I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and was extremely disappointed with the housekeeping service. During my stay, I only had my room cleaned once. When the room cleaning was attempted a second time, we were in the room and requested the cleaning staff to return in an hour. Unfortunately, they never did. For the remaining nights, despite placing the "clean the room" sign on our door handle, not only was our room left uncleaned, but the sign was inexplicably flipped to "do not disturb" by someone. On one occasion, when we didn't put out the sign, someone still placed a "do not disturb" sign on our door, which was incredibly frustrating. I have attached a picture for reference. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to be 4-star. In reality, based on my experience, I would rate it closer to a 1 or 2-star establishment. The saving grace was the friendly front desk staff, but unfortunately, that does not compensate for the outdated rooms and lackluster service. The only reason I am rating it 1 star is because of its convenient location near a mall and various restaurants. However, I urge the management to address the housekeeping issues promptly to improve overall guest satisfaction.

The worst receptionist experience I had. Extremely unqualified and not-trained. Obviously they don’t know how to process payment from my corporate travel agency. Honestly for 5 times, each time I talk with someone different, they claim they didn’t get the payment and I stand for 15 minutes with them until they see it in their system and they confirm all good. Last nigh before I go to bed I wanted to confirm everything because I will be checking out early morning. Again same deal, I had to get my travel agency to call them infront of me and send the card again. The receptionist confirmed all good now and they have processed the payment and sent a receipt to the corporate office. Today while I am leaving I was told by a new employee that he doesn’t see any record of this payment, but asked me to leave and not worry as he will talk to the night shift employee and get it sorted. Told them if they have any question to call me right away. However Just fee mins after I left and on my way to the airport, I got notification on my personal card that they charged the full stay!! So frustrating

This hotel is located right at the famous Ku‘damm with lots of restaurants and shops located within walking distance. I had a spacious room with a view towards the Ku‘damm, which I enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable, so that I could have a good, but short rest. The bathroom was huge! I think this hotel is a few years old, but well kept as far as I noticed. The staff was very friendly and I would choose this hotel again for future stays in this area.

Easy to reach. Typical Deutsch hotel breakfast. Assisting & English speaking staffs. Bed 🛌 is very small. Rooms bit narrow. Air conditioner is bit noisy. Okay okay hotel 🏨.

Very nice and helpful staffs. I really want to thank the two gentlemen who are always on duty during the nights from 6pm to morning. They are really kind and considerate. We had a miscommunication caused by booking.com, but they very generously upgraded my room. And when I ask for a charger, the nice guy specially hunted for a faster one for me. Strongly recommend!

There is nothing really bad about this hotel but there are a lot of quirks. The rooms are nice enough, there is an enclosed outdoor courtyard where you can smoke, the breakfast buffet is paid but very good. And you can get the minibar for free if you opt to not have daily cleaning. I would say my hesitation is regarding the staff. Some of the staff like Hanna are very friendly but others leave a lot to be desired. Also I have a problem with their inconsistent pricing for laundry. Pairs of socks cost as much as shirts though and I find that to be a big money vacuum. For these two reasons, I will not stay here unless I can help it.

Location is everything !!! I have stayed here twice now and for some reason I really like this hotel. Not because it is super luxurious, or because it has a nice restaurant, since it has either of those. But simply because it delivers on some other parameters, that I value higher when staying in the city center. The staff is very accommodating and you feel welcomed from the moment you enter the reception. If you’re staying more than a couple of nights, you can score the minibar free of charge, if you’re willing to skip room cleaning. The breakfast buffet is more than okay, and I especially like the German bread rolls.

First time staying at the Lindner as part of Hyatt. They must have a very efficient transition period since they recognise loyalty immediately, upgrade pre arrival for elite members. The room was very clean, service was impeccable especially at the breakfast room. Location is right in the middle of everything with a few nearby stations.

Comfy beds Clean Rooms Very cooperative staff We booked five rooms and there was smooth check in. Each of us require iron and coffee machine which was provided. We checked out at 2100 hours with a nominal fee. Hotel is located very near to S bahn and U Bahn and is in the middle of shopping district with all major brands. You can all good restaurants nearby. Cons:- Please improve your breakfast and laundry system.

The staff here are so so lovely. They will do anything to make your stay the best it can be. Rooms were clean and comfortable. As an Englishman I missed my tea an coffee in the room, but there was a free mini bar if you don't need your daily room clean. Would happily return.

Good hotel that I would recommend. Pros: Breakfast was tasty with good variety and the staff there was always friendly. I also really liked the coffee in the room (though there was no tea). Partnership with a local gym included (~8 min walk, really good facilities there). Rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. Close to a few different train stations and easily walkable to many restaurants and tons of shopping. Cons: The bathroom area was open to the rest of the room with little privacy- an odd trend I'm noticing in many hotels.

First of all, they do NOT do the free mini bar if you don’t have your room cleaned thing anymore. Apparently they got rid of it the week before my visit which was around 26th August. The rooms felt slightly cramped, the flooring was carpet (which I personally don’t particularly like in hotel rooms) and the amenities provided was quite disappointing (hand and face soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner IN ONE apparently). The service I would say fluctuated quite largely. Some of the team were brilliant and very kind, whereas others would be very dismissive and not helpful at all. The breakfast is decent I would say and they have a nice patio garden area. However, I wasn’t even informed about the gym or other facilities available to me so I had no idea about that even though I was staying there for 12 days. Also the laundry is ridiculously expensive so consider bringing enough spare clothes. The location is nice, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping areas nearby as well as the Berlin zoo a short walk away. Overall, it’s what you’d pretty much expect from a business hotel with a couple downsides that I hadn’t expected. I would probably not pay for a room out of my own pocket.

Comfortable hotel in the western side of Berlin. Not super convenient location for old town sightseeing. Service was good though I was hoping they would be able to accommodate an earlier check in than 3pm space available. I would probably seek out a better situated hotel if returning to Berlin.

We have stayed at this hotel in Berlin at least once a year for many, many times. We visited again last month the first time since Covid. We have never been able to redeem any loyalty points for conflicting reasons but the manager on duty the night we checked in was very sympathetic and kindly offered to investigate our observations. As it happened we did not avail of any discounts but she did upgrade us to a "better" room. The carpet was badly stained and there was a very strong 'sewer' smell coming from the shower. We mentioned this to the manager and she said she would look after us on our next visit and we advised we had booked another return visit in early January 2023. We booked our trips for November and January at the same time. A week later we got an offer for Black Friday which was cheaper and also included breakfast. We were unable to cancel the booking for January but one of the staff advised that she would follow this up. We sent an e mail the night before as a reminder about breakfast and not only was this not resolved when we arrived, but it appeared that the e mail we had sent had not been passed to the relevant party. We were offered a 2 for 1 breakfast which was totally unacceptable. Under these circumstances, it would be difficult to return to this hotel again. The staff were respectful and polite but were not at all interested in customer satisfaction, the customer experience or feedback. The elevator was still dirty and the hotel carpets in general are not as clean as they should be. At best this was a 2 STAR experience.

I spent 8 nights here in April 2023 in a single room. The room and the hotel generally were very clean - no complaints at all. The single room had a 4ft bed and an ensuite toilet/shower room. I didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep. I left early in the morning and returned in the evening, so it was perfect for my requirements. It was also great value for money (about 90 Euros per night, room only), given the location. The only minor criticism is that there wasn't tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Really lovely friendly staff attitude. They actually liked like they enjoyed their jobs. Paid for an upgrade as original room quite small. This went smoothly and the bathroom was huge. Comfortable bed and of course the location was excellent

I had a great stay at this hotel - quick check in, nice large room, comfortable bed, big bathroom. Good location with lots nearby. The only suggestion would be to include some complimentary still water in the room.

My hotel experience was superb. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a gym and a swimming pool. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, exceeding my expectations.

We stayed 3 nights here and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern, and in a very convenient place to be able to move easily about the city. My only criticism is the bed! But this is a problem in most hotels, that the bed is so hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were so light a soft they flatten to nothing so you need loads, to try to make the bed comfortable enough to sleep. But the staff produced extra immediately upon request.

Housekeeping was great at the hotel, and the room was quite quiet and comfortable. They have an agreement with a nearby gym and it's free for guests. Breakfast didn't have huge variety, but what was there was well prepared.

The Lindner Hotel, a JDV by Hyatt property in Berlin strikes a perfect balance between leisure and business. Excellently positioned in Ku'damm, the hotel is a gateway to a vibrant mix of shops, restaurants, and bars, with the convenience of the Zoo train station just a brief walk away. This prime location not only provides easy access to the city’s heart but also ensures swift connections to the airport. The hotel itself exudes a unique vibe, seamlessly blending luxury and comfort. Guests are treated to lavish rooms featuring sumptuous beds, elegant bathrooms, extensive closet space, and cutting-edge digital TVs. The culinary experience at the hotel's restaurant, especially the hearty breakfast, is a delightful way to kickstart the day. For fitness enthusiasts, the hotel offers access to CleverFit, a nearby gym equipped with the latest facilities, just a 3-minute walk away. This adds a convenient touch for those looking to maintain their workout routine while traveling. In summary, the Lindner Hotel is a gem in Hyatt’s collection, offering an exceptional stay whether you're in Berlin for business or pleasure. Its blend of prime location, luxurious amenities, and access to fitness facilities makes it a preferred choice for return visits.

Ok, 4 star hotel. You need to tell them 4 times that you need your room clean. So when they finally do it, one day before you leave, they don't change the sheets. Christ's sake, never again.

I love the hotel. Few little remarks: No option to dial 0 from the room. Only whatup. Quite strange. The door of the walking shower is transparent. And there is no place for towels near. Small things but the all the other 5 stars.

Room breakfast service forgot to bring half of selected items plus they brought coffee pot with no cup. They also forgot to do room cleaning and service after the first night. Check-in always take 10-15mins, either due to queue of people or slower personal who seems to be in training every time I come.

Excellent hotel located in a very central location. I slept in a room for a lone tourist. Very clean, tidy and cozy room. Private shower and toilet in the room. The windows can only be opened in a minimal way, which slightly blocks the entry of fresh air into the room, but I managed with that. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. I inquired about a one-time breakfast and was told it costs 20 euros, quite expensive for my taste, especially that right across from the hotel there is a cafe that serves coffee and pastries for 4 euros and that is quite enough. The hotel is located right in the center so there is very public transport available. I highly recommend!

It’s perfect to go shopping because there are a lot of stores right next to the hotel. There’s the metro station for U9. I did not book the breakfast. There are a lot of bakery’s right next to the hotel. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. You could choose between having everything from the mini bar for free or having the room cleaned. That’s a really great offer from the hotel. I took the mini bar for free because I only stayed for two nights. Would definitely go there again.

A neat hotel very close to public transport (2 min walk) from where you can travel very quickly through Berlin (U- and S-bahn). Very friendly staff who answer every question with a smile. The room was spacious and modern and nicely cleaned and the use of the mini-bar was free if you don't want clean sheets every day. The breakfast buffet was varied and of excellent quality (especially the currywüst is recommended). An ideal base for a city trip in Berlin, located on a large shopping street. The only drawback is that there is no bar in the hotel.

Room was spacious, bathtub was huge and the bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Location 5 minutes walk from the Zoo, so very central. Highly recommended!

A lovely hotel, located right in the heart of Berlin. Excellent staff on reception, housekeeping and in the restaurant, they couldn't have been more helpful. I love the option to opt out of room service and get free access to the mini bar instead, a super initiative. I used this hotel with colleagues on business and everyone loved it but I will be back with my wife in 2023 for a long weekend visit.

The Service and assistance from the staff was par excellence. The old adage '' Service with a smile'' or '' The client is king'' could not be more true than our stay at the Lindner

The hotel is nice and modern, conveniently located right next to Kranzler Eck in Berlin Charlottenburg. Underground parking is available close by (Note, this is operated by Apcoa, not by the hotel). Even though the hotel is located in a busy shopping district, the room was very quiet. Breakfast was great, and very reasonably priced, considering it is a four star hotel. My only issue with the room is the design of the bathroom area; the shower and bathroom cubicles have glass doors (see-through in the shower, frosted glass in the toilet) that are visible from the bed. That is probably fine for most couples, but a bit strange. (only in Wakeup Hotel Copenhagen have I seen a similar layout). The real problem though, is that the sound carries too well, when you do your.. pardon me... business, in the toilet cubicle. It actually echoes. Otherwise, we had a great time in Berlin. Thank you and kind regards Bjørn Nielsen

I stayed in Berlin for four days on a business trip. Your hotel, which is in a great location, in a nice part of the city, with its comfort and friendly staff made it much easier for me to do the work I came for. It's a really nice experience during my first visit to Berlin
