Having read some negative reviews, I was a bit worried we might have a difficult time being tourists and not speaking German, however this wasn't the case. Everyone we encountered was kind and happy to engage with us in English. The 2 uppermost levels are where you will find the food items for sale, and cafeteria-style food court on the top level. We had a lovely dinner (roast veal for me, festive ham for my partner) and particularly loved the cake selections for dessert. My only 2 minor complaints would be.. 1. was a little difficult actually getting back to our car.... We couldn't seem to find a way out other than the elevators - which one was out of service, and the other was struggling with the number of people trying to use them... took us a good 20 minutes or so to actually get into the lift and back to the car. 2. There didn't seem to be any plus size clothing available - but we were only window shopping anyway so it didn't phase us too much. Just something for other plus size folks to keep in mind.
