Nice
room
but
the
hotel
minibar
tried
to
poison
us
when
it
leaked
ammonia
gas
and
we
ended
up
in
casualty.
The
hotel
eventually
refunded
us
the
cost
of
the
hospital
bill
but
did
not
even
offer
to
give
us
any
compensation
for
a
very
frightening
experience
when
the
faulty
mini
bar
in
the
room
leaked
ammonia
gas
in
our
faces
when
I
opened
the
door.
Which
was
like
being
tear
gassed.
You
would
think
they
would
at
least
offer
to
refund
us
the
cost
of
our
2
night
stay.
But
no.
Eventually
after
multiple
messages
they
offered
us
10%
if
the
room
back
as
compensation
for
our
distressing
experience
and
wasted
half
a
day
in
casualty.
The
room
itself
is
very
nicely
furnished
but
the
reception
is
only
for
a
few
hours
a
day
so
when
we
had
the
issue
it
took
a
while
for
them
to
turn
up.
The
onsite
restaurant
is
now
closed,
which
they
didn't
tell
us
after
booking,
so
while
there
is
a
pretty
courtyard
garden
there
is
no
breakfast,
drinks
or
dinner
service
so
you'd
have
to
buy
a
takeaway
or
eat
elsewhere.
