Worst
5
star
in
the
past
two
years
I
have
stayed!!
For
most
a
4
star
fancy
hostel!!
😅
and
it’s
not
a
joke😅😅
Dear
Owner/Dennis,
Usually
I
would
not
rate
the
properties
I
stayed
especially
not
negative
experience.
However
I
felt
obligated
to
do
this
because
of
course
my
very
personal
bad
experience.
Since
you
appreciate
honest
feedback
and
also
there
is
a
clear
misunderstanding
about
the
taste
and
personal
preferences.
I
would
like
to
update
this
review
to
provide
you
insights.
However
it
was
surprising
for
me
that
your
executive
assistant
had
time
to
check
out
my
personal
linked
in
account
but
seems
had
no
time
to
discuss
with
your
staff
what
have
happened.
So
here
you
go,
let
me
help
you
to
understand
what
my
very
personal
experience
is
in
the
top
three
most
pricy
5
star
hotels
in
Berlin.
First
day
arrival:
Valet
parking:
Was
told
by
the
bell
man
that
he
does
not
know
how
to
park
a
car.
So
I
should
leave
the
car
to
the
front
door
and
someone
will
park
it.
Luggage
deliver:
Was
told
that
I
should
check
in
and
then
come
back
to
the
bell
man
which
room
it
is
and
then
he
can
do
his
job...
(first
time
ever
in
a
five
star
hotel)
Check
in:
No
smile
the
whole
check
in
process...
no
joking...
not
a
smile
or
any
small
chat
at
all...
the
staff
next
desk
had
a
few
eye
contacts
also
no
smile
and
turned
away
her
head
immediately...
it
was
strange..
Room:
There
is
about
50cm
Crack
on
the
wall
directly
facing
the
bed!!!
if
you
sit
on
the
bed
there
is
no
way
you
miss
it.
I
called
to
change
the
room
and
was
told
there
is
no
availability.
Later
there
was
a
maintenance
staff
came
to
check
the
wall
damage
and
said
there
is
no
influence
of
me
using
the
room.
So
I
should
just
live
in
it.....
I
came
to
the
front
desk
in
person
to
complain
and
ask
for
the
change.
Again
said
there
is
no
chance
to
change.
Will
check
if
the
next
day
it
could
be
changed.
However
no
one
ever
came
back
to
me.
Second
day:
Parking:
When
I
asked
for
my
car,
I
was
just
handed
over
my
key
and
that's
it!!
Then
I
asked
where
my
car
is...
Guess
what...
No
one
knows.
The
front
desk
had
to
ask
who
parked
my
car
and
where
it
is!
At
the
end,
we
found
the
car
-
it
was
on
the
bicycle
drive
way
of
the
hotel
-
blocked
the
bike
way.
There
is
no
valet
parking
-
no
one
told
me.
Check
out:
Finally
there
is
someone
in
the
front
desk
smiled
and
ask
how
was
my
experience.
I
was
told
my
parking
fee
was
waived
due
to
the
inconvenience
of
a
wall
cracking
room...
The
parking
that
was
no
roof
on
a
bicycle
drive
way
that
blocked
the
road
-
which
was
not
even
a
parking.
Other
small
things
might
be
my
personal
preferences
that
not
worth
to
mention:
Tiny
bathroom/toilet,
all
lounging
areas
are
at
the
back
of
the
stair
ways
on
each
floors
leaves
little
use
of
them...
etc...
\
To
be
fair,
the
hotel
was
decorated
stylish;
breakfast
was
good
and
half
of
the
restaurant
staffs
were
nice.
I
also
had
two
cocktails
worth
of
a
3
star/5
rather
than
a
1/star
for
the
hotel.
Maybe
It
was
just
unfortunately
coincidence.
However
I
wished
my
48
hours
stay
had
management
paid
attention
to
my
complains.
We
moved
to
Adlon
later
on.
I
guess
I
won't
need
to
tell
you
that
With
the
price
you
pay,
believe
me,
Berlin
has
so
much
better
places
and
service
to
offer!!!
