I
recently
stayed
at
this
hotel
for
4
nights
and
was
extremely
disappointed
with
the
housekeeping
service.
During
my
stay,
I
only
had
my
room
cleaned
once.
When
the
room
cleaning
was
attempted
a
second
time,
we
were
in
the
room
and
requested
the
cleaning
staff
to
return
in
an
hour.
Unfortunately,
they
never
did.
For
the
remaining
nights,
despite
placing
the
"clean
the
room"
sign
on
our
door
handle,
not
only
was
our
room
left
uncleaned,
but
the
sign
was
inexplicably
flipped
to
"do
not
disturb"
by
someone.
On
one
occasion,
when
we
didn't
put
out
the
sign,
someone
still
placed
a
"do
not
disturb"
sign
on
our
door,
which
was
incredibly
frustrating.
I
have
attached
a
picture
for
reference.
This
level
of
service
is
unacceptable,
especially
for
a
hotel
that
claims
to
be
4-star.
In
reality,
based
on
my
experience,
I
would
rate
it
closer
to
a
1
or
2-star
establishment.
The
saving
grace
was
the
friendly
front
desk
staff,
but
unfortunately,
that
does
not
compensate
for
the
outdated
rooms
and
lackluster
service.
The
only
reason
I
am
rating
it
1
star
is
because
of
its
convenient
location
near
a
mall
and
various
restaurants.
However,
I
urge
the
management
to
address
the
housekeeping
issues
promptly
to
improve
overall
guest
satisfaction.
