    I have never experienced such a competent, experienced and consistent trainer before. Because of my chronic back pain, I attended a stomach and back course and will continue to attend courses here, because Nina Reff offers a wonderful mix: yoga, pelvic floor, Pilates, fascia, breathing and much more. Everything accompanied with great care and very lovingly. Her trained eye sees every condition and can therefore support everyone. That was good for me and really impressed me.

    Yoga with Nina is simply WONDERFUL! I've been going to Nina's individual training since March of this year and I'm so excited every time I come out of her class. Nina is a very competent, sensitive and warm-hearted yoga teacher - she works out each lesson individually and always adapts the program to my needs and sensitivities.     I've now done almost everything with Nina: yoga with my stomach, yoga with a baby, individual training - with and without a stomach and baby - and finally a demanding yoga course as a time just for me and a little oasis in being a mother. For me, Nina's yoga practice is a perfect mix of calm and powerful, spiritual and body-oriented. You can decide for yourself every hour whether you want to really work out or take a more relaxed approach. Nina has an eye for everyone in the course. She corrects where necessary, but without disrupting the flow and always finds warm words that carry the lesson and make it special. However, she sometimes confuses left and right, but this has never led to serious accidents :-) In short: I'm much more balanced since I've been doing yoga with Nina, and I'm still working on getting fit.     A great experience with expert guidance I liked the postnatal course/pelvic floor training course so much that I did it twice. There was no comparison to the old fashioned one after my first delivery. Nina manages to make you - despite your own child or noises from others - really perceive your time with her for yourself. The exercises are demanding, well explained and accompanied. You can tell that Nina has specialist knowledge and she also addresses the aches and pains that are currently plaguing some mothers. Absolutely recommended!
