This is an apartment hotel and has a washer and dryer as well as a fully equipped kitchen in the rooms, really nice for extended trips. While we didn't cook it was nice to have the large refrigerator for beer and cheese. Our room had a living room, so more than enough space to relax and plan the days. Close to transit lines and one stop away from the main train station, yet still quiet. The reception staff were great. The couch is not the most comfortable, but the bed is nice.

Horrible experience I’ve ever had. The women in the reception desk is a racist. We are Korean and fully vaccinated living in Nuremberg. She gave us the room for disabled and she pretend it’s just a normal one. We request to change the room and finally checked in but with smaller room. Can’t believe this happened. We stayed in Adina apartment in Nuremberg and it was nice experience that we chose to stay another one in Berlin. But I won’t ever visit Adina apartment again.

Thank you to Adina for a great four nights. We had a two bedroom apartment with large windows and a spacious living area. Rooms were very clean and serviced daily. Location was excellent and situated within a central, yet quiet part of Berlin. Staff were lovely and very willing to accomodate requests. Only negative was our bathroom did not have a drainage point other than the elevated shower. Current rating of 4.5 stars is appropriate and we would be happy to stay here again next time we are in Berlin.

A wonderful hotel in the western side of Berlin Mitte, a minute's walk from a tram/ bus station, which provided us with transportation everywhere we needed in the city center. The room was clean, spacious and very functional, equipped with a small kitchen and washer/dryer. The staff were nice and very helpful, and we felt right at home for a few days. The pool and gym looked quite nice for those who are looking for the extra activities.

Great location, hotel leaves a little to be desired. I chose Adina because it was modern and in a central location. It also has air conditioning which was important to me as I love sleeping in a cold room (very easy back home in the UK!). The location is great with the tram only around the corner and it’s only a 15 minute walk to central station. Sadly, after going to reception to ask if someone might look at our air con which wasn’t working, we were informed the air con in the whole hotel isn’t working and they’re waiting for someone to come and fix it. If I had know this, I wouldn’t have booked 4 nights at the Adina. I wish we’d been informed of this before our arrival. I was very touched they provided a dessert and card for my fiancés birthday so they’ve gained a star for that. Staff have seemed quite abrupt but nice on the whole. Parts of the hotel and our room feel tired. Could do with more than 2 coat hangers each. I probably wouldn’t stay here again without the promises of the air con working and the rooms wrong revamp!

I couldn't sleep for the whole duration of my stay in the hotel because the AC was broken during an August heatwave with 35+ degrees celsius. The hotel offered me a 20% discount, which is ridiculous. The only reason I booked the hotel was to sleep there and I was not able to sleep. You literally had one job. What's the point of staying in a hotel that you can't sleep at? I'm extremely disappointed by the service.

Good hotel with small apartments as rooms with kitchen and separate bedroom. Very friendly personal. Breakfast a little bit less.

We enjoyed the location despite it being quite removed from the main tourist centre. Easy to scooter to Brandenburg gates etc. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It had 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. It also had a washer/dryer which was very handy. Although it was quite warm in Berlin the week we stayed the room stayed cool with the air-conditioning. I would stay here again if I was back in Berlin.

Pros - - 5 minute walk to central station, can get frequent train direct to airport - room clean enough although dust - great heating - can walk everywhere if capable, about 15/20 mins to some sites - bed and pillows were high quality Cons - - only groceries like Lidl/edeka nearby, lacks neighbourhood atmosphere and bars/restaurants - pool was freezing to the point it cannot be used. gym equipment was old and one treadmill was sticking - nearby hospital so loud sirens during the night which was annoying - staff were lackadaisical, awkward and unfriendly - didn't seem value for money whatsoever, there will be better for the price Overall, if you want to be in the huddle and bustle, this hotel is not for you, although we don't mind walking. We stayed at Adina in Munich which was amazing, so we feel disappointed that the standard here does not match. I'd look into nearby Motel One's instead.

We have stayed in the hotel in 2019 and had a very good experience. In 2022 it was the total opposite - From the cleanliness perspective, which was the most important for us and we were very pleased from in our previous visit, this time the bath was full of mold and the toilet was cracked. The staff also used to be very nice, but this time we were very disappointed - every morning at 8 am, there was a lot of noise coming from right outside our window, as a new deck was being built. This caused us to not be able to sleep past 8 am each morning. When we talked about it to the receptionist, she said she is not aware of this, WHILE THE CONSTRUCTION WORK WAS STILL ONGOING. This was very confusing, and seemed like a way to avoid compensating us. We explained that we cannot sleep like this and that we were not even warned about this going to happen, but the receptionist said that she didn't know it was going to happen either, so they could not warn us. This, again, does not make sense, as someone had to let the construction workers into the hotel in the morning. We talked about this to another receptionist, but they said this was already being taken care of by the previous receptionist. In addition, the laundry service was not available this time, which was also disappointing, but much less important for us in the overall experience.

Extremely well located, the main Hauptbahnhof is only 1 tram stop away, so really easy to get around and about on public transport. Clean and tidy, welcoming staff. Relatively quiet, despite being right opposite the main hospital with sirens. Pool is a very good, clean and decent size. The only things I thought they could improve on was the lack of an oven in the apartment - you only get a microwave with a grill, which makes cooking lunch really difficult - and a general lack of cooking utensils, such as measuring jugs and serving bowls, decent sized cups etc. It'll be more than enough if you are only breakfasting, but if you want to feed yourself for lunch or dinner, you'll struggle.

Perfect location next to a major hospital and university. Right off a main line a few blocks from the metro and a taxi stand down the street. Clean rooms and great service, also a nice little bar on the corner.

Nice clean spacious room with great equipment and up-to-date bath with tub-shower combination. Overall a great experience with two adults, two children with rollaways for the kids and the king bed worked great. Courtyard view. Nice pool with changing rooms, showers, and workout area. The restaurant had good options for breakfast including dairy-free, gluten free, and vegan options. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Erinomainen hotelli.

Good hotel, atmosphere like home. The railway station is within walking distance. There is only one restaurant right next to the hotel that is open after seven in the evening, there is only a small snack bar inside the hotel. Good service. The only minus is check-out at 11 o'clock.

The bed was super soft, and pillows and the covers was like coulds. The housekeeping cleaned our room, alought it was messy. Service was okay The hotel is very central, with tram stops right outside, and u-bahn a short walk away. Under den linden is a good walk from the hotel, with load of shopping and food alternatives close by. The central placing did make it very loud, and the was often sirens from ambulances, police cars etc. going off near by. Overall its a pretty good hotel, would stay there again :3

It’s really good hotel to stay and the convenient utilities are really nice. The bed is also so cozy and you don’t have to say that the location is good too.

I don't recommend staying here during the summer. The AC is not working and they will tell you that it JUST broke - accidentally - during your stay, but when you check reviews from a year ago they are saying the same thing: that the AC is not working. Also, they will not compensate you properly when you can't sleep at all because it's almost 40 degrees. In my case, they refused to discuss an appropriate discount with me, because i booked through a 3rd party portal. So i had to contact the 3rd party portal and then they had to contact the hotel and of course the hotel offered just a ridiculous 20% discount. The 3rd party portal says they can't do anything about it, because the hotel won't offer more compensation. And the hotel refuses to negotiate with me... Just take any other hotel in Berlin if you're staying here in the summer and save yourself the inconvenience.

Stayed here a few years ago. The rooms were nice, but worth noting there was no A/C in the summer. Instead the windows were opened to let in air.

A fantastic apartment hotel with everything you need, the location is well connected and the hotel in general is clean and comfortable, the gym and pool are perfect and we’re always quiet when I went. My only issue is the parking spaces are limited, I was lead to believe I had reserved a space however on arrival in the evening was told it was full, a hassle when you need to take lots of luggage to the room, the staff in the end were helpful and let me use a loading bay for the first evening. Overall it’s a great hotel especially if you aren’t driving and need to be in this area then I don’t think you could do better.

The spa and wellnes center was constantly occupied by small children ( including babies where I don't think the sanitation was build for it, the aircon was not working during our 17 day stay. We expected from a conference Hotel something different, was more a family resort....

AC broken during 35+ degrees heatwave, couldn't sleep. Because I booked through a 3rd party provider, hotel refused to talk to me about a compensation, saying I need to talk to the 3rd party provider. 3rd party provider refusing to talk to me about a compensation, because it was an issue at the hotel, not with them + tell me the hotel is refusing to provide an appropriate compensation. I do a lot of business travel and have been on 100s of trips, this is the worst experience I had so far. Really disappointing how the hotel handled this.

Very spacious, clean and quiet. Great location with walking distance to most Mitte attractions, near the m5, m8 and m10 tram station. Staff is really nice. Highly recommended!

This is one of the greatest hotels I have ever been to. I lived in one of the 1-bed room apartments for one month, and it was more of a home than a hotel. The rooms are nicely and modern designed, include a kitchen with all utensils and everything is in very good shape. They are very thoughtful in providing small gifts for holidays like christmas, and everyday items like washing powder, tea etc. During Corona times they serve the breakfast to the room and have great selection and very fresh. They were always attentive to any special requests like a heater or storing my luggage for a few weeks afterwards. If I could I would give them 6 stars for service. A home away from home, thank you for the great stay!

One bedroom apartment for a week, generous space, well equipped, clean and quiet. Perfect location for station and sight seeing. Very quiet room. Staff polite and helpful.

We stayed for about two months and during the stay, the emergency alarm sounded twice at 11 pm. Is incredible. Any smoke in the apartments sets off the alarm. If you want to be calm, I do not recommend this hotel. And nobody gives explanations. Information is missing.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient, as was the hard working barman/waiter in the restaurant. The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is great, being less than a ten minute walk from the Central (rail) Station.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the stay so much, we proceeded to book another Adina stay for an upcoming holiday. The staff were efficient and helpful - we had 2 reservations and they helped ensure a seamless transition, and even provided an early check in as our rooms were available. The room we booked was clean and brightly lit (studio room), comfortable for both of us, with a great hot shower. The location was less than a minute from the bus stop and a bakery, less than 10 minutes walk to restaurants, supermarket and thereabouts to the Berlin Central station so we had a wonderful time. Only issue was the proximity to the hospital, which meant that ambulance sirens were quite frequent.

All the comforts of a4-star hotel in a spacious apartment with convenience and excellent service. Very clean. The sauna and pool were closed due to COVID and the restaurant was only open for breakfast and dinner due to reduced staff during my visit but I loved my two weeks there. Price was very reasonable too, especially for an A/C apartment in the highly prized Mitte neighborhood. I found the buffet brunch a bit disappointing but it was adequate.
