The rooms are good and we appreciated the quiet zone. The location is also one of the pluses of this hotel. In general, our experience was not very positive due to some issue with the breakfast (which you can read below). We do hope the hotel solves these issues, plus proves itself to be a trustworthy partner for future customers when it comes to promising compensations etc.

Ganz ehrlich für den Preis ist es ein Top Hotel! Der Service war sehr gut und wir wurden problemlos umgebucht und haben ein schöneres Zimmer bekommen. Die Zimmer an sich sind super modern gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben das Frühstücksangebot in Anspruch genommen und auch das war super lecker. Man konnte sich selbst etwas kochen lassen und es gab auch Kellner welche ab und zu an die Tische kamen und nach wünschen gefragt haben. Einziges Manko ist dass das Hotel keinen eigenen Parkplatz hat und man in einem entfernten Parkhaus parken muss, was bei viel Gepäck schon sehr irritierend ist…

Very cozy hotel with excellent service and staff. The breakfast is very good and has a lot of variety. However, we constantly felt hot inside the room (even with the air conditioning on full power) and in other areas of the hotel.

Excellent hotel, great location in a quiet part of Potsdamer Platz. Great transport links from one of two stations. Breakfast is very good, rooms spotless and well turned out. Herbal teas in the room were very nice. Great hotel would return 💯.

Nice hotel with the best services. The location itself is central to 2 stations. For breakfast, it has a good variety of food. I would like to mainly mention the lady at the live counter.. very patient.

We had an amazing first visit to Berlin, and our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The facilities, service, and room upgrade were impeccable. A special thanks to TAAT at the front desk, who, even late at night on Christmas Eve, warmly welcomed us with a welcome drink, chocolates, and two adorable Christmas bears. Her outstanding service truly made our trip extra special, creating a warm and memorable experience.

I love this hotel. It’s the best I’ve stayed at by far! The front desk associates are very helpful and kind. Breakfast is the best here, as there’s a variety of food and drink, and the breakfast associates are quick and friendly. If you’re going to be in Berlin for over a week or have to do school/work like I did, definitely get the lounge access! It’s worth it! You have unlimited drinks (soft drinks, coffee, water, alcohol) and snacks (paprika chips), and there are plenty of tables to sit down and work at. The rooms are great! Housekeeping came on a regular basis. The bed is very comfy!

It is rare to find a hotel where the rooms are actually nicer than in the pictures. My wife and I are staying in a room on the 3rd floor with a king bed, nice new windows that keep the room very quiet, and the AC was actually working so well we got cold during the night. For other Americans I will say it does not pump out the cold air as fast as the US but if you just set it to 20c or 19c and leave int for an hour the room will cool off and stay cool. The best part was the staff. Melisa checked my wife and in and was very helpful. she was humble about her ability to speak but it was excellent in my opinion. Looking forward to the rest of our stay in Berlin. This hotel is much nicer than the Crown Plaza hotels I've stayed in in the US.

So far, the visit has been great. Great buffet breakfast included in our tour. Rooms are roomy, and they have nice bathrooms. Would recommend thE Crowne for a stay. There are several nice, reasonable restaurants nearby.

Very good quality to price ratio. Overall the facilities were very clean. Breakfast had a good selection. Location was great. Occupants were quiet and hardly noticeable. One of the nicest stays I've had on a business trip! The pillows are my only complaint, too squishy! 😂

The rooms have uncomfortable design. I asked to change, and what they offered was similarly uncomfortable. The bathrooms are spacious, in line with Crowne Plaza style. The executive lounge is not open, and the alternative is below expectation. The breakfast has good choices. The chef at the eggs station does a great job. A good point for the hotel is the location.

Loved our stay in Berlin at hotel Crowne plaza Berlin. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, very clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay there ♥️ Also the location is pretty convenient to get to the main sights if you are a tourist.

Very good and central hotel, yet in a nice quiet street. The vintage building looks really nice. The rooms have nice areas, are really comfortable and the staff couldn´t be more friendly. Used to stay there before on work but this time did it on a small city break. Also recommend the bar and the Layla Restaurant. Strongly recommended. AB :-)

Good hotel in Berlin. The rooms are well cleaned and the housekeeping staffs are performant. Also good restaurant and bar in there. Onliest thing to improve is the bed quality which could be better. Getting back pain after 2 nights sleep there. Well, I finally recommend !

Very nice hotel located close to Potsdamer Platz (10min by foot). Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. Breakfast is served until 10am and has a good variety of choices. They also have a restaurant and a bar.

Fantastic stay, exceeded all expectations. The rooms are quiet, the breakfast buffet is the best we’ve ever had, and the sauna is wonderful. Convenient location just a few minutes walk from S-bahn and U-Bahn. Really good customer service and you can tell they train their staff well. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel. We stayed as a family group (3 rooms) visiting the Berlin sights and Christmas markets over a long weekend. Location was perfect, being in a quiet area yet easy walking distance and metro links to the rest of the city. Superb breakfast, spotlessly clean and every single member of staff we spoke to was lovely. Would highly recommend.

What a thoroughly pleasant experience. Staff are courteous and attentive. Rooms are well furnished and the bed was a delight to sleep in. An efficient air conditioning system in the room kept us suitably cooled during the night.

Pros: * Good sound isolation. I didn't hear noise from the hallway or the neightbour closing door * Laminate floor * Has all amenities. Including sandal and body lotion * Spacious shower area and water doesn't splash out * Friendly staff Cons: * Central a/c system. The cooling system works but still a bit too warm some time. * Curtain doesn't block all the lights from outside. The a/c switch also emits light all the time.

Booked having never visited here before, and the reception was great the room perfect, soft beds extra duvets as requested prior for the Princess, lovely shower with both fixed and hand held shower heads, all the soaps shampoos body conditioners etc etc. Tea and coffee making facilities via standard kettle, mini fridge for your own drinks milk etc. Plenty of sockets tables chairs, blackout curtains and a good sized personal safe. Superb breakfast with buffet hot, cold breads, chesses, meats, fruit and chef cooking the eggs etc, how you like. So simply perfect at a reasonable price too.

What an awesome hotel! You can’t ever go wrong with a Crowne Plaza, but this one was really great! The staff was awesome, always ready to help. The room was very modern, nicely decorated and I loved the combination of the tub and a big rain shower. On a hot day it was great to come to a nice chilled room. The gym and small wellness area were also a great addition. The location is perfect, close to Mall of Berlin and also close to several S-bahn, U-bahn and bus stops. We will definitely be back next time we are in Berlin!

Absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at! Marcel at the desk was excellent from start to finish. He went out of his way to make our stay perfect! The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was fairly accessible, though a few more handles in the shower and next to the toilet would have been an improvement. The hotel is close to a few bus stops and a short walk to the S-Bahn station. It's a perfect place to stay and experience all Berlin has to offer. Love this hotel! Everytime I have come to Berlin, I have stayed here. The rooms are very clean, modern and spacious and the breakfast is absolutely amazing. It is very easy to reach by public transportation. Just take a bus from the main translation. If you are looking for a place to stay, you will not be disappointed!
