Nice clean rooms with good access to different parts of city.

I spent 14 days at the hotel with my son and it really was a wonderful stay! The staff was amazing, the room spacious with big windows, breakfast was good and served in a nice area overlooking the street. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel and there are 3 metro stops within 5 minutes walking. Beside being a good point to discover Berlin, the hotel is in my opinion in the best of Berlin’s neighborhood: Schöneberg

This hotel is nice and has a comfy bed but it is unwelcoming in many ways that would be easy to fix from the management side. 1) They unnecessary charged 15 euros for checking in 2h earlier when the room was already done. 2) the guy at the reception is slow and only provides standard responses. As a result the service is poor and it is difficult to have a proper hotel key; digital key is uncomfortable as it makes you use your own phone — should be optional not the norm. 3) the room and minibar are full of extra snacks that you have pay for. This is unnecessary and makes the use of the minibar (for your own food) difficult.

I stayed here for a business trip and it was an excellent experience. I had a quiet and small room, which was a good size, very clean and the right ambient temperature - it also had thick pillows and a comfortable bed, but there is no kettle in the room (not an issue for me). The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with an open buffet and a wide range of choices. The staff were polite and helpful, they even held a room for me in case I couldn't leave because of the airport strikes. The digital concept using an app is excellent, and being able to unlock the main entrance and room door without a key card is innovative. Finally, the bus stop is located directly outside. I shall stay again for my next business trip!

It was honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is so technology advanced. You can even enter your room without any physical key or a card. You have your key on your phone. Amazing. The staff was very professional and helpful. Our room had some very nice features, everything seemed new and neat. Also if it comes to the price, it was one of the best options in Berlin. We also decided to buy a breakfast once and it was delicious. I really recommend that you stay here

There was a column in the middle of the room, quite odd, and made it difficult to get in and out of bed. 1st floor, room 111. The rest was fine. Fine breakfast and clerks and receptionists were friendly. No complains.

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Es ist ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Berlin. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel during my business trip to Berlin in November 2023. It was the best hotel close to the place I was visiting during the trip. The rooms are clean, well furnished. It would be great to have a bottle of water in the room on the day of arrival. Location is good. I like this part of Potsdamer Str. where you have a lot of things in a walkable distance. Service could be better. Soap bottle was empty when I arrived. Front desk stuff was kind of rude for no reason one night when I was buying a bottle of water from them. Will I choose this hotel for my next trip? Probably yes

Wonderful hotel! Not only was it incredibly clean but the staff was always very kind, helpful, and attentive. No dust anywhere which is a pet peeve of mine in hotels. Highly recommend Lindemann’s. The scent as soon as you walk in is fabulous and the ambiance is beautiful, Sleek, and modern. Loved our time here!!!

It was a surprisingly satisfying experience! I stayed in a Mini room for three days. All the equipments in the place just adequate as you need. Their mini bar food is just awesome for someone traveling late. And their e-checkin system makes you don’t worry about key card, everything is contactless (especially nice in the flu season). Their frühstück is a gem, they put their heart in preparing the food! Make sure you buy the breakfast if you need. I would definitely revisit next time I come back Berlin.

It's a great place to stay, especiallyif you want a quiet vacation. 1 male staff member was very rude, but all others were lovely. The food was great, surroundings very clean & comfortable. A great location, at most I had to cross the road for a bus & the train station was a 3 minute walk. Ideal for going to Christmas markets & seeing the sights.

Modernes Hotel mit einem tollen, immer hilfsbereiten Team. Das Zimmer war nach innen gerichtet und ruhig. Ansprechend eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, genug Steckdosen, sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut und im Vergleich auch günstig. Alles in einem eine gute Wahl. Wir kommen wieder!

Selten so ein sauberes Zimmer gehabt, vielen Dank dafür! :) Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage top, die Einrichtung sehr schön, kein Lärm zu hören, bequemstes Bett der Welt und der Preis total in Ordnung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt total genossen. Bis bald :)

I experienced friendly and helpful staff (although you can do self check-in/out using your phone). The rooms are great and even the ones towards the street are not very noisy (of course you will hear the traffic a little in the morning). I loved the breakfast - especially that they are able to provide excellent gluten-free bread rolls if you ask for them the evening before.

The rooms are nice, stayed in the "streetlife" type which is 25 sqm Toilet, beds and shower are amazing, room is spacious, but the pillows are not comfortable, asking for different type/thickness of pillows we got informed that all are the same type, but at the same time we had 1 different pillow :) Door lock system is on the cloud, u can unlock the door, the main entrance and the parking using the internet, or the regular RFID key. The hotel is well designed (not the lobby tho), impressive technology, eco friendly, AC automatically turns off when the window is opened, the window is huge and the room is very fresh and more than enough lights are available in addition to a safe box. Daily cleanliness provided, yet there's always dust on the floor - might be because of the area.. I never saw the housekeeping agent, but I guess she's a lady as I found long hairs on my bed twice during my 4 nights stay. Staff are nice, but not so friendly, I never felt like I can ask for anything as when I tried they weren't that responsive nor friendly. Towels are ok, however they could have a better thickness. There's no slippers, no telephone to communicate with the reception which is maybe on purpose It's not nice to stick to the check in time (at 15:00) and make the guests pay extra 25€ to get the room before that time, in most cases, rooms are ready since the previous day. The room is just facing the street, but it's still very quiet when the window is closed Overall, it wasn't good as price/quality.

We checked in here at 01:30 without a reservation. Wasn't a problem. Lovely modern rooms, cleaned regularly, TV and mini bar. Staff were friendly and helpful, English spoken. Breakfast buffet was great. It's maybe a good 30 minute walk to the Brandenburg gate, but a U bahn station only 5 minutes away.

I really enjoyed the check-in online and the way to open the door of the room via web. Yes, I did not have a key or a card. After leaving my cell phone number at check-in time, I received via WhatApp a link to a web page. There I found a slider box that allowed me to unlock the door. Through my phone. Science fiction! I liked it a lot. The room was spacious and very modern. The breakfast quite rich. Position was good: less than 10 minutes from U-Bahn (the subway).

Hotel in a good location, well connected, reasonably close to the subway. A big plus for cleanliness and a pleasant, always helpful and smiling staff. The rooms are small, it's a good thing that we only entered them to sleep. Good value for money, generally recommend.

I chose this hotel as my family members would like a room with air conditioning. We don't like stuffy environment at the peak of summer in late June. The temperature of my room is good. With air-conditioning, we also don't hear any traffic noise. The triple room is rather spacious by the standard of a hotel room. What makes this hotel outstanding is the helpfulness of the staff. I stayed 8 nights. All the staff I had approached were very nice. One lady helped me search for a screw driver when the screw from my spectacles got loosened. Two other male staff gave excellent service such as helping me reserve table at restaurant and lending me cutlery. For a tourist who can't understand German, their information and help is very important. The two male staff can speak Chinese and this gives me additional convenience. The hotel is rather modern and you can use an app to open the door. So it's hygienic and saves the trouble. As for location, the hotel is not very central but is easily accessible. The bus to the central station is right outside the hotel. There are 3 different stations nearby which connect to different train or underground routes. It's convenient to go to various locations including the airport. I recommend this hotel and will like to stay there again if I come to Berlin in future.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Decor is very nice throughout, and room was comfortable (we stayed in 'Small and Quiet' room which was very compact, but enough, and fairly nice view over gardens behind). Location is approx. 20mins walk into the city, good transport links very close too, but not much going on in close proximity to hotel (ugly park opposite, some OK cafes/fast food places). It was quite expensive (June 2023) so overall only moderate value. Few minor issues/considerations: - Pillows were uncomfortable - No kettle/drink facilities in the room was really annoying - No iron available - Only German channels on TV - Hotel bar looked nice was ALWAYS empty, not much atmosphere in hotel

The room was as seen in pictures and clean. Online check-in didn't work for me after multiple tries. Breakfast is overpriced. Got food for 2 people for 15 euros right down the street. Ventilation in the bathroom is broken, never stops, windows aren't isolating the noise enough. Very loud to sleep in. At about 3 pm, while the other rooms were being cleaned, my room had an extremely unpleasant odor, I don't know what else to blame other than the vent. Unprofessional and unskilled staff. If you aren't set on exactly this region, I'm pretty sure there are better hotels in the center.

I stay at Lindemann's for business trips - it's comfy and booking/checking-in and out is no hassle. I like the rooftop rooms best. One thing that is missing for it to be great is a kettle in the room - with this, it'll be everything I need for a business trip.

1km out from Berlin center with easy to walk and bus locations. Great parking that didn't break the bank, plus had a car elevator!! Very young vibe to it. Rooms were competitively priced but a bit small. Had to initially ask for new bedding upon accepting room (1 bed had a spot not cleaned).

A very comfortable stay, rooms are large and plenty of space for storage and clothes to put away. Beds were perfect, great television selection, air conditioning and the bathroom was superb and huge. The staff we’re very friendly and accommodating, always around to be of help.

I was impressed with the neatness and cleanliness of the room. As for service, We didn’t have much interactions with the staff, but the little interaction we had was overall good, and I would go back again, also due to the hotels proximity to prime locations in the city.

Staffs are helpful. My room is clean and is cleaned everyday. Convenient location, I brought my clothes to the laundry and there is a supermarket nearby.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. The amenities are great, and the staff was friendly, especially the English-speaking man, Steven! A few things to know are that you won't have access to a physical card key, which can be a problem for those weary of their international-roaming phone data. Luckily, there is free hotel WiFi. It’s just a minor inconvenience for those who have had long days exploring the city. Public transportation access is anywhere from 5-15 minutes (depending on the train you’d like to access). They have a fantastic breakfast 6:30-10:30 am. Something to consider is that it is NOT complimentary, which is understandable, but we were a bit shaken to be notified mid-meal. The barista/attendant was kind about it. Showers include an all-in-one cleaner with a squeezable dispenser. The air conditioning (AC) does an excellent job at cooling the room for a long time, but know that it can take a while. Overall, I enjoyed the stay here and could come back. Considering all the above, I’d rate the place 4.5 stars out of 5.

Hotel is very nice and clean, room is very clean and lady who clean is very good. It seems that reception stuff is very replaceble, I was there 3 nights and did not seen one receptionist two time, I aksed for extra pillow and waited really long time, and did not get my coffe as a gift as I booked room directly. Anyweys, good location and clean hotel what is the most important.

Great stay, beautiful lobby; simple, basic fashioned room BUT two issues : 1/ big work near the hotel, workers starting at 7 pm. Don't take a with-an-odd-number room as you will have all the noises soon in the morning. 2/ only one free-coffee for the disturbing ! One of the receptionist declined us an other one, the laste day ! Very few regarding the lack of silence !

Very nice stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and the air conditioner was to definitely needed! Conveniently located with lots of accessible train stations near by!! Amazing cafe just around the corner!

The staff were great and helpful, it was nice to see them all smiling every morning. The general ancient of the hotel is nice. The lighting, contrast and decor all play into that. The rooms were nice and clean. I didn't get to try the breakfast so have nothing to say about that. My only issue on this trip were that for one night and day, the AC just stopped working and I had a tough time sleeping.

Simple but modern rooms. Great dark blue colour scheme. Clean bathroom with big shower. No cups/glasses or tea/coffee making supplies is disappointing. Easy enough to get to on public transportation.

It was nice to go down and eat then go back upstairs and get ready then head out for the day. The rooms were nice and clean. We had no complaints here.

Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. We stayed in a three bed room which was spotless, beds were comfortable, small but perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel and people. Very nice rooms - we specifically wanted a bath and reserved a room with a balcony as well. Only downsides, there's no tea or coffee facilities in the room and the breakfast isn't suitable for carnivores. UPDATE - in response to below (you didn't give any options for contacting you) the breakfast options ALL have gluten, sugar and/or grains in. Salami has grains, ham has sugar, there was no chicken or bacon (I was there quite early too) everything was processed.

Nice clean rooms, staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Check in all done online and simple. A/C was good. Room was a bit smaller than expected, but a good base for exploring the city.

I spend about half my year on the road for work, which means I spend a ton of time in hotel rooms. My stay here has been one of my worst experiences with customer service. I basically never write reviews but felt compelled to in this case. Please do not stay here if you're expecting normal standards of friendliness and helpfulness from staff.

Location perfect , lounge is good , rooms are very small but still acceptable . Knocking door at 10:00 am was surprise , why so hurry and push to checkout , I like this bec of loung sitting and location as bus stop is just outside and food options are so good

Nice hotel with great staff! Enjoyed the stay.

This was very much a three star hotel experience nothing more or less. When greeted at check in the hotel staff was rather short which I am guess is because I do not know the language so he could not elaborate. Getting to the room it was rather small. I think the black and contrast was rather nice for this time of year. I was so excited for the balcony and payed about $100 over the entire stay extra to have a unit with balcony just for the balcony to be covered in cigarette butts and ash. There is no phone in the room so if anything is needed you have to walk down to the front desk. The location was a little farther out from most things but that really just means a 10 min bus ride for most attractions in the city. Possible 20. Best thing about this hotel was the cleanliness. The room and bathroom were impeccable and they cleaned thoroughly each day. And the best part: amazing water pressure. If you can get this place for a good price I would recommend, but I would not spend any more that $100-120 per night.

The accommodations are fantastic, but the service from the staff, particularly the bartender, does not match the hotel's attractiveness. The service is terrible! Their breakfast, especially the coffee, is awful. Sorry, but for the price of the room, I would not stay here again. I expect in a hotel like this a better service, a proper bar and a good breakfast/coffee.

You can check in through your phone, after this you can open the main door and hotel door with the app. Hotel and room very clean and modern.

The staff and room service are extremely efficient and polite. We were thrilled to find out we can perform every operation: check-in, check-out, door opening & closing (without any key or access card) via the Lindemann's application. The room itself is modern, with a great use of the space, a wonderful view towards the city. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great service and the staff are incredible, however the lack of food and beverage offerings wasn't obvious to me when booking; as a solo traveller I would have liked to eat in the hotel. The rooms are of a really good standard - extremely clean, comfortable bed and power shower, so for a short business trip it's good.

Ich hab das Zimmer „Urban Bad“ gebucht und ich bin begeistert! Ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit toller Badewanne. Alles perfekt sauber. Der Check in lief unkompliziert und alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr lecker. Ich war froh einen Parkplatz gebucht zu haben, da mein Auto dort gut stand. Ich komme gerne wieder!
