I cannot recommend Kathleen and her beautiful studio enough!! She is my favorite Pilates instructor in Berlin. Kathleen is innovative, highly trained, and has the kindest soul. I look forward to her class every week!

I booked a class over for 2 months, just want to Pilates while i was travelling to Berlin, Kathleen, the instructor is lovely person, well-trained, helpful, induction step by step and help adjust the spring i really enjoy the class . Her studio is not that big but it’s decent, full option.

Coming from New York, I am so happy to find a reformer class that I LOVE! I am constantly impressed with how Kathleen runs her classes. The structure varies which is great but there are also elements that stay the same so you can feel yourself improving. Overall, incredibly pleased to find this little gift in Berlin!

I'm a Pilates instructor from San Francisco and hadn't found anything near what we have in the Bay Area in Berlin (Pilates is hugely popular and competitive there) until I went to Realz Pilates. This is my absolute favorite Pilates studios. Beautiful space, great location, fantastic equipment and a team of trainers that will change your life and body. I been going to Realz pretty regularly (around 4x per week) for the last couple of months and I’m super happy that I found Kathleen and her team. Susan and Josephine are incredible teachers.

My daughter and I attended three classes and hope to attend one more before I return to the states. Both instructors were kind and easy to follow. Kathryn is friendly and took time to connect. I do Pilates twice a week at home. The classes were comparable to what I am use to. I loved the location and studio design. If you love Pilates you must try it. You’ll be pleased!

Really great hour! 🧘🏼‍♀️ I was traveling in Berlin for work and came across the studio because of its central location. You can book in easily and flexibly. The studio has a boutique feel and I received great care. I'd love to come back!

Nice cozy studio and very central. I recently started and hopefully I'll enjoy it further. I am not a big fan of the classic pilates, but this is very different. The machines are really good...this type of pilates is focused on stretching your body, working out the different muscle categories, getting more strength and better balance...and everything in slow motion, which makes one feel the workout even more intense. The trainers seem like they know very well what they're doing, very helpful in guidance and friendly. I happily recommend the place!

REALZ is a very nice, small Pilates studio with a really nice interior. All Pilates teachers do excellent training and always respond individually to personal needs and, above all, injury-related sensitivities - and discuss this with each other so that you don't have to repeat the diagnosis with different trainers at different times of the day. What's more, they work well adjust your own posture and support you. I do it very regularly and can only notice that it is very good for my posture/tension. The management of the studio is pleasantly tolerant; if you don't manage to cancel in time, for example for professional reasons. Anyone who really wants to change the way they feel about their body is in the best hands there, including me as a male participant.

This is a great pilates studio with all the equipment you need. Kathleen is knowledgeable and her sessions are fun and challenging. And she speaks perfect English, which is a bonus.

Kathleen is one of the best pilates instructors I’ve ever had - her classes (offered in English as well as German) are challenging but fun, and her corrections are always spot on. The studio is beautiful, and all of the equipment is brand new.

I have been taking private lessons with Kathleen at Realz Pilates. I was motivated because I felt increasingly limited by old injuries. My body was out of balance with pain and stress points at my feet, knees, and other connected areas, and I was stiff. It kind of blows my mind how much better I feel after six weeks or so. I’m straighter, taller, more flexible, even happier, and the old physical limits are decreasing. Kathleen is very natural and easy to work with. She is attentive and sees both large scale and subtle places of imbalance and immobility in the body. She addresses these with endless creativity using her Pilates machines and other aids. Her studio is up-to-date with Pilates equipment. It’s clean, spacious, and light. I recommend Realz Pilates without reservation.

Certainly the best Pilates studio in Berlin!!! Kathleen is a great teacher and responds well to needs and individual knowledge. The studio is very nice, the equipment is new and great. The group size is a maximum of 5 people, usually less, so de facto private lessons, and the price is really ok for that. Kathleen also gives fantastic fascia massages. I had regular massages with her and always noticed a significant improvement straight away. Total recommendation for anyone who wants to start Pilates and of course for everyone who already knows it.

I did a private class at Realz Pilates with Kathleen and was very pleased! The studio is conveniently located near Friedrichstraße station. The equipment is brand new and the studio is aesthetically pleasing. Kathleen brought her many years of Pilates, general fitness, and dance background to the session . She uses a nice balance of the precision and control needed for Pilates as well as some of the more relaxed and free movement found in Yoga and dance. I had a great workout which challenged my abilities and showed me some new things too (including some German!). Highly recommend it.
