today
because
I’m
a
usual
customer
there
(1-2
times
a
week).
But
if
I
wanted
to
rate
it
according
to
my
experience
today
I
would’ve
given
it
a
zero
or
even
lower.
The
waitress
(
I
will
keep
the
name
to
myself)
came
and
as
I
was
ordering
a
bottle
of
wine,
I
asked
if
they
have
other
kinds.
Her
answer
was
literally
„
only
what
it
says
on
the
menu!“
but
in
German
of
course
and
in
a
very
cold
manner
and
without
looking
at
me,
so
I
asked
her
again
and
told
her
that
is
no
way
to
answer
a
customer’s
question,
and
that
I’m
expecting
a
yes
or
no
answer.
After
that
we
ordered
steaks
and
my
brother
asked
her
about
which
steak
is
medium
and
which
is
medium
well
(just
incase
he
missed
it,
and
it
was
a
very
honest
question
since
3
steak
orders
were
the
same
cut),
and
her
answer
was
„each
will
get
what
they
ordered!“
so
I
asked
her
to
not
serve
us
and
send
someone
else.
Unfortunately
he
was
as
bad
(to
make
a
long
story
short).
I
ended
up
going
to
the
manager
and
explaining
everything
to
him,
he
was
very
professional,
respectful
and
nice
and
he
ended
up
serving
us
himself.
I
don’t
know
why
the
waitress
and
waiter
acted
the
way
they
did,
because
we
are
foreigners?
And
some
of
us
didn’t
speak
the
language
well?
(Although
we
had
a
German
friend
there
as
well)
It
certainly
seemed
that
way.
Either
way
it
was
a
bad
experience
overall.
But
the
professional
management
succeeded
in
keeping
me
as
a
customer,
as
I
actually
love
their
food
as
well,
but
definitely
not
in
this
branch.
If
this
happens
again
I
will
consider
taking
other
measures.
