a classic establishment with a modern approach. I enjoyed my two days very much. Everything was of the highest standards. I cant talk about the food, you may have to find out by yourself ;).

We had an excellent stay at this reasonably priced premium hotell. Nice quiet rooms, comfortable beds and a breakfast selection to die for! Central location and you have Tram and Metro stops right around the corner. Only snag is access to the gym and SPA-area. We knew beforehand that there would be an extra charge for the SPA. But note also that you have to be 18+ to use these facilities, inkl the gym.

Very good quality hotel. Great breakfast with prosecco. Interior in high standard. Metro and tram right next to the hotel... safe neighbourhood. My only reservation is the bathroom. There's no Ventilation system in it and that's not nice.

This hotel has one of the best breakfast buffets, and I've enjoyed it all week. The danishes and croissants of chocolate, apple, walnut and vanilla are all lovely and fresh EVERY DAY... I had five today! This stuff is normally never so good, if truly good at all, at buffets. And the eggs are real eggs, nothing processed... and they never appear to have been waiting too long for you to arrive. Fresh mushrooms and peppers and various cheese and breads and sausages every day. This is wonderful. Really a pleasure. The hotel is also attached to a commercial gym. So this is among the few hotels to truly offer a FULL GYM complete with free weights and pool. The attached restaurant Pascarella is also very nice... I included photos of a dinner there. Much better than I generally expect when part of a hotel... much like the breakfast hall. Great stay and close to many lovely restaurants like Crafterie and Pantry.

This hotel is simply amazing and especially the bar with its bartender and waiters! That atmosphere is most welcoming and provides you a pleasant stay! Absolute recommendation!

We booked this hotel mainly because of the great reviews on breakfast and we weren't disappointed! Great service and variety, staff was efficient and helpful. The place has great amenities (gigantic gym included + pool at a fee) and it's located in the center/close to a metro station so really nothing to complain about. I just wish we had some conditioner in the room instead of the all-in-one shower gel and shampoo. Will be recommending the place to friends and family and definitely returning when I'm in Berlin!

Was on a business trip and stayed here for the 1st time. Arrived at the hotel around noon and saw a lot of people queuing up at the reception counter and there were only to women manning the counter, so the queue was moving slowly. Finally I reached the receptionist. As I was exhausted I wanted to try and see if they would give me an early checkin ( I didn’t expect to be given but no harm trying) I asked the receptionist can I checkin and she rudely said ‘no’. I was shocked. I understand it’s a busy morning but no reason to be rude. I said excuse me, she said come back at 3pm. That was a terrible experience to start and I expected the hotel to be terrible. But besides the interaction with the receptionist it was quite good. The lobby I felt was small compared to the number of rooms( it’s a huge hotel as eu standards). This made the lobby look crowded always and to make it worse, every single day the hotel had an event. So along with the lobby the bar was full. The rooms are spotless with very comfortable beds, but for a hotel this size there are no amenities in the bathroom, very basic. The breakfast had a huge and impressive spread but be prepared to see the same spread everyday. By the time I checked out I was sick of the breakfast. On the checkout day housekeeping won’t stop knocking even though it’s within the given checkout time. Lack of communication between front deck and housekeeping. Location of the hotel is great. Short walk to subway and tram stop lots of restaurants nearby.

Fanatics customer service from the hotel. Our flights were cancelled by easyJet after our free cancellation date. They agreed to waive the cancellation fee which is greatly appreciated and we can't wait to rebook and visit.

The good ratings are beyond my understanding. Staff is completely overwhelmed (or incompetent). Reception was never reachable via phone and took for ages in the lobby. Spa area closed by 50% due to the pandemic (Aug. 2021), price of 14,60€ per day & person however stays the same. 0 concessions. 5 single room with kingsize/double bed booked, each room had 2 twin beds.

My stay at the Titanic hotel was lovely, the staff were very nice and the spa facilities were great. The bed and room were amazing and I had a wonderful night's sleep. The only issue was that I felt they were understaffed, I tried calling down to room service for over an hour and nobody answered. Other than that I would come back here, would recommend!

Very good Hotel. Rooms can be a little small but nice. They have their own resturant and Spa area to enjoy. Also a large breakfast area that included a small Vegan stall. Enjoyed the stay !!

This hotel i definitely not for families. Hotel with SPA were you have to pay for using the pool. Moreover you can use it with children only between 10-12 and 15-17. We were also wrongly informed by one employee about those due to his languages problem (till missed with from). Tidy, good breakfast and great Italian restaurant on ground Floor.

Good location, nice big rooms, but the staff are not responsive. They didn’t give my receipt even they promised to email it later but they never did. Also, you can find a better price in Berlin

Great localization, very clean rooms and mostly friendly service. Food was also a pleasure. Pool access is extra paid which may be understandable but stuff on the entrance to it is very unpleasant. Over all it’s very solid place to stay in Berlin

Nice and modern hotel with AC. Soft beds. Very good breakfast with a great selection. The hotel is just next to a U-bahn underground station. Walking distance to tourists attractions is about 20 minutes. €14 pp extra charge to use the spa area and swimming pool. The water in the pool is quite cold. Maybe saving on electricity? For me it was not worth it due to the cold water.

Small rooms as compared to the other hotel rooms in Berlin. The bathrooms are unusually big. Clean rooms as expected. The train station is right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was standard. The section serving fresh eggs and pancake was the highlight.

Overall the location and the rooms are very good, but the service lacked of kindness, we came few hours before check in (3pm) and asked kindly if the room is ready, got a grumpy face, even when came a 3pm the room wasn't ready yet. Only 30 min later we got a wheelchair room with open bath, and had to replace it. The service could have been much better. The location is perfect ! And worth everything.

Fantastic hotel, well located with a train station only a few minutes walking distance. The facilities and over-all presentation is exquisite and the staff could not be more helpful, in particular their operation supervisor Ty Macartney went above and beyond to ensure our stay was without complaint, his professionalism is of the highest standard, while being cordial and very easy to approach. I would say he is indispensable with regards to the success of this establishment.

The hotel was nice close to the center, had a mediocre restaurant but with a long wait (1 hour for the main course) the bar was closed at 00.00 on 02-01-23 despite descriptions that they close at 01.00. Furthermore, you had to wait 50 minutes without getting a drink the other days, when the bartender had to drink with his friends. Despite paying 20 euros per today you only get keys to a cupboard some days if you are lucky and this is justified by the fact that you have a room to change in. Cleaning is mediocre and only happens a few days, and you can't always count on them to take away the trash and provide new towels. The staff could’t always talk English so you were left with them just saying “OK” and then walking away with no help at all. All in all an okay place to stay of you just wants a place to sleep over.

Reviewed 1 star before… now was a better start initially but the checkout process is ridiculous, there’s a massive queue to check out even after being charged an additional £50 deposit. They need to sort this out as soon as possible. I had to change rooms due to my sink not draining and shower hose broken; then my second room also had the same problem. Staff were friendly on this occasion unlike the first where they nearly attacked us.

Great location and hotel, very convenient to travel across city even if you are new. Some one recommended the spa but the timings available for all through my stay of 4 days were between 11-3pm right between work meetings! Sadly I missed it. The staff is good, the upkeep is super.

Really rude service! We came one hour later than the check in time and our room still wasn’t ready for us. When we finally got our room, it was not the one we booked. We book a specific room because on the pictures it had a really nice bath room, but the one they gave us have a really basic and old bath room. I asked the receptionist to please give me the room that was shown on the website and he said that they don’t have a room with such a bathroom as shown on the pictures?????????? Then why would you put the pictures on the website???????? Total scam! Anyway, I’ve had enough and just wanted to go in my room to relax, then I’ve realized that the mini bar was STILL empty, but even though they’ve told us to fill it immediately. When I called room service they told me that there are no minibars allowed because of the new COVID policy????????? So I had to discuss it with him until I had to go down to the reception AGAIN and I had to bring the bottles up myself… The breakfast was ok, really average. I’m quite disappointed by the really poor service.

Water on payment except first day. Break fast was included in package but there was no adjustment if you could not avail it during it's time. While at other places I have experienced such the things and was served. Rooms were not as on first day. House keeping once provided a plug but the management should consider that other design could be and at least an option of extension should available.
