Good room with minimal basics to spend couple of nights. You get essentials like Bed, shower, wash gel and towels. Iron kit in request. Don’t think of checking in early or check out late. Always we hear we are booked. Agree being in prime location they are busy. Breakfast is good - very good selection. Friendly staff.

Perfectly located to visit the city center. This hotel is a good choice to visit the capital. Located close by many touristic attractions and public transportation stations. Our room (326) was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Small and clean bathroom. Breakfast is very good either. Front desk staff were professional, helpful and friendly.

There has been loud construction going on that has woken me up at 7am in the morning for consecutive days. I asked for a room that wouldn’t be affected by the construction, but they said that there were no rooms that were not affected by the loud construction noise. I understand that they might not have control of the construction, but they should have at least told us prior to check in so we could find a different hotel or at least comped us breakfast or give us a lower rate. Or they should at least negotiate with the mall of Berlin and have them start construction at a more reasonable hour when most guests are away from their rooms. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The rooms are basic, though the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was just very very basic and the coffee not great. The staff were friendly but the location was amazing. Being in the Mall of Berlin is great, especially with the food hall there. Short walk to Checkpoint Charlie, as well as the Jewish memorial, a huge park and Brandenburg Gate. All this and the rooms were still silent, you’d easily forget how central your location was.

Im always happy with motel one. You get a good room in a top location here. One thing is that i found de details of the room a bit unclean, like the shower, but its nothing major. The rest of the stay was great. I do recommend it.

A modern minimalist hotel with helpful service. The room condition and cleanliness could be better if it were not for marks and stains on the wall and leftover packaging and tiny hairs about. Noises from adjacent rooms are audible such as clothes hangers clanging about and loud dialogue and the like.

I was looking forward to my stay at this hotel after having a great time at Motel One Romer in Frankfurt. However, I was left disappointed after spending 3 nights here. Minus three stars for Rooms as the wifi did not work for 2 out of the 3 nights. Totally unacceptable in this day and age. Notwithstanding the poor wifi, housekeeping was top notch. Bed and pillows were soft but no big deal. Room cleanliness was good. Balcony has space but limited privacy. Three stars for Service as the front desk staff need some training on providing service with a smile. The males did better in this area. Four stars for Location due to proximity to the mall. The bus stop is about 50m away. The tram and s/u bahn are further. Please be aware that all shops in the mall are closed on Sundays and its practically a dead town.

Very good hotel in the right part of the city for a long weekend visit. Rooms are basic but clean and warm. The outside temperature is about -2°. Price is good for the location and quality hotel. 4 * for service reflects that I have only used the reception for checking in and therefore can't give a higher rating.

Excellent Hotel. Friendly service (especially Heidi at the counter and the whole staff at breakfast and bar). Perfect for sightseeing trips due to the perfect location to start - near to nearly all attractions.

The hotel offers very little amenities. The rooms are very small, there is no fridge, safe or closets in the rooms. there wasn't even a bottle of water. The shower's water temprature fluctuates heavily, and they didn't clean the room once in the 3 days we stayed there. Additionally we found hair in the bed when we received the room which seems like they didn't clean well after the previous guest. The location of the hotel is good however its very overpriced considering the lack of amenities

Love Motel Ones. Simple but comfortable rooms. Nice chill bar and lounge area. Enjoyed the breakfast. The drain in my bathroom and the bar toilet didn't smell great but the only minor point.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located near Potsdamer Platz (trains), and walking distance from many WW2 historical sites. Clean, modern rooms with a nice bar/restaurant. I'll stay here again on my next Berlin trip.

Ich habe das Hotel für sehr angenehm empfunden. Es liegt sehr zentral und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem und alles andere sehr modern. Frühstück top. Das Einzige was mich ein kleines bisschen gestört hat war, dass sich das Bad nicht separat heizen lassen hat. Ich hatte leider nicht die Möglichkeit das Zimmer, oder das Bad zu heizen. Im meinem Zeitraum des Aufenthalts war es nicht ganz so warm. Aber, das ist jetzt auch nicht so schlimm gewesen. Ich war nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer.

Selbst für Motel One Verhältnisse etwas karge Zimmer (mir gefällt der Minimalismus von Motel One sehr; hier vielleicht eine Spur zu weit getrieben). Die Dusche war schon recht stark verkalkt (inkl. Rost), das ist ungewöhnlich für Motel One. Ansonsten, wie immer(!): herausragender Service/Mitarbeiter und fantastisches Frühstück. Tolle Lage. Sauber. Alles wie immer. Warum bei Motel One weiter mit "ab 79€/Nacht" geworben wird ist mir unverständlich. Den Preis hatte ich das letzte Mal vor 6 Jahren vielleicht. Und dafür, wie das Zimmer eingerichtet war, erschien mir der von uns gezahlte Preis dann doch zu hoch (das Frühstück wird ja exklusive bezahlt, hier kann also nicht gegengerechnet werden).

Stayed here a couple of times now, and it is unbelievable how rude some of the bar employees are. They make very inappropriate comments, after which they laugh it off as jokes, then they let you wait for 1 hour for drinks, and they don’t even bring them to you in the end. ..It was a soda & mineral water :) I left after one hour, I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel’s bar, there are plenty of better options 3-5 mins away by foot.

Perfect hotel but the room was small for a couple. Luckily we only had 2 carry on size bags as there's functional storage but not for 2. The breakfast included was a fresh and extensive continental breakfast.

Stayed for a night in a Business Trip, without breakfast - so I don’t have the full experience. I appreciated the location - very good one, the room is small but cozy, the bathroom was nice and clean. The reception personnel was a bit … impatient, sometimes arrogant and had a few problems with communication. But hey, we got past that :)

It is located in a super convenient area in front of one of the exits of Potsdamer platz and very close to some of the main sightseeings. The room is decent enough, quite small but clean, and the lack of a closet is a bit difficult. Overall, it is a very good choice and highly recommended.

Room was quiet and clean. Very close to the Postdamer Platz train station, it is perfectly located to visit some of the most famous spots in Berlin or go shopping. Our room seemed that it was only ready for one guest, even though we were a couple. Only one set of towels and one blanket. Getting an additional set of towels was pretty easy. The second blanket was though a little bit more of a challenge because they did not have any spare one, so they had to go around empty rooms until they found one. In any case, the staff was very helpful and managed to solve the issue. The mattress was the second hurdle. In one of the sides something was broken and one would sink in and eventually kind of fall off the bed. Since we were just staying for a night and we realized it when getting into bed, we just informed about the issue when we left. Otherwise we would have asked for another room. Last not so nice event: the room service knocked on our room on Saturday at 10:00am to see if we were there... Considering it was the check-out day, it would be nice that they manage that electronically, since they should know which guests have checked out and which not.

One of the smaller Motel One hotels in Berlin, quite cozy actually. Here is nothing to complain about. Clean, top service, very friendly personnel - as always at Motel One. The bar tender Alten in particular is a very cool guy.

Very comfortable modern hotel in good location adjoining Leipziger Platz. The Platz has excellent shopping facilities, and within easy walking distance, there are numerous restaurants nearby. Room was a little small, but comfortable and well appointed Only two problems. The hotel entrance was difficult to see from the street; signs on the face of the building were a little misleading, as they were not directly over the entrance. Also the floor of the shower recess was very slippery once it became wet. Otherwise, all was good and we enjoyed our stay.

A very nice hotel. Clean and warm. I love how they provide 2 sinks on the toilet. Location is superb since it's close to many tourist spots. The only backward was the water heater. It was not constant (it's getting hotter or colder on its own so frequently). And it was winter, so it was really matter.

Wish I could give it 5 stars. Great location in the Mall of Berlin. Nice room with an amazing bathroom. Very clean and with a very comfortable bed. I was very early on Saturday to check in and instead of storage my bag they checked me in early. Very friendly stuff during the whole weekend. Two things which are maybe an option to optimize - first of all the shower. As soon as I lower the temperature 🌡️ down from 40 degrees it just gets hot and cold, hot and cold. No constant temperature at all. One moments it's freezing cold and in the other you burn your skin. Second the wifi. I wasn't able to create an account without the information what's wrong. After 24h the quick check in into wifi didn't work anymore. That's a pity. But I still can highly recommend it. Motel One in total never disappoint!

Perfect location for all main tourist sights. Clean and comfortable rooms and easy check in. Tea/coffee making facilities in rooms would be a good addition.

Very good value for money hotel. Lovely basic clean modern rooms with everything you need for overnight stay. Breakfast was above what I expected for a motel, there was a lot to choose from eggs to croissants. Staff were very professional. Very happy, certainly would stay there again if I come back to Berlin.

Excellent motel, lovely and friendly staff. The motel has strict adherence to coronavirus prevention guidelines. Very comfortable and clean, well located in relation to the main attractions. I advise everyone. I will definitely come back here. Thanks for everything, see you soon 💋

The breakfast has few vegan options but it’s a nice choice of hotel in Berlin!

I was confused at the beginning for the name of motel until I realize that it is a brand of a hotel chain. The room is clean and equipped with most I need, the only problem might be at the very beginning they forget to give me a blanket and I was wondering if that is the local culture... The staff is very helpful and the location is perfect access to public transportation. A lot of sights of interests in Berlin are within walking distance. The main problem is not the hotel but the time, I was traveling during the Easter weekend and most of the stores are closed.

My first time ever in Berlin and this was the hotel my girlfriend chose for us. I was extremely satisfied, it was perfect for our needs. PROS: + Excellent location, very centralized and with tons of phenomenal shopping nearby + Staff was courteous, capable, friendly, and extremely non-intrusive + Pricing was unbelievably good for the location CONS: - Bed was not the most comfortable for me, but my girlfriend loved it so isn't really that big of a negative but more of a personal gripe - Room itself is on the small side with most of the four space taken up by the bed, which is to be expected that this price. Again, not a major con, just something to be aware of before you book Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here. This is especially true if you plan on spending most of your time out and around the city with as little time cooped up in your hotel room as possible.

Fantastic stay at Motel One Potsdamer Platz! Check-in was quick and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable and looked out to a shared green space. The breakfast room was bright and pleasant and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The location was great - easy to access via DB, S&U Bahn, and the bus, and central to many sights and attractions in Berlin. We’d stay here again with out hesitation!

If I go back to Berlin I will stay at the same hotel. Metro station quite close. Clean. Breakfast very good. Location excellent. Bed excellent. The only missing thing a small fridge in the room
