    The apartment on the 3rd floor (45 sqm) is an incredibly beautiful space. An old loft with window fronts on two sides with a view over the roofs of Berlin. Stylish and modern furnishings and a comfortable bed. People like to stay here. Luckily, unlike some other guests, we didn't have any problems with cleanliness. The street is quiet and pretty, even as a local I hardly knew the area (it's underestimated!). The online check-in is actually not exactly easy, but it is doable. Opening via door code (there is no reception) can also be optimized, the buttons are difficult to press and so you have accidentally entered the wrong code three times and then have to wait 3 minutes until the next attempt. The systems could be better so that everything should be modern and digital. It should also be mentioned that there is no elevator if you need it. But overall a great apartment for a very good price, and we managed it ;) Because of the great atmosphere, it's still 5 stars.

    The door is supposed to open with a code, but I really couldn't get in! The hotline couldn't help at all, the neighbor helped me open the door after 30 minutes of trying. In addition, the toilet had not been cleaned beforehand. From where I know this? The predecessor had left traces (small and large) and had not been washed...

    Located on the 2nd floor (with many steps) but very welcoming and spacious. The kitchen offers everything you need for gourmet breakfasts and dinners 😀

    Small Apartmenthouse with quiet spacious Flats in a quiet backyard. Cosy furniture and a small but fully equipped kitchen is a plus.

    After booking accomodation for a trip, I got an email stating that the price was wrong because of a technical issue and that actually it costed DOUBLE, but hey, they already gave me the final price with a 10% discount. Of course I cancelled the booking. I see that I'm not the only one here. This way of working and engaging with customers is not the proper way to run business and in the end this will take a toll. So many of their execs preaching about "CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE" in Linkedin, and here we are. WALK THE TALK people.

    I would give 0* if possible!! I had booked this apartment months before, only for it to be canceled shortly before arrival on the grounds that the system had classified it as a "high-risk booking". Instead of offering you the same accommodation at the same price, there was just a "there's nothing you can do about it". Very, very bad and sad service and I see from other reviews that unfortunately I am not an isolated case. So I hope I can help future interested parties with this review by just not booking here!!

    Very disappointing! Otherwise, why would you book accommodation months earlier, only to have it canceled shortly beforehand with a cheap excuse? The customer service itself thought it was bad, one even briefly spoke to the boss, who said there was nothing they could do about their own system. Really lousy service!!

    I am very disappointed with limehome and cannot recommend it at all. We booked the apartment for 8 people through booking.com. We received confirmation and paid for the apartment. Unfortunately the booking was canceled by limehome 3 days before the stay (!). In the service center it was explained as a technical problem. However, a solution was not found. Unfortunately, I only received a standard email in response to my “complaint email”. The money hasn't been returned to my account yet, so unfortunately I have to give this bad review.
