I cannot begin to describe how amazing this hotel is. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we received fruit and chocolate in our room upon arrival. We stored our luggage waiting for our room to be ready, and it was great to come back to some AC after a hot day in Berlin. The train station is a 2 minute walk and so is the bus. The room service food was delicious. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

Lovely room, breakfast and staff, but very disappointed that our suite wasn't made up for us during the day. We had to ask at reception and were told housekeeping had gone home. Seems strange in a top hotel, not what we're used to. No free water in the room either which is quite unusual these days. Below expectations.

We HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Incredibly welcoming and accommodating front desk staff (funny as well). They are a wealth of knowledge for any needs you have as well as extremely responsive to all of your requests. The breakfast is outstanding (special shout to our premier waiters Conrad and Falk) who greeted us warmly every day and had our coffee ready. Rooms are spacious as well as beautiful. The location is the best in Berlin. You can literally get anywhere using a myriad of public transportation options that are all just steps from the hotel. Thank you Mandala staff for making your hotel our home for a week and our vacation to Berlin so special:)

Centrally located hotel with great comfort. Very quiet rooms, some available with a balcony. Spacy, modern, some extras. Friendly personnel.

heating was horrible. breakfast too short. ends before you wake up. spa not working during the day. once it opens you can’t find anything. like a labyrinth. room service cold and bland. people at front dest extremely rude and disrespectful. needed to make special call for cleaning to be done. go to the ritz, save yourself the trouble. would give this place -10 stars if I could. not to mention charging for soiling fees that never took place.

no privacy the rooms are freezing and the food id bland. breakfast ends so fast you could not make it unless you wake up at 6am. the spa is a labyrinth where relaxation goes to die. their manicurist is aways sick so those services are not available. their staff is not trained, especially the very fat ugly woman at the front desk. they seem very interested in stealing your money and profiling you. they are racist, have seen it first hand

Great location, amazing service, spacious beautiful rooms, and delicious breakfast. This is the perfect hotel in Berlin, with a Michelin Star restaurant onsite and the best location in Berlin. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Laundry rooms onsite as well. My favorite place to stay in Berlin. Can’t wait to go back for another stay.

Very nice hotel, room are spacious and very clean. Spa services a restaurant with a bar inside the hotel. Free Wi-Fi, I would definitely recommend it.

Modern hotel very close to a beautiful park. Breakfast was outstanding, fresh and a lot of choices. Nice terrace to eat outside.

Exceptional! The staff is very kind and service oriented. Room had a great design and was spacious. No noises or disturbances despite location next to busy area. Variety of food for the breakfast and warm eggs in different forms to order. We really loved it! Convenient parking lot in the basement, just beneath the hotel with option for car charging. Definitely a place to come back! :)

Stayed 3 nights with my wife. Centrally located in Berlin with a short walk to the train station. Clean and spacious rooms with all the amenities needed (they even had a notepad with a stapler!). The rooms had a balcony and walk-in closet which was a big plus. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The spa on the roof is a unique experience. Highly recommend it during your stay. Thanks to Maya for being helpful during our stay!

stayed here for a month when we moved to Berlin. The rooms, staff, and amenities are excellent. It's also a great spot near Tiergarten and public transit.

I am a regular client. Me and my husband really enjoyed the stay. Best breakfest that we ever had in any hotel. And we are sure its because of Konrad. For sure we will be back, especially for him.

Wonderful Hotel. The staff could not be more helpful. The package deal we had included breakfast. We were greeted with a very warm welcome each morning. The food was excellent. Our room was a very generous size and extremely well appointed. The Concierge service is top class. Being a non German speaker was not a hindrance in any way. The Mandala is positioned within walking distance of many of Berlin's sights.

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay in the heart of Berlin at this hotel. I had a large room and bathroom with a small kitchenette which I found useful. There was a little street noise at night but not bad. The bed was comfortable though I wasn't fond of the pillows. Complimentary water would have been appreciated - almost standard in most good hotels. The main reason I enjoyed the hotel is that once inside it is a peaceful haven. The restaurant - also peaceful- is à la carte at night and breakfast in the morning is beautifully presented with friendly and attentive servers. My experience the first day at the bar wasn’t great. A little austere for a bar with somber staff and I didn’t have any desire to return. Overall I’d say 4.5 stars.

Great hotel in Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. Amazing service from the staff. Room was clean and very big and had all of the amenities you required. Breakfast was great with staff that looked after you very well. Fluffy pancakes and freshly squeezed orange juice was great way to start the day. Having a large balcony from the room was really good. Would stay here again next time I’m in Berlin.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Mandala. Reception team was very friendly and the breakfast was very complete, with nice coffee and hot items that can be ordered. The spa in on the top floor, we had a massage at the end of our stay and it was definitely worth it. A place to come back!

Location is great with the Sony Center and Potsdamer Platz right outside your door. But with 5 star food and services, you almost never have to leave the hotel. Delicious food in the 5th floor diningroom is served in a bamboo zen garden with natural light pouring in from all 4 walls and the glass ceiling. The water fountains are an elegant touch that create a calming environment. Outstanding service from a professional team who get the details right and attend to every need. Large rooms with spacious work spaces for an in room office. Clean, contemporary bathrooms. We will return for sure. A great 5 star option for Potsdamer Platz

Great location, very clean and large rooms. However, this is not a 5 star hotel, it may have the ambition to be one, it's not. Given the location and size of room however, I would recommend for central Berlin if the price suits you.

Stayed 3 nights with my wife, 16 month old daughter and Dad this past weekend. Really lovely hotel with a big room and really nice facilities. The hotel is opposite the Sony Centre (I think it is called) which has bars and restaurants. Also within walking distance of all the popular tourist attractions. We took the bus (200) just outside the hotel to Berlin Zoo & Aquarium on our final day which was about 10 minutes away. Staff were really pleasant and polite. Allowed us a late checkout due to a cancellation to our flight which had been due to go in the morning. This allowed our daughter to have a much needed nap before our flight later in the evening. Thanks again for a very pleasant stay.

Great service, attentive staff both at the restaurant and front desk. Very clean. Provides robes, slippers and other essentials. Spacious room and amazing view of the Berlin City. Would stay here again!
