5 stars for this hotel as staff were very friendly. From entrance to side exits this hotel is very safe. Reception is inside the building and if early morning flight , there is security by the entrance. Please key in your card to enter and when using the elevator. Located near to the attractions and easier to get around the city through public transport. 11euro using free taxi app to central station. We came early than expected but the room was already ready for us. And for the couple who came in before us! Plus we got an upgraded room (30m2 upgrade ) haha as one of the rooms aircon was not functioning. Toiletries provided, you have robes and slippers too ,even bags for laundry. TV available in rooms however there’s no subtitles in english/ any other language. Price is high but this hotel is worth the money you booked, grab the chance as it is always fully booked. There’s lots of food choices within the perimeter. Enjoy your stay!

Decent rooms in city center. Too many issues: 170 eur for a transit from airport, when a taxi the other way was 50… Not fixing a broken refrigerator… Supplying a baby cod with hard wood sides… Some staff where competent, others full of promises they just didn’t deliver on. Not a good experience all in all.

Located in the Berlin City Center, this is a beautiful place to stay! Housed inside FriedRichStrasse, it has a nice outdoor ambience, a nice lounge to hang out, spacious rooms/suites with equipped kitchen - it's a great place to stay comfortably

Comfortable spacious hotel in a central quiet location. Well connected, good supermarkets (AlNatura) within a short walk, good wifi. Note the kitchenette is well-equipped but is microwave-only. Reception is open until 20-00 on weekdays.

A splendid apartment hotel in the middle of Mitte. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and have a tasteful design. Bed was comfy and the shower modern. The kitchen is a bit limited, see below. We were able to check in a few hours earlier than appointed, as did the couple before us. The hotel has a sauna free to use by the guests, which is blessing on cold winter days. In total, we had a great stay!

Nice big rooms. For that price, some basic bevareges and nuts could be free. The sauna closes too early (on paper in the room is written that sauna is open till 10PM), but closes with reception at 7-8PM. The breakfeast was good, but there are no scrambled eggs or sauseges.

Worst breakfast ever!!! And for 18 EUR!!! Both day of my staying, when I arrived on the 8th floor where breakfast is served, all tables were full (they have very few) and I was put on a couch. For eating it is not comfortable at all! The plates and cups from the buffet were dirty. I had to ask the waiter to replace all of them. Then I waited 15 min before someone asked me of I wanted coffee/tee or orange juice to drink. The service is clearly understaffed and waiters are running like crazy creating an uncomfortable feeling of stress. When I checked out, they wanted to charge me things from the mini-bar I did not take. In the morning during the "rush hour" you wait ages before the elevator comes. And the reception has a very limited opening time. The rooms are pretty big, but I was traveling for business and I did not care at all. To conclude, I would not suggest it or go there again.

Excellent. This is a group of self contained flats run as a hotel. The suite we stayed in was large with a Super Kingsize bed, separate lounge and kitchen. A lovely bathroom with separate toilet. Highly recommended especially if you plan to explore the city for a short break and don't want to eat out all the time.

Berlin was our first City for our trip. We stayed at The Mandala Suites for four nights. I highly recommend this hotel, the location is great, having the extra room made it so much easier to deal with jet lag and it is a very nice place. They offer free washing machines , soap and dryers, perfect for the traveler! We will stay there again! Ann from Denver, Colorado

In the best location in Berlin with accommodating and friendly staff. Immaculate and modern rooms/ suites, very good room service and close to a Bavarian restaurant with super delicious food. Staff also was very helpful through checking, checkout and parking reservations.

The staff was super friendly and professional. The room had a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The mattress was perfectly firm. The shampoo/bodywash had an amazing citrus smell to it, by far one of the best I've had in a hotel (PS. It's all vegan 👏) Great breakfast at the 8th floor of the building 🍴 Highly recommended!

Nice room and location but bad service especially house cleaning, firstly they did not provide new towels after taking the used towels and they can't even provide us new towels as house cleaning is closed on Sunday and the reception team is not responsible for towels and other room related necessities and said I would just have to wait for Monday. Secondly, I have been asking for dishwasher tablets/soaps for 2 days and they can't even provide me any and therefore I can't even do the dishes. 2 stars is good enough, for the room and Location but no stars for service and hospitality. Too much false promises and excuses.

We stayed here for six nights and it is seriously a hidden gem! Lovely one bedroom apartment with an entire wall of windows and balcony. Tastefully appointed and secure with a lovely, actually beautiful reception and guest lounges. Wi-Fi worked great, right in the middle of Berlin sights and yet still quiet. Lovely staff, thanks to Maria for walking us to our room and explaining all the details. Great house keeping and it's even got a complete proper laundry for travellers so no need to find a laundromat. Seriously, if your in Berlin and you want more than a hotel, go here. Honestly I usually can't be bothered leaving reviews but this place deserves it! My only regret is that I didn't eat any of the apparently exceptional candy in the lounge...next time my sweet little friends...next time...

Comfortably casual, well appointed. My favorite was the workout equipment space and adjacent meditation area with a fabulous view of Berlin skyline, and the two saunas (different temps, depending on preference). Would definitely stay again. (Suite dishwasher soap tablets, stationary --which also works as hotel advertising if guests use it, as I do-- and staples in the stapler were not restocked, but I didn't mention it to staff, either, so my bad).

If you're staying in Berlin longer than two nights, strongly recommend staying here. Comfortable place with full amenities. Quiet and private. Full kitchen, so you can actually go grocery shopping. Awesome balcony for people watching. Convenient location, everything you need is around the block. Best Bible too.
