For me, it is the best Hotel in Berlin. Very good service. Can't point fingers at anything. Sweet staff, really a good price in terms of service, location. Etc *****

Everything was great according to the category. The rooms are simply furnished, but the single room has a bed that is at least 1.20 m wide. So enough space. The breakfast room is very large and airy, so that there is enough space even when it is full. The buffet is varied and completely sufficient. The coffee awaits you immediately on the table in the thermos. All of this booked on Hotel.de for 59 euros per night + 12 euros for breakfast.

Beautiful decorated room with great space. Although it is not new but I felt very comfortable. Big toilet and bath. Staffs at reception were polite and friendly. Room was clean. Surrounding with many restaurants and supermarkets. Very convenient. The biggest department store of Berlin is just minutes around. Bus 100 going to all tourist spots just in front of hotel. Super hotel for comfortable staying.

We stayed at the Hotel Sylter Hof Berlin with a small child. The double room we booked turned out to be a 3-room apartment consisting of a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with a separate toilet. There was also plenty of storage space and a balcony. Thanks to the carpet, our children were able to crawl easily across the floor. Breakfast could be booked separately every day for €12/person. Bus stop, supermarket and restaurants just a few meters from the hotel.

Extremely friendly staff at reception

My room was very small, which didn't bother me. The room and bathroom were in good, well-maintained condition and the lobby and dining room were also beautifully renovated, modern and tidy. The breakfast itself was great. This was a top breakfast for the price range of the hotel. Nothing was missing and there were many extras that I miss in larger hotels. The location of the hotel is also good. We walked to Potsdamer Platz in just over a quarter of an hour. Overall, the hotel impresses with its very good value for money

Have booked an apartment. Pictures on the booking sites show kitchen. Totally empty kitchen cupboards. Reception informs you are paying extra for access to the fridge!!! which double rooms don't have. You can for 30 💶 get box with kitchen utensils, and it's NOT a refundable deposit. Not mentioned anywhere. Balcony mentioned on booking sites, but no pictures. I've uploaded pictures of both, please also notice the dirty kitchen table. It quite understandable why they show pics of kitchen and not balcony. But it is misleading customers. Oh, I have to warn you about the WiFi. 6mbps at the desk and 2.3 in the bedroom, cannot imagine how it will be when they start having guest and it will be shared. Not for business purposes!

Fantastic breakfast delicious scrambled eggs crispy bacon and finally a well set and stocked buffet for all tasts enjoyed would give 5* to breakfast chefs they nailed a good tasty well presented buffet Room spacious comfortable and clean to good standard desk staff very helpful and patient .to get 100 bus near hotel or tube 2 blocks down directly to Alexander plaz so well positioned also a Netto across road for little food shop if you have a suit with kitchen .price area service and a pleasure to be here was a treat from my bosses so thanks now off to c the sights will keep you posted great for transport bus and train unserground close value for money 👍🥰🤗🥳

Fantastic location, massive room including a kitchen, living room, walk through shower/bathroom and bedroom. The place is rather dated and could do with refurbishment but for the price I was very happy staying here for 3 nights. The added bonus was the balcony with great views of the cityscape! Breakfast was of a high standard also. The room was clean and has everything you need. I would happily stay here again!

I stayed here for 4 nights. Every time I requested something the staff was very polite and quick. The hotel itself is very clean and pleasant, especially for the price. I wish the rooms had a small fridge and coffee machine the single rooms are small so it makes sense that there aren’t any 4 stars because their luggage room is a joke, it’s unattended and they buzz people in and out. Had to carry around my laptop and passport all day since they clearly state in the luggage room that they won’t take responsibility for stolen items

Nice and charming hotel. Is well connected to the center and the most important places of Berlin with bus 100 that stops in front of the hotel. Perfect connection with the airport, where the direct bus stops close. The room was nice, big bed, a flat TV and a desk. electrical outlet close to the bed perfect to charge the phone. Two big windows, also if was on the street, was quite also because was on the 3rd floor. The bathroom was small, toilet is behind the door. Everyday they change the towels and make new the bed. But I noticed they don't clean the room every day. The first day they leave you a bottle of water and a candy for free. Check in is from 15 and check out till 11.

Nice clean rooms, great location if you need to be close to embassies. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and we'll worth having. Will definitely stay at Hotel Sylter again.

Nice centrally located hotel with bright and clean rooms, big windows that can be opened, spacious lobby, bar. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, no smart TV.

Price performance is excellent. I had a nice little single room and didn't miss anything. Even had a bathtub. Unfortunately I had to leave a little early. The hotel manager was kind enough to credit me for the nights. Location is also very good. I would be happy to book there again...

Top price-performance ratio. The single rooms are functionally furnished and clean. The breakfast was a very positive surprise. Everything you need and beyond is there. The location is also GREAT. The KaDeWe is within walking distance, as is a bus stop and subway station. From there, all sights can be reached quickly and easily. I would book here again.

For the price, an excellent hotel! Rooms are very clean and very "business" like. The morning breakfast is a continental buffet with a good assortment of bread, fruit, cereals and juices. It's better than most continental buffets. Location is great: 5min away from the KaDeWe shopping centre

The hotel is in a good location, but it is also right on the street that you can't miss. My room was okay, rather small and the furnishings are rather dated. The breakfast is average, the rolls were dry, there could have been more. The staff is nice, there's nothing to say. Overall, the price level for this accommodation is too high.

Nice personel. I would like to come back

We were at the Sylter Hof from August 23rd to 26th, 2021 and were very satisfied. Very good location. The rooms are sufficiently equipped and clean. The breakfast is rich and varied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Bus number 100 goes directly to the hotel.... Restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. We only found the parking fee to be too high. We'd love to come back...

Well. A lovely hotel in the best surroundings of Berlin. Transports on your door step to go everywhere inside Berlin. Amazing staff and the bar waiter its an amazing human been. Loved it.

Big but very simple family rooms

The hotel is very well located on the Berlin Map. There is easy access to Bus/taxi/U Bhan services. Also, serious shopping is at walking distance. I only had breakfast at the hotel and it was very good. I enjoyed the variety of breads offered! The staff at the reception desk and the breakfast room was helpful and courteous. It was a comfortable stay.
