Great casual bar next to the Landwehr Canal. You pay (cash or card) and take the beer at the corner (the food they bring to your table). It used to be busy at night, specially on weekends.

Great for beers outside the bar next to the river. Their "cocktails" are not good in terms of preparation and presentation, but probably not the first thing you are ordering here. The staff is friendly and inside it is cosy when it is not too busy like on a weekend night. Probably a bar to put down on your list for the summer.

Eine traurige Angelegenheit . Normalerweise immer eine klassische Bar in Berlin, voll mit vollen Menschen aber gestern habe ich die Welt nicht mehr verstanden. Mein Freund der kein letztes Bier wollte hatte einen wunderschönen Karottenkuchen entdeckt direkt an der Bar und wollte gerne ein Stück haben! Als ich endlich dran war bestellte ich zwei Bier und ein Stück von dem gut aussehenden Karottenkuchen wodrauf die Wirtin meinte „Ne, kann ich jetzt nicht verkaufen, haben Personal Mangel“ obwohl der Kuchen direkt vor ihrer Nase stand und mein Freund so von diesen Kohlenhydraten angelächelt wurde…nach mehrfachen versuchen und das Angebot dass ich ihn mehr selbst raus hole habe ich es dann aufgegeben und wir sind nach dem halben Bier auch abmarschiert. Nächstes mal einfach den Kuchen verstecken wenn dieser nicht serviert werden möchte. Danke! 🥕

Dieses Restaurant ist aufgrund der Inneneinrichtung, welches den Eindruck vermittelt auf einen Schiff zu sein, sehr einladend . Die Mitarbeiter bewahren auch bei turbulenten Tagen stets den Überblick, sind sehr nett und aufmerksam . Das Mittagsangebot/ Tagesangebot wechselt in Kreationen . Die Teller sind mit sehr viel Sorgfalt der Gerichte frisch und appetitanregend angerichtet . Die Küche geht mehr in Richtung gehobener Hausmannskost . Vielen Dank an die Crew . 😊

Urige Kneipe mit einem sehr guten Frühstück, Man sitzt hier sehr gemütlich über dem Spreeufer. Die Bedienung ist supernett und freundlich. Ein Muß für den Berlinbesuch.

Not only do I love coming here for a nice beer with a bunch of friends. But the food during lunch time is amazing as well. The homemade schnitzel is great and fresh. The chips are my favourite chips anywhere in Berlin.

At day a nice place to drink a beer while watching the birds in the canal, at night a nice bar, kitchen with simple food open until 22, cool people, friendly service, place looks a bit shady and like berlin, I like this place

Cool place with a mix of breakfast options including a full English. Situated on the canal, a section of its dining room overhangs the bank and offers great views of the water and houses and shops across from it.

I've been here many times. I usually eat fish and chips even if it's not amazing. Sometimes you just want something mediocre, you know? Service is extreeemely slooow and the staff's attitude is very blasé, but this is what I've come to expect from this place. I will definitely come back.

Sehr gemütlich. Möglichkeit zum draußen sitzen oder am Fenster mit Blick auf den Kanal. Preise sind sehr angemessen. Große Empfehlung. Bei gutem Wetter muss man sich jedoch auf volle Tische einstellen.

Nice place but there is a male bartender which shouted at me for leaving a package - which he thought was trash - for 5s on the table while I was bringing another chair. Shouted: clean your trash very loudly and aggressively. I understand that working in this place can be stressful but please have some more respect next time.

Unfussy is the right word - very rude staff who hung up the phone when I forgot my jacket this morning. Without listening, the man said ‘we are open and we don’t take bookings. Goodbye’… What a charming attitude. Is this a typical Berlin experience that we should expect? Or just this person had a rough night last night?

Mostly got a few drinks here, so not in the greatest position to review, but drinks were okay. Got a Sekt with ice and it was in a comically small glass, almost like an airplane glass, but was okay. Location is spot on, and sitting outside in the summer is absolutely great. Have not tried any food selections so no comment there. Would recommend checking it out.

I really dig this place. It's loud, bit kitschy, fun, and diner-like atmosphere. Great location as well . Good start to an evening or end to a night (with a great breakfast) !

My favorite Berlin diner. You can either sit in front under an umbrella and watch people shopping at the Turkish market or you can sit in back and watch the swans gliding past in the canal. It's easy to spend hours there. Food is decent and priced reasonably and service is great. I've been bringing friends and out of town guests here for years.

We had breakfast and lunch. It was very good. The portions were good, the food itself too, the waitress was super. Also the building and location were great. You pay for it too, but it's worth it!

Good spot to sit in a busy bustling area … staff was nice - its sorta a serve yourself… good spot if you want to people watch and have a glass of wine - lots of smoking though, but it’s Berlin!

One of my favourite places! Great location on the Spree with yummy simple food, service staff seeming to be having a good time, and in the evening good drinks. Great atmosphere with a nautical vintage theme, diner booths, and a jukebox. Definitely recommend for a weekend brunch or a place to start a night out!

Decent place to get a beer, nothing less nothing more. Maybe in the warmer months is nicer, due to the position next to water.

Their salad was great. Unfortunately it arrived with an unpleasant service. When the two plates are slammed on the table and the waitress announces "Leute, figure it out" it's not a good meal anymore, it really made me wonder if I had done something wrong. No surprise if there's not a lot of tipping.

Always delicious, well balanced and good quality ingredients. The portions are just right: not too big but definitely not too small either. Especially a fan of the Cheese and Ham breakfast, all the Toasts and the English breakfast! Always coming here for our weekend breakfast and we love it

One of the bes coffeshop in Berlin close to water to spend some qualitifull time with your friend or some one special. You can have some snacks, coffee ,cake as well as drinks with reasonable price. The environmet is very good and very friendly staff. We will visit again after corona lockdown.
