This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is extremely hospitable. The rooms were great and it is very close to the Brandenburg gate. There are also some very good spots nearby covering a variety of cuisines if you are interested in exploring a few restaurants. The breakfast buffet like all Holiday inn hotels is unrivalled.

One of the best places to stay in Berlin. Rooms that are clean and tidy, breakfast one of the best HI express that I have seen, and above all the staff are amazing. Such a multi lingual multi national staff that are willing to help and be at hand. Well done and keep up the good work. All recomendation

It is a nice hotel! Very good location, 150m from S and U bahn. Parking just under the hotel with special prices for the guests. Very kind personnel, very clean but the rooms are a little small. We were a family with one child 6 years old and inside the room, we were one upon the other. We would need some space more, just to open the suitcases. I have to add that the breakfast was full and with everything you may need.

A delightfully wonderful stay. If you are looking to be pampered, this is the hotel. The reception team is friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast is great!

Absolutely the best Holiday Inn Express hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel is top-notch, rooms clean, and staff helpful. Some amenities were extra but it’s understandable. Breakfast in a modern, calm restaurant is a great experience with lots of good choices. The hotel is close to tourist spots and subway stations. I highly recommend this hotel – it's fantastic!

Highly recommend staying here. The city is entirely walkable with some great attractions/destinations within 2 miles, which is totally doable by foot. Staff is excellent and friendly, shoutout to Lincoln who was especially cool! Hope he gets acknowledgment for his hospitality. Rooms are great, very clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was great too, could use some eggs, beacon, or sausage though. Otherwise it was very good, no complaints at all!

Wir waren mit Kind untergebracht was für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend war. Sonst ist das Zimmer und Bad schon etwas klein. Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Personal war freundlich und Frühstück gut... Von jedem war etwas da.

A really nice and central place to stay when visiting the city as everything is in walking distance. The room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The room was a little warm at night though but still made for a very pleasant stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast selection that was on offer too. Would recommend.

Excellent hotel, the breakfasts were very tasty We booked 2 rooms, it's just a shame they couldn't put the 2 rooms close to each other And not far in 2 floors I will greatly appreciate that next time they try to help and reserve this arrangement Thanks

Tough review. Rooms small but clean. No lobby. Bar is aweful they need a full time bar manager missing huge opportunities. Check in was hard very slow guy was smirking. I am not coming back. Breakfast was okay but not a wow. No coffee available after 11am. Going elsewhere

Location is perfect! İt is near to main attractions and plenty of stations. Front desk workers were quite welcoming! Many greetings to both ladies with glasses!(I can’t remember their names but both of them were quite friendly and they were always smiling and helpful) Breakfast wasnt enough and it was very hard to find sitting place during rush hours so we waited so much!

Clean hotel. 2 of us stayed for 3 nights, good location within walking distance of Checkpoint Charlie and the bustling Alexanderplatz. Only reason for not 5 stars was the wait to check in and the busyness of breakfast. One day we were up early and so decided to check out the included breakfast that we had payed for. This was impossible, way too busy and not enough organisation. Scrambling over breakfast, no thanks. We ended up having just a coffee and going elsewhere for our breakfast. The check in was also quite long, even with staff members seeming to lul around.

No lockboxes and no mini fridges in rooms, no option to get early breakfast if you need to leave early morning. Rooms were otherwise alright, just very small and compact. Breakfast is good but surprisingly did not include eggs, only boiled. Room wasnt cleaned in the morning either, we came back and it was as we had left it. Honestly the hotel was disappointing. Breakfast was fine but could get very very busy after 9am.

Highly recommended. 15 mins walk to Checkpoint Charlie and 10 mins to the Turkish quarter where you can get good food at good price and bars etc. This hotel had good staff and good breakfast. Was quiet at night and always someone to assist if you need. Good price in comparison to other hotels just found the corner. Would stay here again

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We loved it, just a walking distance to the train. The breakfast was great with so many to choose from and the service people were kind and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel.

Centrally positioned, bus and S Bahn station very close to the hotel, grocery shop right opposite Rooms are tiny, squeezed and modestly designed. No mini fridge in the room Friendly and helpful personnel. Great breakfast Could be cleaner

Very well located hotel, walking distance to Berlin city center. Excellent for one night stay on our journey through Europe. Hotel offered most competitive price, which unfortunately left footprint at cleanliness.

Kurzfristig haben wir ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Dieses war für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend dimensioniert, modern und sauber. Was will man mehr, wenn man sich doch eh nur zum Schlafen aufhält. Zwei Kritikpunkte gibt es aber doch: 1.: Die Tür zum Bad hatte keine "normale" Klinke, sondern nur einen Knauf zum Tür ranziehen bzw. aufdrücken. Der "Schnappe" war ziemlich stramm, sodass die Tür ziemlich laut ins Schloss viel. Dies stört nachts, wenn doch mal jemand ins Bad muss. 2.: Die angebrachten Wandhaken für Handtücher sind ziemlich groß, da passen die Aufhanglaschen an den Handtüchern aber nicht drüber. Sinnhaftigkeit erschließt sich hier nicht. Frühstück war völlig ausreichend.

Great location! Friendly staff and great breakfast offer - freshly made pancakes are a nice touch. Small supermarket opposite hotel for snacks and drinks - it's open til midnight. As an IHG Platinum member, I got a welcome drink and snack as well as late checkout. 👍
