Wir fanden das Hotel perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip! Die Zimmer sind auf jeden Fall groß genug, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist für die Preisklasse sehr groß. Es gab viele frische Speisen (Eier, Waffeln usw.). Die Lage ist super, wir hatten von unserem normalen Doppelzimmer aus einen Blick auf die East Side Gallery und die Spree. Zwei große U-Bahn-Stationen sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

In a time when I challenge anyone to name all the brands under the Hilton umbrella, Hampton by Hilton, for me, is the one Hilton brand that really works and makes total sense. I love staying at Hampton properties, because everything just works. The Hampton by Hilton Eastside Gallery is no exception. Officially rated 3 stars, I'll give this 5. Friendly staff, a room with a nice view over the Spree and the remains of the Berlin Wall, and a good complimentary breakfast every morning. For their Hampton brand, Hilton has also figured out some seemingly minor things, which for me just make for perfect stays: A desk and a chair, which are actually comfortable even if you work for longer hours in your room, shower temperature controls outside the main shower cubicle ensuring you can set your preferred temperature before stepping under the shower, and enough sockets in the room. The room and all public areas where spotlessly clean and well maintained and the location is great for both business and leisure. There's a bus stop just around the corner or you can walk to the metro if you prefer or take an e-scooter. You'll find plenty of international chain restaurants near the hotel if that's your thing or more original dining options if you walk across the bridge to the other side of the river. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough - stay here and enjoy the perfect mix of location, hospitality, and value for money.

Very comfortable hotel. Just a smaller version of the rooms in America, but still spacy, comparing the room variety in Berlin, and a very efficient bathroom. Perfect mattresses. Very good breakfast. Basic workout area. There is no coffee machine in the room.

We had a good time choosing Hilton for our visit in Berlin. The room was tidy and comfortable, service very friendly and helpful. Located very well we managed easily to get to the concert location around the corner. In short walking time you get to the tram that takes you wherever you want in Berlin. Shopping and food stuff just around. Breakfast was okay. A bit full of people and I expected more selfmade things, so this is the only thing I was a bit disappointed, because of other expectations. But in general a nice place to stay.

Outstanding hotel, in a great location, with a superb staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The personnel were very professional, from the cleaning team, to the front desk, every employee takes pride in working here. My favorite team was the breakfast team! Absolutely spectacular breakfast. Wonderful quality that I looked forward to and enjoyed immensely every day. This hotel truly deserves 5 stars as it stands out for cleanliness, professionalism, and an extraordinary breakfast.

I came to the city for the 2021 Berlin Marathon and spent my first and last night at the Hampton by Hilton Berlin City East Side Gallery. The experience completely exceeded my expectation for a Hampton. The room is very clean and neat. The staff at the front desk and kitechen treated me with warmth. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I ever had at a Hampton. Overall, I highly recommend this place. If I come back to Berlin with my family, this hotel will be on my top choices

I stayed here for 4nights in September before Berlin Marathon. Location is good, across is the berlin wall east side gallery and metro is few meters away like 8min walk. Bus is near, one block away. Room was clean, good. Breakfast was really nice! Had a lot of variety to select from. Overall, it was a good place. Would stay here again!

The experience booking with this hotel was a complete nightmare. I booked rooms for two guests who were clients, and when they arrived they were told the bookings weren’t available, and were given their lowest tier rooms (twin) when I had paid for and booked king rooms. They have since refused to offer any compensation and have been actively aggressive in customer service when I attempted to resolve this. I lost several hundred euros having the rebook the guests for the night someplace else. Truly the worst hotel customer service experience I’ve ever had. It was an issue they could have resolved easily and they chose to gaslight me.

The hotel employees were amazing from the beginning. I had to book 3 separate reservations, but I was staying 3 consecutive days and the check-in clerk was extremely accommodating. He even switched me to a queen bed for more space, and I got to stay in the same room. The breakfast was more than I could ask for! The coffee machine made delicious, strong coffee and the eggs with the drawn faces made my morning (such a fun surprise). The location was perfect. Just around the corner was the 300 bus that went straight from the east side gallery to all of the main museums and tourist sites. I took the bus every day and it only took about 15-20 minutes to get into the city. Cannot wait to return and stay again.

Couldn't have asked for more to be honest. Got a good price through family and friends rooms very clean. Sound proofing great. Breakfast very impressive. All in all its not luxury but for a few days in Berlin more than enough. Definitely go again. Oh and a big shout out to the night reception staff who went out of their way to make me a packed lunch as I was checky out before breakfast. Really appreciated that. Thank you♥️

There’s no breakfast like the Hampton breakfast! Seriously, slap yourself a proper portion of perfectly crisp melt in your mouth bacon, along some of the freshest eggs. For desert get yourself a delicious waffle with real maple syrup and strawberry jam. Of course besides scoring my “best breakfast in the world” award, the beds are incredibly comfy and the staff is pleasant. A recipe for a perfect day! 😍

The hotel is located in a very central location to what we wanted to see and do. The hotel itself is very comfortable. The temperature was a bit warm the first night but the night staff quickly resolved the issue as best he could. I will stay here again for my future holidays.

Beautiful location right by east side gallery. Easy access to the U. Lots of amazing eateries right across the bridge. Beautiful walkway next to water and along the artistic and historic Berlin wall. Very nice breakfast buffet spread which is busy. Very friendly staff. All comforts of Hilton. Parking in the arena or across the street is available. The east side mall is super closeby too..

Bei einem Konzertbesuch in der nebenan gelegenen Mercedes-Benz Arena oder Verti Music Hall empfiehlt sich dieses Hotel für eine Übernachtung. Die Zimmerpreise sind für diese Nächte aber deutlich höher, darauf sollte man achten, insbesondere wenn man gar kein Konzert besuchen will. Ansonsten aber zu empfehlen, Frühstück ist in den Zimmerpreisen enthalten, Zimmer sind sauber und mit Safe ausgestattet. Frühstück war lecker.

Staff is really nice. The hotel is clean and comfortable, having at the ground floor a small bar lounge and a relaxing area. Rooms are quite big, clean and the bathroom is very spacious. Super breakfast. They deserve 5⭐+ as final score.

Gleich um die Ecke zur Mercedes Benz Arena. Konnten nach dem Konzert zum Hotel laufen 2min. Tolles Essen. Super Zimmer. Parken in der Tiefgarage vor Ort möglich. Leckeres Frühstück. Tolles Ambiente. Nächstes Jahr 2025 kommen wir wieder.

The hotel is good, rooms new and fresh. Located right next door to the Mercedes Benz Arena which has a decent selection of restaurants and bars. There are many good hotels in Berlin but for me what draws me back here are the staff they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. Stopped by this hotel briefly as a hilton gold member , the staff were friendly with my request despite the fact I was not staying at the hotel. I had a chance to checkout the facilities while I was there, they are spotlessly clean, gym, ect. the location next to the gallery makes it ideal. I would for sure stay at this hotel in the future for a budget friendly option. front desk staff.. thanks for your help and understanding and kindness. you could have just brushed me aside but you didn't. keep up the good work.

This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I'm sure! So far, it's great. The rooms are noticeably smaller than in the US, but who goes to Berlin to stay in their hotel room? The employees are friendly and extremely helpful. Plenty of restaurants and shops are close by.

Great place to stay for a few days. 10 minutes walk from the transports, great service, splendid and highly diverse breakfast. I’d love the fitness room to have a dips station, but that’s personal taste ;)

The Hampton by Hilton Berlin East Side Gallery is a hotel that does not live up to its name. The rooms are small, the internet is slow, and the service is lacking. The biggest disappointment is the windows, which are as large as French doors but can only be upper half opened a few inches. This means that the view outside is of the Berlin Wall, which can be suffocating, especially considering its historical significance. The staff is not proactive or helpful, and the modern interior is indistinguishable and dull. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a Hilton experience. Once you left this hotel, you already forgot about it.

Arrived late Sunday for three nights, friendly staff and excellent,. comfortable rooms. Really excellent breakfast with well laid out coffee facilities so there is no need to queue for a coffee. Also serving filter coffee is a great idea. Location excellent, short walk to train and underground station. Travelled with infant, bed comfy.

Huge selection for breakfast, excellent soundproofing, very clean room 212, always smiling and welcoming receptionists Elisa and Lidia! Overall exceptional stay! We will surely return! And we returned. Stayed again from 26.12. to 29.12. This time in the room with king size bed (Nr. 519) and again such a pleasure! Greetings go to Luca and Dimitri who were very nice and kind. The location is the best. Breakfast didn't had many vegan options but there was soja milk and almost nothing (except for the sugar) had packaging which I found very very very nice. The room was quite, comfortable and the check out was at 12! Loved it. I had coffee and Tea in my room, and again in the bathroom there was nothing that goes to waste. I am usually not surprised by hotels, but this one I enjoyed very much.

+ Breakfast is the best part of the stay. + room facilities are new. - they don't provide robe, slipper, comb, disposable accessories. you need to buy at front desk if need. I didn't quite expect this. - wet floor can be extremely slippery. I went to the toilet in the basement floor, I literally slipped down cuz of that. it was like sliding on ice. So dangerous and not acceptable.

Hotel is in good spot. Clean, small, staff is friendly. Walking distance from the mall amd wall gallery. Parking, I spent 30 Euro a day in the park garage to the hotel because the hotel did not tell me in advanced that I have to bring the park ticket to them to stamp in order to receive the hotel parking price of 17.50. Recommend hotel to explain this to guest that never been in the area before.

Pleasant hotel at a cool location, not too far from the subway and trainstation (10 min walk or so). Very clean rooms, friendly people and a very good breakfast buffet. The 'sister' hotel next door has a great rooftop bar to enjoy as well, which is worth a visit too. Enjoyed our stay!

Great hotel. The staff was fantastic. Beware using a booking site as they don't always have the most updated information. However, even though the booking site was wrong, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated with the right sized rooms for our needs. The rooms are modern and clean. The price is very decent even in the height of tourist season. It is an excellent location close to restaurants, sites, and transportation. I would stay here again!

It is good hotel, very stylish. The breakfasts were perfect. The only thing that I do not understand why it even more expensive than other 5 star hotel in Berlin?!

Stayed one night with my daughter for a quick trip to Berlin. We arrived to find a huge tour group at check in, but the front desk set up a second check in line for non group members. I was super thankful, because seeing that many people in line was a bit concerning given our limited time in Berlin. The front desk staff was very friendly. Everything was in good condition and the room was clean.

We had a booking for eight people via hotels.com. When we arrived halv of the rooms were cancelled. We hadnt cancelled them. No help at all from the frontdesk. Later on the problem was solved. Fresh rooms, good breakfust buffet. Would have gotten 4 stars if the staff had been and helpful at all during the problems at check-in.

This is, by far, the most eco friendly hotel that I have ever seen. Outside we had scorching temperatures, but the rooms were rather cool, even without turning on the air conditioning, so the building was built with modern materials and with good technology, I am quite impressed. Also, the recipients in the bathroom, they help reduce waste, and the shower is built to reduce water usage. So, yes, I love this, and this is an experience that I will always remember.

The room is nice, very user-friendly. The breakfast is also very nice. But the WiFi didn’t work. I asked the receptionist about this, he is friendly, but didn’t solve my problem. However, I love the view of this Hotel lobby, directly face to the East Side Gallery.

The location of the hotel is superb. Next to the river where there are various restaurants and cafes. The reception welcomes you kindly and with a smile. The rooms are clean and new. The breakfast has many options. What else could a guest ask more?

The location, and staff are great. The gym is good. The breakfast and rooms are ok. The bed is also ok, but the pillows are old and lumpy, the internet is quite slow and there is no minibar or fridge in the room. No casting option on the tv. All in all it feels a bit overpriced for what they are charging, and there are better options at this price.

Had a 4 day stay at this hotel with my wife and 1 yo baby. The hotel is modern, rooms are quiet and the location is good. Bus 300 stops in front of the door and takes you to the inner city in about 30 minutes. There's a shopping mall nearby with a supermarket, and lots of restaurants. The rooms are on the small side and a bit clautrofobic to be honest. My biggest problem was with the shower, which didnt get hot at all (lukewarm to cold at best) judging by reviews this has been a problem since opening of the hotel and it still hasn't been fixed. I only managed to have hot water once during our trip. I think this is unacceptable and it should be fixed. This causes me to avoid this hotel in the future. Another thing which should be improved is the room cleaning, this is not offered standard on a daily basis but you need to request it at the front desk daily before 10 a.m. I think this is purposefully done to raise the barrier as high as possible to have your room cleaned. They don't even empty your trash cans daily. Why not simply out a "please clean my room" tag on the outside of the door? All in all, I left the hotel with mixed feelings, but in it's current state would rather book somewhere else next time.

First of all, the reception staff is so helpfull. Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, top quality and varied brekfast. The location just next to The East Side Gallery and Mercedes-Benz Arena - busy area but the windows are perfectly soundproofing. Loved to live here for couple of days.

I went on business trip and had an excellent experience here. Staff is friendly, breakfast is very good for a free breakfast, rooms are spacious, quiet. Mine was facing the busy street and I didn’t hear anything. Also I don’t understand the comments about cold water. My shower was very good, plenty of hot water. Definitely a nice play to stay

Very nice fresh modern hotel, super friendly and welcoming staff. I was only here one night for a conference, but I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, which have everything you need away from home.

Over all hotel is nice. Very good location and breakfast (Bus leaves right next to hotel and takes about 25 minutes to Alexanderplaz, ~10 minutes walk to S-banh and U-bahn). Queen room was tidy but smaller than pictures suggest. Hotel's staff was polite but seemed unexperienced, exept for one very nice worker. I could go to this hotel again.

Slightly pricy for not so big room and tiny bathroom. Breakfast was ok, though small selection of fresh veggies. Great place to stay if in Berlin for the event in MB Arena (as it was our case (Genesis, Last Domino, March 2022). 10 min walk to train station. Mediocre shopping mall in 500 meters. Famous Berlin Wall with 1,3km of graffiti by painters from around the world is just across the street.

Ich bin vom 26.bis 28.02.2024 hier, um Aida in der Mercedes Benz Arena zu sehen. Da das Event verlegt wurde, war es kein Problem, das Zimmer umzubuchen. Aber auch die Qualität und Sauberkeit haben mich überzeugt. Ausgesucht habe ich es wegen der Nähe zur Arena. Da ich alleine reise, bin ich Nachts nicht gerne auf den Straßen. Auch Service, Freundlichkeit sowie Frühstück werden der Grund sein, wieder her zu kommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt 😘
