Fabulous, cozy hotel in fantastic location - Spittelmarkt U Bahn 5 minutes walk away, served by the U2 which is one of the most useful lines. Great room with comfy beds and bigger than average, lovely bathroom. Didn't try the breakfast as there was a fabulous bakery/cafe with a huge selection just by the U-Bahn station. Staff very friendly and helpful - highly recommended!

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, gut gelegen, mitten in der Stadt und doch ruhig. Die Zimmer sind freundlich, sauber und gemütlich. Ein freundlicher Empfang und gutes Frühstück zeugen von einem tollen Service. Ich bleibe gern mal wieder hier.

Zimmer war klein, aber ausreichend. Erstaunlich ruhig, wenig Lärm von außen (bei innerstädtischer Lage nicht selbstverständlich) und auch der Geräuschpegel durch Zimmernschbarn minimal. Zentral gelegen. Freundliches Personal. Zimmer sauber. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend.

Kleines nettes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, schlicht und schön. Besonders war die Regendusche. Wenn man beim Frühstück war, wurde man öfter nach der Zimmernummer gefragt, da gab es wohl keine Absprachen untereinander. Was mich sehr irritiert hat, war dass das Personal, sich ebenfalls am Frühstück bedient hat und das so viel wie auf den Teller passte. Aus gastronomischer Sicht eine absolutes No-Go. Erst kommt immer der Gast, dann das Personal. Das Frühstück an sich war klein aber fein. War in Ordnung.

Wir hatten mit unserem Zimmer zuerst Probleme gehabt, wegen störender Geräusche. Aber der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnte uns ein anderes Zimmer geben. Das Frühstück war gut, der Standort gut gelegen. Das Hotel war wirklich gut.

Great hotel. Spacious rooms, clean rooms, nice staff, great breakfast (could use some more fruit though). Situated in a relatively quiet residential neighbourhood and near public transport. Great place to explore Berlin from.

Very large, clean and comfortable room at a good price. Location is fairly central but a little out of the way in terms of cafes, restaurants, etc.

Very nice hotel for great value of money. Super close to Alexanderplatz and from there you can reach all nice spots in Berlin. The staff was very friendly and flexible. It is a 🐶 friendly hotel so if you travel with your doggy, it is a great place to stay mainly because there are parks around it. The U2 station is 5min walk from the hotel. The breakfast is lovely and really good price.

What a great find! Close to metro and within walking distance of Berlin main area. Bed was very comfortable and roomy with a choice of pillows. Good toiletries and powerful shower. Although close to a Road very quiet at nighttime. Breakfast was good with a great selection of hot and cold food, cereals, bread and pastries which were regularly topped up. Staff on desk very helpful and spoke great English. Very helpful Polish housekeeper servicing the room.

Geschmackvolles Zimmer. Gut durchdacht und mit viel Harmonie eingerichtet. Bett einfach zum Träumen und erholen. Trotz das das Zimmer zur Straße lag, keine unnötige Lärmbelästigung. Sehr Hell, Sauber, Warm und gemütlich. Würde ich klar nochmal besuchen.

Froschkönig Zimmer 309 zum Innenhof gelegen, Sauberkeit gut, für 1 Person ausreichend Platz. Tiefgaragen Parkplatz eher für Mittelklassefahrzeuge oder sehr geübte Fahrer. Nettes Personal und Frühstück gut

Schon mehrfach dort gewesen. Gute Preis - Leistung. Zimmer sind schön und sauber. Personal ist freundlich (für Berlin :-)) und die Abwicklung einfach. Lage: kommt drauf an warum man in Berlin ist. Diverse Party Locations sind sehr nahe.

Service and location are an advantage, the staffs are very good even though they are multi-tasking. But rooms were not up to the expectations. For short stays it seems okay.

Ein sehr schönes gastfreundliches Hotel. Man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Frühstück sehr reichlich vielfältig und sehr lecker.. man kann sehr gut mittags sowie Abend speisen. Leckere Cocktails. Standort sehr gut man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zur Fuß erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Hotel und das Restaurant empfehle ich zur 10000 %. Danke an die Mitarbeiter sehr netter Service :-)

Stayed there for my visit to Berlin ! Nice quaint hotel ! Room is good enough for one ! Nice gesture of providing drinking water in a glass bottle! 700 metres to the metro station.

Great little hotel in a quiet part of the city. Walking distance to all transport needs and walking distance to some areas. The room was a good size with a double bed for single use, a desk and wardrobe outs the use of a tablet for access to hotel services and Google. Free WiFi. The staff were friendly and helpful and willing to help with anything they could do. Would happily return here next time in the city.

With its super polite staff, it's located in a very good neighborhood. Anything you want can be found within the walking distance and the rooms are warm and nice.

Adequate rooms and a clean, easily accessible hotel overall. Polite staff. However, the absolute highlight of our entire stay was the personalized, genuine, and exemplary service provided by Alexander K, the restaurant and bar staff person. As long as he works here, I will never stay anywhere else in Berlin.

Friendly guest. Very clean and fairly spacious room. Will definately stay here again when next in Berlin. Located in a good area and not expensive

Very nice rooms, ideal location in the city. The only disadvantage was that at the breakfast, I think they only had 1 person managing the dishes, checking on the cutlery and food. This did not work very well if it was busy at the breakfast room. Also the pillows on the bed were not steady, I would have loved harder pillows but that is a personal thing I guess.
