Now that there has obviously been a change of ownership, almost nothing has worked (at least for us) for several weeks, which culminated in me not getting any food for my dog ​​today! (Which was ordered 2 weeks ago!!!) The lady at the counter was very friendly, but also said that she didn't have my food plan or any goods for me and couldn't sell me anything... My conclusion is that I will probably look for another business. What a pity...

It won't matter to you because you'll be closing soon anyway, but I find it absolutely terrible that the store has looked empty for months. I was your customer for almost five years, and since the current boss made the switch, I was forced to buy my dog ​​food elsewhere. A little advice: Shoemaker stick to your lasts. Why change what worked before? It's a shame, it's a shame for this once great store.

Everything was great until the change of ownership. The range of goods was significantly reduced. The orders were made, but the quality and quantity of the individual components left a lot to be desired (vegetable mix is ​​a mix of different types of vegetables and not just a small slice of carrot). The meat counter's offerings were also reduced to a minimum. Spontaneous purchases of various goods are no longer desired. Unfortunately I had to look for something else.

Even extremely short-term inquiries - I forgot to order and asked via WhatsApp in the evening whether a short-term order was possible and received my delivery the next day - are answered, facilitated and processed with the usual friendliness. You no longer have to cut the meat yourself at home. The small bags go into the freezer and are thawed as needed. We are satisfied.
