In 2017 i reserved suite VIP, my watches and perfume has been stolen from my room, I contacting Mr. Wagner through the email, he said we are waiting the police (all emails with me), since 2017 till now no one contacted me and no one compensated me for my loses. I don’t recommend any one to book in this hotel.

This was such an incredible hotel experience! I stayed here for two full days in December (visiting Berlin for the BLACKPINK concert), and was impressed with the Waldorf hotel network once again. The rooms are incredibly luxurious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in the city, right by the Berlin zoo. The food selection here is great, with many delicious dishes. The staff is highly professional, and I really appreciate the compassion they have shown to us; when we told a waitress that we are form Ukraine, she immediately showed concern and offered words of support and encouragement (Thank you!). I look forward to returning here one day, and highly recommend for people to stay here!

At first positively surprised, staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, we upgraded the room for the last night (Saturday to Sunday) to a king tower suite, and that’s when things became interesting: 1) Initially we were told we can move rooms anytime we want. When we wanted to move, we were told for about 2-3 hours that the room is being cleaned, and we were only able to move at 5pm!!! (Normal check-in time is at 3pm) 2) We had friends visiting and wanted to get some extra glasses.. room service said they only have a limited number of glasses available so only 5 white, 5 red wine glasses could be provided. Never experienced anywhere that a hotel does not have enough glasses… 3) Tried to order a club sandwich at 10pm, and fries. First we were told that someone will get the fries as they don't do it in house, then received a call saying they don’t have anyone who can get it and if we can order them ourselves via delivery service. Then also ordered a tuna sandwich at 10pm, called again after an hour.. Sandwich never arrived, only the fries that we ordered ourselves… 4) on check out we realized that WA billed 750€ too much. When we asked why the first response was that the room rates are changing depending on capacity, this is unacceptable to say to a guest who made a booking with a certain price. Then we talked to someone else, who then said it was an issue with the system, apparently the system is bad and used different room rates.. This was the weekend we got married and we wanted it to be perfect, which is why we booked the Waldorf. Unfortunately, not going to come back to this hotel.

It was our following stay at this property and finally very good service as the brand promise. My only remark is in regards breakfast: well I do understand the concept of food in mini portions and personally I support that (less waste) but then in buffet area should be permanently a chef who takes care about aestetic look and fulfills the gaps (too many times the food was missing) and asking several times for missing items is not very comfortable.

we are here now, and more than a little disappointed. The hotel seems more like an upscale Hilton than a WA. i checked in on the app but my room still wasn’t ready nearly two hours after my check in time. when we got in, it wasn’t quite clean and while we went out for a walk, someone must have come in to finish the job but left the spray bottle of cleaning fluid on the table! while the room isn’t hot, it’s not cool enough either, and the AC is cranked to the max. The staff certainly tried, and went out of their way to apologize and be nice, but this hotel needs some investment—new furniture, carpets, etc.

Since I have a Diamond membership, we were upgraded to a junior suite. The room was very big. The rooms were generally a little cold. Everyone at the hotel is friendly and caring. The breakfast was really nice. The location of the hotel is very good. We were generally satisfied. I would prefer waldorf Astroia if I visit Berlin again.

Arrived 24th December for 4 nights. Would I come back? In a heartbeat. Was the stay flawless? No. All issues revolved around the bathrobes. One day one was missing, the next day a child's robe was left. Nothing that would ruin the experience. I think this is definitely my favourite hotel.

Outstanding hotel. Trustworthy property. This marks my third stay. I appreciate the location, breakfast, and the first-floor bar. Our first-night dinner at Rocco restaurant was convenient. The staff is amazing, and the reception is outstanding. We had a wonderful time! Thank you so much.😊

It feels like they are under pressure to make as much profit as possible. We had in room dining during the first night, and almost none of the ordered items was acceptable. Hot chocolate tasted like water, the bagel was hard as stone, the pasta was cold. We sent everything back and did not have to pay for it. We tried in room dining the next evening and then the food was better, but still not great. It is also pretty pricey. The staff was very friendly and polite. The rooms were good. We won’t stay here again though.

We’ve booked two rooms - one suite and one deluxe room. And we’ve stated that we want double beds in the rooms. We’ve got twins The other thing is that the phone in the room is for decoration only - no one picks up! So I had to go to the lobby to ask someone to come up. And that is absolutely not ok And the mix up with the breakfast which was included in the travel voucher. Wasn’t in the system

The WA Berlin is definitely one of the best Waldorf Astoria Hotels. The staff is very attentive and is really going the extra mile for their guests. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the view over the city is stunning. The hotel has a prime location in walking distance to public transport and several shops and restaurants. The staff was super helpful in finding our way. The breakfast was amazing, with a mixture of buffet and a la carte options. We had a really great stay at the Waldorf and will definitely come back!

Way back in the 80's as a kid, I first saw Waldorf Astoria in "Coming to America". I was marveled at the magnificent edifice, the architectural wonder of this luxurious giant of a hotel. I always dreamed to visit The Waldorf Astoria....especially the very one I saw in Coming to America. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to live that dream. Never been to the US. Here I am in Berlin, Germany. Can you imagine how I felt seeing The Waldorf Astoria here? Same architectural design, the beauty, the luxury, the magnificence of this edifice, the customer service is beyond just excellent. In here, I half-lived a life long dream being in The Waldorf Astoria (cos one of my biggest dreams is to see the one in the US). But I tell you, dreams come true here in Waldorf Astoria, Berlin. I had one of my loveliest memories here. The ambience is so out of this world. Here, class meets luxury, excellence meets service. The Waldorf Astoria is a hospitality perfection achieved through over 70 years of getting it right!

We had a very pleasant stay here at the Waldorf Astoria Berlin. Everyone was very nice and helpful, especially the staff at the breakfast restaurant. Rasmus was the person we interacted the most and the service was awesome! It can’t get better than that! Thank you so much for everything!

During my first few stays, I had MAJOR issues with staff who were just rude and unprofessional. Over the past few years during stays that were either last minute or booked in advance - it has been perfect. Rooms are always nice, both standard and upgraded corner rooms and location is perfect. The area has a lot more personality than Mitte. Concierge can be slow if you need their help at check out from your room. Breakfast is also great. There’s non-egg options for those who don’t like too much egg like myself. The service overall is understated but there when you need it. Definitely a 5 star hotel who isn’t afraid of fixing this mistakes and improving themselves. I would stay here again even if it’s just for the comfortable rooms and beds.

Was at Christas Eve. What I like about hotel -restaurant and bar. Service, people super. -bellboy great -reception polite -room spacious What I don’t like: - view from the room. For that price on Christmas was very 😔( hotel was not overbooked) -toilet doesn’t work properly - shower doesn’t work - no robes in the room -furniture is sad( - waiting time for the luggage was 45 min( to bring from the room, found out the reception simply forgot)

Very nice location, spacious room, comfortable bed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. I absolutely loved the smell of all toiletries - very good choice!

The cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. Faded flowers at every step also do not improve the image of a 5 * hotel. Breakfast quite poor in relation to the price, additionally in the morning they are not ready with all products. In addition, the invoice received after stay is different from the one signed at the hotel (extra meals charged) and the total amount was charged twice! While I understand that such situations can happen, I do not understand the hotel's response that they do not see the problem. Only after repeated attempts to contact and dismissing "because everyone is busy", anyone confirmed that there is a problem. There are much better hotels in Berlin where you can stay for this price.

The Waldorf Astoria is an excellent property that offers a luxurious and memorable stay. The hotel is known for its elegant ambiance, attentive service, and top-notch amenities. However, one area that could benefit from improvement is the housekeeping service.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location couldn't have been better - right in the middle of everything I needed, which made exploring the area a breeze. I can't wait to visit again!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Fantastic staff and a reasonable value for a king room with a nice view. I would come back. The restaurant attached to the lobby wasn’t ideal. Breakfast was great and the 1st floor bar was also fantastic. I would recommend, overall, and appreciated my time here.

One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed at. Got upgraded for free as diamond members. Allowed to check in at 10am so we could nap right after our flight. Incredible experience, highly recommend it

From the bellboy to reception I've never encountered such a rude disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Especially the bellboy staff. I've heard from friends who had a horrible experience recently with the resorption but I guess I'm too positive so decided to give it a try. Never again. Do yourself a favour and take your business else where. These people act like at minimum they own the hotel and you're here to serve them and not the other way around. How sad for the owners who pay their salary all for nothing

Lovely hotel in a great location with excellent staff. But there’s some weird stuff here: 1- there are no hooks in the lovely spacious bathroom. Nowhere for robe or wet towels. 2- there’s no iron in the room. I hate waiting for housekeeping to come so I can iron my clothes & get dressed. 3- the shower door doesn’t close so you get dangerously wet floor (this is likely a room fault, than a policy issue). The restaurant ran out of food when we had a reservation so we had to quickly find an alternative. Berlin is not like other European cities, food ends early, think North American times, not European. These little things matter.

Nice hotel, poor front desk service, pretty mediocre check-in experience. Room wasn’t ready (which is fine), but no updates, limited flexibility to try and find an alternative room in same category, and overall poor client management and communication.

Room not ready at checkin time. Lost bag. Ripped towels. A broken lamp. Very poor service. After a complaint, I was given a bottle of shampoo? Issues have been raised to Hilton corporate support.

Service is great - checkin was very smooth. They tried everything to get me into my room as quickly as possible - I showed up early just before noon. The room was on the 15th floor and the view was great. Unfortunately the room was run down and had a very outworn feel. Although it’s only a Hilton chain Hotel they should do better.

Staff was friendly, room was lovely with an outstanding view. Love that the windows in our room fully opened. Breakfast was delicious I loved the Egg Berlin every morning. The only thing I would change is that they need the ability to use a digital key, the current key system has issues. During our 4 night stay we had to visit the front desk 3 times to have our keys reset.

I was there a couple of weeks ago for drinks and dessert on the Mistral rooftop terrace. Absolutely outstanding service. Amazing hospitality and professionalism. The Crème Brûlée was probably the best dessert I had in the last 6 months. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and location.

Amazing hotel. It is in a perfect location. There was a Christmas celebration right outside by the church during our visit, and it was wonderful. The hotel staff is very professional, friendly, and helpful. We got a room upgrade with a fantastic view. We truly had an amazing stay at this hotel.

Just amazing views from High floors Staff & Eva are so welcoming and nice. Rooms very comfortable and bed just a dream & very clean. My wife left her Rings in the room when she checked out the very honest cleaning lady handed them in. And for that we are so grateful. But the hotel is so lovely. And 5 stars 🌟 all the way. Garage parking super lots of spaces. Next door is the Christmas Market 🎄 again Wonderful. So marks 10/10. A joy to stay. Sad it was only 1 night next time more for sure.

Luxurious hotel in a very good location. Swimming pool is beautiful but bit too small. Breakfast was quite nice that you can see the details of hotel level. When I checked in Ms. Lorenz was very kind

Gregor and his team made sure, that our stay was phenomenal. The hotel is super clean, staff is very attentive, every last detail is spot on. Loved our (upgraded) room with view of the Emperor Wilhelm Memorial Church, the breakfast service, the pool and spa area, and felt right at home every time we came back from our ventures in the city. The hotel is centrally located and easy to reach with S & U Bahn (train), and we will certainly be back! Thank you for making our anniversary special!

And a beautiful Spa. From check in to check out a wonderful experience. Thank you and we will be back :)

Wunderbar! An amazing hotel and experience. The views from the room were fantastic and i love all the features available to ensure your stay is comfortable. We had some spectacular food recommendations from Philip. Benedict and Lucas who work at the morning breakfast restaurant were very attentive and helpful. They gave a five star experience for the four days of our stay. When in Berlin, this will most definitely be my hotel of choice.

The rooms were stylish and well equipped. Breakfast had very good food and juices, coffee was unfortunately not particularly good. Location of the hotel really depends on where you want to go, if you're going to the city-center more frequently, it's a bit far out. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

I enjoyed my six days at the Waldorf Astoria Berlin. Amazing way to kick off my first international trip since the pandemic. Superior service, staff, and in-room dining was brilliant. The extra touch of a fruit platter at my arrival was a nice touch! Keep up the amazing work.

Location is good, rooms are nice and very upscale as one would expect. Breakfast was a letdown. Especially if you consider the 43€ price tag, it is ridiculous. But besides that, good hotel

The best hotel I had the pleasure of sleeping in. Advantages: - large, luxurious and clean rooms - panoramic windows with a breathtaking view on Berlin - delicious and varied breakfasts - very helpful staff with individual approach - very comfortable beds - excellent location To sum up, the hotel is worth any price and guarantees the highest quality guest service. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! Best Regards, Damian S.

The best hotel I have ever stayed. Everyone was so nice and helpful and caring. The room (junior suite) was absolutely spotless and very roomy. The location is also so close to the train station. This is a 10 out of 10 hotel!

Had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights on my European Christmas trip and I absolutely adored this hotel! It was absolutely stunning and is perfectly located a two minute walk from the train station and the underground. There was also a Christmas market located right outside. The pool and spa amenities as well as the hot tub were luxurious and, they provided the comfiest robes I’ve ever worn (and I’ve stayed at several Waldorfs in Europe and in the USA). The breakfast was truly a treat and a highlight, the buffet had everything you could have wanted and the made to order menu was our favorite choice to go with. The bar was also gorgeous. All in all. A great experience. Want to be back soon !

Terrible experience. Tried checking in this weekend but they couldn’t find our reservation. There were rooms available but at a significantly higher rate. After much deliberation we were not given the rate we had been quoted and quite honestly the hotel couldn’t give a darn. We left out of pure principal and found a different accommodation. We will never, ever stay at the Waldorf in Berlin.
