Personal sehr zuvorkommend freundlich. Hostel abgewohnt und hygienisch...bin froh hier heil wegzukommen. Ich hab auch ein kleines Video damit man den Dreck auch zuordnen kann u keiner s ausredet. Es stank nach Nikotin unerträglich. (evtl Nikotinsprayvergiftung m Absicht)

The best place in Berlin, Incredibly nice place in a good location, very comfortable rooms and beds. Clean comfortable bathrooms. Competitive prices. Possibility to buy a cheap and delicious breakfast. You can eat outside on the lovely patio. Huge applause for being able to ask for gluten-free bread. My rating is 100/10🖤

The rooms were ok - simple bunk beds. There are shared bathrooms which were kind of dirty, had no showers gels/ shampoos/ or anything available. No towels in the room, no hair dryer, no hand soap for the sink, you basically get nothing.

Really nice place to stay, it’s affordable, it’s clean and the staff is super friendly. They have lots of big windows in the bedrooms, it’s comfortable and spacious (8 bed room). Would definitely recommend it!

What can I say, it's the cheapest hostel in Berlin that's fairly close to the city center. The district itself is also a very lively and multicultural so it's just a fun place to stay. The shared bathrooms are kept clean and there is not one but two stoves in the shared kitchen so you won't have to wait your turn to cook breakfast. There's usually no space left in the fridge though. All in all a very good experience, definitely would stay there again.

I stayed there with my 14 year old son in a mostly clean but VERY basic room with a bunk bed (Hochbett) and a sink. Communal toilets and showers, sometimes clean, other times not so much. Pretty smelly bathrooms and shower area, due to very few windows - the smell sometimes spilling badly out into the hallways. Friendly enough, but really TOO EXPENSIVE for what it is! Maybe because it was a Friday night to Sunday morning middle of Berlin? 77,70 Euros per person per night, without breakfast. Plus 10 Euro/day for parking - beware the VERY narrow and long entranceway from the street to the parking lot (whose narrowness was not actually mentioned in my booking email, despite the woman at the desk saying it is always mentioned when you book the parking). Advantage is that we were able to check in at 2 am. I just think I should rather have looked at a Motel One or something, as the prices look comparable, or even cheaper! Good location: near UBahn Turmstraße.

Place in a quiet neighborhood, near to the u-bahn station, lots of fun amenities like a pool or table tennis table + equipment for free, all you can eat breakfast served in the morning 7-10, untill 11 on Sundays, the team was super nice, shout-out to the girl behind the reception desk in the morning and the guys at the bar yesterday ❤️ Rooms clean, bunk beds really sturdy, stiff metal construction, a sink inside of the room, big windows, bathrooms clean, but there weren't many people at the time we stayed so idk what happens when it's super busy. Overall there's nothing more I'd expect from a hostel, it actually exceeded my expectations 😁 really nice place to stay in Berlin if you're about travelling cheap!

I came from the US and stayed here for two months in a private room and really enjoyed it. The hostel is very modern with countless restrooms and showers on every floor. It's cleaned daily as well. The lobby is huge with tons of tables and connections to charge your stuff in case you don't have European connections like I didn't the first day lol There are two full modern kitchens to work with that are fully equipped. The entire hostel looks like a nightclub which fits right into the Berlin lifestyle. The location is also very convenient and only about 20 minutes from the center. However all you have to do is step outside in order to find tons of restaurants and grocery stores. The nearest ubahn is also less than ten minutes walk from the hostel. I definitely recommend this hostel for expats especially since the front desk staff all speak fluent English as well. If I'm ever in Berlin again, I will definitely go there again.

I faced an accessibility issue in this hostel. When I arrived I explained I have a knee injury and should not be climbing to the upper bunk bed. The person at the reception even told me that he will not help me because he doesn't see me in A WHEELCHAIR...! The next morning after climbing up and down my bunk bed my knee was so swollen and in terrible shape. The pain was unbearable. They put me on the 4th floor and the elevator was not working the next day, and I did not have access to my things. Again, I explained to the reception that I have a knee injury (torn ACL) and can not go up these stairs and they have not come up with any solutions. I waited in the reception for two hours after the manager had come and suggested I go up to the 400 guests and ask "politely" for a lower bunk bed. This hostel is a scam. Oh, and I forgot to mention the dirty bathrooms that were NEVER clean to the extent that I got nauseous during my whole stay.

Great value for money. Comfortable beds, good location. The shared bathrooms are quite smelly though and could use better ventilation.

If you stay more than one day, be prepared to change bed/room up to every day. Very disorganized staff will clean beds at random and call them "available". Would never recommend.

People were very friendly. The rooms were quite clean. The sinks only had hot water for some reason.

The location is ok. The people in the reception are unprofessional and they are rude sometimes. They ignore you and won’t help at all. The situation in the bathroom are awful, I would say there’s a biological hazard. Not recommended.

At 5.00 am someone started hammering the wall from outside of our room and around 6.00 they started using drills until now. They only offer a place to sleep but they even failed in this

Nice place to stay for a short period, it is close to the city center, it is clean, silent and the breakfast kitchen was affordable with myriad choices.

Great hostel, good atmosphere. Rooms are basic, but clean. The beds are good. Breakfast available, but also a kitchen to prepare your own food. Supermarket around the corner, foodmarket as well, subway is nearby.

Stayed for three nights in a four-person private room. We liked the good location and well-informed, friendly staff but the room itself has been a disappointment. We couldn't get rid of the bad smell in the room and wardrobes, which smelled like they haven't been used for a long time. The floors were unclean and the bunk beds could use some repainting. I had to switch my pillow in the reception because the one I had been given originally was dirty. The hostel is really affordable but the maintenance has been a really big disappointment.

I really enjoyed this place. Rooms are very comfortable. Staff at the reception very nice and helpful, always smiling. Breakfast is good. The only thing which disappointed me was the fact they never cleaned our room. But the whole experience was good.

I was looking for a room in desperation cause other place didn’t open the door despite having a reservation and found this place. The man in charge told me “we do have beds but it’s past midnight so I can’t help you in any way” and close the door at my face... not nice

Very nice hostel. One gets everything that one needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. One gets to know new people here. The locality of the hostel is also very good. Grocery stores, Drug stores, salons, a lot of small gastronomy shops, Bus stop, U-Bahn station everything is at a walking distance from there. This hostel made my trip to Berlin all the more fun. I highly recommend it. :)

Pretty good hostel, I had a good night sleep. The staff is helpful and kind, especially night staff. The hostel doesn't follow official guidelines regarding covid, instead if you are not vaccinated you have to provide a covid test every day. I would not recommend it unless you are vaccinated.

Stayed here for 2 months as I freshly moved to Berlin. What can I say? Amazing staff, always helpful, always available for any request. The place is "to the point", it's a hostel and it has everything a hostel should have and more! Amazing Wi-Fi, no problems whatsoever with utilities (hot water, heating, kitchen, etc...). Special thanks to Alex and all the staff for their amazing hospitality! Highly recommended if you're looking for a temporary stay! Hassan Awada

soooo much better than my first hostel in berlin. staff is friendly, breakfast is great (check their website and you can get breakfast included). rooms are large and clean. if you stay during the week there will be kids staying, they will be rowdy during the day but they are nice and not a problem at night.

bery good place and as alone, we struggle to make friends. people are so lovely that you can have so much fun and play table tennis, pool and fußball in side play rooms and enjoy your time. staff is really great and alexandar is the best man(owner). kitchen amd washrooms are always clean and they come to clean your room and provide you with very neat blanket and stuff. my stay was totally good and i made best friends here all over from different cultures. ❤️❤️❤️

The check in is too late at 3PM and check out should be at 11 am. The room is too expensive relatively to the price even the room not that clean

Stayed for five nights in a four-person female dorm and my stay was a dream! The rooms and lobby are well decorated and comfortable, and the showers are clean, though they could benefit from a bit of modernizing. Reception staff was very friendly and their bar is open 24 hours. Kitchen was clean and well-stocked for cooking, and their outdoor garden is a good area to socialize. I met a lot of people and had a good time, my only complaint would be that towards the end of my stay a large school group of teenagers checked-in which kinda killed the vibe.

Clean, loved that they gave me fresh linen at check in (my biggest pet peeve is thinking sheets haven’t been changed / washed), cool Ambience in the lobby, tons of sitting area where you can eat/ work on ur laptop, only allowed to pay with card for room/bed (which is fine), lovely people at front desk.

Stayed for one night in 4 bed female dorm, for one night os ok. The toilets and showers are so so. At 23:30 lots of people in lobby and terrace, the atmosphere is nice, however we couldnt sleep with an open window because of the noise and it was hot

It’s a really nice Hostel, kind people and if you want to visit Berlin is a good choice, has a kitchen and the facilities are comfortable.

Everything is new and clean. Big coworking place. But very small kitchen with limited cuttlery.

  • 3/5 Ami H. 1 year ago on Google
You got what you pay for. I stayed for two nights and was pleasured they had an option for a female dorm. The room was clean, but the public showers were a bit dirty. The staff was really helpful. If you look just for a cheap place to rest it’s great option for that.

Super clean, big, nice share place, well locate, not expensive (extra are a bit expensive) beautiful place to stay 200% recommend in my opinion way bettre than a hostel if it don't bother sharing your room

  • 2/5 Sonia B. 1 year ago on Google
the only thing i liked about this hostel is the location. There are a variety of cafes and restaurants around there and good transportation. However, the room was dirty, you have to pay 2€ for one small towel (they don’t offer you one for free) and it’s really noisy at nights.

Great reception. Ideal for big groups ; students , etc. The staff is also incredible. Thumbs up

people from other floors were communicating window to window. What I mean is that after 11pm and I was having trouble to fall asleep because of them screaming up here. People that were staying here had absolutely no respect to other people that were also staying in this hostel. The piano was playing at midnight pretty loudly, so for me, who needs it to be completely quiet, I couldn’t sleep. I’ve woken up several times at midnight. For the whole week I haven’t got more sleep than 5 hours. The hostel is a bit of a scam because in the bathroom there is a poster that says “the bathroom is being cleaned twice a day” that is absolutely not true! The bathrooms were a bit dirty and the smell was horrible! It smelled like URINE which made me really nauseous. Showers were really dirty and I was gagging when trying to get in the shower because it was SO DIRTY and moldy.

A Good Hostel. Bathrooms Are Usually Clean Although I Don't Agree With The Poster In The Bathrooms that says: "the bathroom is cleaned twice a day". I like that there is a pool table that you can just ask to play with for FREE. The parking is a problem though because the tree in the parking lot is just standing in the middle of the exit making it more difficult to leave by car and also the tunnel is very small making it really difficult to leave the place and for such a small parking lot I don't think it's really worth it for 10 Euros per day also the main problem of the hotel of how loud it is and I saw posters near the exit saying to "respect" our neighbours past 10 PM And when it's like 11 PM It's Still loud and It Probably Continues In Midnight And It's A Bit Annoying Of How We Have To Make the bed ourselves The Rooms Are Basic. A few closets , a few bunk beds , and a sink And In the room why is there soap near our sink? I please ask that you put soap in people's rooms.
