I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the interior decor was stunning. The comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep and I now miss the incredible view. The hotel's location in the heart of Berlin is perfect, with excellent transportation options. The proximity to Rewe supermarket and dm was a convenient bonus. The breakfast was a delight and I haven't had hotel breakfast in Berlin for the past 10 years due to the cost and limited choices, but this one was perfect. The only drawback was the bathtub, as I have a fear of slipping.

A decent hotel with very friendly staff and a great location. You can easy access REWE, dm, Burger King etc which is just down stairs and outside the hotel. The breakfast options were really good too. However, the rooms weren’t very clean and were quite dusty. It was clear that the room I was put in was not thoroughly cleaned.

It is a nice place, location is very good, people at front desk are very friendly and rooms are quite specious. Though there is no tea coffee maker and no minibar in our room booked in our group tour.. Which are quite essential for us... Still we are liking this place very much.

Ein schönes Zimmer hatte ich. Es lag nach hinten raus und war ruhig und natürlich ist es in einer großen Stadt nicht so ruhig wie auf der einsamen Berghütte. Das Zimmer war sauber und auch das Bad war gut hergerichtet. Das Bett hat mir ebenfalls einen guten Schlafkomfort geboten. Ich hatte einen guten Schlaf und war zufrieden.

Friendly reception. If you park across the road (public car park) then it's free. The room was big but there were dirt marks on the couch. A supermarket next door is very convenient.

Wir waren Februar 2024 im Vienna House Easy by Wyndham zu zweit für zwei Nächte mit Frühstück. Die Rezeption ist flink und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Die Zimmer werden nicht täglich gemacht. Einen Parkplatz findet man in der Regel in dem gegenüberliegenden Wohngebiet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist recht gut, allerdings kann es zu einer Überfüllung kommen wenn man zu einer ungünstigen Zeit frühstückt.

Came here for my business trip stay. The staff is kind and professional. The room is not very big but clean and neat. I would be happier if there’s more than just one pillow.

Definitely the best breakfast I have ever had at a hostel (or at any hotel in recent memory), and included in the fee! Rooms are clean and comfortable, and common areas ample and well maintained. Staff were also very sweet. Highly recommend this place.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Kompetente Mitarbeiter/innen. Sehr sauberes Zimmer und für 2 Personen ausreichend. Service sehr gut. Frühstück sehr gut, reichhaltig, ohne Plastikmüllberg. Auch dort sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Nice hotel, but we booked a room for 4 persons, and the sleeping sofa that was extra beds for 2, was og terrible quality, and was impossible to sleep well on. We asked the friendly staff for an extra mattrass, but they didnt have any. Except for the sleeping sofa, it was a nice hotel.

This place is excellent! I was amazed by the price x quality. We were in 2 and our room was clean, with a lot of space, new furniture and very comfortable bed and bathroom. The hotel still has a good bar and nice common areas. Its location os good, being right aside of a S-Bahn station and a tram station, meaning it is 15 minutes from Warschauer Straße or 15-20 minutes from Alexander Platz. Oh, and their staff is just very very nice! From the reception to the cleaning crew. Totally recommend!

Although the window's room is next to a noisy street, the room is well isolated. Very clean and cozy room! The receptionist was nice. The lobby is well decorated!

Nice rooms and good location. However average breakfast and bad experience with staff. I came for breakfast at 6:29 so one minute earlier than it starts because I needed to catch cab to airport early in the morning and the staff (brown skinned lady with curly hair) was very unpolite to me because of that. She literally started yelling at me...

I think this is the best hotel I could find in Berlin! It was in, what I would consider, a quieter area of the city that was close to a tram stop and S-Bahn station that made it really easy to get everywhere I needed to go. Rooms were clean and cozy. Our experience in other hotels in Germany, during our vacation, was that you had to call if you wanted your room cleaned so I was surprised to come back one night and see that housekeeping had come by while we were out and cleaned up our room while still being respectful of our items and even some valuables that were left out. The staff in general were incredibly professional and also really nice to us. They had maps available and gave suggestions on where to visit. The experience made us feel very welcome. They had a little bar and cozy seating area that was really nice for when we wanted a snack and chill outside of our room. The area seemed really nice to me. There is a döner place about 5 minutes away that is a great place to visit if you’re hungry at 10 pm! There is also a Burger King right across the street if you’re looking for that. I didn’t see many other restaurant options nearby but it was just so easy to hop on the train or S-Bahn to other areas so it wasn’t a problem for us!

Location is great, - near the Velodrom arena and near a supermarket and the train. Staff are really kind, breakfast was decent. The room is big and bed are comfortable, only issue - the water on the bathroom were blazing hot (cold water didn't work) and the wifi is pretty slow.

Staff is incredibly service oriented and helpful. In a big city like Berlin you feel welcomed and homey. I definelty recommend this place with all of my heart

Bad and impatient service! Our family visited us this week in the city and stayed at the hotel. On the day of the flight, they did not agree to leave their luggage at the hotel saying that there was no place, without trying to find a solution even though it was a family with young kids. There was no room cleaning the whole week they stayed. In short - highly not recommended

So where to start with the shambles of a company? The guy with short hair who moans at you for doing anything, moaned at a guy for not knowing what type of a coffee he wanted. However, other staff like the women on night shift or the guy who works back shift gave far better service. When we first got in we got told our room wasn’t paid for and made out to be liars when we showed them proof of payment. We also showed up to breakfast (which was included in our package) to get told it wasn’t until once again showing proof. To sum up this review, this company is a shambles and needs a better communication line. Massive thanks again to the other two staff members who made out stay much better than the morning receptionist.

Good Hotel, The rooms are okay, also the breakfast is okay. The Location is great, its near a tram and a train station. But the Internet is very slow :(

Toilet smells of sewer, room is cold, heating not working. Not even the phone to call the reception works. Did they offer a new room? Sure not

My room was upgraded as there was a problem with the tv switching itself on in the middle of the night. Reception manager was very friendly and efficient. Long check in queues on arrival at 8 30 pm though.. Spa is wonderful. Great location with S bahn and trams, perfect. Highly recommended place

Perfect breakfast - you can have whatever you like, nice and quick service, they allowed us to check in earlier than in the offer. Room was in a pretty good condition, everything was clean. I fully recommend this place. 5/5

A great hotel! Definitely recommend a stay here while in Berlin. It was clean, comfortable and close to public transit to aid in quick travel. Staying for a few days? They have a plant selection where you can choose a plant to take to brighten up your room.

Great Hotel short tram ride to central Berlin, I would love to stay at this hotel again

It's a nice, clean, modern and well situated hotel, just a few tram stops from the centre. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The bath is not huge but it does the job and at least it is quite clean. Breakfast is also not outstanding but still very good for the price you pay. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for any tourist or business traveler.

Recommend! Spacious room, and overall comfortable and beautiful design, location can be far depending or your rotes but transport in Berlin is great, not an issue. Breakfast is good 🙂 but not very exciting in options 4/5.

The hotel is good value - simple, clean, modern. Everything worked - comfortable, warm, quiet bedroom (amazing how all the noise from a busy street below disappeared when I shut the window). The wifi was good and easy to access. There was a pleasant bar beside reception. Best of all was the service - friendly, professional efficient staff - especially Dennis (the afternoon and evening receptionist) who helped to make a good stay into a great stay.

Great hotel to stay! Prices are normal. Rooms are highly wide and comfortable. Highly close to the S-Bahn and Tram. Staffs are so nice and friendly. It is the place that i will book for the next time i visit Berlin for sure!

Best place to stay , close to Rewe, good and friendly staff. Families will have good flexibility with kids as its close to supermarkets and transit. The rooms are well ventilated and has good lighting and quiet.

The aircon in room 791 doesn't work. I called the reception but they can't do anything about it. It was a very hot day and I specifically booked here because we need aircon. They did not even offered to switch us on a different room. I just asked for an electric fan instead but still it's uncomfortable without aircon. For the price I've paid, this is totally not worth it.

The hotel is easy to find, the receptionists are speaking English and are helpful. Check in and out is easy. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good. The wifi is good with no disruptions. Public transport, shopping and a DM store next to the hotel. The center is 15-20 mins with public transport.

Does the job. Needs maintenance, wear and tear evident in the corridors and stairwells . Friendly staff was quoted 106€via booking paid €151 not sure why for such a smallroom

Big, clean, quiet rooms. Super-friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. As far as location goes, you can walk to the centre (we did a ten mile round trip one day going to the East Side Gallery, museum island, the Dom, and back via Karl Marx Allee) but there's a tram stop just outside the hotel which means the centre is a few minutes away.

Bettbezug war leider nicht sauber. Der Bitte nach einem neuen Bezug wurde nach drei Stunden Wartezeit nicht nachgekommen. Der Angestellte sei leider alleine und kann deshalb die Rezeption nicht verlassen. Habe mir dann einen Bezug geben lassen um diesen selbst zu wechseln. Die Decke darunter war voller Flecken.
