Das Apartment ist ordentlich ausgestattet, der verglaste Balkon war sehr angenehm. Der Service, von An- und Abreise bis zum Austausch der defekten Kaffeemaschine war optimal. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, dazu die U-Bahn vor der Tür, trotzdem haben wir sehr ruhig gewohnt. Allerdings hat das alles seinen Preis.

Clipper City Home Berlin is all that it set out be, better than a hotel, a home away from home. The service is terrific and the accommodations make for an efficient, pleasant stay in Berlin.

Great apartments hotel! Large and clean rooms equipped with really everything you need! Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Staff is very nice! We would definitely stay there again. Location is perfect. Central and walkable from everywhere. The only thing missing- our flight was late at night and we couldn’t leave our luggage at the reception after 6pm..

We were very pleased with the help we received before the stay, at the reception and the room was top notch. Our mattresses were a bit too hard for our liking so we got some slightly softer ones. We are very satisfied :-)

Spacious rooms in a great location! No housekeeping service offered on weekends, which was a bit disappointing. However, the hotel is a great value for the qualify of the hotel & rooms and we loved being so close to a metro stop

Very conveniently placed apartments. Location is perfect and apartment was large and clean. Kitchen was a nice thing to have specially for breakfast. There is no room service for stays below 4 days (you can request it at a cost).

Best room we've ever stayed. And really good location for getting around Berlin. Coffee capsules you have to buy yourself but only 0.35 each.

We just returned home from an enjoyable stay at the Clipper Boardinghouse. My wife and I had their "Comfort Apartment Plus" for a week. It was clean and spacious with a nice layout. The room was modern and much like the pictures on the Clipper website. I think this was superior value when compared to a hotel - both the kitchenette and winter garden (an enclosed balcony) were a plus. The location is excellent too and walking distance to the downtown area and so many Berlin attractions. The front desk is not always staffed but the security features in the building were good so I always felt secure.

The room, equipment and personal were good, but we had fire alarm two times during our stay. There was not any fire, but no-one explained us the situation or tried somehow to compensate the inconvenience (first alarm was at night 2AM, second in the morning). So I cannot recommend this hotel in case if you'd like to sleep at night.

Great experience. Just no information about parking for the car, but there is one very close to the hotel (25€/night).

We have enjoyed being there 3 times. Clean, central, nice people at reception, all facilities that you will need, a half block from 2 subway lines, near buses, near Museum Island, the rebuilt palace, historic buildings. We almost hate to give away this secret place lest too many others crowd us out next time.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from Unter den Linden U. The restaurant next door is great for a welcoming drink after arrival. After an international flight the bed is important and the beds here are among the most comfortable I have slept in. It's nice to have large bath towels too. I cannot fault this accommodation and highly recommend it if you want to be in the centre of Berlin and within walking distance of all the great places to see.

very clean, well appointed, spacious, and extremely good location. We arrived after 5:15 so no reception. had to figure out how to check in digitally. not hard to do. we did not know that the reception closed at 5PM (seems very early).

Very nice hotel in the central parts of Berlin. Nice and friendly staff who anticipated my needs and made me feel welcome and taken care of without being imposing. Nice clean room, large shower and very little sound leaking through from other apartments. Good access to communications and walking distance to many tourist spots. I would definitely book it again.

We had a great stay. Our room was a great size and very comfortable. The apartments themselves are really well placed roughly midway between alexanderplatz and the Brandenburg gate. Lovely, welcoming staff who even left us a bottle of fizz in the fridge because it was our anniversary. Lots of cafes nearby for breakfast but also a well enough equipped kitchen to buy in our own breakfast stuff. Really great pubs and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Definitely recommended.

I absolutely love this place and we will certainly come back. The best location, nice staff who is always trying to help, everything that you could possible need in the room, and also very clean. The security is also on good level. It really is more than just an ordinary hotel.

A small apartment for the price of a hotel room (with an enclosed balcony). Well appointed for short, or long term stay. Its location is ideal within short walking distance to restaurants, attractions, and grocery.

Very good stay at this very pleasant hotel Location fantastic. Clean. Very helpful friendly staff. Somewhat basic but everything you need, and nothing you don't need.

We stayed 7 days. The apartment was wonderful: spacious, with walk in wardrobe, nice spacious kitchen, very quiet, and the best part for us was the balcony where we had our morning coffee overlooking the street. The central location is absolutely perfect. Cleaning service is every third day which is fine, with the exception that only 2 bathing and 2 face towels are provided and on some of the days we felt we needed a fresh dry towel. Also, there was one spare toilet paper roll, but by the end of day 2, we felt we needed a new one (we were told we can always go to the reception to get what we need, but the reception only works in certain hours, so this is a bit inconvenient). I would suggest leaving at least one more towel and roll. I would also suggest leaving some salt and pepper in the apartment, since even for modest cooking (like boiling eggs) we needed salt and it was not worth to buy a package from the store for a week stay. The elevator broke twice while we were there and the first time it happened on Saturday and was repaired on Monday; the second time it was repaired in a couple of hours. When we checked in, there was no remote for the TV in the room. The receptionist was able to find a remote eventually, but I would say, we were lucky because we discovered that it was missing before his shift ended at 6pm. So, although impressions were very, very positive, I am giving one star less because of the small inconveniences which can be easily fixed.

Nice hotel in the heart of Berlin. It was centeral to all the spots we visited. The room was spacious for three people and the little kitchen was perfect. Making coffee each morning (we brought nespresso pods) and refilling our water bottles was a nice bonus. Short walk to the train and transit stations. I would stay here again.

Ein super Hotel mit fantastischem Standort - direkt am Regierungsviertel. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal an der Rezeption. Die Zimmer sind top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.
