    Wunderschönes Haus mit mehreren Apartments und herrlichem Garten am See. Unser Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, schön eingerichtet und sauber. Empfehlenswert!

    Pros: Clean and tidy apartments Well equipped kitchen area Direct access to the lake and amazing garden Enough parking places Easy to find and all the essentials stores are in walking distance Easy checkin and checkout Washing machine and dryer are available for common use Cons: Located on a very busy street and is very noisy because of the tram passing every 5 minutes, even during the nights it was loud - bathroom‘s door handle just came in hand everytime we touched and similar was the case with wash basin. The apartments could really use maintenance

    Sehr preiswert. Alle Ansprüche erfüllt. Sind in der Havel appartment untergebracht und haben ein Fitnessraum direkt vor der Türe sowie eine Sauna. Besser geht es nicht. Sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung im modernen Stil. Einziges minus schwache wlan Verbindung, liegt laut Eigentümer an der Telekom

    Ein tolles kleines Hotel mir Appartements die eigentlich alles haben was man braucht. TV, Dusche, Kühlschrank, Herd, Ventilator alles vorhanden. Aber das Beste ist der Garten direkt am Wasser. Hier ist auch eine kleine Anlegestelle für Boote und gemütlich Bänke um die Sonne zu genießen.

    Perfekte Lage im Vorort Schmöckwitz. Tolle, saubere, große Appartements die mit allem ausgestattet sind, was man braucht. Das Grundstück ist liebevoll angelegt und verfügt über einen eigenen Wasserzugang.

    Clean and tidy place worth of visit. The owner is very helpful, public transport is available, connections are very good eventhough the object is located 20km from Berlin centre. Been here with my wife for the 1st time, and we are looking forward to come back. Highly recommended!

👍 The appartment is in a good location, and it was very clean. But I was very surprised when the outside window shutters started moving at 2 am. And they made so much noise... There was also no air-condition, which makes your life difficult when the temprature is higher than 25 degrees in Berlin.
