Very modern hotel. Very clean and our room and bathroom were very spacious. Had a nice view of the internal courtyard. Excellent location within minutes of metro and trams.

A nice modern Motel 1, a few steps away from Alexanderplatz. Typical Motel 1 rooms: small, but very comfortable. My room faced the inner courtyard, and was very quiet. There's a very good buffet breakfast (only downsides: the coffee machines can't make espresso, and there's no scrambled eggs or hot meats). There's a nice - albeit popular - bar on the top floor, with some good views. Caution: orders stop 30 mins before closing time. The WiFI works fine, except that you have to log into it at least once a day. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I‘ve stayed 3 nights due to a business trip. Everything was great. Check-In was fast an easy, the room perfect with great AC. Bed comfortable which more than enough pillows. The two bars were nice as well and so was the breakfast. Staff lovely. And best of all: great location! I‘d stay here again, no doubt.

Middle of Berlin, good location, but disgusting streets, annoying homeless people around. The motel was quite good. Bit expensive to drink, but it seems normal nowadays. Really slow stuff at bar 🤬 The rooms are nice and clean. However I took out the card to don't bother me with cleaning they came into my room. That is unusual and inadmissible. Nevertheless recommended.

We arrived two and a half hours earlier than check in time. However since our room was ready, we were able to check in earlier. Good service! The room was small but effective. Everything was clean. We did miss a little fridge in our room to keep our drinks cool. The location is simply great. You are close to everything. The breakfast is good but simple. It does however become repetitive if you stay for a week. Some more variety would be a good idea. We would absolutely recommend this hotel for a citytrip to Berlin. Keep up the good work.

Das erste Mal in einem Motel One. Sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Super Lage, tolles Hotel, freundliche Menschen, coole Bar. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, haben unsere Zimmerkarten erhalten und konnten unser Zimmer im sechsten von 18 Stockwerken beziehen. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Klamotten-Regal ist vielleicht ein bißchen zu hoch. Abends waren wir in der Cloud One Bar. Tolle Getränke, tolle Kellner, toller Barkeeper, tolle Aussicht vom 18. Stock. Am nächsten Abend gleich nochmal. Frühstück war auch gut. Nur Rührei und Bacon hätten uns evtl. gefehlt. Aber wir wurden auch ohne lecker satt. Danke für die tolle Beherbergung.

Als Einzelzimmer ist die Größe ok, ansonsten zu klein. Es fehlt ein vernünftiger Arbeitsplatz für Notebooks und Schriftkram. Positiv: Fenster zu = Ruhe. Die Klimaanlage lief zuverlässig. Personal sehr freundlich.

Very well located. The hotel was clean and all seemed to be well maintained. It was also well priced for a Friday night given the central location. Check in at 3pm and check out at 12pm with free bag storage

Really loved the hotel, location is excellent to explore all of Berlin, close to train station. Rooms are very small and camped. However its still our favourite hotel while staying in Berlin.

Sehr tolles Hotel. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und werden sehr gründlich geputzt. Leider ist es in den Zimmern etwas kalt, da die Fenster im Gang immer offen sind und es ins Zimmer zieht. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und sehr Zentral. Trotzdem an sehr ruhiger Lage.

A pretty good stay! The rooms are clean. The lobby is decently spacious and nice for group meetings. The service was pretty good. Respect to the receptionists for being respectful, cheerful and professional. Breakfast was nice. An overall decent place to stay at!

Unacceptable service, facilities, and attitude: 1) When I arrived (having checked in on Motel-One's intitative only) the room was not ready. The reception staff said "It's not our problem". 2) The safe for valuables in the room did not work (error 2, error 5, etc). I reported this twice. The first staff person said it was fixed - it was wasn't. The second staff person said it was broken but there were no maintenance people working until tomorrow. It was never fixed nor was it addressed by staff again. On the last day I was told I was not on the list when I went to breakfast, despite being told the opposite when I paid. A lousy, nasty experience that was disrespectful and insecure. You know the German word for it.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer im 17 Stock toll. Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und trotz großen Andrang speditiv. Das Zimmer incl. Badezimmer aber viel zu klein und definitiv nichts für Menschen mit Platzangst. Außerdem kein Bügeleisen und keine Minibar im Zimmer. Also nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser. Also alles in allem, das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.

The nicest service, at the reception Mr. Huei was so kind to explain everything regarding the hotel. The bar at the top is comfy and stylish at the same time, the service superb, especially the young man with long blonde hair. Location of the hotel is also great, just Alexanderplatz has a lot offer. The rooms are nice and clean.

Very good location next to the u-bahn station, close to the tourist attractions and restaurants. You can easily get there from a train station. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. There are not many products at breakfast but they are fresh and tasty, for example: very tasty tomatos, croissants, fruits. Rooms are very small, modestly furnished, a bit stuffy, but enough for a short stay. Beds are very comfortable and I slept surprisingly well.

Best location and good quality room. Rooms were very clean, even though small. Quality of internet was good. I would recommend this place if you want quite, clean, budget friendly hotel in city.

Clean modern room. Inviting lobby and the bar on the top floor. The staff was friendly and the location is outstanding. My only complaint is related to the breakfast. You're paying 15 EUR for cold breakfast and very is very limited selection for that price. I've had much better hot breakfast for similar price, or similar quality of breakfast for less money. Something to improve on, but otherwise I had a great stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms are a bit small just like the other reviews mention but we didn't mind. The only improvement I would mention is that the shower water didn't get very hot and I found myself rushing since it would get slightly cold, then slightly warm again. Other than that the location couldn't be more perfect for all the tourist attractions, public transit, the hop on hop off bus is a short walk and lots of shopping nearby. Also we loved that they clean your room daily if you want and provide fresh towels.

During my stay at this hotel, I found the location to be excellent, situated centrally with convenient access to public transport. The room (1304) was clean and well-equipped with all the expected amenities. I particularly enjoyed the nice view of the TV tower from my window. However, there was a slight drawback as the room wasn't entirely quiet, and I could hear some unidentified noise, though it wasn't clear where it originated from. Additionally, while the bedding was acceptable for a hotel within this price range, it could have been improved to provide a more comfortable experience.

Fantastic location, easy to get to, close by majority of attractions. Walking distances to museums, buildings of interest, right next to the famous radio tower. Lots to see, easy to jump on the metro or suburban trains. The hotel is super convenient with great service. Love the decor, with cool furnishings and lighting. Has a very trendy feel. Rooms are small but ok for couples and for weekenders. Generally very clean and comfortable. Beds are good and so are the pillows with many to choose from. Did not eat in as there are lots of local options. Breakfast nice and simple but if decent quality.

It was a perfect location, in the heart of Berlin! I enjoyed the place very much, the transport network was very organized. Berlin is a piece of art, I love the streets and antic buildings architecture there, it witnesses her antiquity and describes the historical heritage of German people. I plan to return and live in Germany. Danke Schön Germany!

Pros: Great location. Great mattress and shower. Nice interiors. Beautiful lounge. Nice staff. Pet friendly ❤️ Cons: Might be noisy if you live on the 2-5th floors. Small rooms. Breakfast is very bread-heavy with almost no veggies 🥦. Coffee is pretty bad. No parking. But overall, I was really happy with my experience

Really good location, overall.. As central and close to trains as you can get. Personally, on our next trip I will probably book the Hackashe Market location; a bit off center. Stuff members at the reception and at the bar/lounge were very helpful and kind. The hotel is lovely with an extremely pleasant lobby, lounge/dining room. Breakfast is neat and fresh. Rooms are small and clean with a nice bathroom, but one thing that upset us: like in many other places with shower and no door or curtain that closes all the way, water comes out and it's annoying (little floor towel wasn't sufficient). I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Very dirty space, poor staff service. The worst stay I have ever had. They did not pay any attention to covid-19 .. The room is very mediocre. Only the location is worth it because you are in the center.

We had planned our trip to Berlin on 11/26/21 and booked this hotel. We asked for some clarifications from the hotel via email due to the pandemic. After a telephone communication (they called us) we were informed that the vaccinated must be placed in mandatory quarantine for 5 days. So, because of these restrictive measures that we thought were in force, we never went to Germany. Unfortunately the information given to us by this hotel employee was false. This measure has never been implemented in Germany. As a result, we lose our airline tickets and travel. We sent emails repeatedly to find out what happened and they informed us wrong. We have never received a responsible response. Very bad staff..

Actually, quite a nice hotel, which I didn't see coming when noticing I was booked into a Motel One. If they dicided to get rid of their dominant CI color, it could almost be considered upbeat. Great value for money!

A perfectly fine tourist & business hotel that feels just a tad more trendy than standard. Nicely appointed room with a comfortable bed and pillow but smallish blanket. The shower is especially good, excellent water pressure. Breakfast is fine but for the cost I would have expected a bigger spread.

This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be let down. Location is amazing, a minute walk to the metro. Adorable but modern, comfortable rooms! We will stay here again if we plan to go to Berlin another time

Enjoyed my stay in Motel One. It's centrally located and convenient to visit the main attractions. I'm happy with the size of the room and toilet. Good showers with sufficient power and heat. I also liked the fact that the check-out is at 12:00. I could walked around early in the morning before carrying my big rucksack.

Great hotel. The rooms are great; comfy and elegant, and if you have a vue, then, you've hit the jackpot. Their bars/restaurants on the second and eighteenth floors are awesome. The setting, the decor, the atmosphere...everything was perfect. You certainly do not want to miss out on their breakfast as well ! Great price for what they have to offer. Only had a slight issue with the late check-out, and although it was quite an adventure to settle the issue, the staff did their very best to help as quickly as possible. Totally recommend 👌

Rooms are Motel one standard. Fairly small but big enough and with everything you need. Views are great if you happen to have a room higher up. Breakfast, however, is chaos if you don't come early. The spread itself is alright but the size of the buffet cannot serve the many people coming here 9-10am. Re-stocking food takes long, too. You better bring some patience.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. My room was a nice size, very clean and quiet at night. The hotel is quite central, close to some tourist attractions and is conveniently located near plenty of transport links that can take you all over Berlin. Also if you choose not to have the breakfast option offered at the hotel then there are many alternative options nearby.

Really great price/quality ratio. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The view – impeccable. You can certainly find better places to stay at in Berlin if you want to go for the real city vibe and experience, but this is a great option if you’re happy to stay at a regular hotel or don’t really want to bother spending hours looking for accommodation. I stayed here during a 1-night layover and had limited time to spend in the city, so this was great due to being central and I was able to get everywhere I wanted to in that one evening + be able to leave just a few minutes before the train the following morning to go to the airport (it literally takes a couple of minutes to go from the hotel to the Alexanderplatz station). Checking in was a bit long due to many people checking in at the same time and only 2 receptionists working, but checkout literally took no time at all, which was great.

Especially great central Location & nice service personnel. The sky bar is totally worth a visit as well! Rooms were modern, but small. Could be a little cleaner. The rooms were also missing some basic amenities like a coffee/tea maker. Also the ventilation in the bathroom is undersized, which is quite annoying

Was a great stay! The rooms are a nice size and are clean and comfy. The staff are friendly and the location is excellent. My only complaint would be that a previous guest had left an alarm set on the TV which woke me up super early on my first morning.

The hotel is very nice and has great lounges/bars where you can relax or even get work done using their wifi. The staff is very nice and we really enjoyed the breakfast each morning, there were lots of options.

Great hotel for a fair price given the location and service level. Comfy bed, nice shower. I only lowered my score for the room because I would have seriously preferred it have an electric kettle at minimum and a coffee maker would also have been nice. Kind of a basic perk these days.

This place is nice, but there are two issues. First, what is going on with the tiny duvet blanket that they provide? It's barely large enough for one person and it is the only blanket on the bed. Second, there is no way to make yourself coffee or tea in your room. I prefer to have coffee before I get dressed.

This was my favourite hotel in Germany by far. Location was walking distance from pretty much all the major tourist areas. Rooms was quirky but beautiful, breakfast was also nice just to be able to grab something light before trekking around. English speaking staff which made check in extremely easy.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Motel One, Berlin. The staff at the lobby were very kind and spoke great English. The lobby was very nice and cozy. The hotel was in a great location, close to everything you'd need and many great areas to walk and check out. Train station is only steps away! There is an absolutely beautiful bar on the 18th floor, which is the floor we stayed on and the view was fabulous from our room. The room was very cozy, comfortable and nice. It didn't have a mini fridge, nor coffee maker but we didn't miss these two items to be honest. Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will without a doubt be back to stay here, if we return to the wonderful city of Berlin 😃

My wife and I stayed there for four nights. In my opinion, the hotel has many advantages and disadvantages. benefits: - It is very close to Alexanderplatz, so you can visit many sights on foot. - There are many fast foods and restaurants around. - The shower was very good - The air conditioning in the room was good - The room was beautiful and clean. - The reception staff were kind and friendly. - It is near the tram and metro station Disadvantages: - There was no mini bar or fridge. - The TV program loading was too slow. - There is no room service. - No phone, even for emergency calls. - It does not have an electric kettle

Excellent in case of price/value. We bought the most expensive room but it was worth it 100%. 17th floor with view over literally half of the city. Room was clean and nice. Staff was also nice. Reception open 24/7. Amazing experience, would definitely recommend.
