Was nun?

Not bad, an old building, 1982, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast would have been ok, but why such small plates and glasses? The glasses for the juice are so small it is not even one mouthful, its a shame there was no liquor for these shot glasses, everything so small, so annoying. I don't like standing up 20 times to get the next mouthful, and I'm sure im not alone. Hotel ok for the price, don't take nice cars in the underground car park, bottoming out and not making corners in one go is a thing here, very tight. Also expensive, went in and out once, parked outside after that.

It's ok for the price. We had "standard double room" and we paid about 95€ per night (without breakfast). The room is ok, it's clean, bathroom is really small. There is no A/C and it's warm but fine. The view is not really interesting even on last floor. The cleaning is not done unless you are asking for it. It's fine for a weekend in Berlin.

Toller Service.

The hotel is located quite far from the city centre, around 30 minuten with public transport with 1/2 transfer(s). Crucially, the pillows were absolutely atrocious. I had to fold it 3 times to even have a tiny bit of support for my head, I might as well have slept without it as it had absolutely no support anymore whatsoever. It was around 30 degrees outside during the day and because there was no air-conditioning in the room it became very hot and it wouldn't cool down enough to sleep comfortably. The staff were friendly and helpful, but there was a missing second duvet and pillow in the room, which we received in our hands when we mentioned it at the reception. There was also only one set of towels, this issue was not resolved during the 4 nights we stayed at the hotel, even though we did mention it. The breakfast was okay, although the buns were not quite crispy and the fruit was very soft and seemed slightly old. If you can get a room cheaply around 50 euros it'd be a decent option, but I'd look elsewhere.

This hotel could do with being refurbished. Very dark corridors. The shower room was dated. Beds very uncomfortable. For the price paid, definitely not good value for money.

Rooms are good and clean but no AC. It becomes too hot sometimes. Breakfast is acceptable. The Internet was very bad in my room on the 5th floor. It was one of the worst internet connections I have experienced in a hotel. extremely low speed and it kept getting disconnected.

The room was quite shabby: mold in the bathroom, stains on the curtains and the floor, a ripped wall paper. No adequate airflow in the bathroom. I spent 5 days there and there wasn’t any cleaning service. Wouldn’t recommend.

It’s a little far from the city center but other than that, it was clean and comfortable to stay in.

Good and tidy accommodation. The girls at the front desk are very kind while their colleague, a little older, is often in a bad mood. There is a lack of parking space for BUS although they receive reservations for larger groups.

quiet, clean and comfortable rooms, great service and nice helpful staff, great location and connection to public transportation. By walking just a few minutes through the parc across the street you find the Spree and Charlottenburg castle, which are a beautiful sight and offer many nice relaxing bars, cafés and restaurants. Absolutely recommend the hotel for a weekend trip!

Quiet place with nice breakfast. Benefit of this hotel is that it is usually quite simple to find parking place for free. Room design is older. I am missing air conditioning and refrigerator in room.

Great value for money: quiet area, well connected and super friendly staff. Rooms are simple but comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need.

Good thing about this hotel was the staff who were all professional and cheerful. Also, the location was good, public transport right outside the door and supermarket just next doors. The room itself was quite disappointing. The free coffee and tea service is in the lobby and only available in the business suites. I think you can also have your pets with you in the room for some additional charges. All in all okay place to stay.

Our experience was good. Friendly staff, good breakfast, good transport connection. The surroundings of the hotel are very peaceful and beautiful. The room is small, but it didn't affect us. The bed is comfortable and the natural light and wind were good. I would really stay there again. We recommend CapRivi for sunny days outdoors and the Daniele restaurant after a visit to Schloss Charlottenburg — very easy to walk to.

Staff knows english, very nice folks. Nice and clean hotel. Serves breakfast, i think you can get by without paying because noone checked any of our information when going to hotel restaurant. So that sucked because I paid ahead of time. Food delivery to hotel is good. Check out nice and easy. Free parking on street or can pay for onsite daily.

Excellent value for money, clean, and friendly staff. Good stay if you have business in the Charlottenburg or Moabit area.

The price-quality ratio is more than convenient. I definitely enjoyed my stay in this hotel, when I was there for 5 days on a class trip. If I ever consider revisiting Berlin, this will be the go-to hotel that I would go to. Breakfast was pretty nice. Despite the fact that I am an extremely picky eater, I actually found a few things that I liked. And that's already a good SIGN. EARLy in the morning, I had an EARL grey tea along with some watermelons. I don't think there's a limit of how much stuff you can take from the buffet, but your stomach surely won't reach it anyway...🤣😅 The staff is pretty friendly, but honestly, who cares about this? To be fair, a great hotel has to have at least good service, but neither does it have to be exceptionally good. The staff does not let you down at all, and that's enough. You really don't have to worry about this stuff here. The rooms are pretty pretty. If you are muslim, you might panic a little bit tho, because they put a nice little new testament bible next to your fresh, comfortable bed! - So that you can read it, when you are bored, of course. - ORRR you just request the wifi password from the reception, and you can surf the internet on reasonable speeds instead! - ... So that you can watch p***, when you are bored, of course. - I think that the bible next to you wouldn't like it. Sooooo, how about you read it and find out? In my room there was also a medium-end TV that you can use to watch ... TV. Although I am not sure, if it had HDMI-Inputs, you can certainly play Wii through its AV-slot, given you brought your console with you. So, surely there aren't any limits to what you can do within your room either, but what's the point of staying inside? I don't know. The location is obviously a **slight** bit inconvenient, as it's not really near the centre of the city. However, as there are train stations ALLLL across Berlin, you will also find one directly near the hotel, so it doesn't even matter too much. Also, (but only at that moment) there are construction workers nearby, and they are pretty loud at daytime. The good thing is, you can walk about 5 meters and you can already buy some groceries from the neighbouring REWE. Interstingly, the all-purpose soap in your bathroom is amber-coloured (just like the name "Amber Hotels"). Amazing, right? Like, that just HAS to be intended, ... right? right? Therefore, it is SAFE to say that this hotel truthfully deserves a higher rating! They really know what they are doing!

I am staying here again and again. Rooms in hotel are nice for their prices, stuff is helpful. The neighbourhood is quite and cute, have many places to go and s nice location overall. hotel's restaurant remains nice emotions and a full stomach. Definitely will come back again and will advice to friends and business partners. Thank you!

Plenty of things nearby. Hotel was nice and clean. Loved the shower! There's parking on the street next to Rewe, for free if you can snag it. Breakfast isn't all that. Don't pay for it though, they don't check if you did.

The hotel is very, very nice and warm. I will never forget how the people who work here, helped me from the first day I arrived Berlin.

The bed not comfortabel, the pillow flat, the extra bed for the children, was a seat they open. Where the pillow is we put towels so they sleep well.

This hotel has seen better days. It got the job done, so if you need a place to sleep in Berlin, this will do. But the experience is as barebones as cam be.

Nice quiet hotel on a easy accessable road close to the main roads. Public transport everywhere. Breakfast cannot get any better and the coffee is 👍.

Very confortable rooms. The shower is amazing, best shower I had taken in a long time. It’s all neat. Worth the price.

Close to public transportation, walking distance to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. The area is quiet at night. Helpful, friendly staff, great bed, good wi fi and comfortable room. Breakfast was wonderful and served all morning, loved the coffee choices. Also, an affordable price. Very pleasant stay.

Extremely small rooms. Could barely move around in the bathroom. Having to turn in the room keys when you leave the hotel was very inconvenient. Staff were rude during check in and seemed irritated when asked about adding parking to my reservation. The restaurant is way overpriced but the young female blonde server is probably the nicest of the staff in that hotel. Overall, spend a couple more dollars to get you a better hotel.
