Can't find a bad thing to say about my stay in this hotel! Good facilities in a great location, right in the middle of the city, making it very easy to explore. Excellent breakfast with a huge variety of products. The mood room is amazing, extremely comfortable and well decorated, a very nice touch. Very professional and attentive staff, always available to help you. Special thank you to Filip, Andreas and Mr. Joshua for all the help they provided and for making our experience so amazing. Definitely something to repeat!

I stayed in this hotel for four nights to celebrate my birthday and I couldn't have chosen a better place! Beautifully decorated in a great location, right in the middle of everything, really easy to walk around and explore the city. The mood room is unbelievable! Extremely comfortable, music and lights of your choosing, big bathroom with great amenities, everything was just perfect. The breakfast was fantastic, a buffet with an immense variety of products with great quality. The restaurant also offers a diverse list of food and beverages, definitely recommend it. Outstanding costumer service, very helpful and kind staff, always available to attend to your every need. Special thanks to Filip and Andreas for all the help they provided us and to Mr. Joshua for making our stay so memorable, words will never be enough. Just incredible, will definitely come back! Thank you for such a lovely experience!

One of the best buffet breakfasts you can get. So delicious! The staff is very friendly and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable. Perfect and fast wifi for free. The family rooms are big and clean, with a very comfy bed. Additionally, the hotel's central location puts convenience stores, restaurants, and a train station within a 5-minute walking distance. Will revisit.

It is located in the heart of Berlin. The location is very good, enabling you to walk to many landmarks and attractions in Berlin. It is not a luxury hotel, but it provides a clean and decent-sized room. The shower was great with good water pressure and a large waterfall-like shower on the ceiling. You can also chill and get your favorite cocktails at the bar on the ground floor. Even though it is located in the busy part of the city and near the train station, the room was quiet at night. No problem falling asleep.

Great hotel, comfy and clean rooms and good location. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Only downside is the TV channels are all in German and parking is not included and isn't cheap, 28 euros per night.

The best breakfast I have had in a long time.. fresh pastries, loads of teas, choice choice choice, pancake machine, eggs made how you wanted (and quick!).. we went at the busy time - and it wasn’t busy - really excellent and really was so good, did not need lunch in the city. Excellent location. Rooms though - hard mattresses, bathrooms a bit dated and moldy (but powerful showers!) and air conditioning that did not cool. Friendly service - went above and beyond. We’d go back for the breakfast and location, room, not so much.

Nice hotel, good central location during the day, quiet area at night. Room is to high standard but still felt a bit dated somehow- eg bathroom layout was not great and the tv was old. Great staff and breakfast was good (but not amazing). Price was high but reasonable considering the location. I liked their sustainability initiative around a free drink in the bar if you don’t have your room serviced for a day.

Excellent stay, rooms are a great size and we'll kept. The facilities are top notch and the staff were extremely helpful at all times. Special thanks to the receptionist staff Sanskrulti, Dominic and Alex, all very professional and very attentive.

We stayed here from January 25th - January 29th. The hotel has a perfect location in the middle of the city and the parking was easily reachable. Check-in went smooth and the upgrade conform the discovery program was done. Rooms were clean en up to standard, really enjoyed the suite room! Special Thanks to Alex, Front Office and the duty on Sunday who made me feel special for my birthday. Great place to say, I would definitely recommend or come back.

I came to Berlin from the States for business. This hotel was lovely. The rooms and customer service were great, with a wonderful breakfast buffet. Rio at check in was wonderful. My only comment was I wish the fitness center opened earlier than 8:00. But aside from that, the hotel was wonderful and I would certainly return.

Stayed in the Hotel from Thursday to Sunday with another family member. The rooms were all pristine and the hotel itself is extremely well located, no more than 15 minutes from Checkpoint Charlie, Mall of Berlin and various other attractions and museums. If I went to Berlin again I would stay here. We hadn't ordered the Breakfast alongside our room and was a bit taken aback when she said it would be €24 each for breakfast. We explored and found local alternatives instead at a fraction of the price.

Nice hotel with walking distance to Checkpoint Charlie, museums and other attractions. Area has many restaurants, shops etc. Breakfast was good and staff helpful, especially the concierge who helped us to make table reservations. Hotel has easy app you can use to order e.g. missing towels or room service. Had really pleasant stay here! Would definitely visit again. 🙂

A 4-star high-class hotel, the rooms and the hotel look perfect, the location is excellent and close to all the attractions, public transportation is nearby, the reception staff is pleasant and nice. The level of cleanliness in the rooms is very high. For those who like breakfast at the hotel can find there what they like and if not many cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. We had a good and pleasant experience. The sauna is excellent and very nice, it would be nice if there was also a jacuzzi for a complementary atmosphere. All in all, an excellent hotel, highly recommended for couples.

Very good location, close to main attractions and only a few steps from the subway. We spent a long weekend with kids and had a room for 4. Room was well equipped, with good day-light and really convenient for 4. I also recommend the sauna and the breakfast. Very good quality price!

I would rate with 5 stars, but because of the staff I will give 2. The breakfasts are good, clean and cozy rooms. BUT my room was very cold at night! And on the second day I got sick. I informed the administrator that the heating does not work and I have a sore throat and headache. And do you know what your administrator offered me? Set up the air conditioner (it turned out to be impossible), change the room? No. Your employee advised me to drink hot tea, cause it is free. And this is in a room for 200 euros per night. I'm shocked. Now I'm back home. I am writing this review with a high temperature. Apparently, in Germany everything is really so bad with heating. That's why I'm not coming back anymore. I don’t recommend this hotel

Had an amazing experience staying in the NH Hotel! I've visited a variety Hotels in Berlin before, but this one definitely deserves the number 1 spot. Every aspect from check it, room, food, spa area, to the overall service (especially in the restaurant) was absolutely exceptional. The staff was super friendly and supportive and sweetened my stay from day one (Special appreciation goes to Julia, who greeted me friendly every morning and put a smile into my face, even though normally I'm not a morning person). All in one, I can only recommend this Hotel to everybody who likes great service, tasty food and a lovely ambience.

NH is always a guarantee of quality and service. In this case the service was perfect but the structure is a bit old. Some renovation was needed in our room especially the bathroom where some amnesties were rusty. Location is good if you visit for business, for leisure probably a better location can be found.

An excellent hotel in a brilliant central location, with many of the major tourist attractions within east walking distance. Stadtmitte station is literally around the corner. First time stay and if we get the chance to return to Berlin then we will book to stay at this hotel again. All the staff were so polite and friendly. Everything was very clean. Beds were very comfortable, and even though it is over a u-bahn line you wouldn’t know it and so could be assured a peaceful night’s sleep. We stayed on the third floor and it was lovely and quiet. We would highly recommend the breakfast buffet - it has an amazing variety of different foods, including plenty for those with different allergies. Staff worked tirelessly to keep all foods and drinks at the buffet topped up at all times. Overall my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

I really liked the eco friendly service u gave us. The rooms were beautiful and the desk was a great idea for people like me who works even in the hotel room. The breakfast was delicious and it served from salty food like omelets to sweet things like cakes, the drinks where also delicious.

Last weekend we visited NH Collection Berlin Mitte am Checkpoint Charlie with a group of 100 people. The hotel was very well prepared and was able to handle our group without any problems. During check-in the manager on-duty helped us making a list with the exact information we could wish for. During our stay, the reception was always available for our demands (a group of 100 people requires quite the organisation). The rooms were clean and spacey and the breakfast contained everything your morning heart can desire. The batches at breakfast were quite small but were replaced as soon as they were about to run out. Thanks for this pleasant stay!

Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Centrally located place. Convenience stores, Restaurants and Train station within 5 minutes walking distance. Taxis were available right at the door steps in the morning. Rooms are big and clean. Very comfy bed. To top it all up, one of the best buffet breakfast you can get. Opportunity for improvement - English TV channels. Disappointment - Never saw concierge service staff once during our 4 days stay. Having said that receptionist helped us out with our queries.

My experience at NH Berlin Mitte is a bit mixed, the location is great and very convenient. The exterior and lobby are very modern and appealing however, the rooms were subpar. I couldn't get a constant room temperature from the Air-con and the WiFi was nearly unusable and ended up relying on Mobile Data during my stay. The restaurant and bar were excellent and the staff were incredibly helpful. I really liked the ability to forgo full cleaning services for a drink credit to help improve sustainability and reduce water consumption!

I would have rated this hotel 4-5 stars if it had not been for the ordeal experienced following checking out. Positives: * Rooms were ok and generally clean, location great and check in smooth. * The hotel lobby is well decorated and clean and conveniently located near many transport links. Negatives: * We requested for a king/double bed as we were given two single beds pushed together which was an uncomfortable sleep. They kindly offered us a new room only to find out it was the same thing! Thankfully we didn’t move our stuff otherwise it’d have been a great waste of time. * Upon returning from this trip I was not refunded the card hold and charged THREE times. Had I not chased this up with the hotel (about 8+ emails and countless calls later) as well as contacting my bank, they would not have initiated this refund or recognised the error they made. * We were wrongly charged for amenities we did not use. Instead of communicating this to us upon check out they chose not to, charging my card without first clarifying after we had left the city. *We waited almost 30 minutes to check out despite there being no queue, narrowly missing our flight. Had we not had a very efficient Bolt driver, the prolonged check out could have potentially cost us our flight home. * In short, many calls and emails later the three wrongly charged payments were refunded, after having to chase to get my money back. For that reason, we will not return and would not recommend this hotel for seasoned travellers who want minimal stress when travelling and returning home.

Expect the room of a 3 starts hotel. Although you find the basic of what you need, the rooms is very old (from the 80) and the rooms facing the road are very loud as there is no sound proofing. I found the room not super clean. I will not return, I was glad I spent only a night a this hotel. Only good point the location

Stayed here for a business trip in Nov 23. I wished I could rate it higher, but the poor wifi was a deal breaker for me. Location: Within a walking distance from the subway, lots of attractions and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fantastic, great variety and fresh goods. Room was large with a comfy bed. Shower could have been better. WIFI was the worst by bar of any NH hotel I've stayed in the past. We are talking about speeds of 3-5 mbps in late 2023. Unacceptable! I needed to use my cellular hotspot to have meetings or work properly. The hotel staff really tried to do their best and gave me access to their 'Premium WIFI' but it was horrible as well. I really wished it worked properly so I could rate this hotel higher. Hope you can fix it for other travelers, regardless if they use it for work or leisure .

Honestly one of the best service i have ever got in any hotel. All their staff are so nice, the front desk is helpful and the cleaning staff are so honest and clean the rooms like no other hotel. Their breakfast is nice and has a lot of variety.

I stayed 2 nights at the hotel, it is located so close to all city centre attractions and just 1 min walk to U6 and 2 min to U2 metro stations. The staff was very friendly, the room clean and quiet, the mattress comfortable. Besides breakfast was very good with many options.

Ok hotel, they keep barging into my room after one knock. There wellness center is closed, they don't have a pool, sauna or hot tub would have enjoyed these things after running the BMW marathon. Breakfast not included in room prices, no concierge at desk to ask for directions. And they don't enforce masks inside.

The first room that we got for the first two night are not comfortable and warm because the air conditioning of their hotel is not working well. The second room that they changed us to is better, because the air circulation is working good, although the air conditioning system is still not working good. We chose this hotel because they offered air conditioning, but sadly speaking, this is not a good hotel for air conditioning, especially during summer. Some of their staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good.

Pick this place. I know, parking is not cheap. We had breakfast included in our purchase from a third party site. It evens out with 2 adults and 1 child for food because even with the €26 parking fee, we would have spent that somewhere else in parking and food. Anything and everything you want to see as a tourist is within walking distance, or a short bus trip. For staying 4 days and 3 nights, it was not as bad as I thought price wise. Good service, friendly staff, great breakfast, the rooms have a fridge, and the showers have a top down shower head. I saw no downsides here.

Loved this hotel! Stayed here a week in October. Convenient location, on UBahn, good shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean, updated, rooms are comfy, and a wonderful breakfast is available. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'd come here again.

Great location, clean and very nice room with small balcony. Great choice for our 4 day stay, 1 minute walk from metro, very close to most of historical sightseeing spots. One star down, as there was no ventilation in the bathroom and the light in the room was provided only via bedside lamps. No lamp in the entrance area with all the storage space which made it very difficult to dress or in general exist in the main room. Other than that a very nice personnel!

The location couldn’t be better. Rooms are clean too. Breakfast is excellent. But: I would say for a 4 star hotel, the quality of the service could be better. 2 of the 4 elevators were broken for 10 days. There were always queues. The competence of the staff unfortunately depends on who you are speaking to. Also, I had 3 different rooms during my stay, and 2 of them had cracks in the toilet bowl.

Very nice hotel, excellent location with walking distance to most sightseeing in city center. Rich choice and tasty breakfast, clean rooms and good mattresses, all we needed for a long weekend. Will definitely return.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at the hotel for a weekend couple weeks ago. We had problem with the hotel key everyday, it didnt work, so we had to go down to reception to get new ones everyday..and the people at the reception didnt bother to move us to another room or come with us to check out the problem.. but the last day a very kind and serviceminded girl at the reception, I think her name was Pien, did everything to make our last day of staying there the best,she helped us with everything we needed!thank you!

This hotel was a great location for sight seeing, some lovely restaurants and bars around. The Staff were very helpful Andreas and Levi at reception looked after us so well. The rooms are very clean and beds comfy with nice soft pillows. Breakfast was delicious with freshly made omlettes on request. Best of all was the late checkout as we had an evening flight and could spend the day as we pleased.

An absolutely gorgeous hotel. My sister and I stayed here for two nights at the weekend, and we were well looked after through our stay. The staff were very helpful, friendly and gave great advice about transport, places to visit, eat and drink, to make the best out of our trip. It was our second time staying at an NH Collection branch, and we will definitely consider and recommend for more holidays in the future. Thank yous :)

This hotel was perfect for our 1st family vacation to Berlin! The location is perfect! You can walk to many different restaurants, cafes, and shops. The Berlin Mall is 1 block away. If it's not in walking distance it's ok because the train station is right next to the building, just go out make a left and it's at the 1st light. The hotel itself is nice and cozy. The staff is very sweet and friendly. We stayed during the Christmas season and every time we visited the front desk someone gave our son chocolates or candy, needless to say he loved it. The whole city of Berlin is vibrant with things to do and experience during the Christmas holidays, we loved the Christmas Markets and all of the decorations. Definitely suggestion riding the Hop On, Hop Off bus, well worth it! We will be back ❤

Andreas at reception and all the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. The location was great for walking to sights. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Hotel was perfect for our girls weekend and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for sightseeing, everything is in within walking distance. Lovely bar with a piano player in the evening. Good selection for breakfast, staff were very helpful and the late checkout till 5pm was brilliant as our flight was late.

We were looking forward to staying here based on the reviews however we did not have a good experience here. Upon entering, the hotel immediately smelt like a sewer. It was really, really bad and all levels of the hotel were affected. Then we were given a room that had a sewage problem. It smelt horrible and was unusable. We were so disgusted that we had been allocated this room. We were given a new room. New room was fine although the bathroom bin wasn't emptied from the last guest. The hotel also does not have any Hair Conditioner, only Shampoo. The hotel is stingy with providing toiletries as we weren't given a new bottle of shower gel or hand soap. Only plus side is the hotel is located near Checkpoint Charlie, shops, restaurants and transport. Great location. The bed is also comfortable.

The team of the reception are very rude , not polite & aggressive to the guests. Any request such for ex for cleaning the room that was dirty or asking for invoices is being ignored by the reception team who even shout over the guests " for not disturbing them" and to send email with the complaint. They even refuse to identify them self by names when asking for it in aim to contact the management ) ן- which is not common for employees of an international hotels network who suppose to keep on basic standards of hospitality. The hotel is much more expensive then others in the area but the service and the rooms are far from being a 4-stars hotel and far from the good service offered in some other NH hotels i visited in Europe. It has a feeling of an old 3-stars hotel. Not recommended at all - rooms are not clean enough, only 2 lifts are working and need to wait long , and again the reception team is horrible . When asking to talk to some manager - the reception team become more aggressive and rude towards the guests and " blame " the guests " for disturbing them " .. For less money and much better ambient I would recommend the Motel One Check Point Charlie - you will pay almost 40% less and the quality of the hotel and hospitality service is much better ( at the same location )

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Location, restaurant, breakfast all perfect. The rooms were clean the bathroom was spacious the water pressure in the shower of course very important was perfect. But I can’t go without saying how wonderful the staff was specifically Filip! Nice hotel with a great location. Staff is friendly and accommodating. But beware the beds are EXTREMELY hard.. After requesting a room with a softer bed the reception told us they were not available. They did put an extra duvet under the bed linnen to try to make it softer. Price/quality is not great for a NH Collection hotel..

From the moment we were met by the fantastic Sanya our stay was impeccable. The hotel is extremely clean and modern. Our room was very large considering it was the most basic and well socked with towels and everything else you need (hand wash, shampoo, conditioner and body wash). The breakfast is very varied and attention to detail on the buffet is great (cleaning up mess and restocking). It is in an excellent central location with the windows doing a good job of blocking out external noise. It offers such great value for money and with staff as excellent as Sanya I don't know why you would want or need to stay anywhere else in Berlin.

This is a good hotel for the price. If you’re a budget seeker and want a nice room, the rooms certainly are that. They get great light and have everything you need (hair dryer, desk, comfy pillows). The front desk staff was also so kind and helpful- always. And the restaurant staff were really great, too! 🚨 My only caution is to be aware there are more than (1) NH Collection hotels in Berlin. This impacted me twice as I was making my way around the city🚕🚕, once when I was in a serious rush, and I almost missed my train because of it. 🚨💻 Lastly, a word to the wise, DO NOT let the hotel staff put the “Check-In” sticker on your luggage. I did this and now there’s nasty sticker residue on my expensive suitcases — worst of all — my laptop, as I needed to take my backpack with me, so just handed them the computer, and now I have sticker residue that won’t come off easily.

Fantastic hotel which provides excellent value for money. Upon entering the hotel we were greeted by the warmth of the door heaters and the grand double height atrium. The reception and bar staff were very friendly, and it was great to chill out in the modern bar area. We did not pay for breakfast as we wanted a lie in. It was a nice bonus to receive a couple of vouchers for free drinks at the bar for every morning that we declined housekeeping. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and we were very comfortable and cosy in our room making the the most of the mini bar, the tea & coffee making facilities and the use of the safe, etc. The location of the hotel was perfect as all of the main tourist attractions were within walking distance and there was an excellent supermarket just along the street. We had planned to use the gym, sauna and steam room but in the end we didn't get round to it. We would highly recommend this hotel, giving it 10 out of 10, and we hope to stay at other NH Collection Hotels in the future.

Das ganze Hotel ist super schön. Wenn man in das Foyer kommt fühlt man sich glatt wie ein Prominenter 😊 Vielen Dank für alles! Ich werde definitiv nochmal euer Hotel besuchen und weiterempfehlen werde ich es selbstverständlich auch.

Das Hotel ist wirklich toll. Wir waren für ein Wochenende in diesem Hotel und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel verfügt über schöne helle Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut und auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Stefanie und Philipp haben sich wirklich sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr freundlich und tragen immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
