It's ok for a visit. I think the price-performance ratio is too high. In my opinion the entrance fee is outrageously high. Effectively you are in there for maybe 2 hours. The children were given a treasure map at the entrance, the stations should be stamped and then there is a surprise. The children just wanted to finish the treasure map and were no longer able to concentrate on the essentials. A nice idea in itself, but it creates stress and anxiety.

The Dragon Lego ride was a little bit scary? I thought they were gonna show funny and beautiful Lego building and characters. Instead, it was a medieval theme, where people got tortured, and with flying bats and a lot of skeletons. "Decapitated" heads with glowing eyes that were spitting at you... What... The place was a little bit small, but they still managed to cram in a lot of stuff. A carousel, a play area, cinema and a Lego factory. And of course, different Lego build stations. The staff were friendly. There were free restrooms. My kids 4 & 6 loved it there. 3 hours just flew by and they were a little disappointed when we told them it was time to go. It was a little bit too expensive tho. 19 Euro for kids and adults...

Not particularly appetizing when the fresh food is right next to or almost in the trash can. Unfortunately you couldn't sit there to eat because your parents were bored and sat around with their cell phones blocking everything.

I found this Legoland in Berlin rather disappointing. Apart from the fact that it was quite expensive, the attractions barely worked, many were closed and you just got many inadequate attractions. I'm giving it 3 stars because my little daughter didn't notice it and still enjoyed the short one and a half hour stay here.

Indoor play area for children. There are always a lot of people on weekends. It is better to buy tickets in advance online.

Nice place for visiting with family and kids. There are plenty of activities inside the Legoland. Sometimes it can be crowdy as it is an indoor place. The ticket is a bit expensive. Inside Legoland there is a small cafe and two restrooms. There is a locker room as well. You can use the lift if you are a disable person.

That was a huge failure Spent a mommy-daughter day in Berlin today. (My daughter will be 8 soon) Booked a slot online, waited in line for 15 minutes. Well So What Once inside, there was a small mini Berlin exhibition. Really great to look at. Then suddenly you're standing in line again without knowing why. Once we understood why we were queuing, it was okay. Off to the dragon castle. After 20 minutes of queuing, it was finally our turn. Get on the ride. The young lady mumbled something to us, I had no idea what she was saying, it couldn't be heard acoustically. Then I wanted to take a souvenir picture with my daughter and the train while we were riding. Then there was an unfriendly announcement from a young man who said what his colleague was saying. No pictures, apparently that was MUUSHING what she said?!? Well, for this price of admission I don't think a ban on taking pictures is acceptable. Afterwards you came to a very crowded, huge room with attractions, Lego building stations and feeding stations. Building Lego was out of the question, it was just too full!!! It was loud, restless and a constant crowd. Well, going through this strange carousel and the Lego factory was okay, but it didn't blow us away. Afterwards my daughter went to Tobeland and after about 80 minutes we were at the exit. We took a small souvenir (LegoDaisy as a pendant) with us and off we went to the shopping mall... Sorry but we expected more for this price!!!

My husband and I took our two year old this morning right at 10am. We went straight in with our pre-purchased tickets and were told to keep our masks on throughout the visit. The displays were very nice on the first floor, the dragon ride was cute (our two year old did not enjoy it due to the dark but for older children I’m sure it would be cool). The bottom floor had activities set up, but I don’t understand how they’re keeping things clean enough for COVID. One family at a time for each building table is great, but germs can get on the blocks that are in the tables and used by the next family. I didn’t see any cleaning between families vacating the tables. Good structure in place to limit contact of patrons though. Disappointed that the store didn’t have “Berlin” branded Legoland merchandise for keepsakes. I would definitely take older children (ages 3-9) versus under 3.

I would have rated this a 4 except the price was outrageous. And there was no discount for coming at the close of entrance time (therefore use of the facilities for less time). Clean enough. But seriously that price is totally playing off my kids desire to go in.

Great place for Lego enthusiasts! The entrance fee of 21 euros is already steep - if you book online! There is a lot to see, a lot to discover and in the end you have to use the shop as an exit. You know it 😀. But now back. As a laying enthusiast, it was a great trip to the kingdom of stones! I already knew Billund, now the Discovery Center in Berlin. You could build in many corners. The little roller coaster was very close to the boat ride in Billund through the pirate world! Well done, down in the old Sony Center.

Both rides didn't work, the factory was closed due to illness - this saved a whole three euros on admission (in retrospect I thought it wasn't enough). Children aged 3 and over have to pay the full price and that's quite expensive! In general there was a lot of chaos there and nothing really caught your attention. A plus is the friendly staff, the delicious food and the lovingly designed shop.

Yes, the exhibition at the top is really cool, as are the many craft stations for children, although of course they are very torn apart when it comes to the parts. The Ninjago indoor climbing course is cool. The Drachenburg roller coaster is cool too! In general, however, I have to agree with the other reviewers, the air and space is pretty basement-like, and I didn't last longer than 1.5 hours. But there wasn't that much going on, so that worked. Overall price/performance OK. I think you can ride rides at a flat rate, in contrast to similar facilities. Probably won't go there again.

-2 points for the price, +1 point plus for the cashier that helped to get the discount. Really expensive for parent and kid, take to count you will have to pay 24€ for the child above age 3. We end up overspend there because kids want to stay for 3-4 hours, snacks and drinks are necessary. Despite the price, the time we spent was great. The facility is not huge, that makes a great atmosphere.

It is a paradise for any children (and parents too). The activities and different sections are perfect and well organized! But the place is a way too small and dark that makes the air totally unbreathable !

The staff were angry with us because we didnt know German. Arrived on time at the lego workshop but because they started 1 minute early were upset that we wanted to join and told us we should have come earlier( also not 1 word of english during entire presentation even though they knew we didnt speak German). Not tourist friendly at all

Fun for younger kids (under 10) if you happen to be in Berlin but wow very, very pricey for what it is! Luckily we got a 2 for 1 entry. Staff are friendly and helpful. One thing which surprised me a lot was there’s no free water. I asked the staff in the café if they could refill my daughter’s water bottle - the answer was no - with hot water? Yes, but cold water?? No, they wanted me to buy a bottle of water for €2:75!!! Outrageous!

Two adults, one child Ninety-eight euros for a sealife visit... wow, that's really neat. Nevertheless, there is a lot on offer. Upstairs you can look, discover and build yourself and downstairs there is a small carousel and a ninjago castle with all kinds of play options. Gastro is of course also available and the toilets were clean. By purchasing online we had absolutely no waiting time.

Quite ok. The cinema and the Lego workshop are nice. Otherwise the entrance fee is a bit high. Also for adults. Most stations are construction stations. For our children aged 8 and 10 it was no longer anything.

It was a nice experience, the miniland could have been a bit bigger and more interactive. The ride on the dungeon train is fun, it is a shame that you cannot take pictures. We had a nice morning with my 4 year old son.

Not worth the cost. Second floor exhibition is nice. Kids playground in lower level is really basic. Cafeteria prices are high, so if you do decide to come, bring drinks and something to eat (Reduced to 1 since the owner answered me in a comment that you can't bring outside food)

(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, probably also due to Corona measures, the experience was not really good. There were very few stones in the construction area, the 4D cinema had hardly any effects, just some foam at the end. If we hadn't done the cinema, we would be through easily in 20 minutes. 70 € was definitely too much here. Too bad. Schade.

It is waste of time and money. Place is small and there is no much to see.. Actually, two parts were closed without notice, ninjago and dragon park, and as much as I could see they are too small too. So, the whole visit looks like a intro for their shop. Even my daughter thought that it was not satisfying, it's not just adults opinion.

A great place for children 7 and under. Any older and then I think it would not be as exciting. Lots of activities for children to enjoy and a couple of rides. Unsure about Ninjago for smaller children, but my child loved the climbing. Great Lego accessories (see photos) and statues. Rather expensive for essentially a play area, however my child spent 3 hours there and had a great time. Perhaps adult tickets could be less expensive than children's tickets and / or the adult ticket entitles you to money off in the shop at the end?

When we arrived at 3:00 p.m. it was packed with people and it was overwhelming. From 5:30 p.m. the number of people began to decrease and we were able to enjoy. The children had a great time, which is the important thing.

Fan evening for adults at Legoland I always wanted to visit Legoland, but unfortunately I can't do it without a child. I was even more pleased about the fan evening for adults. It always takes place in the middle of the month (book your ticket online in advance) and lasts around 3-3.5 hours, depending on the time of year. Was the evening what I expected? No - it was better ;) I was expecting to see Miniland and Legoland itself. What I didn't expect was the great support - all the employees on site were super welcoming and helped or gave tips. Wonderful! You also notice that everyone is having fun - that makes the whole thing a wonderful experience. What was also great was that despite the small number of participants (around 20 people, which is probably rather unusual) everything was opened. Not for the entire duration, which wasn't necessary, but you had a "timetable" of when you could take part and also a map of the location. There was, among other things, a workshop, 2 films (with special effects - nice thing), play stations, the rides and much more. Your physical well-being was also taken care of ;) Thanks to the team for a great evening. Even in the shop at the end of the evening I had a conversation with a colleague and was amazed at all the new sets that were available. It's always nice to talk to someone who also builds Lego themselves :) Before that evening I also had the feeling that Lego was still more for men. But yesterday the largest proportion of participants were women, which surprised me positively.

A lot of fun for 3~7 yr olds. Great builds, big buildings on show. Best part of the experience was the race course (build your own car), wire ride (build a glider for a rope) and just basic building in prebuilt islands, etc. -4D cinema was a let down for me/the adult as the seats didn’t move, but it didn’t affect my six yr olds opinion. -The rides were okay, but both pretty short. -Factory tour was weirdly short. -The ninja go tracks were awesome, but theres no supervision, so you had always someone make a mess of your tries… Kids cutting lines, etc. The biggest problem of the place is the lack of air condition. But all in all its great fun for a Lego-enthusiastic, but for an activity park its mediocre.

A very good adventure for my kid and he enjoyed the time. But as a parent I've got some feedbacks: 1.After Drachenbahn there was no proper guide to get the pictures from where. We found the picture machine too late and we could not find our pictures there. 2. Prebuilt models are very dirty and full of dust. 3. After lunch it got too crowded. 4. The prices in the gift shop are super expensive. At least 20% more expensive than Amazon for example. 5. Near parking space is expensive (3.9 € per hour)

(Translated by Google) I went there for the first time today with my son. It was a Thursday at 1 p.m. First of all for the positive: The staff are friendly and there was space to park the stroller. You could keep enough distance (COVID-19) and there was enough disinfection. You can buy something to eat and drink if needed. So now to the points that made me give a bad rating: I bought the ticket online as requested. Unfortunately, the order number was missing in the email. There was only a red exclamation mark to be seen Fortunately, I took screenshots of the purchase in the web browser. So I could still pick up my ticket. The amount and choice and amount of stones is extremely little on the tables. You can't really build anything great there. Also, the stones in the respective theme world do not seem to be really theme-specific. In the jungle corner there were no dinosaur figures or plants or actually anything reminiscent of jungles or dinosaurs in building block boxes. Whenever we were looking for stones in a corner, our place was looted in the meantime, so that our construction plan FLOPPED. A backpack in one place probably didn't have enough signal effect. A small box in which you can collect things would be great. The Duplo corner offered more stones, but there was a lack of variety. There were 10 different stones 50 times. My son quickly lost interest. Half the cow making noises was his highlight. The circuit was good. The only stupid thing was that you had to constantly chase after your built car. As soon as you wanted to pick up the car at the end of the route, 50% of it was no longer there because another child had already taken it away. The 4D cinema is a good idea, unfortunately the implementation is not that great. Due to the small lenses of the glasses, the field of vision is very small and stupidly mine was also dirty. Unfortunately, only the people in the middle had something of the soap bubbles. My son fell asleep after 4 minutes of chase. He was happy when it was all over and he could get out again. Then he was fed up and wanted to go home. And last but not least: Please clean your showcase at the shop entrance. The cars are all covered with dust and there are still fluff of dust in between. That doesn't invite you to shop. I don't see that we'll go there again in the future. For information, my son is a little over two years old and since he wanted to leave earlier I couldn't visit the things upstairs. I was really looking forward to a wow factor. Unfortunately, there was only disappointment and ultimately disappointment.

We went there with our 3 year old son and his friend and had a great time there! It‘s a great place for kids to burn their energy 😁 3 hours will pass by very quickly! Overall, a clean place, helpful staffs and TONS of legos for kids to work with their imaginations freely, pricy tickets but well spent. Unfortunately, the ticket price is too high otherwise we‘d be coming here every week.

This is not an actual Legoland. It’s very small but still could be fun for children and adults also. The place starts from surface and expands to underground section. They have a playground area, a shop, a build your character section which you can build and buy and other areas inside. It worth a visit if you’re around and like legos.

Not worth the money. Lego is leveraging its name. Poor and small exhibition, overcrowded with no sanitization of Lego bricks, large carousels again not working, dirty toilets .... the list goes on. Save the money. There are many many more places for kids available in Berlin to spend your money on. Many other and better indoor playgrounds available. Actually, if I would be CEO of Lego, this whole center would be under marketing expenses booked and may be charged at cost to consumers. Total rip off. Cannot recommend at all.

That's not Legoland. It's a Lego discovery centre which is located underground Sony centre. I found it misleading that they name it as as those big amusement parks. 19 Eur for whole day is a fair price for indoor playground. There is a 4D cinema but movies are only in German. At the place you can find food corner where they serve all kind of fast foods. The place is nothing special but just OK to spend some time with little ones.

Complete waste of money. The Berlin lego world is a little interesting, but that's it. The entrance is strange. You but tickets online but have to stand in a queue with those that haven't got tickets, even though you have to specify a time online what's the point??!! The cafe doesn't open until 11:30! We got here at 10:15... do they not want to make money? Oh that's right, they make it from the horrific ticket prices. My son is 9, seems happy. If you're asking me, stay home, play your kids instead, because it's essentially that Don't bother

The little trip with the kite run at the end was a highlight for everyone! Online tickets for discounts and combinations with Sealife Berlin. A tip for all families when the weather is bad in Berlin!

You get discount when purchasing online. The place is interesting and super great if you love Lego. You can sit there and play as long as you want. Note there are activities at specific time. So you'd better go early if u want to attend all of them

If you are planning a trip with children, you must visit. You can assemble Legos, ride a locomotive through a dungeon with Lego figures. There are cells where you can leave things. Cool place

We had a great time - our son even received a Lego minifigure from Nicolas at the entrance, which he repeatedly "incorporated" into the models over the course of the visit! Definitely worth a visit!

Great place for children. You wouldn't believe what's in there when you see the entrance to the building. It is best to book tickets in advance as there may be longer waiting times. It goes through many Lego themes. There is also a small roller coaster track and a carousel. Definitely worth a visit. Top

We were disappointed. It was just full. The air was correspondingly stuffy. All building and play stations were full to capacity. Cafe.. Full. Why do you have to book time slots when you can hardly get through? "Sorry, we're fully booked." It would have been disappointing, but it would have been more honest. We were really happy that entry was included with the Merlin cards. So after 20 minutes we were able to just leave without any anger in our stomachs. No thanks, not again... If you still want to go, you should urgently book tickets online.

Tip in advance: buy tickets at the Sbahn (ticket machine and customer center) (€17.85 per person) Per: children have fun (main target group 4-8) Gastronomy is okay in terms of price lego looping track 4D cinema carrousel Cons: Children aged 2 and over have to pay (it was recently changed, a few weeks ago my under 3 year old wouldn't have paid anything, ...) pretty run down unkempt, dirty, poor ventilation (I got a headache after 2 hours and felt unwell) Price performance not balanced Not lovingly designed, a cellar was expanded with little effort In my opinion it's just a money machine (€9 for downloading a photo taken in the kite run....seriously?) Given the price, I expect better maintenance overall! and a more loving concept. There is so much potential wasted, because you could do something really great with it if you invested a little more. Children probably think it's great, but as an adult you really don't feel comfortable there. Pity.

Somehow the air quality there was just horrible. I mean it's in the basement but they could have done a better job ventilating this place. I was feeling unwell while being there. The highlight was the dragon ride. The coffee shop could offer more healthy snacks. Almost everything was sugary and unhealthy.

Way too crowded. Grandparents were there with the children and were not at all impressed with how crowded it was today. What happens if panic breaks out or something else? Unacceptable given the entry prices! You can probably save yourself the trouble of booking a time slot.

Compared to other game parks it is very expensive. The games were very simple and our children aged 5 and 7 got bored after 20 minutes. We were there on a Sunday and left again after about an hour. I was really annoyed.

We visited on a non-holiday weekday. There is a lot to see and discover. The ride on the dragon train and the carousel was very nice and is in Entrance fee included. The 4D cinema was also a highlight. You can also build and play with Lego at many stations. Definitely worth a visit. The only point of criticism is the price.

  • 1/5 Christiane 4 days ago on Google • 5 reviews New
Impossible. 3-year-old children pay the full price (€25 on site!) but can only use half of the attractions as the others are aged 4 or 6 and over. And this is not pointed out at the entrance/when purchasing tickets. That simply does not work.

  • 1/5 Tanja 2 days ago on Google • 5 reviews New
The main thing is to let more and more people in until the whole thing is completely overcrowded. Stuffy air and crowds, long queues at the “attractions” – really not worth the money! Too bad. Playing with the stones at home is quieter - never again!

Rather not! Next time we would rather invest this money directly in the Lego store, because the children get more out of it. Visit on a holiday Monday at 3:00 p.m. - completely overcrowded, dingy, bad air, no staff. Gaming tables occupied by adults taking a break, no way through. Waiting time for the dragon track 40 minutes. A pity…

I have been to Legoland two times already in the past. I am surprised and very mad. On Monday, I went to the Lego store and they told me to go around because at legonland is not the entrance. Really nice. So, I went to Imax and the elevator no one answer and i have a big stroller (querido) with two small kids. I returned and let me go through legoland. That day my daughter was not sure what she wanted but we saw everything. One man apologized and told me that the imax elevator didn't let them use it. And is only for charge and discharge. So today, I was certain what my daughter wanted. We returned, and instead of going to the imax I went to the legoland because I already know that I can't use the elevator. I ask for help from to the man telling him that I already know what we want. And if it is easier they can bring it and I will pay. He is really nice. Well, a woman appears and starts to scream that this is the last time she does this ( so I am thinking this is for real). And she can not do my things ( oh my GOD, I gave options so they can choose the better. I thought that usually the sales persons or the companies do this not the client). That I most know what I want. (Ohhhhh....) Because she has a lot of work sanitizing everything. ( So, is my fault that you don't have the possibility to offer your clients the elevator to access your store?????? or that you don't have enough people to clean the place and that your personal staff is too stressful to help a mother for 5 min???????I was standing there without a word. So that's the way she received me. IN FRONT OF MY TWO DAUGHTERS. Usually If someone treats me badly I leave and don't buy. So, I swallow my pride because I promised my daughter and I were there. I said in a normal voice: don't scream at me. I went to the elevator and the woman was waiting for me downstairs. She said in a normal voice well if you know what you want. So, if I change my mind or if I only want to see the store that's incorrect or if I don't know what I want that could justify the way she treated me????. And finally, we arrived at the store. Yei!! we take the moana lego. We are on the line to pay and for bad luck to me the machine for cards doesn't work. So, I cannot buy it because i don't carry cash. I ask even if I know the answer. Can we pay with card?. the answer was no. So, now. Can I go again or not???? it's a joke, right. How can I ask that question? Do I need to justify when I come back. Because the woman said this is the last time. It's too much!!!! I am so tired. I make an effort to go to the store and this legoland staff (woman) make it even more difficult. What a bad experience!!!!!

My son and I were visiting the facility, I bought our tickets online and upon our arrival there, the staff discovered that we showed up on the wrong date. I checked the online ticket when I realised that have made a mistake on the date, I selected 31 August 2020 instead of 31 July 2020. My son was so disappointed after we have driven about 700 kilometers.... The staff at the entrance who was very professional with good client orientation decided to help us by making the necessary changes on our tickets. He managed it and his action put a smile on my son's face by giving us the 1 August 2020 date. I later realised that he was the Operations Manager, Mr. Bora Bilgic and his team are wonderful and their professionalism had put a smile on my 3years old son face... Keep the great work Legoland Discovery Center Berlin staff.......

Uns hats Spass gemacht.

(Translated by Google) Not so great. Especially not in Corona times. From the front: 65 euros for 4 people is already an announcement for such a small facility. Well, a beautiful miniature world of Berlin is built up, it looks really phenomenal! Then it goes on, a dance hands-on game (Lego Friends dance mat) that doesn't work. A few tables with built and glued Lego landscapes with really few bricks to build yourself (see photo). Not a single Lego figure there !!!!!!! Nice idea: car construction table and ramps to measure yourself against the competition. A carousel, a workshop and a 4D cinema with Lego short films. Overall really not to be recommended in Corona times. Rooms too small, corridors too narrow, ceiling too low, only notice boards like "Only one family per table" or "wear a face mask" - none of the employees (student jobbers) supervise or sanction this. A lot of children without mouths or noses -Covering on the way. Parents let their children run like they want, of course, it would be exhausting to always point out the safety distance. So all in all not recommendable, not good even without Corona. Then rather in the real Legoland. (Original) Nicht so toll. Dann lieber ins echte Legoland.

(Translated by Google) Thank you for your answer, yes it's true, I had to inform myself beforehand that is definitely my mistake and I think it's great that you adhere to the hygiene measures and are open despite everything, as this was our first visit. I also think that the stones are disinfected daily, but I am amazed at the picture in the review with the pictures of the completely covered stones and other things, how do they come about? Despite everything, it was unfortunately disappointing, but I will give you and my son the opportunity to give it another chance and visit your center again when the ninjago framework is open again and the stupid corona is gone. Unfortunately, I still think it's a shame that everything that is operated with the lego brand is so expensive just because you pay for the name. I now see the visit with slightly different eyes and agree with you on some things and thank you for the implementation of the hygiene measures, the staff were also very friendly. So this time you will get a few more stars, which will hopefully be even more the next time you visit, lg Unfortunately, I also had the bad experience with my husband and my 3 year old son at the legoland discovery center. My 3 year old son is an absolute Lego Ninjago and a super mario fan and of course he was looking forward to the climbing frame the most. For the extremely high admission price which the three of us paid, we were hardly offered anything. Few stones that were available, dirty toilets, blocked play areas and, above all, the worst of all the closed climbing frame of ninjago, my son was heartbroken and mega disappointed, as did me and my husband, a mother's heart breaks when her own child is so sad . Therefore, unfortunately, only one star and this is for the friendly, hard-working staff, but I don't think we'll come again because I don't have the money in my pocket that easily to pay over 50 euros for such a disappointment and then another mega sad one Lego fan to calm down ?

For kids up to 8-9 years. Older will be bored. Nice buildings made of blocks, cinema 4D but if u saw Bilund or Legoland in Germany choose some other place in Berlin to visit considering price vs quality u get. And dear Legoland Discovery - Covid19 was the last thing I was worried about when it comes to viruses and bacteria. There is a lot of dirt and some facilities are in poor condition. Hard to believe that it is accepted by Lego quality units.

The cell phone started to glow because I accidentally touched the display in the dark, but you were yelled at directly via the loudspeaker, you shouldn't take any pictures. Totally paranoid. My wife spoke to an employee called Martina, where the glasses for the 4D cinema would be available. The answer "in the cinema, as the loudspeaker already announced to you". Exactly the same employee pamped me in the shop. I had my arms and hands full of Lego items that I wanted to buy, while the mask slipped because I unfortunately didn't have a third arm, the mask had to sit crooked for 2 seconds before I could put the items down. How can you hire such an unfriendly person in a children's play area !? Toilets dirty or without function. Urinals not even designed for children in a Kinderlegoland. I don’t recommend going during Coronavirus times. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 20+ minutes to enter. I’d read online about the measures in place and between that and the spaced entries, I thought it would be okay. It was not. Some hand sanitizers were empty. People were disregarding signs and distancing rules. It felt like a really unsafe hot mess, so we left after 30 minutes. Even at the best of times, from what I saw, it doesn’t really seem worth it. I likely wouldn’t go back.

The description on the website has nothing to do with the manageable space in the basement. We were there in Corona times in August 2020. Mein Tipp: Gehen sie mit Ihren Kindern in den Zoo, nicht ins Lego Discovery Center Berlin.

In our opinion, isn’t worth its money. Center is tiny and there’s not that much to do.

Fun for big and small family members! Everyone friendly and so lovely to the kids! Different activities and rides - expectations exceeded!

Staff was friendly and the kids had fun, yet the prices are definitely too high. I would go there again, of it rains and the kids are Lego enthusiasts, otherwise I'd rather go to the zoo or the like.

They are a disaster they are disrespectful they are no tourist friendly they put f…. Rules they do not respect they advertise a time table don’t respect and you waste your f… time going from one country to another to resort their f… 10:00 opening of the shop according to their f… rules = ALL CLOSED! You wasted time and money! And Lego store in town Berlin is not connected to them! Go to hell Legoland Discovery you really have the worst customer service ever!

Fun times with the family. It is a Legoland Discover Center so not a Legoland Amusement park. There is a ride (not rollercoaster) and lots of areas to build and create. There is a small restaurant with some food, drinks, and dessert. Good way to spend some time out of the cold.

COVID TEST FOR KIDS FROM 6 YEARS. It is not represented in clear and understandable way in web page. Such thing should be written in landing page. All other things was very good, employees are helping and trying to enjoy the place.

Nice lego exhibits, but terrible acoustics! the noise is relentless, and they insist on playing muzak on repeat on top of the ambience of children shouting in a what is basically a confined basement. Also, way too expensive for what it is.

  • 3/5 Anthony S. 1 year ago on Google
Disappointing. It was expensive and very short. The building stations did not have enough of a variety of pieces. The ride might was a bit scary for little kids. Only reason for 3 stars is that my daughter got an engraved Lego piece 1. Of course that I had to pay for it.

Its not as big as we expected, its all in underground. There small drive with dragon train, slapping carousel. Recommended to buy a ticket online in advance. We go from 10 a.m., and we must exit at 13.15 so visit is limited. At 12a.m., there was a lot of people and you must wamt for every attraction. You can build small lego with instructor, but if you want to take it home, you must pay €4

Great place to have a day with your kids. It's better to enter in the early morning as you may not have enough time to take advantage of all attractions inside. The 4D cinema is very interesting for both children and parents. There are a many places to sit and play with Legos. You can take as many photos as you want with the VIP card and download them later. The food corner has good food. As it is going to close after 4pm it's better to ask and use those attractions which will stop working earlier (like the Tunnel). There are discounts if you have Berlin touristic cards. If you want to get back the VAT the value should be more than 25 euros and you should tell the cashier before paying to fill the form.

We loved it. Would have stayed longer if we didn't have the last spot of the day before closing. Many options for kids to participate, build and experience while playing. We particularly enjoyed the ride on the dragon.

Needless to say, a fun place for kids. Adults can test their creativity too with their kids.

Nice, small amusement park within the heart of Berlin. Too bad some of the rides were broken, but still all in all a nice place to be with kids. Staff is really friendly and helpful, even if they have to make do with all the mechanical issues.

It's okay if you have small kids. The atmosphere is nice. We have been in the lego factory. Its was nice, the guy explained nicely to the kids how it's made.

My two older children loved it (4,6). Their dad had a blast as well. Lots of stations to build, create, and explore. The stamp hunt is really fun. My one year old had fun with the duplox area and the ninja climbing. Lots of options to choose from in the gift shop as well. I liked the mini museum. It did get a bit crowded around lunch time.

Despite the small size, it is full of interesting activities for kids. Worth visiting once per quarter as activities may improve. It has a restaurant inside with good service.

  • 4/5 Kyle P. 1 year ago on Google
Definitely a really good experience to go on fun rides and just explore Lego and have a lot of fun even have a school driving test that puts you through the driving thing and even have a police car. Of course the cars are made out of Lego.😂

Fun place for kids. It is completely indoor, so its great for engaging the kids in winter. The exhibits and rides are fun.

Really really bad. The park seems poorly maintained. Many attractions were closed. The 4d movie seemed straight out of the early 2000s, the 3d glasses were really banged up and kinda oscured our vision so it wasn't easy to see through the right eye. We also bought photo tickets which are basically tickets that allow you to most them more since you have to pay extra on top of the photo ticket to be able to print it. To top it off they allow way too many people in, so you can barely walk around, and it's hard to get to some of the attractions. Sum corona to the mix btw, we might be sick by next week. The whole park feels like a shameless cash grab. They don't mind diluting their brand because they know they toys are good and there's not a real alternative I guess. Me and my wife avoided mentioning the problems to my daughter because we didn't want to ruin her fun. But even she ended up complaining after many things just didn't go as expected. Having said that, the personnel was super nice and we felt their service was awesome. Lego really needs to step it up, but at least they hire good people I guess.

Worn out place, stiff air. If you have been to Legoland Billund and Lego House you will be disappointed. Poor choice of food in cafe.

  • 3/5 Mariane 1 year ago on Google
The space is quite small and can get very crowded. I believe it is better suited for kids from 4 to 6 years old. My child is 2 and can only go to the dragon ride and 4D cinema, he enjoys both attractions very much. However, I find the theme of the dragon ride of poor taste, it resembles a dragon dungeon where people get tortured. The ticket price is quite expensive if you are only visiting once, so I recommend buying the annual pass in case you are a local. If you visit the park three times or more during one year, it is already worth it.

Every time again a fantastic place! Great staff, fun atmosphere and of course plenty to do, explore and play! Even for our older kids always a pleasure.

There is a very nice to go with children. With lot of lego pieces to play. There is a Berlin model very impressive

As a parent you will probably dislike: - the entrance fee (tip: buy your tickets online with discount) - how crowded it is (come in early or late) - how small the space is - no day light and bad lightning for pictures - unhealthy food options (but our kids were fine with the pretzels and donuts) - waiting time for attractions (it always feels loooong, but it was actually maximum 10 minutes) - weird routing (tip: while your family enjoys the first exhibition of Lego buildings, you take the elevator down and up to bring your coats to the cloak room or a locker) - the small choice of Lego bricks to build something But... our kids loved it! We were there during autumn holiday, so it was super crowded, but we were still able to do everything. Our 4 and 5 year old really enjoyed themselves. After more then 3 hours we told them we were leaving but they wanted to stay longer ;-) Compared to the Lego Discovery in Scheveningen the one in Berlin was less nice. The one in Scheveningen has everything on the same floor, it has more light and nicer building spaces (lots of Lego Friends). If you have (young) kids who like Lego and you don't mind paying 21 euros entrance fee, it might be a nice day out for you despite all the cons :-)

The kids love the mini land and the car building, but we thought the ticket prices were exaggerated (children 3+ pay the full ticket price of 21€) for what you get in return. When we visited, the LEGO factory, one of the main attractions, was closed and yet we paid full price. The photo on the dragon ride is charged 9€ extra instead of being included in the tickets and food/drinks are very expensive too.
