AVOID AVOID AVOID - the people there are super rude and not welcoming at all, I thought it was just the guy that checked us in but it was literally everyone at the front desk, they make you not want to come back at all, I don't think i've ever been so disappointed in a place. also it is quite a loud hotel, you can hear everything outside your room.

What a great hotel. Location is excellent. From the airport we took the train RE7 and got out at the station Zoo. From there it is only 7 minutes on foot to get to the hotel. Marvellous breakfast every morning. Nice rooms with enough space for an extra bed.

Unfortunately, there's no zero stars option. Pathetic internet from the 50s, inconsiderate and cold staff, and a general apathy awaits you as you enter the magnanimous H10 hotel in Berlin. At this price, I'm sure I could have gotten better service from a hostel in Berlin. Clearly, this place has to improve its service should it want to be known better. And yes, dear H10, please don't serve warm dishes in a cold manner at least. The whole breakfast assortment was full of cold food. The attached photo shows the internet speed when it worked for me miraculously.

Clean, Comfortable and very well maintained. I'd one of the apartment suites, very well appointed but split over two floors with the main bathroom and bedroom on a mezzanine. This had a kitchen, lounge and dining area with a small bathroom down stairs and a large bathroom with super king bed upstairs. Desks & TVs upstairs and down, larger desk upstairs. A large window gave good daylight to both areas, with powered curtains making them easy to draw. These were very effective at blocking light.

This was our go-to hotel in Berlin & we also recommended it to countless friends. Keyword is *was*. It was our third or fourth stay at this hotel. The staff and housekeeping used to be excellent, however not anymore. To cut things short, the staff is condescending, uncaring and housekeeping is inconsistent and sub-par, stay away if you want a stress free hotel experience. My story - We arrived after 11 hours on our feet only to be welcomed with a receptionist/manager whose first words to us were "Your room will be ready at 3" without even knowing who we were or giving us a chance to talk as he did his best to rush us and our luggage away. Onto housekeeping, they worked VERY odd hours and often did not clean the room until well into the afternoon. They did not clean mugs at all and in some days did not replenish consumables. On our second to last day, they did not clean at all (But they were present in the room at some point, we know this for sure), when we called the reception we were told that "today no clean" and put on hold without any explanation. Going down there we had to wait 10 minutes in line and when we got to the reception, the "your room will be ready at 3" manager told us he has no idea why the room wasn't clean, no idea why we were told on the phone that there's no cleaning today, and blamed "covid" and said he is sending someone up right now to clean it. We will not be returning to this hotel again.

A lovely luxury hotel near transport ,shops and restaurants . Very nice friendly reception staff , especially Miriam.

I had higher expectations for this hotel, but my experience was quite different. The "loft" room lacked any distinctive character or charm, making it feel rather uninspiring. I believe there are other hotels with much more character to offer. The staff's demeanor was also unusual, as they didn't engage much and seemed inexperienced in creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I'll be considering a different hotel for my next visit.

I absolutely loved this hotel and I travel a lot so I see a lot of hotels. The location is excellent. The staff is very nice, polite and professional. The bar with some food choices is a big plus. The rooms are very quiet, clean and spacious for the price (Pro tip: I suggest you to become a H10 Hotels member and book online directly from their websites because they have a lot of good offers and discounts better than Booking sometimes). I recommend this hotel and every time when I will come in Berlin I will stay here.

I have never been more disappointed in a hotel before. The bathtub and toilet were not cleaned properly. We phoned the front desk and they sent someone up to clean it but conditions did not improve. As it was getting late I had to clean the bathtub myself in order to bathe my child. The beds and blankets were not made up properly. We arrived at the hotel at 14:53 and checked in, however when we arrived the room was still being cleaned (they were cleaning the windows). We had to stand there exhausted from traveling and wait for the room to be cleaned. There was a bottle of cleaning detergent left behind in our bathroom, we have a toddler and it was lucky we found the bottle before he did. We requested an iron and ironing board, which arrived promptly but the board was stained and the iron had a hard substance on it that I could not remove. I don't know how this hotel is considered a 4 star hotel. After I complained, all they did was offer a one time free mini bar. The contents were not even worth 20€

Für unseren zweiten Aufenthalt in Berlin waren wir für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Haben uns für das H10 aufgrund der, für uns, guten Lage entschieden und dies keineswegs bereut. Können es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Service, Frühstück, Freundlichkeit und Zimmer sind stehts Top gewesen bei unserem Aufenthalt. Das gab's bei anderen, teils sehr namhaften Ketten, schon deutlich schlechter.

Good breakfasts, friendly hotel stuff, nice hotel. BUT I was shocked when I saw the certificate stating that they make weekend for g*ys in this hotel. If I knew it earlier, I would never book a room there. Who know what was Happening in the bed where I slept. 🤮

I stayed in this wonderful hotel with my family and had a great time. The location of the hotel is perfect! It's located in the next building to an underground and very short way from another. The zoo and main shopping area is just up the street with a plethora of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. The rooms were very nice and so quiet! There was no noise from the outside. Sound does travel easily from the hall though! The beds were really good so a good night's sleep was guaranteed. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The lobby is very nice and the bar is good. It even offers small meals! The breakfast buffet is truly excellent and I have never before seen the honey served this way before, they had a whole honeycomb! The staff was so helpful and nice, especially the reception with a receptionist who hailed from Lanzarote (I have unfortunately forgotten his name!) claiming first prize. He made us feel so welcome. Thank you for a great stay :)

The hotel is oke, our room was a bit outdated, but nevertheless we weren't much on the room anyway. The location is fine, close to the center and lots of restaurants and bars around.

We loved this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the location was perfect, the hotel was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that wasn't great was that the view from our window was of an alley. We would definitely stay here again.

Berlin marathon trip. Room and hotel, clean and modern, breakfast, many options, all good. Five stars for fantastic and friendly staff, trip originally booked for 2 parents and daughter, became 1 parent and daughter, hotel reorganised furniture in the room immediately on request. We checked out before race but hotel looked after luggage and offered use of gym area and showers after. Will be first choice for future visits.

Last June stayed in this hotel with a large group of colleagues and rented more than 20 hotelrooms and 2 conference rooms. The evening of returning home I found out that I had forgotten something in the hotel room, so I immediately emailed and asked if they wanted to see if my property was still there. At first I received a response within a few hours that it was no longer there. After insisting and sending photos of the place, they took another good look and it was found. I was offered a sincere apology and asked for my address details. I passed this on and I offered to send a UPS voucher. Because I am the one who forgot something in the hotel room and I think I should pay the costs for sending it. Since then I have not received a response to any email. And of course I still haven't got my property back from €150. I find this very disappointing for a hotel like H10 and even a rude thing to ignore your guest like that.

The H10 hotel location, breakfast and service are very good. the hotel located 5 min walk from the K'udam, there is underground and tram very close to the hotel (5-10 min walk). one issue - we checked in in the middle of the night - although we made a clear reservation for 3 people bedroom - we got only 2 beds - they needed to resolve at night.

I had an early flight and asked if I could have a breakfast package. It was 6 am and they were preparing meal, but did not want to prepare to me. The receptionist said that everyone busy. I think it need less that 2 minuted to put some cakes and water to the bag, but they did not want to..,how about my money i have paid for breakfast? Very unprofessional.

We had a very pleasant stay at H10 Berlin Ku'damm. Where H10 excels most is in its customer service! The hotel staff were outstanding, especially the bartender, MARTIN. He was exceptionally friendly and always treated us as family. MIRIAM at reception willingly went out of her way to provide extraordinary accommodations and valuable advice about Berlin. Excellent hotel for a good price. The room was clean and quite large. The staff was friendly and the breakfast offered was extensive. Located within 30min drive from the airport and close to the main highlights in Berlin. The Kurfürstendamm metro is right next to the hotel which makes it easy to travel around the city. Would definitely go back here.

One of the nicest experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The space is beautiful, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk and at the bar went above and beyond to accommodate myself and my parents. The location is amazing - near many shops and restaurants and very close to public transportation. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was good, unfortunately fridge was smelly. Maybe it had been out of power and door closed for few days. Location and service excellent. Really easy to come from the airport by taking S9. Recommend.

Great hotel in a good location. Hotel has a luxury feel and smells incredible as you first walk in. Reception staff were exceptional, made us feel very welcome and helped with every query! We booked a suite on floor 5 and would highly recommend, spacious and perfect if travelling with a baby. The staff accommodated with adding a cot to our room and provided us with parking underground. Room service was delicious and the champagne was lovely too. Rooms have google chromecast, and smart tv’s which the baby loved being able to watch his favourite shows on netflix! Thank you for a great stay, we’ll be returning next time we’re in Berlin Worth every penny!

A home away from home. For just have been there once this will be my regular hotel in Berlin. From the moment you come in to the reception area you feel welcome and you are taken good care of by the staff there. Rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is good, the bar has a nice selection and offers (almost) everything you want. For me the location is a perfect startpoint to explore Berlin. Close to bus and metro.

The hotel is okay as city hotel's go but lacked the class of the group's other hotels in places like Cordoba and Sevilla . Dinning room adherence to covid cleanliness rules were somewhat lacking. Bar staff were also difficult to find.

The hotel is modern and in a good location. However, the staff is incredibly condescending. The hotel must be run by a bag of monkies. I saw people sleeping in the lobby because their room was not ready on time, and groups hanging out in the lobby unable to check in. Housekeeping turned up at odd hours, like they didn't know what rooms were supposed to be empty. There are plenty of comparable hotels in Berlin. This one is better skipped.

Very much accessible from Zoologischer garden. Staffs are very friendly and are ready to help. The family room that I booked was very nice and spacious. Welcome chocolates for my kid, and more chocolates. Snacks and drinks in the refrigerator. Breakfast buffet had lot of varieties. Overall our stay was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

I've been coming to this hotel regularly for the past year and truly my experience could not have been better. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have met in any hotel I've ever been to. Modern and comfortable rooms. The breakfast has a lot of options and you can always ask the staff for something special. The bars at night have good drinks, especially the mojito made by Ismael, the bar tender. The gym is a bit small but I visit it every stay and have no problem using the equipment. I can totally recommend this hotel.

Standard check-in and check-out is fine. Rooms are great and the housekeeping staff is expectional. Breakfast: The best and most diverse accommodation. Very healthy choices. Front Desk: Be very clear with staff when requesting special accommodations such as extending a stay. I was told by one front staff that i may stay in my current room. Based on this expectation, I made plans the next day. During my excursion, I received a call from another front office staff that I needed to check out. Still unpacked, I informed them that I will need to organize and pack. They said my new accommodations to my new room was ready and available to check in. After accounting for my belongings, I went back down to the front desk and they informed me my room was not ready. It has been a frustrating experience.

Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Feels a bit “corporate”, and there were a lot of business customers there. However it was still a very comfortable stay, and the hotel is in a good location.

I don't have anything bad to say about this place; the staff was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were delightful, I don't remember the last time I slept this well in a hotel bed! The location is just perfect, a short walks distance from the Zoo, Europa Center, and the CityCircle Hop-On-Hop-Off buss stop N1 (which was a great way to see the city). This'll be a wonderful base for you in Berlin!

I was here on a 2-day business trip in July 2022. I had the grand deluxe room with breakfast included. The room was fairly nice with plenty of room, a spacious desk, lots of storage room and a nice bathroom. Although the size of this room category has advantages, I would recommend to go with a smaller and possibly cozier room. The breakfast was good: Lots of varieties to choose from and everything tasted good. In total I deducted one star as the people that I spoke with at the front desk could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.

Perfect hotel . The underground is 10meters from the hotel . All the main shopping places are just a minute walk. The park is 5 min walk. And the rooms are very nice and clean. Definitely will come back .

Hotel itself was beautiful. Upgraded to an apartment, No.255 which was very spacious with a lovely bedroom & bathroom. The small kitchenette needed a little upgrading, but overall the apartment was, as i said, beautiful. Bed was excellent, great nights of sleep & myself & partner really needed them!

In Berlin we love to stay near the Ku'Damm. We've tried many different hotels in the area, but now we definitely have a favorite...the H10 Berlin Ku'Damm. The welcome is always friendly. The rooms are very nice with a comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious and has everything you might need. Breakfast is amazing and delicious. There's plenty to choose. There's also a nice bar with beautiful pieces art. You can even find the original wooden doors from the building when it still was a school. We are happy to come back again.

I am always fond of H10 hotel design. Compared to those imaginative and colorful H10 in Barcelona, this one in Berlin was a bit boring for me. The lobby and room didn't have enough lightning at night. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with quite a variety. The room is practical and has plenty of space.

We love this hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent location in Berlin, next to Ku'damm and KaDeWe. Breakfast was very good, the team looked after us. Great hospitality. If you look for an affordable hotel in this area, definitely a great choice.

High quality rooms, well cleaned & mantinted. Very good breakfast. Regarding the location of the hotel, it's near the U train & not far from the Zoo Garden train station, but for tourists it's better to stay near Alexander Plaz, closer to the main highlights of the city.
