So amazing hotel and staff of hotel are amazing people very helpful, location of hotel is just 15 minutes by walking from Main train station and same to middle of city if you like walk if not hotel sells tickets for public transport. Breakfast is delicious best of the best time at 6:00 am it's not so busy. Rooms are very clean and luxury. Bathroom has got speaker if you listen music from TV you can hear in bathroom perfect.Thank you

Great location by supermarket and trams stop to get into town. Thanks oms warm and Aircon very inefficient and pillows uncomfortable, bed comfy and nice size. Breakfast good. Nice stay.

Hotel located in the city center, with homeless people around the corner. The employees are helpful, although those working at breakfast always grumpy. The rooms are nice, in a bit old-school style, nothing special, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast however was a disappointment, the food was all clearly purchased in Aldi or another supermarket. Nothing extraordinary, everything low quality. Juice glasses extremely small, just so you won’t drink ‘too much’. Everything a bit cheap.

I urgently needed to print a single page and, although not a guest, I asked for this small favor at your establishment. Unfortunately, I was turned away because of my non-guest status. I understand this might sound like a trivial complaint, but I genuinely believe that assisting people in small, manageable ways can have a positive impact. It not only enhances the company's reputation but also brings a sense of fulfillment to the helper, and immense relief to the person in need.

Good location in Berlin, very good breakfast, spacious rooms. Of course, there are also areas that need improvement. The curtains and carpets in the rooms are stained and dirty. The faucets in the sinks are so close that your hand touches them. Staff working at breakfast section should be more friendly.

We spent two nights on weekend in this H+ Hotel. Firstly, the location is great. Only two stops from central station with tram, and also only one stop to Friedrichstadt-Palace, which is the main reason we chose this place, since we wanted to see a show there. It has Rewe next door, which helps a lot if you want to buy some basic necessities. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Nothing to complain about the room, it was clean and despite its located in noisy street, we were not disturbed by the noise at all. One thing that worth to mention is the breakfast. I believe its above average for German standard, but please dont expect too much! I put pictures here for your reference. During one morning it was really full, but this is actually our fault since we came in the busiest timeslot that hotel already mentioned (see picture). The second morning we came earlier, and its far less hectic. We enjoyed the atmosphere, and we noticed that the staff worked hard to keep the place clean and enjoyable. We also noticed that one particular person -that we refrain to write the name here- is very meticulous on his work, not only keeping the availability of food, but also take special care on how the food, plates and utensils placed on the right place, which make the visual looks better ! thumbs up to this person (to manager: he well deserve a pay rise !). Oh... btw, the staff also gave "present" for our daughter during breakfast to keep her happy and busy. We will for sure will use this hotel again in the future.

+ location, breakfast is quite good - 1. the room is not so clean, especially bathroom with smell of pee… 2. Cleaning staff was rude, not until check out time that he knocked and opened the door twice.. 3. I expecting more for a four stars hotel 140 euro per night.

Good service. Room is small but is very clean and employees provide good service. This hotel is in a great location, it's about 45 minute walk to main train station. You are able to walk to many historical sites. I highly recommend this hotel.

Super hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Lage des Hotels an sich gut und zentral, nur die Umgebung etwas schmuddelig. Die Zimmer waren durchaus ansprechend gestaltet, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Waschbecken im Bad war sehr schlecht nutzbar aufgrund des schlecht montierten Wasserhahns. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln weil das erste stark nach Urin stank. Im zweiten Zimmer dann auch einige nicht saubere Ecken. Super gut war das Frühstück, große Auswahl, alles hat geschmeckt.

What an excellent hotel with great new fittings. The room might be abit smaller than usual but it was comfortable and the service from all the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right smack in the city. So if you don't drive the public transport including trams are right at your doorstep. You might think by being located that way it would be noisy , not NO , it was quiet as the walls and windows are sound proof. Breakfast came with the room and it was a wide spread to choose from. Parking is available and was charged to our room. And the great convenience was that there is a REWE supermarket rite next to the hotel. The only small discomfort was that the room was slightly stuffy as we couldn't adjust the Air-conditioning. Overall and excellent experience and stay and I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Berlin. 👍👍👍👌👌👌

It was very lovely to stay here. 🩷 Our room was comfy and clean. The service was always nice. The only problem was that there wasn’t lactose free milk or yogurt (or gluten free bread) during breakfast.

Good hotel, rooms not very big. Air-conditioning didn't work in our room . Although it worked in other room thankfully. Breakfast was really nice, staff super nice. 3 train stations close by, and metro.

This hotel was great. It had great rooms, the location was good and the breakfast was amazing. Close to the main station in Berlin. My room was in the front of the building so you could here very loud sirens when they were going past, but overall it was ok.

At the time of writing this review I am still staying in this hotel from last 15 days, So long term guest review: Pro: Location , location and location You can literally go anywhere from here with U Bahn and tram connections, city center is a walking distance and many amazing eatouts , The staff at reception is friendly and helpful , always available for any assistance, Breakfast is basic but no change in menu ( it’s been 14 days our breakfast is exactly same ) We booked the business room and rooms are clean and neat , Cons: Like many people complained in past ‘the cleaning staff, I don’t knew for why reasons they keep on knocking door and open even when there is a sign DO NOT Disturb in German and English, Cleaning only one time in afternoon but some or the other maintenance staff keep on opening room doors, it’s absolutely unexceptionable, I have never seen this b4 anyways, so much so I doubt lock my room now , Advice to Management: Please look in to this matters seriously or soon your good rating will start falling

German hospitality at its finest! We stayed there for over a week. Great location, very accessible to everywhere and close to the main train station. Awesome breakfast to start and get you through your day. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Biggest complaint is the air conditioning appears to be centrally controlled. There is a thermostat in the room however it’s not functional. More and more hotels seem to be moving this way to control costs. I get it but it still leads to sleepless nights while sweat rolls down my face. Would not return.

Great service. Excellent quiet room. The breakfast is fabulous. Location of the hotel is also excellent. You can easily reach many important locations in the city. Everything is near. Also there is the tram station in front of the hotel. Hotel has its own parking which is great facilities if you come by car.

budget hotel, charging premium rates due to the high demand in the city during my stay. the hotel charged me almost 4x their standard rate. The guy manning the checkin counter didn’t believe his own eyes and called his boss to confirming the rate for a one night stay. although i knew i paid extra due to the demand on that day i was still disappointed with the quality of it. the bath towel provided had dark blue stains on it like someone broke a ballpoint pen and wiped it with it. the complementary water bottles label fell off it because of the age of the bottle. the bedsheets had brown stains on it. the water glasses stuck to a sticky tray they were placed on. the “aircon” was basically a fan, useless during a summer with 22degress at night. if you get the standard rate its probably an ok room, but at 4x the normal rate it felled like a rip-off

The WiFi has no internet. The laundry service is expensive. I found a laundromat about 1.7km from the hotel. Will post a review of it later. This is an update, the WiFi started working the next day. This hotel is located in high crime area, I had my phone pickpocketed on Thursday shortly after I posted my first review. There is no police presence on the street around my hotel. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, because it's too dangerous here.

Impressed by this hotel, breakfast was free and plentiful, although had to queue to get in during peak times, room was big and clean, minibar (not free), big shower, big bed but seperate duvets so no need to fight, polite and professional staff, the elevator was a pain though because there were only 2 and only 2 max people could be inside because of covid, had to just take the stairs most of the time.

If you visit in Summer, be aware the ac noise will keep you up all night. Good breakfast and good location for walking to most Berlin landmarks. Staff were hit and miss...some very friendly and helpful, others not so much.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. I would say it is the equivalent of Premier Inn in England. My only complaints would be a lack of a coffee machine in the room and I personally didn't find the beds that comfortable.

The good: The breakfast was great, a wide variety of interesting food, including stuff I had never tried, and nice basics like boiled eggs, and the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and produced warm gluten-free rolls for me. The meh: the room was fine, nothing much wrong with it - apart from the stain on the carpet - but even though we had paid for an upgrade, I couldn't see what we had paid for. The reception staff had to be asked three times for an extra pillow, and even though we had checked in online, we had to do it all again when we arrived. The hotel advertises a spa, but it's closed due to Covid. That should have been on the website. The Bad: The bar/bistro is a disaster. It's dark, so that you don't know if it's open, and have to use a torch to read a menu, and the bartender seems to have a degree in ignoring customers. I went in three times and never managed to get anything. I wanted a meal - there were no meals, only snacks I couldn't eat. I wanted coffee - "The machine is cleaning" I wanted gluwein - they don't do that and "the machine is closed"

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the room was spacious and comfortable. The property is in a central area close to many tourist spots. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I hope we can go back soon! ❤️
