dont lose your money on this hotel. Super dirty, beds are very bad quality (back pain for sure, very uncomftable), I put DON’T make my room and they enter anyway into my room (and I don’t want anyone to enter to clean with my things around, so they enter because they wanted), they don’t care about the parking, I explain that my ticket was not working for 2 days they don’t care, they just say its because its full ( it wasn’t full, they still have more than 2 slots..). very bad experience

I don't recommend this place in the summer. When it was 35 degrees there was no AC in the room. I asked one member of the stuff to change this situation and heard to open the window to improve the air inside...despite this fact the hotel is well located, rooms are clean and the stuff (with one exception) was nice.

After staying in melia Innside in Leipzig this week, I thought this hotel would be the same standard. The breakfast was a real disappointment, no eggs to order (which was offered by staff in Leipzig), no coffee offered at the table (staff at this hotel ignored everyone) and no clearing of used dishes. Our table was covered in used crockery every morning. Sadly the rooms were also disappointing with torn linen. Check in and front desk were friendly and efficient. So that was a good thing.

I loved staying here when I was in Berlin. The service was warm and friendly, the rooms are adequately and efficiently spaced, toilets are clean and functional and beds are comfortable. Location is fantastic too. 5mins bus ride away from Berlin HBF, it's always a hop away from the main train station. Hotel is also within walking distance of supermarkets, eateries and pharmacies, which makes this place perfect for me. Area the hotel is nestled in is safe and I have no fear of walking back to the hotel at night.

Your trusty 4-star hotel in Berlin. The location is awesome, as you're seconds away from the U6 Naturkundemuseum stop. Cleanliness overall is great. Rooms are nice, nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast is good too, although the buffet variety could be slightly wider. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with anything you would need. It also has a bar that offers drinks and dinner (as far as I'm aware) although I only had a couple of beers there. Prices aren't too shabby, considering it's a hotel. I was allocated in a room at the very end of a corridor and the wifi reception was utterly atrocious, to the point where nothing was loading and I always need to come down to the lobby (where the signal is great) to do anything with my phone.

Stayed in September Pros: Good location - Tram and U-Bahn station accessible in less then 5 minutes walk. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Free minibar - refilled everyday Cons: No Wifi - had to switch rooms - but staff were attentive here Clean up was not good Hotel rooms are dated - especially bathrooms

Do you have good theft insurance? Because you'll need one before you stay at this hotel. What a shame. Already the cleanliness was not 100% validated, the security is zero. The day after our arrival, my computer was stolen from the hotel room after the cleaning staff had passed by. I don't blame the cleaning staff personally but the whole hotel. A shame to steal from these guests when you claim to be a 4 star, secure and caring hotel. The complaint is being handled by the local authorities. Don't waste your time in this kind of semi-high end hotel, unable to ensure the safety of the guests. Do not give your money to thieves.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Both room and bathroom felt spacious. Breakfast was tasty but lacking a few more options, so people might want to consider not paying the extra money. Lounge/reception area very cosy and stylish. Good location - very close to the underground station.

This hotel is perfectly situated for people traveling by train, or commonly use public transport. A metro at walking distance and the main train station is a brisk walk of 20 minutes away. Getting there and to my other destinations was a breeze. The hotel room was pretty good, very clean and quite modern. It has a big waterfall shower (if you like) and a roomy bathroom. The one thing that struck me were the rather springy bed pillows. If you like a little more like feather, or wool pillows, make sure to ask the desk! The neighborhood is full of hostels and hotels, but also a little neighborhood super market, cafe's and places to get your coffee and breakfast needs. If you like Vietnamese food, Berlin has got your back. With a big representation of immigrant Vietnamese people, you will find a lot of great restaurants.

Black mold all over the shower and questionable cleaning. Tufts of hair on the bathroom floor. However, worst thing is their complete disrespect for privacy. House-keeping knocked on our door 5 different times during the morning the day of checkout. The sign outside the door doesn’t seem to work or they just ignore it. Very basic hotel with just a nice looking front/facade. Avoid it!

I booked this hotel due to three reasons, a) decent price b) location c) it’s association with Melia hotel chain. The size of the room was decent. We only had breakfast one day in the hotel which was 18 euros per person. Breakfast buffet in general was good but not many hot dish choices available. House keeping was efficient but didn’t speak English so I found it hard to communicate with them. Also used the sauna facility at the hotel. It wasn’t out of this world but did the job. All staff whether if be at the reception or kitchen were extremely helpful. Special mention to Silman who was in the kitchen. He helped us with cutlery and fulfilled all our requests. All in all I would stay there again. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Berlin.

Good hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Stayed here for 4 nights and it was nice overall, room was cleaned very good everyday. Wifi was unacceptably bad, when we checked in the staff pointed out that they were having some issues but it barely connected and when it did it was very slow, had to use my mobile data which is a shame when you book a hotel with wifi. Breakfast was tasty but not there wasn’t a lot of variety and it was the exact same everyday, expected a bit more of the breakfast for €18,50 per person, per day.

Everything was good. Each day they fill the mini bar with free drink! The gym is small and there there is a dry sauna. The location is s very good, close to a subway station.

Great hotel for a city break near to the city centre and all the hotspots , the hotel was perfect, clean and tidy, staff were great and food was amazing. Will definitely book to stay in a melia resort again.

Always booking here for short business trips up to 3 days as our office is close by. What I appreciate very much is the price-performance ratio! The rooms are all modern and very clean, the breakfast is relatively abundant and delicious! In addition, the ambience is stylish and quiet, so you can easily make a phone call in the lobby.

Nice staff, good food, free mini bar drinks. Good location. Cleaning issues: floor had several dirty places, including dust under the bed. Coffee machine was not properly cleaned either.

The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious just as advertised.Beverages in the room are free and refilled daily which is a nice perk.Lobby has a nice vibe during the weekends that matches the energy of the city and gives the hotel a hip, young feel. The AC in the room was VERY VERY weak, felt like a fan on its lowest setting. I queried this to the receptionist who offered no solutions. I do not recommend staying at this hotel during the hot summer months (unless they rectify this). The lobby also had the same issue.

The room was very clean and spacious with a free minibar. The bathroom was also very big which was a positive addition. The staff at the front desk were very professional and helpful. The location of the hotel is very central in Berlin. This makes it easy to walk to many restaurants and bars as well as easy to get a tram/ train to anywhere in Berlin including all of the sights. I would definitely stay again next time I am in Berlin.

Amazing 2 night stay over the weekend, couldn't recommend this hotel more. Friendly staff, clean common areas and rooms. Amazing bar, with attentive staff and excellent music. Loved it, and will be coming back!

Nice clean room, good location. Comfy mattress. Nice selection for breakfast. A bit weird setup with stairs exit behind the lobby. Parking on the street nearby. There is gym on the top floor but it's very small.

Amazing staff, very helpful and ready to assist you with everything. The rooms are large and overall comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the best I had during my 20 day trip to three countries. I highly recommend.

Really nice staff and great lobby with free (non alcoholic) drinks in minibar in the room, classy onsite restaurant, games, coffee etc. Only complaint.. Rooms have paper thin walls — bring earplugs or be prepared for vacuum invasions into your sweet dreams 🤨

First the positives: -Clean and modern rooms -Spa area on 6th floor was great -Great location. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The negatives: -WiFi did not work -Room service: I was still sleeping. The male cleaner knocked twice (didn't announce 'housekeeping' or anything else) and then started to open the door. I yelled no thank you, but he still tried to walk in. About 15 minutes later, a cleaner (not sure if it was the same guy or not) simply opened the door and tried to walk in. This is not okay!

Great hotel! The atmosphere, the public spaces, the decoration, the rooms, beds, bathroom. The service. We spent 4 nights and it was great.

Nothing really to complain about. Decent, modern rooms with free healthy drinks, nice lobby, great bathrooms, and friendly staff. Used to go there quite often as our company is very close to the hotel. We requested a corporate discount considering that five to ten of our employees travel to Berlin once or twice a month (sometimes more). Tried to use the discount code. Got a €1.3 reduction per night. Motel One from now on for the entire company. 1/2 price (even without corporate discount) but identical service.

The hotel is great and situated in a ideal area. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The food and bar are lovely. The air con is ok and sometimes with the melia rewards either staff weren't notified or unaware of deals. However, they still provided us with this. Just some sort of communication needed between the app to hotel.

Good value hotel in Berlin. Location is not prime, but very convenient to the U Bahn Naturkundemuseum station, a five minute walk. Also convenient to many tram lines from Invalidenstrasse so location is not a big issue. Lots of F&B options along Chausseestrasse near the hotel. Berlin Hbf is about 15 minutes away by tram. Park am Nordbanhof is very close. Note, the massive Federal Intelligence Service facility (Bundesnachrichtendienst) has just opened across the street, so its a dead zone for travelers - no shops or F&B. Rooms are functional and adequate. Enough room for 2 persons and clean. Small refrigerator with gratis water and other drinks. No view from my room. Maintenance could be better, my room door did not fully close and latch unless I slammed it shut. The lobby is spacious with a bar and dining. Breakfast is in the lobby. I did not really like the breakfast, sometimes the bread was stale (on a Sunday), and selection was ok but nothing special. Overall, it's a good value hotel for visiting Berlin.

All good so far. Decent breakfast and very friendly staff. The rooms are clean. The only downside is the gym's equipment. The training machines are missing enough oil to function seamlessly.

Our laptop was stolen in our room. No one except us and the hotel staff entered the room. We have no longer received any response to our emails from customer service. The defense used is: our staff is old they don't know what a macbook is + you should have used the safe.

Great breakfast. Uncomfortable bed, was very hard to sleep. Curtains not fully blocking the light. At 9 o'clock some rude guy from the hotel was knocking on my door to tell me to check out, first time someone was bugging me to leave the room so early. Won't come again

The rooms are spacious, modern and clean (you also have a great view!). I was pleased with the design and the staff also. The fact that the hotel is very close to the metro station is a big plus too.

The staff are all very friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. The lobby and bar area are very nicely furnished and decorated in modern sleek but comfortable design. The rooms are also nice with spacious bathrooms. It's well located and we will definitely come here again when we come back to Berlin!

Great room and ok location. Huge breakfast offer but not much fresh stuff. Stayed there 2 nights and none keycard were functioning in the whole hotel meaning I needed to be escorted to my room by staff. As it was the same for everyone you can imagine the waiting time to get to your room… Bit annoying.

We have greatly enjoyed our stay at Innside Berlin in the last few days! The staff and service were absolutely amazing, we got all the help we needed and were always treated with great politeness and highest efficiency, at the reception as well as at the bar/restaurant. In addition, a few highlights from the hotel: - Great location, only ca.5mins of tram ride from Berlin Hbf and many major tourist attractions are within reach via multiple tram and U Bahn lines - Super comfortable bed and well sound-proof room. I slept very well during the night - I love the fact that the room comes with a yoga mat - The friendly staffs at reception brought us water cooker and extra blanket only a few minutes after I asked - Personally I really like the interior design of this hotel. Very modern and the lobby is a great place to read or do some work as they have huge tables with plugs and lights - Sauna and fitness area is very nice, clean and well-equipped; with a little terrace for chilling Overall great value for money and can definitely recommend to travelers in Berlin! Again, many thanks to the nice and friendly team :)
