Very very disappointing! The website shows totally different from reality. The reception is on the 7th floor and there's no elevator, it's broken and had to go all the way up with the bags. After that, the receptionist didn't wanna show the room without paying first and, since my friends n I didn't like anything, we couldn't cancel cuz we'd have to pay anyway. The brunette receptionist not very friendly and really weird. There are other cheap and much better places to stay.

Staff - Very rude and insensitive staff at the reception. Location - Right next to an adult store. But not an unsafe location as such. Wifi - Doesn't work at all. Unless you are standing by the door! So if you plan to work and need wifi, this is not a place Safe / Locker - It is listed as an amenity. But they've kept lockers that don't work. Maintenance - Below average. Others - Room lights were not working. They took abt 15 days to fix the light!!

The alleged 3 stars are a joke. Hardly any water comes out of the shower and the heat can hardly be controlled. The reception is absolutely adventurous, the WiFi barely reaches the room. The only positive thing is the proximity to the subway station and the cheap price, but you should pay an extra €5 a night and stay somewhere else.

We had a bad time at this hotel, first, our room had a terrible smell, especially in the bathroom, it was dusty, uncomfortable and we had no wifi signal. The lady at the front desk was very rude, she didn't want to give us another room, finally, when she agreed, we had to make our own bed because they weren't done. Besides that, we could only stay for 2 out of 4 nights in the second bedroom, cause they moved us again to another room. The third room, was clean at first sight, but the bathroom had a terrible smell just like the others but we were so tired of moving that we agreed to stay on it for only one night. Wifi signal is definitely the worst, you have to ask every 24 hours for the password cause they change it, and its extremely slow. Overall, we had the worst time of all our Eurotrip at the Amadeus hotel. I do not recommend at all this hotel, you should stay in another.

If the hotel was being repaired, then not all for sure. Photos in advertising are completely untrue. The curtain in the bathroom is no longer yellow, but brown. Apparently it has not been changed for several years. The doors to the balcony could not be opened, they just fell out from the top. Accordingly, the balcony was not cleaned and was full of cigarette butts and debris. The cleaning of the room was that they took the garbage and picked up a towel from the floor and hung it back! Internet at the hotel is ONLY at the reception! To my question about the Internet, Eugene answered: you read the reviews! They knew where you were going. If the Internet is so important to you, you had to reserve another hotel. Accordingly, he is not, was not and will not be throughout the hotel. Get ready each time to go to the 7th floor to open mail or send a message. It was not just unpleasant, she was shocked by this attitude to the client and the manner of communication. There is no breakfast from the hotel.

We slept on the concrete floor outside reception for the first night because our flight arrived late and still we had to pay for this! I called up prior to the trip and sent an email to ask if late arrival is okay but no body helped. Our shower was not usable because the cold water did not work and even after asking for an alternative room or some help fixing the shower, we got nothing and had to bathe with flannels for the full 5 days we were there. Rude cleaning staff too who walked into our room every morning when we were in bed. It is very expensive for the lack of service. Comfy beds though at least

My non-smoking room smelt of smoke, was poorly lit and the heater barely worked. Worst of all my internet connection was absolutely unreliable preventing me from getting my job done. My inability to work prompted me to try to relocate to a different hotel. I was told that I would receive a refund for the nights that I didn't stay at the hotel. With that confirmation I moved all my things to a new hotel, and when I was ready to check out the following morning I was told by the clerk that they weren't in fact going to issue me a refund. I sent an e-mail to the management and have yet to get a response. I feel absolutely cheated.

I wish there is 0 stars. worst people, horrible logic. no customer service. 0 respect. the booking on Expidia showed 2 beds. they provide 1 shampoo, 1 soap, 1 towel when you get there (do not provide that again). I was there for 6 days, I booked a room with 2 beds, they charge more if you use the other bed. how do people like you stay in business. place was not clean, they do not clean the room everyday. smelled moldy. the worst hotel I've been to ever.

Difficult to evaluate. It is an extremely cheap hotel. Therefore, not much can be expected. The woman at reception is super nice. The rooms are old, the matzraze and the TV need to be replaced. But for the price, okay. I just found it strange that the key costs a 20 euro deposit, this was not announced in advance. The receipt for the 20 euros shows a deposit for minor damage. Anyway, I got the money back without any stress. I think you know the clientele and just try to react.

Poor service, no WiFi, uncomfortable beds, I do not recommend this hostel to anyone because it cannot be called a hotel.

Totally OKAY for the price. I've been here for a few days now because I couldn't find another hotel. Yes, of course it's not a MotelOne etc. But if you really ONLY want to stay overnight, it's enough. It seems like a hybrid of a hostel, guesthouse and hotel. The reception invites you to smile, but German is spoken (contrary to what is stated here) and you deposit €20 for the key (door and entrance door), which I think is okay. You'll get it again. After all the reviews I was really scared when I opened the door to the room...but I was pleasantly surprised. I already thought in the elevator that the reviews were either not true or exaggerated. It smelled pleasant and everything was very clean. About the room: Clearly not 5 star hygiene but perfectly fine. Bed linen, mattress, bathroom etc. everything was neatly clean. The rooms are quite big for this price. Facilities are more 80s style but that's fine if you just want to sleep. The beds are not solid either, they are simply thin mattresses. The TV works and there are small flat screens but only the public channels are available... Zdf, Erste etc. The showers are old but clean and the water is completely fine. Everything from cold to hot. Toilets were also very clean. I spoke to a cleaner personally in the elevator and she was very nice and motivated. You can't compare the Hilton with this place and then leave pointless angry reviews here. So I would actually come back... price/performance totally great (if it's just about SLEEPING) The only drawback: The bed...a little loose/loose...at first I thought it would collapse immediately but it's holding up so far :D But the best thing is...privacy...it's more like living in an apartment...you don't see anyone, you don't hear anyone...kind of cool.

Without prior notice, payments of over €50 had to be made on site, which had to be made in cash. We were then sent out with our luggage in the pouring rain. Despite no extreme temperatures, the room was very warm. Ventilation was also only possible to a limited extent due to the busy road.

I've never slept in such a bad hotel, nothing works, no TV, no socket, way too expensive, never again

What a dump! No elevator! Reception on the 7th floor! Outrageous! They claim to be "Newly renovated" - rubbish!. It's more of a construction site than a hotel, dusty, noisy, glass shards in the carpet, mouldy shower curtain. No breakfast. Far from the fancy pictures you might find on their presentations. Reception closes as 23:00 and opens 08:00. Impossible to arrive late or leave early. The staff wasn't forthcoming at all. More eager to tell you what you can't do and what can't be done, than to find flexible solutions. The porn cinema wasn't a problem, didn't notice any disturbance from it, just a bit baffling for a foreigner not used be near that kind of facility. Generally a nice and quiet neighbourhood, nice shops and restaurants.

Anastasia , Explain to me exactly WHY you refused this booking and Why YOU REFUSE to send me an explanation. You even REFUSED to give Your name. AFTER YOU ASKED FOR MY Card INFORMATION.? Could it be because you know that your refusal of this booking is WITHOUT authorization from your superiors? Why did you Refuse to number 1: honor the credit card? number 2: Why did you refuse to honor Cash payment even though that was offered? number 3: WHY did you REFUSE to give the name of Your Manager? Saying You do not have a Manager. This is a former complaint on Your unfriendly and unproffesional demeanor. To DENY people their Hotel booking once they arrive is just wrong and YOU ARE WAISTING PEOPLES TIME. It does HOWEVER EXPLAIN ALL YOUR BAD REVIEWS, and with your ATTITUDE the Bad reviews WILL keep on coming.

Price-performance ratio is right, rooms are not particularly modern, but they are clean and furnished with everything you need. It is not far to the next subway and tram station. In my opinion, the hotel is well suited for young people who travel a lot and primarily want to sleep in the room.

Do not stay in this hotel my friends, they are really robbers. They work only daytime. We asked that the flight delayed so wait only 30 minutes, they refused but they accept 600 euros from my creditcard, really robust people
