Great boutique hotel in the trendy “Berlin-Charlottenburg” hood. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and a cool deco make this my fave pod in West-Berlin. I will be back!

Beachtlich schönes Hotel in toller Lage.

The Australian mate at the reception was great and very helpful! The spanish lady working during breakfast was very well handling the amount of work. You should employ more! On Sunday morning, noone came to get my order for 30 min and I ate whatever was on the buffet. Supporting my argument that you need to employ more. The spanish guy that worked during the week of February 22nd at the reception was very lethargic. He really does not want to be doing this job. His attitude is very unpleasant. Does not match the hotel's atmosphere and the other employees. Otherwise we enjoyed the breakfast menu. The hotel looks nice. I would recommend to do some repairs. The industrial look does not mean the chips and scratches here and there to match it ;) The bed was fantastic though. Slept like a baby!

Staff friendly and breakfast yummy, but SO let down by the cleaning staff. On check-in the bin was left on top of the toilet, ok no big deal. Day 2 cleaners left my pyjamas that were on the bed on top of a damp hand towel on the sink - gross! Day 3 ran out of my own shampoo and reached for the hotel supplied one - empty. We spent 4 nights without the sheets being changed once, and the tables were only ever given a cursory wipe. Felt quite yuck staying there by the final night thinking about what else might’ve been touched.

Worst hotel experience in years. I’m not even sure I should call this Hotel. Some staff members are doing a good job but most of them have no clue. An Italian family was in front of me tonight at 10:30 and this guy who is supposedly the Reception person tells them that they have to wait because he’s not sure that the parents can go with their own child in only one room. After that, I am just asking for still water. This same dude tells me that there is no still water in the hotel, where the person the day before sold me water, which, by the way, is still in my room because it was not cleaned. And he told me without even checking that there was no water at the hotel. I would not recommend this place to anybody. And it’s not that I’m picky. It’s just that the service is the worst I’ve ever had in any Marriott affiliated property

A wonderfully cozy hotel in a well connected part of Berlin. The interiors are really nicely done. Sadly, the ground floor restaurant - perhaps a selling point - has gone out ofbusiness. Hopefully they find a replacement soon. Service is great and all staff very personable. The room was relentlessly dusty even after cleaning and dirty glasses weren't changed. There was an incredible Bluetooth speaker in the room, which made me want to purchase one (along with the exceptionally comfy bedding) but the TV system needs updating. However, no qualm in staying there in the future. I hope they find a use for the in room burger button.

We stayed here on our trip to Europe this year. It is so lovely and quirky, we stayed in a suite which had the freestanding bath tub. Rooms are big and roomy, and the decor (like a lot of boutique hotels) doesn’t feel tacky. It feels refined. The burgers at the restaurant attached to the hotel were insane. The staff took the time to get us a drink and give us lists of things to do and where to go and what to avoid. I will be staying again next time I’m in Europe.

What an incredible experience!! This hotel is GORGEOUS! Service was incredibly friendly, room was such a treat!! Love the decor, the area, plenty of delicious food options in walking distance as well as The Butcher which is part of the hotel. Just steps from the rail station makes it super convenient too!! Amazing stay, thank you to all the staff at Sir Savigny Hotel!!

Very disappointed with this stay. I booked the suite as part of a special occasion after doing my research into the hotel. The room was dirty, full of dust and the AC didn’t work neither did the tub in the room. It took almost 2 hours to get anything from the staff and they also misled me when asking for the only suite with a balcony telling me that the room was booked till we leave only to find out my friend checked into the room the next day. There was no transparency, no apology, no accountability or no remedy for the many issues I experienced on this trip. For the amount I paid, I would have been better of going to Soho House where I initially planned on staying. Also disappointed there was no real effort made by the team to remedy or fix the many issues I had and raised.

Stayed 4 nights and wow, what an experience: repeatedly expired snacks in mini bar even though I mentioned that, vacuuming the lobby at 14:00 when people sit there to chat and work, essentially asking me to leave, internet in the room cutting out and overall so slow one cannot make calls. Then one afternoon a random technician in my room, not sure why and what he fixed if any... I mean sure, walk in and out as you please, privacy is overrated ;) I mean, this was so strange it was funny. But at 230 EUR a night?! That is a bit steep... View was good though

This Boutique Hotel offers unique and comfortable rooms with an emphasis on personal attention from the front desk, when requested. The location is perfect for exploring and the many eateries within a few blocks. There is a train station around the corner. There is some noise as the hotel is not entirely noise proof but it's easily overlooked by the many other positives listed. All things considered I would stay here again!

They tried to charge me extra for breakfast twice (!) even though it was included in my order. They rang my room telephone twice at night telling me to „please stop smoking“ because the alarm would have gone off. There was no alarm. I wasn’t smoking. The window was open. When we confronted them in the morning they didn’t even apologize. The TV didn’t really work: The channels were either missing or all over the place in terms of sorting. Adding to that, there was no information in the room about breakfast times for example. Also no information about that on their website. All in all an abysmal experience, wouldn’t stay there again. Room design was nice though.

The hotel is very chic and the rooms are beautiful. I still wouldnt return because I found it quite noisy (loud doors, loud cleaning, you hear people above walking) and that for I didnt get a good sleep. I also didnt like the breakfast. It wasnt tasty at all (except the pancakes where fine). They say they have room service but when I tried to order something I needed to get down and pick it up myself. Thats not quite the point about "room" service. The price and what they offer doesnt match. You can find much better for that price.

We booked a Sir Deluxe room online for 1 night on their webpage as a birthday celebration. Their webpage specifies it has a queen or king bed. However we got a twin bed. When we went back to the reception, we were told that the Sir Deluxe room also has twin beds and that they were fully booked so moving was not possible. Receptionist said she was gonna put a note in the system and that they would look into it in the morning. The next day we went back to the reception to settle the bill. We paid for the room, and then we informed the receptionist about our problem. He had not gotten any information, apologized about the situation and told us, if we had informed him before settling the bill, we would have gotten 10% discount. Not possible now since things were settled. He offered us to grab something from the hotel, food or bottle of alcohol, but since we already ate breakfast, and are traveling home, these incentives has no value. Paying 213€ for 1 night is very expensive for the amount of service that they provide and for something that does not match the room description and our expectations. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth and whenever we are back to Berlin, we will not be coming back to this establishment.

Over rated. Decoration in the room is intense. Bathroom almost over the bed. Breakfast is expensive and average. There is no room service at all The cleaner makes the bed and that is don’t clean or refill the things needed. Mattress so soft and pillows large that almost break your back.

Our room was on the first floor. Room 102. It was opposite the men's toilet. Why there was a toilet on the same floor as the rooms I don't know. The smell from this toilet at times was unpleasant. No one should have a room opposite a hotel toilet. The shower door in the hotel room leaked water under the door toward the rest of the room. The hand-held shower head in the shower cubicle was faulty and emitted machine-gun-like intermittent bursts of water. The main water dispersion from the main shower was pleasant. I asked for these faults to be looked at but the water leak still persisted and it seemed that the shower head no longer worked at all after it had been seen to. We checked into the hotel on Thursday and on returning to the room on Friday evening the towels were not replaced with fresh towels. I had to ask for new towels. On returning to the room on Saturday evening a blue used wet rag was left on the coffee table by the cleaning staff. This is unacceptable. The positives were the bed was very comfortable and the Bluetooth speaker in the room was very useful. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff was pleasant. I am extremely disappointed with booking this hotel for the money I paid. I was given a 20% discount card to use in one of their franchise hotels on explaining these issues to a member of staff when I left, but I think some form of compensation would have been more appropriate.

Our trip was amazing! Location is very convenient and our room was clean and spacious. Huge thanks to Milan and Martin for making our trip so memorable. They truly went above and beyond to make our trip 10/10. Milan was so sweet to help us make reservations as we don’t speak German and show us the best spots around town. We truly enjoyed both of their companies.

I had such high hopes for this place. The location is out of town, but beautiful. The rooms are pretty small but are well decorated and the air con actually works! (Note the lighting is dreadful- better do your makeup in the lobby!!). One member of staff was unbelievably rude and miserable. Moaning about working long shifts, moaning that she didn’t understand, a really poor attitude generally and we engaged with her a few times- it never improved… she needed to get a new job!! On one occasion we called down for an iron… 30mins later no sign so we called again (politely) and she had a go at us!! On the other hand I’d brought my own bedding to help me sleep, and housekeeping accidentally took my sheet away (despite hiding it in the room)… myself and another member of staff had to go through the laundry to retrieve it… this member of staff was lovely. It was a pretty dire task for both of us but she was incredibly helpful! So to have a better time don’t bring your own bedding and bring clothes that don’t need ironing!!

The place is immaculately decorated and the design concept is very well done. The breakfast is pricy at 18 euros with a mediocre choice of options. The restaurant The Butcher has staffing issues and the food was fine, but thankfully there are many great restaurant options nearby. There is no gym or even a real bar or nice social area. The staff were friendly. The location was in an excellent location to the Zoo, Tiergarten and Brandenberg gate. The price of the room was quite high for an at best 3 star experience. I might stay again, unsure I would recommend for the price.

Was quite disappointed they didn’t even offer breakfast - or room service breakfast what’s the point of a hotel ! - firstly I know it’s COVID period but it has been 2 years now I think one should have adjusted by now and one should have been informed no breakfast before booking ! Would have booked somewhere else - also the air conditioning didn’t work even when they had staff check it out and Insist it was working so the two nights we spent there were uncomfortable in 23 degrees room temperature - fine to crack a window open but the hotel is on a main road so noisy . Overall very dissatisfied wouldn’t stay again .

What a disappointment. Stayed for 2 nights and payed €380. For that price I expect an excellent experience - that was not the case. The good: + The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late and were quickly checked in so we could get to our room. + Lobby was cool. Didn’t have time to spend more time there, but would definitely had done so if we had. The not so good: - We booked a room with a double bed. What we got was two single beds pushed together that kept sliding from each other during the night. - The room was tiny. There was the bed and that was about it. We had nowhere to put our bags. At that price point and judging from the photos on their website, I had expected more. - There we’re visible stains on the rug and sheets. The bathroom was not clean. Many items in the room were visibly worn down. Again, disappointing considering the price we paid. Overall: basic things just were not up to basic hotel standard. So considering that this hotel describes themselves a “chic boutique hotel”, I had expected more.

My husband and I booked an Airbnb that was awful. We immediately looked for a hotel and found Sir Savigny. We couldn't have been happier! Although the room was small, it was VERY clean( and we are very picky about that) and extremely comfortable. The bed and pillows were first rate. The location in Charlottenburg was perfect for us. Lots of great restaurants nearby, beautiful walking area, and easy to use public transportation. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Dasha, the woman who is often at the reception table, is so fantastic. She helped us with everything and we miss her already! In fact, we are now at a hotel in Prague that is okay, but doesn't compare to Sir Savigny. Thus, we will return there tomorrow for a few more days. We will be in a larger room and , I am sure, we will feel very at home there. WONDERFUL IN ALL WAYS!

Overall a great experience. The hotel is conveniently situated right at Savigny Platz with numerous restaurants and cafés. The hotel itself has a calm and unique aura. The interior is modern, and though I don't agree with every individual decorating item, the overall feel is lovely. The staff is helpful and available 24h with a welcome drink on the house :) Cleanliness is superb, beds comfy.

Really charming and well decorated hotel in a great neighborhood. Superior bedding. Perfect for both leisure and work travels. Service was excellent and particularly Aleixo whose professionalism and kindness exceeded my expectations… Amazing guy! I would love to be back…

Eclectic little hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Unique shower and bathroom setup. No traditional front desk but rather two ladies sitting at a table in the lobby. Friendly and spoke English which was helpful. Did wish to have a late checkout and was told that wasn’t possible past 1 pm even as a lifetime titanium member. That was disappointing but not the end of the world. Elevator was ridiculously slow and resulted in long waits to get downstairs from the 5th floor. Otherwise I would go there again.

A great little hotel in the West of Berlin, just off one of the prettiest areas in the city! The interior design of the public spaces as well as the rooms was playfully opulent, making the hotel feel more luxurious than the price point. The staff were great... and lastly but certainly not least, the bed was really comfortable! I will certainly be staying again here at next opportunity.

Very beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. My room had everything I needed. The bathroom amenities from Zenology smelled amazing. Location could not have been better. The S-Bahn station is around the corner, there is a large supermarket and a bakery across the street and there are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in the area.

The hotel is located in a very nice area and it is really easy to be reached from the city center! The design of the rooms and the lobby is great and the people at the reception were super kind and communicative! I really enjoyed my stay and I would def recommend it to anyone who wants something different :)

This is a wonderful boutique hotel in a fabulous part of Berlin. In many ways ones best option for the city. The staff at the front desk were all incredibly helpful and welcoming . Dan and Tugce and Aleixo where are personable friendly, and always had good advice. I have to laugh at the one comment about having trouble getting an iron. As I got one within two minutes of requesting it (on two separate occasions, as I was here for four days. ) The public space is quite welcoming, and there are several different sitting and eating area switch off, cozy and comfortable . Our room looked on to the garden, which was wonderful. A beautiful bit of greenery with a large mural. The room was small. And the arrangement a bit quirky. The sink is in the room. And separate door to the toilet and to the shower. I would have much preferred a separate bathroom, but this worked out. The bed was fabulously comfortable. We were quite happy. We stayed here and would definitely stay again. My only small bit of advice/morning is that our own room (which was not the cheapest) was not spacious at all.

Staff were the most friendliest and gave good tips for seeing Berlin. Breakfast was a bit disappointment by the variety of availability of food, but staff did their best and made good fried eggs. The room were stayed in was a bit cold and the room's own AC unit was not able to alter the temperature. Maybe it was due to user fault.

This is a wonderful hotel and the staff can't do enough for you. I arranged a stay here to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday and the hotel and staff exceeded my expectations, they even went to a local shop to collect a cake order I made and had it in the room ready for our arrival, accompanied with a bottle of prosseco and balloons. The hotel rooms and lobby are wonderfully decorated and have a great relaxed atmosphere to them. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped with its own minibar too! The hotel is situated right near the train station (no noise affecting your stay), the rooms are very well sound proofed, with bus links also right infront of the hotel. Many shops, cafes and restaurants are in close proximity to the hotel so everything that you may need is available at just a short walk away. We will certainly be revisiting Berlin and our only option of a hotel is certainly Sir Savigny, we can't wait to visit their other hotels across Europe also. Thank you so much Sir Savigny and also to Paul! We can't wait to return!

We extended our stay here after 1 night to the entire 4 nights while in Berlin as we were very happy with the cozy and intimate feel of this 44 room boutique hotel. The location on Kantstraße with Savignyplatz station just behind us made it so easy to get around Berlin and on to the 1 hour ride to BER airport terminals. A -10 minute walk also to the Hop on Hop off bus stop is on the next block. Main reasons for our extended stay here are the small touches: intimate feel of the lobby with very accessible staff; crispy clean designer beddings; nice smelling soaps with a wonderful rain tree shower head; multitude of international restaurants to choose from at our doorstep that made us wish we had more time to explore them all; homey and not touristy feel; on site restaurant “The Butcher” for buffet or ala carte breakfast with a nice view of the open courtyard was excellent and convenient to fuel up for our long days of walking and exploring the cities many historical sights and museums (especially the Pergamon where we spent parts of all 3 days) On top of all the above reasons for our extended stay was the good value and service we received, so needless to say we’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend to friends and all!

Lovely quirky hotel. We had a superior room which was lovely and had the comfiest bed ever. They offered a vegan breakfast on the menu which included home made hash browns, delicious. The hotel is located in Charlottenburg which is quite far away from all the touristy areas, but is very close to a train station so they are easily accessible by train.

Kind of pokey boutique hotel. Nice brass and pseudo-hipster early C20th retro look, but everything's too small and cramped and it's not done to high enough quality.

By far the best hotel I've ever stayed. We felt very welcome. The staff gave us really in depth tips about Berlin which enriched our overal experience. And because of Covid-19 the kitchen was closed, but they stil managed to arrange (tasty) breakfast. We would absolutely visit again (we stayed here in July 2020).

Absolutely amazing hotel, it's a 10/10! The ambience and atmosphere is unmatched with one of the nicest design aesthetics I have ever seen in a hotel. My room was one of the larger rooms and it was a perfect size. The lobby has nice sitting areas and the location of the hotel is so perfect. You have endless food, drink, and shopping options nearby. Great transit options as well. I cannot stress how the ambience of the hotel just makes you feel like you are in a fun and unique destination. I wish I asked for the Spotify PLAYLIST to relive those moments. haha

Really enjoyed our stay at the Sir Savigny. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms cleverly fitted out and it is so quiet. The location is excellent in Charlottenburg, we spent some time wondering around the surrounds and there are many beautiful shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. There is also a surprise 3 doors down from the hotel .... an outstanding wool shop. We will be back
