Rooms are basic, with no air con and very old decor. Not awful, but very basic. The WiFi is intermittent, but serviceable. The worst part is the front desk, they only ever have one poor staff member on who is trying to deal with a massive queue best they can. Really poor management by the hotel.

Great hotel, great food (breakfast) and the rooms were nice. Every day there is housekeeping so it was really clean!

We stayed four days in this particular hotel. The room was spotlessly clean, the window overlooked the main street, which is probably the most luxurious in Berlin. Even though you are next to the street, if you close the window, you have absolute peace. The bed, too, and the pillows in perfect condition. The staff is very kind and prompt in whatever you need. The breakfast also has a relatively large variety and good quality. But the biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is located in an excellent spot in the center of Berlin. It really has everything around, wonderful restaurants, cafes and luxury shops so you can go on foot but if you want to go further there are metro stops next to you. Really good hotel that definitely looks a bit old and could have a lower cost but in general I would definitely choose it again.

I am Ukrainian, we r in the middle of the war. After numerous messages both to Booking and page of Leonardo, the hotel refused to do free cancellation. I notified 2 weeks in advance - they could easily find a new customer for the dates. 200€ is a considerable amount in the circumstances called WAR. SHAME ON U!

We stayed four days in this hotel. Checking in was fast and we got our room early, which was nice. We asked for two single beds and that's what we got. The room was clean and it had everything that you could need. The TV had a lot of channels which was nice. The view from the window wasn't anything special as it showed the opposite side of the building. The staff was very kind and was always ready to help us. The rooms are cleaned quite often. First time our room was cleaned when we went to eat breakfast and then at around 11am a cleaner knocked on the door and asked if it had been cleaned already. The breakfast was great. It has everything that you need, from sausages and fruit salads to pancakes. The location of the hotel is great. It is right next to the Uhlandstraße metro station and it has a bunch of restaurants and cafes nearby. It's also close to Savignyplatz train station where you can easily get to the central railway station. On our last day we checked out and asked if we could leave our bags there for a few hours as we had a night flight. They had no problem with it which helped a lot not having to walk around the city with a bunch of bags and suitcases. I definitely would stay here again if I will come to Berlin. I really recommend including the breakfast in the price of your room as well.

Gutes Haus, freundliche Personal, gute Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zentrale gelegen, U Bahn und Bus ganz in der Nähe, trotzdem im Hotel alles ruhig. Tolles Frühstück, von allem etwas und bis zum Ende alles da.

Zimmer eine Zumutung. Zimmer 308 knatscht der Boden so extrem, dass es unmöglich ist, den Partner nicht wachzumachen. Im ganzen Zimmer, jeder Schritt knatscht. Frühstückt lieber woanders, für den Preis ist es niemals gerechtfertigt. Und Berlin ist voll mit Cafés Ich hatte zwar ein Frühstück dazu gebucht, wurde aber beim belegen meines Tellers nochmals zur Kasse gebeten. Ich habe den Teller stehen gelassen und das Frühstück nicht nochmal gezahlt…. Service unprofessionell (Abendschicht) Uns bzw auch anderen wurde 2x die Bettensteuer abgeknöpft Und in einem unfassbar unfreundlichen Ton, anscheinend um den Überraschungseffekt auf seiner Seite zu haben. Morgens konnten wir dann mit dem netten Herrn klären und er hat sie uns wieder ausgezahlt. Dennoch frech, was kann der Gast für ihr Unvermögen??? Standort ist natürlich perfekt

Wir bekamen einfach so bei Anreise ein kostenloses Upgrade und ein absolut ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Das Zimmer ist schön ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist unschlagbar und so unglaublich vielfältig. Die Lage des Hotels ist verkehrsgünstig und perfekt. Das gesamte Personal ist super lieb, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Schon um 9 Uhr wurden wir von der Zimmerreinigung geweckt - selbst am Abreisetag. Also immer schön die Schilder anhängen! Bäder mit Glasschiebetür bieten keine Privatsphäre. Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück richtig vielseitig und lecker. Tolle hausgemachte Cremes und Salate. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

I will say upfront that I'm rating my experience at the hotel, not the hotel itself. And for me it was all I needed. I have nothing to complain. The hotel is nothing extraordinary, it's just your regular hotel but.... - Rooms: The rooms are clean. - Service: The staff is very friendly and welcoming. - Service: The breakfast is just your regular continental breakfast but tasty. It gets the job done in the morning. - Price: The price is significantly lower that the other hotels in the area. - Location: Quick access to different transport means: (taxi, uber, bolt). Didn't have to wait for more than 5 minutes for one even in the middle of the night. A train station at 5 minutes walk. I will definitely consider coming back if I ever need to stay in Berlin again.

I was shocked by the lack of hospitality and unprofessional attitude. I had to ask for a vanity kit, and they did not understand what it is, and then told me they don’t have it. I have payed for a suite and got a bigger room with zero extras. Had to ask in the front desk for a robe and small soaps, since they had only one big “all purpose” soap. Also I have paid for a late check out, they almost forgot it twice. Eventually, 15 minutes before the check out time the cleaning staff have opened the room while we are still there, and the they have waited for the next ten minutes outside the door, staring at us when we leave. That made us feel very uncomfortable, but I can’t say we were surprised by then. And it was not cheap at all. Don’t get why they have 4 stars.

A very nice hotel, staff are amazing and very helpful. They upgraded our room to a bigger one. Also the Bathroom has a bidet and overall great service, the room is very clean and room service is also great. The location is really good and close to the U-bahn, Bus, S-bahn

Hi, They have 2 hotels, under the same name. one is old and you can here the noises from the neighbor, upstairs. No air conditioner At the last day the bathroom, was blocked. They put me to pat parking 8 days and they give me back only 3 days, even I didn't park there. I was into the room 102 the second building is OK. I don't recommend it. Silviu

I have booked with a free cancellation option, and even after cancelled the booking and confirmation for the same, I have not received my money back to my account and am still waiting. Becareful when you are paying to this hotel even with the free cancellation option.

We stayed 3 nights. Hotel is located in kud am center and so close to everywhere. Big negative for internet access you can connect wi fi but cant reach to anywhere

The service became worse after the Coronavirus. The provided breakfast offers quite limited assortment. The room was pretty calm. Although, the neighbours were loud even duringnight, I hade to call Reception once.

It's a two star hotel. Good location for expensive retail and lovely cafés around. Reception staff were pleasant to deal with. However, the room I stayed in (310) was in real need of modernising - there was no fridge to keep drinks cool, but loads of irrelevant furniture, bed was too soft for me and pillows were cheap, bed was also only 80cm from the door to the corridor, WI-FI did not reach the room and cell phone reception was poor at the back of the hotel.

The staff and the location are wonderful everything else is simple bad The breakfast lacks a lot of things. No writings on the food, we asked for water they told us that they dont have and we should go and buy The room is not clean, the bathroom is not clean, the floor and the towels are dirty, a lot of noise

Considering the price, we were really surprised with the hotel quality. Nice and clean rooms with spacious bathrooms. Breakfast is nice, staff were extremely nice and the location is amazing!

We are 30 yrs old marriage. After reading all those negative comments I got a bit worried, but after spending 5 days in Leonardo i think all of those are outdated. Staff was super kind, rooms itself were good (rather 3* than 4* standard tho) and food was great. All I wanted was a comfortable sleeping base in reasonable budget and good location. All I wanted was fullfilled. Definitively will be back. If you look for luxury stay there are obviously some other hotels around in Berlin but prepare your wallet as well. Thank you, Leonardo.

Spotlessly clean hotel. Very comfortable and warm. Beds were very comfortable, I dont sleep very well when I'm away and I slept like a log all night. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel was central and only a few minutes walk from the town centre. Lots of choice for eating is nearby also and plenty of shops to visit.

Very well located on Ku'damm close to shopping and public transport. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Rooms are basic but comfortable and spotlessly clean. No bar and only a breakfast restaurant.

It is not trustworthy.. they steal my box of jewelry.. i traveled back and i forgot a box of jewelry that’s means alot not just for its money worth.. and a medical tablets we can’t get them from germany again.. i called and called and send some friends to check and they say there is nothing!!!!

Location is amazing, a ten minute walk to subway. Furniture needs to be renewed for a 4 star hotel but still comfortable. Helpfull stuff. Would come back.

Very rude night staff on 6-7 of June. Poor customer service. Told me to my face 'I was lieing'. Definitely need more training around customer service. Usually a great hotel with friendly staff. Great location.

Very nice hotel in kudam. The staff is very kind and helpful. Great location near "s" an "u" metro stations, from that you can get anywhere. Not far from zoo, primark, zara h&o and more.

Excellent staff, courteous and available. The hotel is very clean. They provided us bed and clean sheets as needed for the baby. Humble and very tasty food. Central location.

Rooms were very dated, the bathrooms very small, wifi not very good, most staff helpfull, definitely not a 4 star in my eyes.

You get what you expect, sharp price, good sleep. But outdated rooms, but a pleasant stay. Staff can make the difference, don't forget that and try to work on that:)

Great location to explore Berlin with a lot of nice restaurants nearby. The hotel is nice and offers a good variety for breakfast. We had a reservation for 4 (family) and were conveniently accommodated in two rooms next to each other.

I think there's a new and old build. I was in the old build and the room was tiny. It also didn't have any ac which was shocking considering the temperature outside. I was very disappointed because I rang twice before arriving and asked for an early check-in. Both times I was told that it is not something they do. I offered to even pay but both people on separate calls said it's not something they offer for a fee however if the room is available we are more than welcome to have an early checkin. When I got to the hotel the receptionist said the room was ready and I could checkin. It was 2 hours early and he charged me €35 which was very fishy 👀 That aside it's a good enough hotel for the money you pay.

ZERO PRIVACY I had booked a private room with a double bed and thats what I almost got. The room was connected to another one by a big double door so you could hear everything and every single conversation coming from the other room and the other way around. NOISE For my "luck" in the other room there was a group of drunk guys screaming instead of talking at 23h. As soon as I saw that I came downstairs to complain about getting that kind of "private" room but the guy at reception didn't seem to care much and just answered "hotel is fully booked". He said he would take care of the noise but he didn't so I had to tell those guys to stop screaming. They left but at 4:30am they returned drunk and talking super loud and they woke me up (even if i was using wax earplugs). Same thing happened at 7am when they left so my first night was the worst and felt super tired the day after. BREAKFAST They say that they offer a good breakfast but imho it was quite basic: some bread buns, cheese and ham, boiled eggs and some veggie creams. IT DOESN'T WORTH THE PRIZE I paid 430e for 3 nights with breakfast included and really regret that after staying there. The feeling is more like staying in a guest house rather than in a hote. It is a residential building poorly transformed into an hotel, with carpets everywhere and old mattresses.

Great little hotel, the staff is wonderful. Try to get the breakfast if you can because it is a great Buffet. The extra bed we had in the room was little crummy but our son was happy with it.

Slightly worn room, cracked sink and loose tile in the bathroom. No plastic shower, but in a tub, and the floor will get wet. No iron in room, but provided on request (but not before next day). No funny hangers. No gym. Good breakfast.

I shall say that this hotel is somewhat special compared to many other "newly built" hotels. The thing that impresses is size of the room and very high ceiling. Its not a "common" box with a bathroom nearby the door - its a room - really big with a lot of air. Other good things to say: - They have a nice ice-cream cafe. Looking at the number of people trying to buy ice creams there, I shall say its probably delicious. - They have arranged an additional bed for my kid. I was positively surprised, because I booked the room at the last moment. - I would say that the price for stay was low compared to the excellent location. I will say its worth of each cent payed for it. Other side: - There was no fridge, no kettle, no coffee machine in the room. - It might take a while to buy beer in the evening in their cafee (remember - everybody is waiting for ice cream) - It was a bit noisy until I closed the window at night.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Rahmen einer Städte Tour im Hotel. Wir war sehr zufrieden. Sehr zentrale Lage unmittelbar bei der U Bahn Station. Personal super freundlich. Frühstück konnten wir spontan vor Ort dazu buchen. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Für einen Trip nach Berlin können wir dieses Hotel durchweg empfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.
