We had a great stay at this hotel and can highly recommend it. The rooms are very spacious, well equiped and come in a warm, classic design. The service is attentive, professional and friendly and accommodated a bunch of quite challenging last-minute requests. Special thanks to Ms. Aydin and the whole breakfast team for their great service!

Great place, but at a price. Professionalism in all aspects nicely blended with warm courtesy.

Highly recommend Louisa’s Place on Kudamm, Berlin. It was my first time staying at a hotel in Europe and it was a great choice. The staff are all very friendly and most speak fluent English. I enjoyed my nearly daily conversations with Gül! The restaurant was closed during my visit, but there are dozens of restaurants on Kudamm and you can always use Wolt or Liferando for delivery. The breakfast is delicious, all freshly made to order with a nice spread of fruit, pastries, etc. Perhaps most importantly, the coffee is excellent. The location is great if you’re okay with being based in Western Berlin. The U-Bahn is nearly outside the door and the S-Bahn is no more than 10 minute walk.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The suite was very spacious and comfortable. The spa was lovely and the kitchenette was fantastic as well! We wish the coffee would have been refilled complimentary, but all else was perfect. Be sure to enjoy breakfast and get their scrambled eggs with bacon!

This is a beautiful hotel! Clean rooms, tall ceilings, overly friendly and courteous staff. Standard room has a separate bedroom, living room and full kitchen (washer is installed in the kitchen, so you can do laundry inside your room and dry your clothes on the balcony), tea kettle and coffee maker. They let us borrow the power adapter since mine wasn’t working (USA). Beautifully decorated, with gorgeous amenities in a great neighborhood. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Really nice place to stay. We had our own apartment with simple cooking facilities and living area. The staff were helpful and nice. For anyone travelling with children who values being able to give them a simple breakfast and their own bedroom, this is better and cheaper than somewhere fancy where you would all share a room and still pay more.

Staff is very friendly, location is good (U-bahn ÷ several busses along Kurfürstendamm), the room is clean and cosy, breakfast is rich.

The friendliest place in Berlin by far. Excelente family rooms!! Spacious with everything you need. Ideal with small kids who needs bottles, for the kitchenette with a dish washer and fridge. Perfect city apartment for vacations in Berlin.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room/suite was very spacious and comfortable and excellent value for money with the deal we had. We bought a few more pods for the machine and went to the bakery for our breakfast. We didn't try the hotel breakfast as it seemed rather expensive.

Rooms are very large. Bed is comfy and pool is lovely. Furniture in room is rather cheap--rattled when I walked by (I'm not overweight). Fitness center is small and boiling hot, with no water and only one fan. Seems a very good place for families.

We were a couple in our late 60s in Berlin for a week for museums and music. The hotel was perfect. The size and set up of the deluxe suite with balcony over the garden was lovely. Beds and linens were high quality. It was great having a well equipped kitchen. Location was perfect for using public transportation. A grocery and fruit and vegetable store was nearby. Lots of local restaurants within minutes. Staff was extremely nice, helpful. We would recommend this hotel to other couples in a heartbeat.

This was a wonderful place. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our room by a member of the staff who explained everything. The room was very clean and comfortably furnished. My only regret was not being able to stay more than one night. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

What a great location for this lovely hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and though the hotel sits on the busy and exciting Kurfürstendamm, the quality of the windows shut out all noise. The breakfasts were so delicious, beautifully presented and the breakfast room looks out onto a garden. The staff was friendly and helpful. A real find in wonderful Berlin.

Very good experience and nice quiet pool area. Staff was super friendly. Only thing you should be aware of is that the beds are quite hard, which is not good for our backs. We always bring extra, good inflatable mattresses for this, but I would expect a place like Louisa's to have better beds.

A good hotel, nice spa, but there are no microwave ovens in minikitchens, you need to ask for them. Imo, that should be a standart.

I had a disappointing experience with this hotel regarding a lost valuable item, a Bose Music Box. I had accidentally left a bag in my room that contained the music box - the bag was found but without the box. Despite several attempts to communicate with the hotel management to resolve the issue, the response was unsatisfactory. There seemed to be a lack of effort or concern to assist in locating my lost item, which leaves me questioning the hotel's commitment to customer service. It's disheartening to see a lack of responsibility towards guests' belongings. **Response to response from owner**: Dear Team at Louisa´s Place, Berlin, Thank you for your response. I'd like to address a few points: Ongoing Communication: I am surprised about the asserted ongoing conversation as mentioned in your response. The last email I received from you indicated a firm stance on not questioning staff about the missing music box and concluding any further investigation activities. I had mentioned my intent for legal actions and online review, which was acknowledged and welcomed by you. Communication Timeline: Besides the email on October 19th, I had two phone conversations in August regarding the matter. It's concerning that there's no record of these interactions and apparently no action has followed suit since then. Investigation: While I agree on the necessity of a closer look, I was reassured this was done, yet no conclusive response has been provided over two months. Opinions versus Facts: My claim is based on the factual loss of my music box, while the decision not to question staff seems to be based on an opinion. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I await your response and am hopeful for a constructive resolution. It's my earnest hope that we can reach a satisfactory resolution that reinstates the trust and excellent reputation that Louisa’s Place is otherwise known for. Best, Sarah

My husband and I stayed recently with our 7 month old baby. We only stayed one night but it was lovely. I'm American living in Germany. I know the pros and cons of staying in many places around the world. I feel like the staff were very eager to help (which is nice since Germany is not so known for their customer service). The feel of the place is really charming. And you step outside and your in a shopping hub and excellent area for restaurants in Berlin. It's a real good choice.
